为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面结合具体实施方式并参照附图,对本实用新型进一步详细说明。应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本实用新型的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本实用新型的概念。
如图1-6所示,本实用新型提出的一种纺织纤维均匀上浆装置,包括箱体1、 第一导向辊2、第二导向辊3、第一挤压辊4、第一安装轴401、第二挤压辊5、第二安装轴501、第一电机6、双向丝杆7、第一移动板8、第二移动板9、第一导向杆18、第一安装罩24、第一支架25、第二支架26、第二导向杆27、第二安装罩28和第三导向辊30;
第一导向辊2、第二导向辊3和第三导向辊30依次转动设置在箱体1内表面上;第一导向辊2高度低于第二导向辊3和第三导向辊30高度;第一安装罩24和第二安装罩28均设置在箱体1上;箱体1上设置有第一通孔101和第二通孔102;第一电机6设置在第一安装罩24上,第一电机6与双向丝杆7驱动连接;双向丝杆7与第一移动板8和第二移动板9分别连接;第一导向杆18竖直设置在第一安装罩24内表面上,且第一导向杆18由上至下依次贯穿第一移动板8和第二移动板9并与第一移动板8和第二移动板9分别滑动连接;第一挤压辊4和第二挤压辊5由上至下并排设置,且均位于第一导向辊2和第二导向辊3之间;第一挤压辊4设置在第一安装轴401上;第二挤压辊5设置在第二安装轴501上;第一安装轴401和第二安装轴501均贯穿第一通孔101和第二通孔102;第一安装轴401与第一移动板8和第一支架25分别转动连接;第二安装轴501与第二支架26转动连接;第一支架25和第二支架26均滑动设置在第二导向杆27上;第二导向杆27竖直设置在第二安装罩28内表面上;第一安装罩24内部设置有用于驱动第一安装轴401和第二安装轴501转动的驱动机构。
本实用新型中,纺织纤维依次经过第一导向辊2、第二导向辊3和第三导向辊30,在第二导向辊3和第三导向辊30之间,通过调节第一挤压辊4和第二挤压辊5的间距,能将纺织纤维上多余的浆料挤掉。在调节第一挤压辊4和第二挤压辊5的间距时,通过第一电机6的驱动端驱动双向丝杆7转动,使得第一移动板8和第二移动板9相向或相离移动,第一导向杆18用于对第一移动板8 和第二移动板9的移动方向进行导向,使得第一移动板8和第二移动板9沿竖直方向移动。第一安装轴401、第一挤压辊4和第一支架25均随第一移动板8移动,第二安装轴501、第二挤压辊5和第二支架26均随第二移动板9移动,从而实现第一挤压辊4和第二挤压辊5间距的调节。第一挤压辊4和第二挤压辊5挤掉的多余的浆料下落至箱体1内,从而实现浆料的再利用,更加节约。本实用新型通过第一挤压辊4和第二挤压辊5的挤压,能将纺织纤维上多余的浆料挤出,以保证对纺织纤维的上浆效果,第一挤压辊4和第二挤压辊5的间距能灵活调节,使用灵活性好。
在一个可选的实施例中,双向丝杆7上设置有旋向相反的第一螺纹部和第二螺纹部;第一螺纹部上设置有第一丝杆螺母701,第二螺纹部上设置有第二丝杆螺母702;第一移动板8与第一丝杆螺母701连接;第二移动板9与第二丝杆螺母702连接。
需要说明的是,第一丝杆螺母701在第一螺纹部上移动,第二丝杆螺母702在第二螺纹部上移动,第一丝杆螺母701和第二丝杆螺母702相向或相离移动,从而实现第一移动板8和第二移动板9的相向或相离移动。
