背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,显示装置在居民的日常生活中逐渐普及,用户对显示装置的要求也越来越高。随着用户多个任务同时处理的需求上升,仅包括一个屏幕的显示装置已经不能满足用户的需求。
目前的显示装置,例如液晶电视,一般是一个屏幕,并通过安装底座放置到用户电视柜上,且背板采用冲压工艺的底板和侧板的一体折弯方式,不利于整个显示装置的外观造型,且制作工艺难度较大。另外,用户在使用液晶电视时还需要准备电视柜等箱体结构,以支撑液晶电视。
发明内容
本申请的实施例提供一种显示装置,不仅降低的背板的制作难度,而且便于对背板进行外观造型设计,使得显示装置的外观更加时尚美观。
为达到上述目的,本申请的实施例采用如下技术方案:

基于此,上述显示装置可以通过对副屏200的结构设计,控制主屏100的显示高度,且保证显示装置可以稳定的放置在平面上,因此,用户在使用该显示装置时,无需准备电视柜等箱体结构。
另外,上述副屏200可以起到辅助显示的作用,在本申请某些实施例中,在利用主屏100收看网络电视时,可以利用副屏200浏览其它频道的节目介绍或进行上网查询信息等操作;上述副屏200还可以与主屏100组合显示,以形成一个更大的显示屏。
本申请实施例提供的显示装置,通过主屏100和副屏200的结合,实现了多屏幕的交互显示,增加了可操作平台的空间;同时,通过对副屏200的结构设计,可以控制主屏100的显示高度且支撑整个显示装置,解决了显示装置需要电视柜等箱体支撑的问题。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例的显示装置还包括第一音频模块和第二音频模块,第一音频模块设置于主屏100内,用于采集和播放主屏100的音频数据,第二音频模块设置于副屏200内,用于采集和播放副屏200的音频数据。其中,第二音频模块可独立运行,即当主屏100不工作,且副屏200不用显示图像时,副屏200还可以作为一个单独的智能音响使用。
其中,上述副屏200支撑整个显示装置的结构并不唯一,在一些实施例中,参照图1和图2,副屏200包括壳体210,壳体210的底壁与地面贴合,以支撑显示装置放置在地面上。此时,在主屏100的显示高度一定时,副屏200的下端无需单独设计支撑结构,例如安装底座等,故充分利用了主屏100下方的空间区域,使得副屏200的显示面积较大,且结构简单,易于实施。
为了增加显示装置放置在地面上的稳定性,参照图2,壳体210的底壁位于显示装置的显示图像侧的一端沿水平面向远离显示装置显示图像的表面的方向延伸,以阻止显示装置向显示装置的显示图像侧倾倒。
在这种情况下,位于显示装置的显示图像侧的壳体210的底壁与地面贴 合的面积变大,可以有效阻止显示装置向显示装置的显示图像侧倾倒,进而增加显示装置放置在地面上的稳定性。另外,该壳体210的底壁位于显示装置的显示图像侧的延伸部分向中间逐渐变窄、厚度逐渐变小,不仅节省材料,而且更为美观。
应理解,当上述显示装置靠墙体放置时,显示装置远离显示图像的表面背靠墙体,无需考虑显示装置向显示装置的远离显示图像的一侧倾倒。然而,在显示装置的使用过程中,经常出现显示装置不贴墙放置的情形。
因此,为了防止显示装置向显示装置的远离显示图像的一侧倾倒,进一步的增加显示装置放置在地面上的稳定性,如图2和图3所示,显示装置还包括支撑机构300,支撑机构300沿竖直方向上倾斜设置在显示装置远离显示图像的表面,且支撑机构300的底端与壳体210的底壁位于同一水平面,以阻止显示装置向显示装置的远离显示图像的一侧倾倒。在这种情况下,将显示装置放置于地面上,壳体210的底壁和支撑机构300的底端均与地面贴合,可以有效阻止显示装置向显示装置的远离显示图像的一侧倾倒,进而增加显示装置放置在地面上的稳定性。
