在今日的网络游戏中,玩家们会以虚拟货币来交易物品。但是有些玩家由于虚拟货币不足,所以就有了以实体货币去交换成虚拟货币或是购买虚拟物品的行为。由于此类行为直接关系到现实利益,并容易造成现实以及网络犯罪行为的发生,游戏公司基本上都是严令禁止此类交易行为。但由于网络游戏中的角色等级、技能、装备等等皆与游戏时间有间接关系,有些玩家并没有那么多的时间来进行游戏,所以也出现了购买账号的行为。这也是网络犯罪行为开始达到高峰的时期,像是使用木马或是后门程序盗取账号或是网络诈骗等等都是常见的手法。
有鉴于此,开发一种让使用者可以安全地进行游戏账号交易的方法,便成为刻不容缓的课题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种游戏账号的交易方法,应用于一交易平台服务器,其通过网络连接于一卖方使用端装置、一买方使用端装置及复数个游戏服务器,其该交易平台服务器包含一交易网站及一数据库,该交易方法包含下列步骤。
首先,该交易平台服务器自该卖方使用端装置接收一卖方主账号名称和一卖方主账号密码并进行验证,若验证通过,则以该卖方主账号名称之一卖方主账号标识符在数据库搜寻取得对应于该些游戏服务器的数个游戏账号且显示于该交 易网站。
然后,通过卖方使用端装置选择该些游戏账号其中之一,并传送一账号选择指令至该交易平台服务器,使交易平台服务器依据该账号选择指令连接所选择的该游戏服务器,并取得所选择的游戏账号所包含的数个游戏对象且显示于该交易网站。
接者,通过卖方使用端装置从这些游戏对象选择其中之一,并编辑游戏对象的一拍卖金额,交易平台服务器根据拍卖金额产生一拍卖信息并登录于交易网站,且在该数据库中纪录拍卖信息相关的一游戏服务器标识符、一游戏账号标识符及一游戏对象标识符。
此外,交易平台服务器依据游戏服务器标识符、游戏账号标识符及游戏对象标识符传送一锁定指令至该游戏服务器,禁止变更欲交易的游戏对象的一非变动数据资料。

较佳地,交易网站112提供一编辑界面304,其中,并于该编辑界面304显示卖方主账号名称包含的这些游戏账号以及这些游戏账号分别包含的这些些游戏对象,提供该卖方使用端装置120选择欲交易的游戏对象,并可编辑该游戏对象的拍卖金额和商品说明。
请参见图3a至图3c,卖方使用端装置120可在交易网站112提供的游戏选单中,点选刊登选项302,交易网站112会显示编辑界面304,提供该卖方使用端装置120选择欲拍卖或贩卖的游戏对象,并编写其商品说明制作拍卖信息,而后,游戏账号交易平台刊载该拍卖信息,显示付款方式、刊登时间、商品价格、宝物信息及账号状态等等相关信息。
在步骤S240,交易平台服务器110依据游戏服务器标识符、游戏账号标识符及游戏对象标识符,传送一锁定指令至游戏服务器201,禁止变更欲交易的游戏对象的一非变动数据资料。在一较佳实施例中,该非变动数据资料包含:游戏角色及游戏道具,但本发明不以此为限。
在步骤S250,通过买方使用端装置130在交易网站112选择该拍卖信息,并传送一购买指令至交易平台服务器110,交易平台服务器110依据购买指令回传一汇款帐户,该买方使用端装置130依据拍卖金额以一汇款方式汇款至汇款帐户,并经交易平台服务器验证后,交易平台服务器110传送一已汇款通知至该卖方使用端装置130。在一较佳实施例中,汇款方式为一金融支付或一点数支付,若金融支付未完成或该点数支付不足时,交易平台服务器110传送一交易未完成信息至买方使用端装置130。
较佳地,游戏对象包含一可变动数据资料,该可变动数据资料包含:等级、进度及排名,但本发明不以此为限。其中,若交易平台服务器110未收到汇款时,在一周期时间更新拍卖信息的可变动数据资料,该周期时间可设定如:一天、一周时间不等,本发明并不以此为限。此外,当该交易平台服务器110收到汇款且验证后,即停止更新该可变动数据资料。
较佳地,交易网站112提供一通讯界面404,其中买方使用端装置130与卖 方使用端装置120通过该通讯界面404传送一讯息。
图4a至图4b显示了本发明游戏账号买方购买的实施例,当该买方使用端装置130浏览交易网站112时,可通过拍卖信息选择兴趣者,利用通讯界面404与卖家进行实时沟通或议价,待确认购买意愿后,点选购买选项402进行汇款。
在步骤S260,通过卖方使用端装置120接收已汇款通知并传送一移交指令至该交易平台服务器110,交易平台服务器110接收移交指令并传送至游戏服务器201,经由服务器标识符、游戏账号标识符以及游戏对象标识符搜寻游戏对象,将游戏对象标识符转移至一买方使用者主账号,并在数据库112储存一交易纪录。在一较佳实施例中,交易纪录包含:卖方使用者主账号、买方使用者主账号、服务器标识符、游戏账号标识符、游戏对象标识符、拍卖金额以及一交易时间。
