本发明主要针对手推车的多功能需求,发明了一种三合一推车;其中,车轮结构的改进主要是由扭簧带动车轮自动旋转折叠,同时,在相对旋转折叠的两车轮之间增设定位机构,定位机构主要通过杆件的两端与车轮座的相互抵触和插孔定位来实现车轮的展开定位。而把手的结构改进主要是通过将U型把手进行180度翻转,使推车功能转变为工作台功能;首先,把手以第二销轴为旋转中心进行旋转,然后通过旋转定位件和推拉杆端部的插接形成定位;在没有受到外力作用时,仅仅在弹簧的弹性拉力作用下,推拉杆的端部对应插入旋转定位件的定位槽中,形成定位;当有外力作用于推拉杆使其向外平移后,推拉杆的端部与定位槽脱离,则旋转定位件和把手可自由旋转;当把手和旋转定位件处于适当位置后,消除对推拉杆的外拉作用力,则在弹簧的作用下推拉杆的端部重新插入定位槽中,重新定位。
本发明的上述技术问题是通过以下技术方案得以实施的:一种三合一推车,包括载物平台,载物平台的位置相对的两侧分别连接一安装杆件,每一安装杆件的靠近两端的部分均设置有车轮组件,其特征在于,所述车轮组件包括固定于安装杆件之下的轴承座,轴承座上连接第一销轴,第一销轴上环套一段扭簧,同时, 第一销轴上连接车轮座,车轮座上连接车轮,在扭簧的作用下车轮座和车轮自动翻转至靠近载物平台;位于同一端的两车轮组件之间设置有用于维持车轮座和车轮处于展开状态的定位机构。在扭簧的作用下,且没有受到其他任何外力作用时,两车轮相对旋转至处于同一平面,处于折叠状态;而位于两车轮之间的定位机构,通过手动翻转来驱使两车轮座和车轮同步各自翻转90度后处于展开状态。
每一安装杆件的靠近两端的部位均具有一段空心的轴套式的安装座,在安装座的开口端套接一伸缩座,伸缩座包括伸入安装座内部的移动框体、外露于安装座端部的推拉座,在移动框体内设置弹性件;有一第二销轴同时垂直横穿安装座和移动框体,所述弹性件的一端与第二销轴抵触,则所述移动框体能够相对于安装座进行弹性伸缩平移;所述两件平行的推拉座之间固定连接推拉杆,推拉杆横穿推拉座且端部外露。在弹性件的作用下,移动框体被推至安装座的深处,推拉座与安装座的端部抵触;当有外力作用于推拉座时,外力需要克服弹簧的作用力,使推拉座被向外拉出;外力作用于推拉杆,同时带动两个伸缩座向外平移,当外力消失后,两个伸缩座在弹性件(弹簧)的作用下自动回复到初始位置。
所述第二销轴靠近安装座的开口端,在第二销轴的外端连接一旋转定位件,旋转定位件的边缘设置有若干定位槽,定位槽呈圆周排布,则推拉杆的外露的端部能够嵌入旋转定位件的定位槽中。
位于同一端的两旋转定位件上连接把手,所述把手包括两件平行的摇杆、连接于两件摇杆的端部之间的横杆,两摇杆的端部分别对应连接于旋转定位件;把手以第二销轴为旋转中心进行旋转,而旋转定位件和把手同步旋转。
作为优选,所述定位机构包括位于两件车轮座之间的定位套管、连接与定位套管的支撑杆,支撑杆通过转轴与安装杆件旋转铰接,或者支撑杆通过转轴与载物平台旋转铰接;所述定位套管的两端能够分别与两车轮座抵触。定位机构的翻转由手动操作完成,折叠状态时,定位套管紧贴载物平台,定位套管处于两件安装杆件之间且大致与两件安装杆件齐平;进行展开定位时,定位套管逐渐向上翻转,从而逐渐将折叠的车轮座和车轮向外撑开,直至定位套管与车轮座垂直抵触。
作为优选,所述定位套管的内部设置有两段伸缩杆件,每一伸缩杆件的朝外的端部均具有轴向外凸的定位柱,两段伸缩杆件的朝内的端部均连接一操作手柄件,两操作手柄件之间连接一段弹簧;所述伸缩杆件外端的定位柱能够外露于定位套管的两端;同时,所述车轮座朝着定位机构的板面具有定位孔,则外露于定位套管的定位柱能够对应插入定位孔中。当定位套管向上翻转至与车轮座垂直时,定位套管内的伸缩杆件在弹簧的作用下向外伸出,而端部的定位柱对应插入定位孔中,保持车轮展开状态的稳定;进行折叠操作时,手动控制操作手柄,带动两件伸缩杆件向内缩,同时定位柱内缩,使定位套管与车轮座相互脱离,车轮在扭簧的作用下再次自动旋转折叠。