其中,上述支撑机构300可以固定连接在主屏100远离显示图像的表面,也可以固定连接在副屏200远离显示图像的表面,还可以即与主屏100远离显示图像的表面固定连接又与副屏200远离显示图像的表面固定连接。
在本申请某些实施例中,上述支撑结构即与主屏100远离显示图像的表面固定连接又与副屏200远离显示图像的表面固定连接,这样还可以加强主屏100与副屏200之间连接的可靠性。
具体的,参照图2、图3和图4,支撑机构300包括第一固定件310和第二固定件320,第一固定件310与主屏100远离显示画面的表面的固定连接,第二固定件320与副屏200的顶端固定连接。通常上述固定连接采用螺接的方式,示例性的,第一固定件310利用螺钉在水平方向上的紧固到主屏100远离显示画面的表面,第二固定件320利用螺钉在竖直方向上的紧固到副屏200的顶端,通过上述两处螺接结构的固定,使得支撑机构300与主屏100和副屏200之间形成稳定的三角形结构,同时,支撑机构300与主屏100和副屏200之间的连接可靠性高,且主屏100与副屏200之间连接的可靠性得到加强。
参照图2、图3和图4,支撑机构300还包括支撑体330,支撑体330、第一固定件310、第二固定件320可以一体成型,支撑体330、第一固定件310、第二固定件320也可以通过卡接或螺接等可拆卸连接的方式固定连接。
其中,由于第一固定件310可以在支撑体330的一端贴合主屏100远离显示画面的表面延伸形成,故采用第一固定件310与支撑体330一体成型,避免了第一固定件310与支撑体330的安装过程,加工过程简单,可以通过注塑一体成型,注塑成型只是提供了一种相对简单且成本较低的加工方式,并不对本申请实施例的保护范围进行限定,当然还可以采用其他加工方式。
第二固定件320位于支撑体330的中间位置,不易与支撑体330直接注塑一体成型,故采用第二固定件320与支撑体330可拆卸连接。由上述可知,在本申请的实施例中,第一固定件310与支撑体330一体成型,且第一固定件310位于支撑体330靠近主屏100的一端,第二固定件320与支撑体330可拆卸连接。
由于螺接相较于其他可拆卸连接,例如,卡接,螺接的连接可靠性高,被连接件不容易发生相互脱离,因此,第二固定件320与支撑体330通过螺接结构连接。具体的,第二固定件320包括与支撑体330贴合的第一固定部和与副屏200的顶端贴合的第二固定部,利用第一螺钉将第一固定部与支撑体330紧固到一起,利用第二螺钉将第二固定部紧固到副屏200的顶端。
需要说明的是,第一固定部与支撑体330之间还设有定位结构,定位结构包括定位柱和定位槽,其中,定位柱和定位槽中的一个设置在第一固定部上,另一个设置在支撑体330上。此时,利用定位结构将第一固定部与支撑体330定位后,便于将第一固定部与支撑体330进行螺接,且在定位结构的配合下,第一固定部与支撑体330的连接可靠性高。
上述主屏100的壳体210和上述副屏200的壳体210通常采用塑料材质制成,直接通过壳体210将主屏100与副屏200连接固定时,由于主屏100的重量较大,壳体210连接处容易产生形变,进而导致连接失效。因此,为了避免上述问题的发生,如图3、图5和图6所示,主屏100与副屏200连接处的左右两侧均设有金属转接件400,主屏100与副屏200通过金属转接件400固定连接。在这种情况下,由于金属的强度相较于塑料的强度较大,故通过金属转接件400将主屏100与副屏200固定连接,可以有效防止主屏100与副屏200的连接处产生形变,保证连接的可靠性;另外,金属转接件400设置在主屏100与副屏200连接处的左右两侧,便于主屏100与副屏200的安装与拆卸。
