在一个实施例中,如图4所示,驱动装置40包括固定部400和转动部410,其中一个壳体20内的驱动装置40的固定部400固定于外侧壁200的内表面上,另一个壳体20内的驱动装置40的固定部400固定于内侧壁210的内表面上,转动部410与风扇30固定连接,用于带动风扇30转动。
进一步的,固定部400轴心位置设有通孔,风扇30包括叶轮300和旋转轴310,旋转轴310用于插入通孔内,使得固定部400与转动部410配合,带动叶轮300转动。在其他实施例中,固定有固定部400的侧壁的内表面上设置有凸轴206,固定部400套设于凸轴206上与壳体20固定连接,凸轴206为中空结构,风扇30的旋转轴310用于插入凸轴206内,使得固定部400与转动部410配合,带动叶轮300转动。
具体的,在本实施例中,以驱动装置为电机进行说明,固定部400即为驱动装置40的定子,弧形支架10两端的壳体内各固定有一个定子,且一个定子固定在外侧壁200的内表面上,另一个定子固定在内侧壁210的内表面上。转动部410即为驱动装置40的转子,风扇30旋转轴310所在位置为一个空腔,转子设置在空腔内且与空腔壁紧贴固定,当旋转轴310插入通孔或凸轴206内时,定子容纳于空腔内且与转子配合形成驱动装置40,通电后,转子转动带动风扇叶轮转动。
上述实施方式中,通过更改风扇的装配方向,使得左右两边风扇可以同向装配,解决了传统挂脖风扇左右风扇镜像设置,两个风扇不能通用且易装配错误的问题。
在其他实施例中,驱动装置40包括电机(图未示),一个壳体20内的电机固定于外侧壁200上,另一个壳体20内的电机固定于内侧壁210上。风扇30包括叶轮300和套筒(图未示),套筒套设于电机的轴承上且与轴承固定连接,使得电机带动叶轮300转动。
具体的,本实施例中,电机一端固定于壳体20内表面上,另一端为一个转动轴承,相对应的,风扇30包括叶轮300和设置于叶轮轴心位置的套筒,通过将套筒套设于轴承上以实现叶轮300与轴承的固定连接,当电机工作时,轴承的转动带动叶轮300转动,实现风扇的正常工作。在其他实施例中,风扇包括 叶轮,叶轮轴心位置设置有凹槽,凹槽套设于电机的轴承上且与轴承固定连接,使得电机带动叶轮转动;或,叶轮轴心位置设置有贯穿叶轮的通孔,通孔套设于电机的轴承上且与轴承固定连接,使得电机带动叶轮转动。在其他实施方式中,电机轴承与叶轮的固定方式不做具体限制。
在一个实施例中,如图5所示,壳体20还包括挡板230,挡板230设置于壳体20内,壳体20侧面上还设置有通孔240,侧面为连接于外侧壁200的外表面和内侧壁210的外表面之间的面,挡板230用于将风扇30转动产生的风导向通孔240并通过通孔240导出壳体20。
具体的,壳体20由外侧壁200和内侧壁210扣合形成一端开口的空腔,空腔内设置有风扇30和驱动装置40,开口位置与弧形支架10连接,由于弧形支架10内部中空设置且壳体20较为细长,风扇转动产生的风容易向壳体20开口端流动,不易导出壳体20,达到降温效果。通过在壳体20内设置弧形挡板230,且壳体20侧面设置通孔240,风扇30转动产生的风接触到弧形挡板230后,顺着弧形挡板230流动到通孔240位置,从而导出壳体20,达到出风降温效果。在本实施例中,为达到较佳的导风效果,挡板230为弧形且由设置有通孔的侧面延伸到另一个侧面,从而使得外侧壁200和内侧壁210扣合时,挡板230将风扇30所在空间隔开为独立的空间,且挡板230的延伸方向为空气的流向。在其他可行的实施方式中,挡板230可设置为其他形状,这里不做具体限制。
在一个实施例中,壳体20还包括盖合部250,外侧壁200的外表面设有与风扇30对应的开孔,盖合部250设置于外侧壁210的外表面上且遮盖外侧壁200上的开孔并于开孔之间设有间隙。具体的,在将风扇30安装于壳体20内时,由于壳体20为封闭空间,为保证空气能够进入壳体20内,风扇30转动时能够产生流动的气流,需要在外侧壁210外表面上开设相应的开孔。然而,由于挂脖风扇需要挂在脖颈上使用,为避免头发等其他杂物被吸进壳体20内部,造成风扇30故障,需要对开孔进行遮盖。通过设置盖合部250,可以对外侧壁210上开设的通孔进行遮盖,避免头发等杂物被吸入壳体20内部,造成风扇30故障;同时,盖合部250与外侧壁210的开孔之间留有一定的间隙,保证空气的流通。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,挂脖风扇还包括软性连接件50,软性连接件50为万向软管,弧形支架10材质为柔性材料,软性连接件50设置于弧形支架10内。其中,软性连接件50为中空设置,通过设置中空软性连接件50,可将导线等连接线设置于所述软性连接件50内,挂脖风扇在使用时,弧形支架10为柔性材料,例如软胶,柔性材料的弧形支架10配合万向软管,可以根据用户需要弯曲变形为任意角度。同时,万向软管保证导线的稳定连接。
