- 構造体に当接するための第1面を含む第1固定部と、
前記第1固定部に対して交差するように、前記第1固定部の端部から前記第1面とは反対の側に延びる第2固定部と、を備える建築用ブラケットであって、
前記第2固定部は、
部材に当接するための第2面を含む基材部と、
前記基材部から前記第2面とは反対の側に突き出て、且つその突出端に部材に当接するための第3面を含む、リブ部と、
前記第2固定部の延びる方向と交差する幅方向における前記基材部の一端部から前記リブ部と同じ側に突き出て、且つ、前記幅方向において前記リブ部と並列する部材に当接するための第1壁部を含む、第1側壁部と、
前記基材部の前記幅方向における前記基材部の他端部から前記リブ部と同じ側に突き出て、且つ、前記幅方向において前記リブ部と並列する部材に当接するための第2壁部を含む、第2側壁部と、を備える建築用ブラケット。 - 前記第3面、前記第1壁部、および前記第2壁部の前記基材部からの突出高さは、同じである、請求項1に記載の建築用ブラケット。
- 前記第1固定部は、前記幅方向における前記第1固定部の一端部から前記第2固定部と同じ側に突き出る第3側壁部と、前記幅方向における前記第1固定部の他端部から前記第2固定部と同じ側に突き出る第4側壁部とを有し、
前記第1側壁部と前記第3側壁部とは繋がり、且つ、前記第2側壁部と前記第4側壁部とは繋がる、請求項1または2に記載の建築用ブラケット。 - 前記第1側壁部は、前記第1壁部よりも前記第1固定部の側に、前記第1壁部よりも高い第1高壁部を含み、
前記第2側壁部は、前記第2壁部よりも前記第1固定部の側に、前記第2壁部よりも高い第2高壁部を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の建築用ブラケット。 - 前記基材部は、締結部材貫通用の少なくとも一つの穴を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の建築用ブラケット。
- 前記リブ部は、締結部材貫通用の少なくとも一つの穴を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の建築用ブラケット。
- 前記穴は、前記第2固定部の前記延びる方向に延びる長穴を含む、請求項5または6に記載の建築用ブラケット。
- 前記第1固定部は、締結部材貫通用の少なくとも一つの穴を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の建築用ブラケット。
- 前記穴は、第1穴と、前記第1穴まわりに位置する、前記第1穴よりも小さな少なくとも一つの第2穴を含む、請求項8に記載の建築用ブラケット。
- 前記第1固定部における前記第1面とは反対の側の表面には、位置合わせ用の基準線が設けられている、請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の建築用ブラケット。
- 壁面を有する構造体と、
前記壁面上に配置された複数の建築用ブラケットと、
それぞれが少なくとも二つの前記建築用ブラケットにわたって配置された複数の支持材と、
複数の第1締結部材と、
複数の第2締結部材と、
前記壁面を覆うための複数の板材と、を備える建物壁構造であって、
前記建築用ブラケットは、請求項1から10のいずれか一つに記載の建築用ブラケットであり、前記第1固定部の前記第1面にて前記壁面に当接し、前記第1固定部を前記第1面とは反対の側から貫通して前記壁面に至る前記第1締結部材によって前記建築用ブラケットと前記壁面とが締結されており、
前記支持材は、前記建築用ブラケットに対して固定される第1接合部と、前記第1接合部における前記壁面とは反対の側と接続する第2接合部とを有し、
前記複数の建築用ブラケットに対する前記複数の支持材の複数の固定箇所における少なくとも一部の固定箇所では、
前記支持材の前記第1接合部は、前記建築用ブラケットの前記第2固定部における前記基材部の前記第2面に当接し、前記基材部を前記第2面とは反対の側から貫通して前記第1接合部に至る前記第2締結部材によって前記建築用ブラケットと前記支持材とが締結されているか、或いは、
前記支持材の前記第1接合部は、前記建築用ブラケットの前記第2固定部における前記リブ部の前記第3面と前記第1壁部と前記第2壁部とに当接し、前記リブ部を前記第3面とは反対の側から貫通して前記第1接合部に至る前記第2締結部材によって前記建築用ブラケットと前記支持材とが締結されており、
