本实用新型提供的脖带风扇,包括用于穿戴在人体脖颈上的弧形支架,弧形支架内形成有通风道,通风道沿弧形支架的长度方向设置,弧形支架上设有第一出风口和第一进风口,第一出风口沿弧形支架的长度方向设置并与通风道连通,第一进风口与通风道连通,弧形支架内设有第一风扇,第一风扇与第一进风口对应设置,第一风扇用于将外部气流通过第一进风口引入通风道内,并通过第一出风口排出。本实用新型提供的脖带风扇方便携带并且能够对颈部进行吹风,从而达到对颈部散热的效果。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
如图1至图4所示,本实用新型实施例中提供的一种脖带风扇,包括用于穿戴在人体脖颈上的弧形支架1,弧形支架1内形成有通风道2,通风道2沿弧形支架1的长度方向设置,弧形支架1上设有第一出风口3和第一进风口4,第一出风口3沿弧形支架1的长度方向设置并与通风道2连通,第一进风口4与通风道2连通,弧形支架1内设有第一风扇10,第一风扇10由电机驱动进行旋转而产生风,第一风扇10与第一进风口4对应设置,第一风扇10用于将外部气流通过第一进风口4引入通风道2内,并通过第一出风口3排出。
弧形支架1包括底面11,与底面11相对的顶面12,以及连接于底面11和顶面12之间的第一侧面13和第二侧面14,第一侧面13为靠近脖颈的一侧面,第二侧面14为背离脖颈的一侧面。在本实施例中,为了使第一风扇10产生的风更好的对准用户的脖颈方向排出,所以将第一出风口3设置于弧形支架1的底面11、顶面12和/或第一侧面13,以实现对脖颈部位进行吹风,从而防止与脖颈接触部位积汗。
在本实施例中,第一出风口3包括多个出风孔31,多个出风孔31沿弧形支架1的长度方向间隔设置,位于弧形支架1的顶面12上,顶面12为朝向用户的脖颈方向,外部气流由第一风扇10从第一进风口4抽入,从多个出风孔31排出,以达到对颈部散热的目的。出风孔31也可以设置于顶面12和第一侧面13,具体地,出风孔31由顶面12延伸至第一侧面13或分别在顶面12和第一顶面13开设出风孔31;出风孔31还可以设置在弧形支架1与肩部接触的底面11,以实现对肩部进行吹风。出风孔31可以为条形孔或圆 形孔等,在此对出风孔31的形状不做限制。
或者第一出风口3包括一个出风孔31,出风孔31沿弧形支架1的长度方向延伸设置,出风孔31为长条形孔,即,出风孔31的孔径由弧形支架1的一端延伸至另一端。
优选地,弧形支架1内设有相互电性连接的控制器、检测元件(图未示)、温度调节装置5、电池6及开关7。具体地,温度调节装置5为半导体,半导体用于给通风道2内的空气制冷或制热。其中,半导体包括制冷端和制热端,通过改变半导体两端电压的极性实现制冷和制热模式的转换,控制器用于控制半导体制冷制热的温度,检测元件用于检测通风道2内的空气温度,将检测信号发送至控制器,从而通过控制器控制温度调节装置5调节通风道2内的空气温度,当检测到温度大于或小于预设阈值时,控制器自动调节半导体制冷制热的温度,从而调节通风道2内空气的温度。
电池6与第一风扇10电性连接,通过操作开关7,发送操控信号给控制器,通过控制器控制第一风扇10及温度调节装置5的工作状态。具体地,开关7用于调节温度调节装置5和第一风扇10同时运行,或者只运行温度调节装置5和第一风扇10中的一种。电池6为内置于弧形支架1的充电式电池6或一次性电池6,开关7设置于弧形支架1的外壁上。优选地,弧形支架1内还设有电池隔热片60,电池隔热片60包覆在电池6外侧,用于隔绝电池6的热量,防止电池6热量传递给颈部。
在一些其他实施例中,温度调节装置5还可以为发热片,发热片用于给通风道2内的空气加热,当空气通过第一风扇10从第一进风口4进入通风道2,经过加热片的升温变成热空气,从而将热空气带出,达到给颈部制暖的效果,适合寒冷天气的使用。发热片可以是翅形片,两个发热片形成一风道,空气可以从风道经过。
值得一提的是,用户可以选择性的开启或关闭温度调节装置5,关闭时,温度调节装置5不接入电路,仅实现第一风扇10的吹风功能。
在本实施例中,弧形支架1包括相互连通的第一环形部15和第二环形部16,第一环形部15具有第一连接端151和第一自由端152,第二环形部16具有第二连接端161和第二自由端162,该第一连接端151与该第二连接端161抵靠,且该第一连接端151与该第二连接端161之间设有铰接结构17,该第一环形部15和该第二环形部16通过该铰接结构17可转动的连接。