在一个可选的实施例中,驱动机构包括第二电机10、主动轮11、张紧轮12、从动轮13、皮带14、第三安装轴15、主动齿轮16、从动齿轮17、连接架19、第一连接板20、第三导向杆21、第二连接板22和弹性件23;第二电机10设置在第二移动板9上,第二电机10与第二安装轴501驱动连接;主动轮11、张紧轮12和从动轮13通过皮带14连接;主动轮11设置在第二安装轴501上;张紧轮12和主动齿轮16同轴设置在第三安装轴15上;第三安装轴15转动设置在第一移动板8上;主动齿轮16与从动齿轮17啮合连接;从动齿轮17设置在第一安装轴401上;张紧轮12转动设置在连接架19上;连接架19滑动设置在 第三导向杆21上;第一连接板20、第三导向杆21和第二连接板22依次连接;第一连接板20设置在第一安装罩24内表面上;弹性件23伸缩方向两端分别与连接架19和第二连接板22连接。
需要说明的是,第二电机10的驱动端驱动第二安装轴501转动,第二挤压辊5和主动轮11均随第二安装轴501转动,主动轮11通过皮带14带动张紧轮12和从动轮13转动,第三安装轴15和主动齿轮16均随从动轮13转动,主动齿轮16带动从动齿轮17转动,第一安装轴401和第一挤压辊4均随从动齿轮17转动,从而实现第一挤压辊4和第二挤压辊5相反方向的转动,以进行纺织纤维上多余浆料的挤出作业。张紧轮12带动连接架19挤压弹性件23,使弹性件23始终处于被压缩状态,当调节第一挤压辊4和第二挤压辊5间距后,连接架19在第三导向杆21上滑动,弹性件23的压缩程度得到增强或减弱,但仍能保证张紧轮12在连接架19上正常转动,张紧轮12能正常进行传动。
在一个可选的实施例中,主动轮11、张紧轮12和从动轮13均为同步带轮;皮带14为同步带。
需要说明的是,同步带传动更加平稳,从而保证第一挤压辊4和第二挤压辊5能平稳转动。
在一个可选的实施例中,弹性件23为压缩弹簧,且弹性件23设置在第三导向杆21外周。
需要说明的是,压缩弹簧伸缩性能好,生产成本低,不会从第三导向杆21上脱落。
在一个可选的实施例中,第一挤压辊4上设置有第一凹槽402;第二挤压辊5上设置有第二凹槽502。
需要说明的是,通过设置第一凹槽402和第二凹槽502,使得第一挤压辊4 和第二挤压辊5从纺织纤维中挤出的浆料能更顺畅的从第一凹槽402和第二凹槽502下落至箱体1内。
在一个可选的实施例中,箱体1上转动设置有第四导向辊31和第五导向辊32,箱体1上设置有隔板29、安装架33和风机35;隔板29将箱体1内部空间分隔为上浆室和烘干室;第四导向辊31和第五导向辊32沿远离第三导向辊30方向依次设置;安装架33上设置有加热棒34;风机35进风端朝向加热棒34,出风端朝向第四导向辊31和第五导向辊32之间区域;第四导向辊31、第五导向辊32、安装架33、加热棒34和风机35均位于烘干室内。
需要说明的是,通过设置加热棒34和风机35,能对上浆完成后的纺织纤维进行烘干处理,使得浆料更好的附着在纺织纤维中。

  1. 一种纺织纤维均匀上浆装置,其特征在于,包括箱体(1)、第一导向辊(2)、第二导向辊(3)、第一挤压辊(4)、第一安装轴(401)、第二挤压辊(5)、第二安装轴(501)、第一电机(6)、双向丝杆(7)、第一移动板(8)、第二移动板(9)、第一导向杆(18)、第一安装罩(24)、第一支架(25)、第二支架(26)、第二导向杆(27)、第二安装罩(28)和第三导向辊(30);
    第一导向辊(2)、第二导向辊(3)和第三导向辊(30)依次转动设置在箱体(1)内表面上;第一导向辊(2)高度低于第二导向辊(3)和第三导向辊(30)高度;第一安装罩(24)和第二安装罩(28)均设置在箱体(1)上;箱体(1)上设置有第一通孔(101)和第二通孔(102);第一电机(6)设置在第一安装罩(24)上,第一电机(6)与双向丝杆(7)驱动连接;双向丝杆(7)与第一移动板(8)和第二移动板(9)分别连接;第一导向杆(18)竖直设置在第一安装罩(24)内表面上,且第一导向杆(18)由上至下依次贯穿第一移动板(8)和第二移动板(9)并与第一移动板(8)和第二移动板(9)分别滑动连接;第一挤压辊(4)和第二挤压辊(