在一个可选的实施例中,第二驱动机构包括滑块16、滑轨17、丝杆螺母18、丝杆19和第二电机20;连接板15设置在滑块16上;滑块16滑动设置在滑轨17上;滑轨17和第二电机20均设置在箱体28内表面上;丝杆螺母18与滑块16连接,且丝杆螺母18与丝杆19螺纹连接;第二电机20输出端与丝杆19驱动连接。
需要说明的是,第二电机20的输出端驱动丝杆19转动,丝杆螺母18在丝杆19上沿纵向移动,滑块16随丝杆19移动,滑轨17用于对滑块16的移动过程进行导向和支撑,使得滑块16的移动过程更加平稳,滑块16带动连接板15沿纵向移动。
在一个可选的实施例中,水箱25内表面上设置有过滤网27。
需要说明的是,通过设置过滤网27,能进一步提高对灰尘的过滤效果,较大颗粒的灰尘被截留在过滤网27上,较小颗粒的灰尘穿过过滤网27被吸附在水中。
在一个可选的实施例中,箱体28上设置有隔板29;隔板29位于出料口282处,并将出料口282沿横向分隔为出液区和出料区;废液收集车31位于出液区下方;输送带机构32位于出料区下方。
需要说明的是,通过设置隔板29,以将出液区和出料区分隔开,方便工人将废液收集车31和输送带机构32放置在对应的位置。
在一个可选的实施例中,箱体28顶部设置有加料斗30;加料斗30位于加料口281处。
需要说明的是,通过设置加料斗30,方便工人的加料过程,加料过程中,垃圾不易散落到箱体28外部。
在一个可选的实施例中,箱体28内表面上设置有防护板34;防护板34沿纵向设置,防护板34位于第二驱动机构和输气管12之间。
需要说明的是,当喷气嘴10、安装管11、管夹14和连接板15沿纵向移动时,因为输气管12为软管,输气管12能随安装管11移动。通过设置防护板34,以防止输气管12在移动过程中对第二驱动机构的正常运行造成干涉。

  1. 一种具有除尘功能的环保设备,其特征在于,包括粉碎辊(4)、筛网(7)、安装架(8)、连接架(9)、喷气嘴(10)、安装管(11)、输气管(12)、高压空气发生器(13)、管夹(14)、连接板(15)、吸尘斗(21)、进气管(22)、风机(23)、出气管(24)、水箱(25)、排水管(26)、箱体(28)、废液收集车(31)、输送带机构(32)和支撑腿(33);
    筛网(7)设置在安装架(8)上,且筛网(7)一端由上至下逐渐倾斜;安装架(8)设置在连接架(9)上;连接架(9)和高压空气发生器(13)均设置在箱体(28)内表面上;喷气嘴(10)位于筛网(7)下方,喷气嘴(10)喷气方向朝向筛网(7),喷气嘴(10)设置在安装管(11)上,且沿安装管(11)轴向并排设置有多个;输气管(12)为软管,输气管(12)两端分别与安装管(11)和高压空气发生器(13)连通;安装管(11)设置在管夹(14)上;管夹(14)设置在连接板(15)上;粉碎辊(4)在箱体(28)内表面上对称设置有两个,且位于筛网(7)上方;吸尘斗(21)高度位于粉碎辊(4)和筛网(7)高度之间,吸尘斗(21)朝向筛网(7);进气管(22)两端分别与吸尘斗(21)和风机(23)连通;风机(23)设置在水箱(25)上;出气管(24)两端分别与风机(23)和水箱(25)连通;排水管(26)设置在水箱(25)底部,排水管(26)上设置有控制阀(261);水箱(25)设置在箱体(28)内表面上;箱体(28)顶部设置有加料口(281),底部设置有出料口(282),箱体(28)上设置有用于驱动两个粉碎辊(4)转动的第一驱动机构,以及用于驱动连接板(15)沿纵向往复移动的第二驱动机构;支撑腿(33)设置在箱体(28)底部;废液收集车(31)位于筛网(7)和出料口(282)下方;输送带机构(32)位于筛网(7)较低一端下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除尘功能的环保设备,其特征在于,第一驱动机构包括第一电机(1)、主动齿轮(2)、从动齿轮(3)、安装轴(5)和安装罩(6);从动齿轮(3)和安装轴(5)分别对称设置有两个,从动齿轮(3)和粉碎辊(4)同轴设置在安装轴(5)上,两个从动齿轮(3)啮合连接,安装轴(5)转动设置在箱体(28)上;第一电机(1)设置在安装罩(6)上,第一电机(1)输出端与主动齿轮(2)驱动连接;主动齿轮(2)与从动齿轮(3)啮合连接;安装罩(6)设置在箱体(28)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除尘功能的环保设备,其特征在于,第二驱动机构包括滑块(16)、滑轨(17)、丝杆螺母(18)、丝杆(19)和第二电机(20);连接板(15)设置在滑块(16)上;滑块(16)滑动设置在滑轨(17)上;滑轨(17)和第二电机(20)均设置在箱体(28)内表面上;丝杆螺母(18)与滑块(16)连接,且丝杆螺母(18)与丝杆(19)螺纹连接;第二电机(20)输出端与丝杆(19)驱动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除尘功能的环保设备,其特征在于,水箱(25)内表面上设置有过滤网(27)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除尘功能的环保设备,其特征在于,箱体(28)上设置有隔板(29);隔板(29)位于出料口(282)处,并将出料口(282)沿横向分隔为出液区和出料区;废液收集车(31)位于出液区下方;输送带机构(32)位于出料区下方。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除尘功能的环保设备,其特征在于,箱体(28)顶部设置有加料斗(30);加料斗(30)位于加料口(281)处。
  7. 根据权利要求1或3所述的一种具有除尘功能的环保设备,其特征在于,箱体(28)内表面上设置有防护板(34);防护板(34)沿纵向设置,防护板(34) 位于第二驱动机构和输气管(12)之间。