在一些实施例中,上述金属转接件400包括固定板410和卡柱420,固定板410连接在主屏100的远离显示图像的表面,卡柱420连接在副屏200的顶端;固定板410对应卡柱420设有避让插口,卡柱420伸入避让插口固 定板410螺接。具体的,如图5和图6所示,固定板410的下侧设有避让插口,卡柱420与固定板410上对应设有两个螺接结构。此时,首先将卡柱420伸入避让插口,将卡柱420上的螺孔与固定板410上的螺孔对应,然后利用螺钉将卡柱420与固定板410螺接在一起。
需要说明的是,在固定板410的外侧还设有遮挡板430,遮挡板430卡接在固定板410的外侧,以避免卡柱420与固定板410裸露在显示装置的外表面,使得显示装置更加时尚美观。
应理解,用户的眼睛与主屏100形成轻度向下注视的角度,可使颈部肌肉得到放松,用户的视线与主屏100垂直,不容易看到反射光,主屏100显示效果好。基于此,为了给用户更好的使用体验,参照图7,主屏100与副屏200转动连接。在这种情况下,用户可以根据个人的需求,调整主屏100相对于副屏200的前后活动的自由度,以便于将主屏100调整到最佳观看的倾斜角度。
具体的,参照图7,显示装置还包括第一转动金属件500和第二转动金属件600,第一转动金属件500为半圆形凸起142的金属长条;第二转动金属件600为半圆形凹陷的金属长条;其中,上述第一转动金属件500和第二转动金属件600分别设置在主屏100和副屏200上,包括以下两种情况:第一种,第一转动金属件500安装于主屏100的底端,第二转动金属件600安装于副屏200的顶端,半圆形凸起142的金属长条卡入半圆形凹陷的金属长条内,以使主屏100与副屏200可转动调整;第二种,第二转动金属件600安装于主屏100的底端,第一转动金属件500安装于副屏200的顶端,半圆形凸起142的金属长条卡入半圆形凹陷的金属长条内,以使主屏100与副屏200可转动调整。这样的话,半圆形凸起142的金属长条伸入半圆形凹陷的金属长条内,用户根据个人的观看效果,可以掰动主屏100前后移动,以便于将主屏100调整到最佳观看的倾斜角度,用户体验高。
需要说明的是,上述主屏100与副屏200的内部结构类似,下面以主屏100为例进行详细介绍。其中,主屏100的内部结构以单屏的显示装置的内部结构进行描述,主屏100与单屏的显示装置除描述不同以外,并无其它区别。另外,为了便于描述,在下文中提到的显示装置仅以单屏的显示装置进行介绍内部结构,并不仅限于单屏的显示装置。
参照图8和图9,显示装置包括背板1,背板1包括背板主体11和边框12,在背板主体11的四周,边框12与背板主体11可拆卸连接。
本申请实施例的显示装置,参照图8和图9,包括背板1,背板1包括 背板主体11和边框12,在背板主体11的四周,边框12与背板主体11可拆卸连接。
基于此,在上述背板1的制作过程中不需要采用冲压工艺一体成型,其中,背板主体11为一平面片状结构,边框12可以通过挤出成型,使得背板1的制作难度降低,便于对背板1进行外观造型设计,在本申请某些实施例中,,边框12的外侧面可以设计不同倾斜角度,以使边框12的外侧面的呈现弧形的状态,进而使得显示装置的外观更加时尚美观;另外,背板1采用背板主体11和边框12可拆卸连接构成,提高了背板1的整体强度,可以满足大尺寸显示装置的要求。
与相关技术相比,本申请实施例提供的显示装置,将背板1拆分为背板主体11和边框12,无需采用现有的冲压工艺来制作背板1,可以采用难度较低的其他工艺方法来制造背板1,在本申请某些实施例中,边框12通过挤出成型,同时,由于边框12与背板主体11分离,使得边框12与背板主体11可以单独加工,便于对背板1进行外观造型设计,特别是结构较为复杂的边框12,其边框12的外侧面可以设计不同倾斜角度以弧形的状态呈现在显示装置的外表面,使得显示装置的外观更加时尚美观。