当用户需要佩戴或取下脖带风扇时,通过第一连接端151和第二连接端161之间的铰接结构17,可以使第一环形部15和第二环形部16以该铰接结构17为转动点相对的转动,从而扩大第一自由端152和第二自由端162之间的距离,用户方便佩戴与取下;当用户佩戴好脖带风扇时,第一连接端151和第二连接端161相互抵靠,以形成围绕着脖颈的环形结构。
优选地,在第一连接端151与第二连接端161的端面之间还可以设有磁铁,通过磁铁的吸附功能,第一环形部15和第二环形部16实现更好的连接定位。在其他实施例中,弧形支架1也可以由具有弹性回复力的材料制成,从而能够通过把持弧形支架1的两端使其张开而进行戴用。
具体地,第一连接端151上具有连接孔171,第二连接端161上具有连接轴172,第一连接端151与第二连接端161抵靠,且第一环形部15和第二环形部16通过连接孔171与连接轴172配合实现可转动的铰接。
在本实施例中,第一风扇10的数量为两个,与第一风扇10对应的第一进风口4为两个,两个第一风扇10分别设置于第一环形部15和第二环形部16内,但不以此为限。具体地,两个第一风扇10分别位于靠近第一环形部15的第一自由端152,和靠近第二环形部16的第二自由端162。
实施例二
本实施例部分与实施例一相同,相同部分在此不再赘述,不同之处在于:如图5至图8所示,弧形支架1上还设有第二出风口8和第二进风口9,第二进风口9与通风道2连通,弧形支架1内还设有第二风扇20。第二风扇20的数量也可以为两个,两个第二风扇20分别靠近第一环形部15的第一自由 端152,和靠近第二环形部16的第二自由端162设置,且位于第一风扇10旁,并相对于第一风扇10更靠近弧形支架1的端部,其中,第二风扇20与第二进风口9对应设置,可以理解的,第二进风口9与第一进风口4相邻设置,但不以此为限。
在本实施例中,第二进风口9和第二出风口8位于弧形支架1相对的两侧,且同轴设置,第二风扇20设置在第二进风口9与第二出风口8之间,第二风扇20与电池6电性连接。具体地,第二出风口8设置于弧形支架1的第一侧面13,第二进风口9设置于弧形支架1的第二侧面14,以使第二风扇20将外部气流通过第二进风口9引入通风道2内,并通过第二出风口8排出,实现对脸部的吹风。优选地,为了使第一出风口3和第二出风口8所排出的风风力充足,可以在第一风扇10和第二风扇20之间设置挡板30,以隔绝两个风扇分别产生的风力,即,第一风扇10的风由第一出风口3排出,第二风扇20的风由第二出风口8排出,提高了第一风扇10和第二风扇20产生的风的利用率。
实施例三
本实施例部分与实施例二相同,相同部分在此不再赘述,不同之处在于:如图9所示,第一环形部15和第二环形部16的第一自由端152和第二自由端162上开设有通孔18,通孔18与通风道2连通,第二风扇20设置于通孔18内,在通孔18的内壁上设有角度调节部21,角度调节部21与第二风扇20连接,角度调节部21用于调节第二风扇20的方向。
如图9,图10所示,该角度调节部21可以采用经过热处理定型而且具有伸缩性能的金属线,金属线呈螺旋状收纳于弧形支架1内,第二风扇20可以通过螺旋状的金属线从通孔18内伸出或缩回。当第二风扇20需要伸出使用时,拉动第二风扇20带动金属线伸出即可,当第二风扇20需回缩进弧形支架1内使用时,将第二风扇20推入通孔18,金属线即可回缩至螺旋状的收纳状态。其中,金属线可以进行弯折或弯曲,第二风扇20可以通过调节金 属线的弯曲角度,从而实现调节第二风扇20的吹风方向,该方向可以为左、右、上、下方向。
实施例四
本实施例部分与实施例二相同,相同部分在此不再赘述,不同之处在于:如图11所示,环形支架1为侧面开孔的形式。其中,在环形支架1设有连通第一侧面13与第二侧面14的通孔18,第二风扇20设置于通孔18内,在通孔18的内壁设有角度调节部21,该角度调节部21用于调节第二风扇的方向。
具体地,角度调节部21为转轴,转轴连接于第二风扇20与通孔18的内壁之间,可以通过调整转轴的转动方向进而调节第二风扇20的旋转方向。可选地,角度调节部21还可以为球头,第二风扇20通过球头实现各方位的转动。