图5a至图5c显示了本发明游戏账号转移的实施例,完成交易拍卖信息后,交易平台服务器110会传送已汇款通知502至卖方使用端装置120,卖方使用端装置120可点选移交选项504以完成交易,而后,买方使用者主账号会更新所购买的游戏账号及游戏对象。
本发明提供的游戏账号的交易方法所揭露的执行步骤更可以写成软件程序,可以储存于任何微处理单元辨识、解读的记录媒体,或包含有上述纪录媒体的物品及装置。不限定为任何形式,上述物品可以为硬盘、软盘、光盘、ZIP、磁光装置(MO)、IC芯片、随机存取内存(RAM),或任何熟悉此项技艺者所可使用的包含有上述纪录媒体的物品。
通过本发明,玩家可对于游戏账号所具有的角色、道具、服务等游戏对象进行拍卖与交易,也由于交易平台对游戏账号交易的管理,保障游戏对象买卖的安全性,此外,玩家也可以利用本发明的功能进行拍卖品项管理以及议价操作。
本发明说明书所揭露的每一特征可以相同、均等或相似目的的取代物所取代。因此,除非有明确的指定,否则所揭露的每一个特征仅仅只是均等物或相似特征的一个种类的一实施例。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种游戏账号的交易方法,应用于一交易平台服务器,通过网络连接于一卖方使用端装置、一买方使用端装置及数个游戏服务器,交易平台服务器包含一交易网站及一数据库,所述交易方法包括:
    该交易平台服务器从卖方使用端装置接收一卖方主账号名称和一卖方主账号密码并进行验证,若验证通过,则以卖方主账号名称的一卖方主账号标识符在数据库搜寻取得对应于这些游戏服务器的数个游戏账号且显示于该交易网站;
    通过卖方使用端装置选择这些游戏账号其中之一,并传送一账号选择指令至交易平台服务器,交易平台服务器依据账号选择指令连接所选择的游戏服务器,并取得所选择的游戏账号所包含的数个游戏对象且显示于该交易网站;
    通过卖方使用端装置从这些游戏对象选择其中之一,并编辑游戏对象的一拍卖金额,该交易平台服务器根据拍卖金额产生一拍卖信息并登录于该交易网站,且在数据库中纪录该拍卖信息相关之一游戏服务器标识符、一游戏账号标识符及一游戏对象标识符;
    交易平台服务器依据游戏服务器标识符、游戏账号标识符及游戏对象标识符传送一锁定指令至该游戏服务器,禁止变更欲交易的游戏对象的一非变动数据资料;
    通过买方使用端装置在交易网站选择该拍卖信息,并传送一购买指令至交易平台服务器,交易平台服务器依据该购买指令回传一汇款帐户,买方使用端装置依据该拍卖金额以一汇款方式汇款至该汇款帐户,并经该交易平台服务器验证后,传送一已汇款通知至卖方使用端装置;以及
    通过买方使用端装置接收该已汇款通知并传送一移交指令至该交易平台服务器,交易平台服务器接收该移交指令并传送至该游戏服务器,经由服务器标识符、游戏账号标识符以及游戏对象标识符搜寻游戏对象,将游戏对象标识符转移至一买方使用者主账号,并在该数据库储存一交易纪录。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的交易方法,其中,非变动数据资料包含游戏角色及游戏道具。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的交易方法,其中,游戏对象包含一可变动数据资料,该可变动数据资料包含:等级、进度及排名。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的交易方法,其中还包括:
    交易平台服务器在一周期时间更新拍卖信息的可变动数据数据。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的交易方法,其中还包括:
    当该交易平台服务器验证汇款后,停止更新可变动数据资料。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的交易方法,其中,交易网站提供一通讯界面,其中买方使用端装置与卖方使用端装置通过该通讯界面传送一讯息。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的交易方法,其中,汇款方式为一金融支付或一点数支付。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的交易方法,其中还包括:
    若金融支付未完成或点数支付不足时时,游戏账号交易平台传送一交易未完成信息至该买方使用端装置。