需要说明的是,挤出成型只是提供了一种相对简单且成本较低的加工方式,并不对本申请实施例的保护范围进行限定,当然还可以采用其他加工方式。
本申请实施例的显示装置的具体结构参照图12、图15和图16,至少包括沿显示装置的厚度方向依次设置的背板1、光源、反射片、扩散板6、光学膜片8、中框5和显示面板9。
其中,由于目前用户对亮度/色域/分区数指标要求较高,导致上述光源的数量较多,当利用灯条板的形式将多个光源固定在背板1上时,灯条板的数量也较多。
具体的,灯条板上设置有走线端子211,灯条板通过走线端子211与背板1上的灯条板驱动模块电连接,灯条板驱动模块用于对灯条板进行驱动控制,即用于控制LED灯的亮或灭。此时,较多的灯条板导致灯条板与灯条板驱动模块之间的电路走线数量较多,造成背板1背部的灯条板驱动模块面积较大,再加上背板1上的电源板、主控板等功能板,使得背板1背部的驱动板等功能板布局时占据背板1面积较大,通常在60%~70%以上,这样导致此部分的背板1区域无法直接裸露作为外观面,同时由于可以作为外观的区域比重过小且不美观,因此,为了遮住不美观的背板1及走线,通常直接 用大后壳10方式直接包裹住全部背板1,进而导致显示装置整体较厚,无法实现薄型化的显示装置。
针对上述问题,参照图13、图14和图15,本申请实施例的多个光源采用灯板2的形式固定在背板1与反射片之间,具体的,上述灯板2的第一表面设置有阵列排布的LED灯,灯板2的第二表面设置有LED灯的走线端子211,LED灯与走线端子211之间电连接,走线端子211用于对外电连接,其中,第一表面和第二表面为灯板2的相对两个表面。
背板1位于灯板2的第二表面侧,且背板主体11上对应于走线端子211设置有避让结构111,走线端子211位于避让结构111内;或,上述灯板2的第一表面设置有阵列排布的LED灯,灯板2的第二表面设置有LED灯的走线端子211和灯板驱动模块212,LED灯与走线端子211、灯板驱动模块212之间电连接,走线端子211用于对外电连接,其中,第一表面和第二表面为灯板2的相对两个表面;背板1位于灯板2的第二表面侧,且背板主体11上对应于走线端子211和灯板驱动模块212设置有避让结构111,走线端子211和灯板驱动模块212位于避让结构111内。
在这种情况下,走线端子211和/或灯板驱动模块212设置于灯板2的第二表面,且收容于背板1的避让结构111内,使得LED灯与走线端子211和/或灯板驱动模块212一体化,避让结构111的设置减小了显示装置的厚度,同时一体化的的结构取消了背板1上的灯板驱动模块212,能够减少背板1上电路走线、功能板(控制各灯板2的驱动模块、衔接灯板2与电源板)的数量,进而可以降低功能板在背板1上的面积占比,从而能够增大背板1的外观区域。
另外,背板1采用背板主体11和边框12可拆卸连接构成背板1的整体强度较大,可以满足大尺寸显示装置的要求。由上述可知,背板1可作为后壳10使用,不需在背板1外罩有后壳10,从而能够大大减小显示装置的厚度,实现显示装置薄型化。
为了有效提高显示装置显示图像的对比度,参照图13、图14和图15,上述灯板2由多个子灯板21拼接构成,且通过控制电路可以控制每个子灯板21中的多个光源的亮度的大小。在这种情况下,当多个子灯板21中的某个子灯板21对应位置处的图像的亮度较高时,通过控制电路提高该子灯板21中的多个光源的亮度;反之,当多个子灯板21中的某个子灯板21对应位置处的图像的亮度较低时,则通过控制电路降低该子灯板21中的多个光源的亮度,进而可以有效的提高显示装置显示图像的对比度。其中,采用一 个整体灯板2控制所有光源的显示装置的对比度可以达到1000:1,经测试表明,本申请实施例采用多个子灯板21拼接形成的灯板2,在采用上述多区域控制的前提下,显示装置的对比度可以达到10000:1,甚至更高。
