Further, the electric valve of Patent Document 2 requires an annular plate member for supporting the O-ring. As a result, the number of processing processes and members has increased, leading to an increase in manufacturing costs. Further, since the concave groove and the plate member are provided, the electric valve has become large.

The lower end of the tubular portion 63B is in contact with the upper surface 11a of the main body 11B of the valve main body 10B. The inner peripheral surface 63b of the tubular portion 63B is formed in a tapered shape in which the diameter gradually increases from the flange member 20 side toward the upper surface 11a side.
- a current is passed through the coil 61c so that the rotor 81 rotates in one direction.
- the elevating shaft 96 is rotated together with the output shaft 91 of the planetary gear mechanism 85.
- the elevating shaft 96 moves downward due to the male screw portion 96a of the elevating shaft 96, the female screw portion 95a of the guide member 95, and the screw feeding action.
- the valve body 50B is pushed downward by the elevating shaft 96, and the valve body 50B closes the port 19.
- a current is passed through the coil 61c so that the rotor 81 rotates in the other direction.
- the elevating shaft 96 is rotated together with the output shaft 91 of the planetary gear mechanism 85.
- the elevating shaft 96 moves upward due to the male screw portion 96a of the elevating shaft 96, the female screw portion 95a of the guide member 95, and the screw feeding action.
- the valve body 50B is pushed upward by the valve opening spring 98, and the valve body 50B opens the port 19.
- the electric valve 3 of this embodiment also has the same effect as the electric valve 2 of the second embodiment described above.
