工作原理:使用时,先将装置接通电源,通过固定弹簧26和夹板25组成的固定结构将电路板固定在U型板14内,然后通过转动螺杆6,使螺杆6推动电动气压缸10在滑轨7上滑动,从而调节打磨的位置,调节完成后,使电动气压缸10伸出,从而使磨头19紧贴在电路板表面,启动电机5和抽气泵3,电机5带动磨头19转动对电路板进行打磨,抽气泵3将打磨产生的灰尘抽入除尘布袋18内,同时,抽气泵3输出端吹出的风通过出气管13吹至电路板表面,不仅能对打磨位置进行降温,还能将灰尘吹入除尘布袋18内,磨头19损坏时,可按压卡块21,使卡块21从通孔24滑入转轴12内,从而使连接杆20从转轴12中取出,使得磨头19能够快速取下进行更换。