参照图9和图12,上述边框12包括用于连接固定中框5的安装部121,安装部121的底端向背板主体11的方向延伸形成有固定部122,固定部122与背板主体11固定连接。与安装部121直接与背板主体11固定连接,采用延伸形成有固定部122与背板主体11固定连接,使得背板主体11和边框12固定连接的部分与边框12与中框5固定连接的部分相分离,固定部122与背板主体11固定连接不会对安装部121与中框5固定连接产生干扰,使得背板主体11与边框12可采用的固定连接的方式更加多样化,且在固定连接的过程中,固定部122与背板主体11可进行固定连接的区域较大,便于操作。
鉴于采用螺接的方式将固定部122与背板主体11固定连接无需额外设计连接结构,且连接可靠性较高,被连接件不容易发生相互脱离,故通常采用螺接的方式将背板主体11和固定部122连接在一起。具体的,螺钉从背板主体11靠近中框5的一侧穿过背板主体11紧固到固定部122上,避免螺钉裸露在背板1的外观面,从而影响显示装置的美观度。
进一步的,为了便于边框12与背板主体11的安装与拆卸,参照图9和图10,上述边框12包括上框123、下框124、左框125和右框126;其中,上框123在背板主体11的上侧与背板主体11固定连接,下框124在背板主体11的下侧与背板主体11固定连接,左框125在背板主体11的左侧与背板主体11固定连接,右框126在背板主体11的右侧与背板主体11固定连接,连接的方式可采用上述螺接,此时,上框123、下框124、左框125和右框126的结构相似,图11以左框125为例。
基于此,上框123、下框124、左框125和右框126可以单独挤出成型,且均呈现条状结构,便于挤出成型;另外,将上框123、下框124、左框125和右框126一个一个的分别在背板主体11的对应侧与背板主体11固定连接,不仅便于安装与拆卸,而且当背板主体11的某一侧的边框12损坏时,仅需更换对应该侧的边框12,降低维修成本。
由上述可知,本申请实施例的显示装置的背板1组装顺序为:将上框123、下框124、左框125和右框126分别挤出成型,然后将上框123、下框124、左框125和右框126分别与背板主体11进行螺接即可获得背板1,制作难度下降,且维修成本较低。
其中,为了简便边框12与背板主体11的安装过程,同时增加边框12与背板主体11连接的可靠性,参照图10,上框123的固定部122靠近左框125的一端设有第一卡槽1231,左框125的固定部122靠近上框123的一端设有第一卡板1251,第一卡板1251嵌入第一卡槽1231,螺钉穿过背板主体11、第一卡板1251紧固到第一卡槽1231的底壁上;或,左框125的固定部122靠近上框123的一端设有第一卡槽1231,上框123的固定部122靠近左框125的一端设有第一卡板1251,第一卡板1251嵌入所述第一卡槽1231,螺钉穿过背板主体11、第一卡板1251紧固到第一卡槽1231的底壁上。
此时,在上述背板1的组装过程中,首先,将上框123与背板主体11螺接和左框125与背板主体11的螺接简化为上框123、左框125、背板主体11三者一体螺接,减少了螺接的次数,简化了安装流程;其次,在将上框123、左框125、背板主体11进行螺接之前,上框123与左框125通过第一卡板1251和第一卡槽1231的配合,使得两者形成初步的固定,不仅加强了上框123和左框125与背板主体11之间连接的可靠性,而且便于后续利用上框123和左框125对背板主体11进行定位,进而有利于螺接过程的顺利进行,从而降低螺接过程的操作难度,缩短背板主体11与边框12的组装时间。