作为优选,所述定位套管的中部侧壁具有开口,所述的操作手柄件穿过开口且外露于定位套管;同时,每一段伸缩杆件的中部垂直连接一限位柱,同时,在定位套管的侧壁与限位柱对应的部位设置一段长腰孔,则限位柱的一端穿过该长腰孔且外露于定位套管。手柄件外露,便于操作,通过缩小两个操作手柄件之间的间距来带动定位柱内缩。又通过限位柱和长腰孔的配合来限制伸缩杆件的伸缩幅度。
作为优选,所述推拉杆和安装座之间设置有用于限制推拉杆伸缩的卡合机构;卡合机构包括连接于推拉杆的翻转板,翻转板从推拉杆的一端延延伸至另一端,翻转板的两端朝着外露于安装座的销轴的端部延伸形成卡合板,卡合板上设置有卡槽,卡槽能够卡合在销轴的端部。进行把手旋转时,首先需要转动翻转板,使卡槽与第二销轴脱离,消除推拉杆和安装座之间的限制后,推拉杆才能够被向外拉出。具有卡合机构能够避免推拉杆意外晃动或者意外被拉出,导致使用时把手不稳定。
作为优选,所述两件平行的安装杆件的中部之间活动连接一段转轴,该转轴与所述定位套管之间连接所述的支撑杆;同时,所述载物平台的下表面且对应所述转轴和所述支撑杆的部位均设置有内凹的容纳槽,所述转轴和支撑杆能够置于容纳槽中;当车轮处于自动折叠状态时,定位套管和支撑杆处于载物平台和车轮 之间,为了维持车轮、定位机构、载物平台之间的平整,转轴和支撑杆对应嵌入载物平台下表面的容纳槽中。所述安装座的朝内的侧壁具有通孔,则定位套管脱离车轮座后下翻至与安装杆件齐平时,定位套管端部的定位柱插入通孔中。目的是为了保持整个定位机构能够稳定的处于折叠状态,不会随意晃动。
作为优选,其中一件把手,两平行的摇杆之间连接有载物板,同时,该把手的摇杆和横杆的连接处具有垂直外凸的脚垫。当推车变形为L型的行李车时,载物板处于下端且用于承载行李物品,而脚垫和车轮与地面接触。
作为优选,所述弹性件设置为一段弹簧;所述第二销轴上环套一段短轴套,所述弹簧的一端与该短轴套抵触或连接,弹簧的另一端与移动框件的端部抵触或连接。第二销轴和端轴套可相对旋转,弹簧的伸缩不影响第二销轴的旋转。
作为优选,所述旋转定位件设置为圆柱形,销轴垂直固定连接于旋转定位件的中心;所述定位槽由旋转定位件的侧壁内凹形成,定位槽靠近安装座且定位槽靠近安装座的一端开口。进行插孔定位时,推拉杆的端部从旋转定位件的外侧平移嵌入定位槽中。
作为优选,所述推拉座与移动框体的过渡部位具有外凸的限位凸起,限位凸起能够与安装座的端部抵触。
综上所述,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
本发明的车轮可完全折叠隐藏,同时,把手可180度旋转,从而变形成U型平板推车、L型行李推车、工作台,具有多功能性;本发明由扭簧带动车轮自动旋转折叠,同时,在相对旋转折叠的两车轮之间增设定位机构,定位机构主要通过杆件的两端与车轮座的相互抵触和插孔定位来实现车轮的展开定位,手动操作,方便快捷,且连接牢靠。本发明的把手以销轴为旋转中心进行旋转,然后通过旋转定位件和推拉杆端部的插接形成定位,推拉杆的伸缩回复由伸缩座内的弹簧来实现;在没有受到外力作用时,仅仅在弹簧的弹性拉力作用下,推拉杆的端部对应插入旋转定位件的定位槽中,形成定位;当有外力作用于推拉杆使其向外平移后,推拉杆的端部与定位槽脱离,则旋转定位件和把手可自由旋转;当把手 和旋转定位件处于适当位置后,消除对推拉杆的外拉作用力,则在弹簧的作用下推拉杆的端部重新插入定位槽中,重新定位,手动操作,一步到位,连接牢靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1:
如图1所示,一种三合一推车,有一长方形平板状的载物平台1,载物平台 1的位置相对的两侧长边分别固定连接一安装杆件11,每一安装杆件11的靠近两端的部分均安装有一车轮组件2。
如图2、3、4所示,每一车轮组件2包括固定于安装杆件11之下的轴承座20,轴承座20上连接第一销轴21,第一销轴21上环套一段扭簧22,同时,第一销轴21上连接一个车轮座23,车轮座23上连接车轮24,在扭簧22的作用下车轮座23和车轮24自动翻转至靠近载物平台1之下。其中一组车轮组件2中的车轮24采用万向轮。
在扭簧22的作用下,且没有受到其他任何外力作用时,两车轮座23带动车轮24相对旋转至处于同一平面,处于折叠状态;为了驱使两车轮座23带动车轮24各自翻转90度后处于展开状态,在两车轮座23之间设置定位机构3,通过翻转定位机构3带动车轮座23向外翻转撑开,并维持车轮座23和车轮24保持展开状态。
如图5所示,具体的,定位机构3主要由定位套管31、支撑杆32、转轴39构成;其中,转轴39垂直连接于两平行的安装杆件11的中部之间,转轴39可自转;在转轴39的靠近两端的部位分别垂直固定一段支撑杆32,而定位套管31同时垂直固定于两件支撑杆31的端部;随着转轴39的旋转,带动支撑杆32和定位套管31翻转,定位套管31能够处于两件车轮座23之间。
所述定位套管31为中空的圆管,定位套管31的内部具有两段轴向延伸的伸缩杆件33,每一伸缩杆件33的朝外的端部均具有轴向外凸的定位柱34,两段伸缩杆件33的朝内的端部均垂直固定连接一操作手柄件35,两操作手柄件35之间连接一段弹簧36;在定位套管31的中部侧壁具有开口,两操作手柄件35则穿过该开口且外露于定位套管31。
同时,在车轮座23朝着定位机构3的板面具有定位孔,则外露于定位套管31的定位柱34能够对应插入定位孔中。
每一段伸缩杆件33的中部垂直连接一限位柱37,同时,在定位套管31的侧壁与限位柱37对应的部位设置一段长腰孔38,则限位柱37的一端穿过该长 腰孔38且外露于定位套管31;限位柱37配合长腰孔38以限制伸缩杆件33和定位柱34的伸缩幅度。
在弹簧36的作用下,伸缩杆件33外端的定位柱34能够向外伸出且外露于定位套管31的两端;并且,在维持车轮座23和车轮24处于展开状态时,外露的定位柱34对应插入所述车轮座23板件上的定位孔中。
所述载物平台1的下表面且对应所述转轴39和所述支撑杆32的部位均具有内凹的容纳槽12,所述转轴39和支撑杆32能够置于容纳槽12中;所述安装座4的朝内的侧壁具有通孔41,则定位套管31脱离车轮座23后下翻至与安装杆件11齐平时,定位套管31端部的定位柱34对应插入通孔41中。
如图6、7、8、9所示,每一安装杆件11的靠近两端的部位均具有一段空心的方管轴套式的安装座4,在安装座4的开口端套接一伸缩座5;伸缩座5主要由移动框体51、推拉座52、弹簧件6构成,其中,移动框体51设置为一个长方体的框体,移动框体51伸入安装座4的内部且能够沿着安装座4的轴向平移;推拉座52外露于安装座4端部,推拉座52与移动框体51的过渡部位具有外凸的限位凸起,限位凸起能够与安装座4的端部抵触;弹性件6采用一段弹簧。
在实际生产制作时,推拉座52、移动框体51为一体制作,而移动框体51由多条棱构成,平行的棱和棱之间构成了滑槽,有一第二销轴54同时垂直横穿安装座4和移动框体51,第二销轴54横穿于滑槽;同时,在第二销轴54上环套一段短轴套,短轴套处于移动框体51内,而所述弹簧的一端与该短轴套抵触或连接,弹簧的另一端与移动框件51的端部抵触或连接;则在弹簧的作用下,移动框体51能够相对于安装座4进行弹性伸缩平移。
所述载物平台1的同一端,且两件平行的推拉座51之间固定连接一推拉杆55,推拉杆55横穿推拉座51且端部外露。