在一个实施例中,如图6所示,所述挂脖风扇还包括开关部60,开关部60设置于壳体20上。在本实施例中,通过在外侧壁200上设置与开关部60对应的通孔,从而将开关部60固定于外侧壁200上。通过调节开关部200,可实现挂脖风扇的启动与暂停,同时,还可通过调节开关部60,实现挂脖风扇的风力控制。在实际使用场景中,挂脖风扇多为室外高温环境下使用,在用户短暂进入室内时,可通过开关部60暂时关闭挂脖风扇,达到节约电能的作用,使得挂脖风扇可以有较长的使用时间。同时,在外界温度发生变化时,可通过调节开关部60从而控制挂脖风扇的风力,以达到较佳的降温效果。在其他实施例中,开关部60还可包括其他可行的功能,在此不做过多限定。同样的,开关部60还可设置在挂脖风扇的其他位置,例如弧形支架10,只要是便于用户操作和控制的位置均可。
进一步的,如图6所示,挂脖风扇还包括电池70,电池设置于壳体20内。本实施例中,以将电池70设置在壳体20内为例进行说明。通过在壳体20内设置电池70,在风扇30转动时,电池70可以为驱动装置40提供电能,实现挂脖风扇可随时工作。在其他实施例中,电池70还可以为两块,每个壳体20内设置有一块电池70,分别为驱动装置40提供电能,使得挂脖风扇续航更持久。同理,开关部60也可设置为两个,分别单独控制左右两边的驱动装置40,使得驱动装置40可以单独工作。
上述实施例提供的挂脖风扇,通过将其中一个所述壳体内的所述驱动装置固定于所述外侧壁上,另一个所述壳体内所述驱动装置固定于所述内侧壁上,使得左右两边的风扇装配方向一致,左右两边的风扇可以为相同类型,解决了风扇装配容易出错的问题且提高了风扇的通用性。由于左右两边风扇通用,生 产时降低了生产成本,装配时减少了装配工序,降低错误率。
以上所述实施方式仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种挂脖风扇,其特征在于:包括用于穿戴在人体颈部的弧形支架和设置于所述弧形支架两端的壳体,每一所述壳体内分别设有风扇及驱动装置;每个所述壳体包括外侧壁和内侧壁,所述内侧壁为靠近人体颈部一侧的侧壁,所述外侧壁为远离人体颈部一侧的侧壁;其中一个所述壳体内的所述驱动装置固定于所述外侧壁上,另一个所述壳体内的所述驱动装置固定于所述内侧壁上,所述驱动装置用于驱动所述风扇转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于:所述驱动装置包括固定部和转动部,其中一个所述壳体内的所述驱动装置的所述固定部固定于所述外侧壁上,另一个所述壳体内的所述驱动装置的所述固定部固定于所述内侧壁上,所述转动部与所述风扇固定连接,用于带动所述风扇转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于:所述固定部轴心位置设有通孔,所述风扇包括叶轮和旋转轴,所述旋转轴用于插入所述通孔内,使得所述固定部与所述转动部配合,带动所述叶轮转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于:固定有所述固定部的所述侧壁的内表面上设置有凸轴,所述固定部套设于所述凸轴上与所述壳体固定连接,所述凸轴为中空结构,所述风扇的旋转轴用于插入所述凸轴内,使得所述固定部与所述转动部配合,带动所述叶轮转动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于:所述驱动装置为电机,一个所述壳体内的所述电机固定于所述外侧壁上,另一个所述壳体内的所述电机固定于所述内侧壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于:所述风扇包括叶轮和套筒,所述套筒套设于所述电机的轴承上且与所述轴承固定连接,使得所述电机带动所述叶轮转动。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于:所述风扇包括叶轮,所述叶轮轴心位置设置有凹槽,所述凹槽套设于所述电机的轴承上且与所述轴承固定连接,使得所述电机带动所述叶轮转动;或,所述叶轮轴心位置设置有贯 穿所述叶轮的通孔,所述通孔套设于所述电机的轴承上且与所述轴承固定连接,使得所述电机带动所述叶轮转动。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于:所述壳体还包括设置于所述壳体内的挡板,所述壳体侧面上还设置有通孔,所述侧面为连接于所述外侧壁的外表面和所述内侧壁的外表面之间的面,所述挡板用于将所述风扇转动产生的风导向所述通孔并通过所述通孔导出所述壳体。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于:所述壳体还包括盖合部,所述外侧壁的外表面设有与所述风扇对应的开孔,所述盖合部设置于所述外侧壁的外表面上且遮盖所述开孔并于所述开孔之间设有间隙。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于:所述挂脖风扇还包括软性连接件,所述软性连接件为万向软管,所述弧形支架材质为柔性材料,所述万向软管设置于所述弧形支架内。