5)由上至下并排设置,且均位于第一导向辊(2)和第二导向辊(3)之间;第一挤压辊(4)设置在第一安装轴(401)上;第二挤压辊(5)设置在第二安装轴(501)上;第一安装轴(401)和第二安装轴(501)均贯穿第一通孔(101)和第二通孔(102);第一安装轴(401)与第一移动板(8)和第一支架(25)分别转动连接;第二安装轴(501)与第二支架(26)转动连接;第一支架(25)和第二支架(26)均滑动设置在第二导向杆(27)上;第二导向杆(27)竖直设置在第二安装罩(28)内表面上;第一安装罩(24)内部设置有用于驱动第一安装轴(401)和第二安装轴(501) 转动的驱动机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织纤维均匀上浆装置,其特征在于,双向丝杆(7)上设置有旋向相反的第一螺纹部和第二螺纹部;第一螺纹部上设置有第一丝杆螺母(701),第二螺纹部上设置有第二丝杆螺母(702);第一移动板(8)与第一丝杆螺母(701)连接;第二移动板(9)与第二丝杆螺母(702)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织纤维均匀上浆装置,其特征在于,驱动机构包括第二电机(10)、主动轮(11)、张紧轮(12)、从动轮(13)、皮带(14)、第三安装轴(15)、主动齿轮(16)、从动齿轮(17)、连接架(19)、第一连接板(20)、第三导向杆(21)、第二连接板(22)和弹性件(23);第二电机(10)设置在第二移动板(9)上,第二电机(10)与第二安装轴(501)驱动连接;主动轮(11)、张紧轮(12)和从动轮(13)通过皮带(14)连接;主动轮(11)设置在第二安装轴(501)上;张紧轮(12)和主动齿轮(16)同轴设置在第三安装轴(15)上;第三安装轴(15)转动设置在第一移动板(8)上;主动齿轮(16)与从动齿轮(17)啮合连接;从动齿轮(17)设置在第一安装轴(401)上;张紧轮(12)转动设置在连接架(19)上;连接架(19)滑动设置在第三导向杆(21)上;第一连接板(20)、第三导向杆(21)和第二连接板(22)依次连接;第一连接板(20)设置在第一安装罩(24)内表面上;弹性件(23)伸缩方向两端分别与连接架(19)和第二连接板(22)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种纺织纤维均匀上浆装置,其特征在于,主动轮(11)、张紧轮(12)和从动轮(13)均为同步带轮;皮带(14)为同步带。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种纺织纤维均匀上浆装置,其特征在于,弹性件(23)为压缩弹簧,且弹性件(23)设置在第三导向杆(21)外周。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织纤维均匀上浆装置,其特征在于,第一挤压辊(4)上设置有第一凹槽(402);第二挤压辊(5)上设置有第二凹槽(502)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织纤维均匀上浆装置,其特征在于,箱体(1)上转动设置有第四导向辊(31)和第五导向辊(32),箱体(1)上设置有隔板(29)、安装架(33)和风机(35);隔板(29)将箱体(1)内部空间分隔为上浆室和烘干室;第四导向辊(31)和第五导向辊(32)沿远离第三导向辊(30)方向依次设置;安装架(33)上设置有加热棒(34);风机(35)进风端朝向加热棒(34),出风端朝向第四导向辊(31)和第五导向辊(32)之间区域;第四导向辊(31)、第五导向辊(32)、安装架(33)、加热棒(34)和风机(35)均位于烘干室内。