同样的,参照图10,上框123的固定部122靠近右框126的一端设有第二卡槽1232,右框126的固定部122靠近上框123的一端设有第二卡板1261,第二卡板1261嵌入第二卡槽1232,螺钉穿过背板主体11、第二卡板1261紧固到第二卡槽1232的底壁上;或,右框126的固定部122靠近上框123的一端设有第二卡槽1232,上框123的固定部122靠近右框126的一端设有第二卡板1261,第二卡板1261嵌入第二卡槽1232,螺钉穿过背板主体11、第二卡板1261紧固到第二卡槽1232的底壁上。
此时,在上述背板1的组装过程中,首先,将上框123与背板主体11螺接和右框126与背板主体11的螺接简化为上框123、右框126、背板主体11三者一体螺接,减少了螺接的次数,简化了安装流程;其次,在将上框123、右框126、背板主体11进行螺接之前,上框123与右框126通过第二卡板1261和第二卡槽1232的配合,使得两者形成初步的固定,不仅加强了上框123和右框126与背板主体11之间连接的可靠性,而且便于后续利用上框123和右框126对背板主体11进行定位,进而有利于螺接过程的顺利进行,从而降低螺接过程的操作难度,缩短背板主体11与边框12的组装时间。
当上述背板1用于大尺寸的显示装置时,为了进一步的保证背板1的强度足以支撑大尺寸的显示装置,参照图17,在背板主体11的远离显示面板9的表面设有加强筋112,相应的,在边框12的固定部122上对应加强筋112设有避让槽口,这样可以有效提高背板1的强度,以防止背板1用于大尺寸的显示装置可能产生形变、甚至断裂。
具体的,上述加强筋112可以为多条平行设置于背板主体11的远离显示面板9的表面,也可以多条呈网格状设置于背板主体11的远离显示面板9的表面,加强筋112的数量及在背板主体11的远离显示面板9的表面上的分布情况可以根据实际情况来决定。
上述中框5与上述边框12固定连接的方式并不唯一,在某些实施例中,参照图16和图18,上述安装部121上安装有弹片13,上述中框5靠近背板1的一侧设有凹槽,弹片13嵌入凹槽,以使中框5卡接在安装部121上。应理解,卡接相较于其他连接方式,例如螺接,安装与拆卸的过程中不需要工具,便于中框5的安装和拆卸。另外,采用单独的弹片13结构,当卡接失效时,通常无需更换对应的边框12或者中框5,仅需对弹片13进行更换,维护成本较低。
需要说明的是,上述弹片13通常均匀分布左框125、上框123和右框126,左框125、上框123和右框126分别与其对应的中框5的边侧卡接。其中,中框5与下框124对应的边侧设有多个带卡勾的凸柱,下框124对应设有卡口,卡勾穿过卡口使中框5与下框124固定连接。在这种情况下,中框5与边框12通过两种卡接方式进行固定连接,提高了连接的可靠性。
参照图18和图19,上述弹片13包括顶板131以及在顶板131相对的两端折弯形成的第一边板132和第二边板133,第一边板132和第二边板133位于顶板131的同侧,且与安装部121固定连接,第二边板133与顶板131的折弯处的两侧均向第一方向延伸形成有弹性卡勾134,弹性卡勾134与第一边板132配合卡入凹槽。其中,第一方向位于顶板131远离第一边板132的一端的延长方向与第二边板133的末端的延长方向之间。
上述中框5与边框12的卡接时,首先,将中框5的凹槽置于弹片13的正上方,然后向下移动并将弹片13的顶板131置于凹槽内,最后按压使弹性卡勾134向内侧收缩直至整个弹片13置于凹槽内,安装过程十分简单,省时省力。在弹性卡勾134的弹性恢复力的作用下,弹片13紧紧卡在凹槽内,保证边框12与中框5的连接具有较高可靠性。