本实用新型提供的脖带风扇,包括用于穿戴在人体脖颈上的弧形支架1,弧形支架1内形成有通风道2,通风道2沿弧形支架1的长度方向设置,弧形支架1上设有第一出风口3和第一进风口4,第一出风口3沿弧形支架1的长度方向设置并与通风道2连通,第一进风口4与通风道2连通,弧形支架1内设有第一风扇10,第一风扇10与第一进风口4对应设置,第一风扇10用于将外部气流通过第一进风口4引入通风道2内,并通过第一出风口3排出,而且第一出风口3设置在弧形支架1靠近脖颈的位置,能够实现对颈部进行吹风,从而达到对颈部散热的效果,并且方便携带。
在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,除了包含所列的那些要素,而且还可包含没有明确列出的其他要素。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种脖带风扇,其特征在于,包括用于穿戴在人体脖颈上的弧形支架,该弧形支架内形成有通风道,该通风道沿该弧形支架的长度方向设置,该弧形支架上设有第一出风口和第一进风口,该第一出风口沿该弧形支架的长度方向设置并与该通风道连通,该第一进风口与该通风道连通,该弧形支架内设有第一风扇,该第一风扇与该第一进风口对应设置,该第一风扇用于将外部气流通过该第一进风口引入该通风道内,并通过该第一出风口排出。
- 如权利要求1所述的脖带风扇,其特征在于,该弧形支架包括底面,与该底面相对的顶面,以及连接于该底面和该顶面之间的第一侧面和第二侧面,该第一侧面为靠近脖颈的一侧面,该第一出风口设置于该底面、顶面和/或该第一侧面。
- 如权利要求2所述的脖带风扇,其特征在于,该第一出风口包括多个出风孔,多个该出风孔沿该弧形支架的长度方向间隔设置,或者该第一出风口包括一个出风孔,该出风孔沿该弧形支架的长度方向延伸设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的脖带风扇,其特征在于,该弧形支架内设有相互电性连接的控制器、检测元件、温度调节装置、电池及开关,该检测元件用于检测该通风道内的空气温度,该控制器控制该温度调节装置调节该通风道内的空气温度,该开关通过该控制器控制该第一风扇及该温度调节装置的工作状态。
- 如权利要求4所述的脖带风扇,其特征在于,该温度调节装置为半导体,该半导体用于给该通风道内的空气制冷或制热,或者该温度调节装置为发热片,该发热片用于给该通风道内的空气加热。
- 如权利要求2所述的脖带风扇,其特征在于,该弧形支架包括相互连通的第一环形部和第二环形部,该第一环形部具有第一连接端和第一自由端,该第二环形部具有第二连接端和第二自由端,该第一连接端与第二连接端之间设有伸缩结构,该第一连接端和该第一自由端通过该伸缩结构相对伸缩运 动,或该第一连接端与该第二连接端抵靠,且该第一连接端与该第二连接端之间设有铰接结构,该第一环形部和该第二环形部通过该铰接结构可转动的连接。
- 如权利要求6所述的脖带风扇,其特征在于,该第一风扇的数量为两个,与该第一风扇对应的该第一进风口为两个,该第一风扇分别设置于该第一环形部和该第二环形部内的两端,该第一进风口对应该第一风扇设置在该弧形支架的该第二侧面。
- 如权利要求7所述的脖带风扇,其特征在于,该弧形支架上还设有第二出风口和第二进风口,该第二进风口与该通风道连通,该弧形支架内还设有第二风扇,该第二风扇与该第二进风口对应设置,该第二出风口设置于该弧形支架的该第一侧面,该第二风扇用于将外部气流通过该第二进风口引入该通风道内,并通过该第二出风口排出。
- 如权利要求8所述的脖带风扇,其特征在于,该第一风扇与该第二风扇之间设有用于隔离该第一风扇与该第二风扇的挡板。
- 如权利要求9所述的脖带风扇,其特征在于,该第一环形部和该第二环形部的该第一自由端和该第二自由端的端面上开设有通孔,该第二风扇设置于该通孔内,在该通孔的内壁上设有角度调节部,该角度调节部与该第二风扇连接,该角度调节部用于调节该第二风扇的方向,或者,该弧形支架设有连通该第一侧面与该第二侧面的通孔,该第二风扇设置于该通孔内,在该通孔的内壁设有角度调节部,该角度调节部用于调节该第二风扇的方向。