前記板材は、前記支持材における前記第2接合部に対して直接的に又は間接的に取り付けられている、建物壁構造。 - 延長部材と第3締結部材とを更に備え、
前記延長部材は、
前記建築用ブラケットの前記基材部の前記第2面または前記第3面に当接するための第4面と前記第4面とは反対側の部材に当接するための第5面とを含んで前記第2固定部に沿って延びる延長基材部と、
前記延長基材部の延びる方向と交差する幅方向における前記延長基材部の一端部から前記延長基材部の厚さ方向における前記第4面側に突き出る第1延長側壁部と、
前記延長基材部の前記延びる方向と交差する幅方向における前記延長基材部の他端部から前記第1延長側壁部と同じ側に突き出る第2延長側壁部とを備え、
前記延長部材の前記第1延長側壁部と前記第2延長側壁部との間に、前記建築用ブラケットの前記第2固定部は嵌まり、且つ、前記延長部材は、前記延びる方向において、前記建築用ブラケットにおける前記第2固定部よりも、前記第1固定部とは反対の側に長く延びており、
前記建築用ブラケットに対する前記支持材の固定箇所では、
前記延長部材の前記第4面は、前記建築用ブラケットの前記第2固定部における前記基材部の前記第2面に当接し、前記基材部を前記第2面とは反対の側から貫通して前記延長基材部に至る前記第3締結部材によって前記建築用ブラケットと前記延長部材とが締結され、且つ、前記支持材の前記第1接合部は、前記延長部材の前記第5面に当接し、前記延長部材を前記第4面側から貫通して前記第1接合部に至る前記第2締結部材によって前記延長部材と前記支持材とが締結されているか、或いは、
前記延長部材の前記第4面は、前記建築用ブラケットの前記第2固定部における前記リブ部の前記第3面に当接し、前記リブ部を前記第3面とは反対の側から貫通して前記延長基材部に至る前記第3締結部材によって前記建築用ブラケットと前記延長部材とが締結され、且つ、前記支持材の前記第1接合部は、前記延長部材の前記第5面に当接し、前記延長部材を前記第4面側から貫通して前記第1接合部に至る前記第2締結部材によって前記延長部材と前記支持材とが締結されている、請求項11に記載の建物壁構造。 - 前記延長基材部は、前記延長基材部の前記延びる方向に延びる締結部材貫通用の少なくとも一つの長穴と、前記幅方向において前記長穴から離れて位置する締結部材貫通用の少なくとも一つの穴とを有する、請求項12に記載の建物壁構造。
- 少なくとも二つの前記支持材にわたって配置された複数の追加支持材を更に備え、
前記追加支持材は、少なくとも二つの前記支持材における前記第2接合部に取り付けられており、
前記板材は、前記追加支持材に対して取り付けられている、請求項11から13のいずれか一つに記載の建物壁構造。 - 壁面を有する構造体に対して板材を取り付けるための板材施工方法であって、
前記壁面に対して複数の前記建築用ブラケットを取り付ける第1工程と、
前記壁面上に取り付けられた少なくとも二つの前記建築用ブラケットに対して支持材を固定する第2工程と、
前記支持材に対して直接的に又は間接的に板材を取り付ける第3工程と、を含み、
前記建築用ブラケットは、請求項1から10のいずれか一つに記載の建築用ブラケットであり、
前記第1工程では、前記第1固定部の前記第1面を前記壁面に当接させ、前記第1固定部を前記第1面とは反対の側から貫通して前記壁面に至る第1締結部材によって前記建築用ブラケットと前記壁面とを締結し、
前記支持材は、前記建築用ブラケットに対して固定される第1接合部と、前記第1接合部における前記壁面とは反対の側と接続する第2接合部とを有し、
前記第2工程では、前記支持材の前記第1接合部を、前記建築用ブラケットの前記第2固定部における前記基材部の前記第2面に当接させ、前記基材部を前記第2面とは反対の側から貫通して前記第1接合部に至る第2締結部材によって前記建築用ブラケットと前記支持材とを締結するか、或いは、前記支持材の前記第1接合部を、前記建築用ブラケットの前記第2固定部における前記リブ部の前記第3面と前記第1壁部と前記第2壁部とに当接させ、前記リブ部を前記第3面とは反対の側から貫通して前記第1接合部に至る第2締結部材によって前記建築用ブラケットと前記支持材とを締結する、板材施工方法。