需要说明的是,上述第一边板132和上述第二边板133与安装部121的 固定连接具体参照图20和图21,第一边板132和第二边板133均向内侧切割出卡扣135,安装部121上对应该卡扣135设有卡合槽1211,卡扣135伸入卡合槽1211以使第一边板132和第二边板133卡接在安装部121上。
在一些实施例中,参照图12和图16,上述反射片采用立体反射片3,该立体显示片包括阵列设置的多个空腔,空腔由底面和侧面组成,光源位于空腔的底面,相邻的空腔的侧面构成用于间隔相邻的空腔的棱体,棱体的顶部支撑扩散板6。
此时,显示装置的对比度可以达到50000:1,进而实现更优的显示效果。但是,在采用立体反射片3时,光源发出的光线难以到达上述棱体的顶部的位置,导致显示面板9上的图像中会出现类似棋盘格的暗影,严重影响图像的显示效果。
为了解决显示面板9上的图像中会出现暗影的问题,在立体反射片3与扩散板6之间设置有反射膜4,反射膜4靠近光源的表面与棱体的顶部接触;反射膜4用于反射第一入射光线并透射第二入射光线;其中,第一入射光线为光源发出的光线且经过扩散板6以第一角度入射反射膜4;第二入射光线为光源发出的光线且以第二角度入射反射膜4;第一角度大于或等于预定角度阈值,第二角度小于预定角度阈值。
此时,由于反射膜4与棱体的顶部接触的反射膜4,能够覆盖棱体顶部位置,使得棱体的顶部位置可以通过反射膜4反射光源发出的光线,进而消除显示面板9上的图像中立体反射片3的棱体的顶部位置存在的暗影,提升图像的显示效果。具体实施中,可以通过设置反射膜4的厚度使得反射膜4满足上述反射透射条件。
其中,参照图12,扩散板6远离光源的一侧还可以设置量子点膜片7,以使显示装置所显示的图像的色彩更接近于自然光,显色性更为卓越。上述量子点膜片7用于产生激发光(光源发出的光入射到量子反射膜4片后,在量子反射膜4片激发的激发光,在本申请某些实施例中,当光源采用蓝光光源时,在量子点膜片7上激发红光和绿光),该激发光与光源发出的光可以混合成白光,此时,上述反射片还用于反射该激发光。
具体的,当上述光源采用蓝光光源时,上述反射膜4采用透蓝反红绿膜41,上述量子点膜片7用于激发红光和绿光,此时,透蓝反红绿膜41对入射到透蓝反红绿膜41表面的红光和绿光全部反射,同时透蓝反红绿膜41反射以第一角度入射到反射膜4表面的蓝光,并透射以第二角度入射到反射膜4表面的蓝光,如此可提高亮度,提高光效。
本申请实施例的显示装置的背板1上还设有安装上述光学膜片8的挂耳14,即安装部121上设有用于挂接光学膜片8的挂耳14,挂耳14包括固定底座141以及设置在固定底座141上的凸起142,固定底座141与安装部121固定连接。
具体的,参照图12、图22和图23,固定底座141螺接在安装部121的固定底座141安装位,光学膜片8对应挂耳14上的凸起142设有挂孔,凸起142伸入挂孔以将光学膜片8挂接在安装部121上。另外,上述透蓝反红绿膜41同样的可以与光学膜片8一起挂接在挂耳14,并将量子点膜片7和扩散板6夹在两者之间。此时,利用光学膜片8的挂耳14挂接透蓝反红绿膜41,仅需在透蓝反红绿膜41上对应设置挂孔即可,无需其他固定结构,结构简单,便于实施。
应理解,上述挂耳14在安装部121上的位置并不唯一,在本申请某些实施例中,多个挂耳14设置在上框123,多个挂耳14设置在下框124,上框123上的多个挂耳14与下框124上的多个挂耳14一一相对设置。
在本申请某些实施例中,多个挂耳14设置在左框125,多个挂耳14设置在右框126,左框125上的多个挂耳14与右框126上的多个挂耳14一一相对设置。其中,边框12对应设有挂耳14的一侧都至少设有两个挂耳14,且两个挂耳14在该侧的两端分布,以保证挂接效果较好,保证膜片挂接后的平整度。具体的,挂耳14的数量可以根据显示装置的大小进行相应的调整,例如,增加或者减少,以能够将膜片稳定、平整的挂接在安装部121上为准。
