本发明涉及木地板磨砂技术领域,具体为一种旋转式多角度木地板磨砂设备。
背景技术
竹木地板是竹材与木材复合再生产物,用于住宅、写字楼等场所的地面装修;其中木地板又分为光滑面与磨砂面,磨砂木地板由于其具有耐磨和耐脏等特点广受消费者欢迎。
现有的木地板磨砂装置,常常采用固定的支撑架将木板固定住,后用磨砂片在木板表面进行移动打磨,且在打磨过程中需加入助磨剂,提高打磨的速度和质量。
但现有的打磨装置,夹持木板杆件的长度无法根据工作需要进行调节,导致其适应能力较差;并且木板与打磨件之间的角度也无法根据需要进行调节,导致其使用局限性较高,而且在打磨过程中,人为或机械加入的助磨剂不能均匀的分布在打磨的位置,降低其工作效果,因此一种旋转式多角度木地板磨砂设备应运而生。
发明内容
为实现上述便于调节长度与角度、使助磨剂均匀的分布在打磨与待打磨位置之间的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种旋转式多角度木地板磨砂设备,包括壳体,所述壳体的内部活动连接有转轴,转轴与壳体的连接处啮合有齿轮,齿轮的表面活动连接有螺杆,螺杆的表面活动连接有夹持件,所述转轴的表面套接有旋转套,旋转套远离转轴的一侧活动连接有弹簧杆,弹簧杆远离旋转套的一端固定连接有支撑架,支撑架的内部固定连接有储料槽,储料槽的表面固定连接有磨砂片。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.通过将待打磨的木地板放置在夹持件表面,启动驱动部件使转轴旋转,转轴旋转带动与其相啮合的旋转套跟随其一起旋转,根据木板需要打磨的程度,可转动旋转套增加或减少气孔的开放程度,转轴和旋转套旋转会产生一个一转轴为中心的抽吸力,即扰乱壳体内部的气流,被抽吸的气流经气孔进入弹簧杆内部,并将弹簧杆吹起膨胀变大,推动支撑架靠近木板表面,与此同时,储料槽内的助磨剂在离心力以及气流的作用下,会从磨砂片表面喷出,从而达到了使助磨剂均匀的分布在打磨与待打磨位置之间的效果;因磨砂片与木板之间形成封闭的空间,所以产生的粉尘碎屑不会四处迸溅。
2.通过根据待打磨的木板的尺寸,在齿轮的表面移动夹持件,使螺杆与齿轮啮合活动连接,因转轴与齿轮啮合连接,所以当转轴旋转的时候,对称的螺杆被带动相互靠近,并经连杆挤压弹簧,弹簧被压缩会推动对称的卡板相互靠近,因磨砂片为旋转式与木板连接,从而达到了便于调节木板夹持长度和木板与磨砂片之间角度的效果。
优选的,所述旋转套的表面开设有气孔,气孔控制进入弹簧杆内部气体量的作用。
优选的,所述夹持件的内部活动连接有连杆。
优选的,所述连杆的表面套接有弹簧。