在本说明书的描述中,具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    显示面板,所述显示面板用于显示图像;
    中框,所述中框位于所述显示面板与所述背板之间,且所述中框用于承载所述显示面板;
    所述边框包括用于连接固定所述中框的安装部,所述安装部的底端向所述背板主体的方向延伸形成有固定部,所述固定部与所述背板主体固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述边框包括上框、下框、左框和右框;
    其中,所述上框在所述背板主体的上侧与所述背板主体固定连接,所述下框在所述背板主体的下侧与所述背板主体固定连接,所述左框在所述背板主体的左侧与所述背板主体固定连接,所述右框在所述背板主体的右侧与所述背板主体固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述上框的固定部靠近所述左框的一端设有第一卡槽,所述左框的固定部靠近所述上框的一端设有第一卡板,所述第一卡板嵌入所述第一卡槽,螺钉穿过所述背板主体、所述第一卡板紧固到所述第一卡槽的底壁上;
    或,所述左框的固定部靠近所述上框的一端设有第一卡槽,所述上框的固定部靠近所述左框的一端设有第一卡板,所述第一卡板嵌入所述第一卡槽,螺钉穿过所述背板主体、所述第一卡板紧固到所述第一卡槽的底壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述上框的固定部靠近所述右框的一端设有第二卡槽,所述右框的固定部靠近所述上框的一端设有第二卡板,所述第二卡板嵌入所述第二卡槽,螺钉穿过所述背板主体、所述第二卡板紧固到所述第二卡槽的底壁上;
    或,所述右框的固定部靠近所述上框的一端设有第二卡槽,所述上框的固定部靠近所述右框的一端设有第二卡板,所述第二卡板嵌入所述第二卡槽,螺钉穿过所述背板主体、所述第二卡板紧固到所述第二卡槽的底壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述背板主体的远离所述显示面板的表面设有加强筋。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述安装部上安装 有弹片,所述中框靠近所述背板的一侧设有凹槽,所述弹片嵌入所述凹槽,以使所述中框卡接在所述安装部上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述弹片包括顶板以及在所述顶板相对的两端折弯形成的第一边板和第二边板,所述第一边板和所述第二边板位于所述顶板的同侧,且与所述安装部固定连接,所述第二边板与所述顶板的折弯处的两侧均向第一方向延伸形成有弹性卡勾,所述弹性卡勾与所述第一边板配合卡入所述凹槽;
    其中,所述第一方向位于所述顶板远离所述第一边板的一端的延长方向与所述第二边板的末端的延长方向之间。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,还包括光学膜片,所述光学膜片位于所述显示面板与所述背板之间,所述安装部上设有用于挂接所述光学膜片的挂耳,所述挂耳包括固定底座以及设置在所述固定底座上的凸起,所述固定底座与所述安装部固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于,多个所述挂耳设置在所述上框,多个所述挂耳设置在所述下框,所述上框上的多个所述挂耳与所述下框上的多个所述挂耳一一相对设置;
    或;
    多个所述挂耳设置在所述左框,多个所述挂耳设置在所述右框,所述左框上的多个所述挂耳与所述右框上的多个所述挂耳一一相对设置。