所述第二销轴54靠近安装座4的开口端,在第二销轴54的外端连接一旋转定位件6,旋转定位件6设置成一段扁的圆柱体,第二销轴54固定连接于旋转定位件6的中心轴线位置;在旋转定位件6的边缘具有多个定位槽61,定位槽 61呈圆周排布;每一定位槽61由旋转定位件6的侧壁内凹形成,定位槽61靠近安装座4且定位槽61靠近安装座4的一端开口;则所述推拉杆55外露的部分对应嵌入旋转定位件6的定位槽61中。
在两个平行的旋转定位件6上固定连接一U型把手2,U型把手2包括两件平行的摇杆21、连接于两件摇杆21的端部之间的横杆22;两摇杆21的端部固定连接于旋转定位件6,且两者的连接部位远离安装座4。
为了提高整体结构的稳定性,在推拉杆55和安装座4之间连接卡合机构8,用于限制推拉杆55的伸缩;具体的,所述卡合机构8主要由一件翻转板81和两件卡合板82构成;其中,翻转板81固定连接于推拉杆55,且翻转板81从推拉杆55的一端延伸至另一端,而两件卡合板82是分别从翻转板81两端朝着外露于安装座4的第二销轴54的端部延伸形成的,卡合板82的靠近第二销轴54的端部具有一个卡槽,卡槽能够卡合在第二销轴54的端部。只要先将卡合机构8解锁,才能够对把手7进行旋转。
载物平台1的两端均连接一U型把手7,其中一U型把手7的两平行的摇杆71之间连接有一载物板73,同时,该把手7的摇杆71和横杆72的连接处具有垂直外凸的脚垫74;当推车变形成为L型行李推车时,载物板73位于下方进行载物,脚垫74和车轮24支撑于地面。
如图10所示,使用完毕后,可将车轮座、车轮、定位机构完全折叠收纳,同时,将把手旋转至载物平台,易于包装、存放和运输。
如图11所示,在图1的U型平板推车的基础上,将推车整体翻转90度,在将位于上方的车轮座、车轮和定位机构折叠,然后将位于上方的把手斜向上翻转100度至120度,形成L型行李推车。
如图12所示,在图1的U型平板推车的基础上,将全部车轮座、车轮、定位机构完全折叠,将两个把手均旋转180度,形成工作台。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种三合一推车,包括载物平台(1),载物平台的位置相对的两侧分别连接一安装杆件(11),每一安装杆件的靠近两端的部分均设置有车轮组件(2),其特征在于,所述车轮组件包括固定于安装杆件之下的轴承座(20),轴承座上连接第一销轴(21),第一销轴上环套一段扭簧(22),同时,第一销轴上连接车轮座(23),车轮座上连接车轮(24),在扭簧的作用下车轮座和车轮自动翻转至靠近载物平台;
    位于同一端的两车轮组件之间设置有用于维持车轮座和车轮处于展开状态的定位机构(3);
    每一安装杆件的靠近两端的部位均具有一段空心的轴套式的安装座(4),在安装座的开口端套接一伸缩座(5),伸缩座包括伸入安装座内部的移动框体(51)、外露于安装座端部的推拉座(52),在移动框体内设置弹性件(53);有一第二销轴(54)同时垂直横穿安装座和移动框体,所述弹性件的一端与第二销轴抵触,则所述移动框体能够相对于安装座进行弹性伸缩平移;所述两件平行的推拉座之间固定连接推拉杆(55),推拉杆横穿推拉座且端部外露;
    所述第二销轴靠近安装座的开口端,在第二销轴的外端连接一旋转定位件(6),旋转定位件的边缘设置有若干定位槽(61),定位槽呈圆周排布,则推拉杆的外露的端部能够嵌入旋转定位件的定位槽中;
    位于同一端的两旋转定位件上连接把手(7),所述把手包括两件平行的摇杆(71)、连接于两件摇杆的端部之间的横杆(72),两摇杆的端部分别对应连接于旋转定位件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的三合一推车,其特征在于,所述定位机构包括位于两件车轮座之间的定位套管(31)、连接与定位套管的支撑杆(32),支撑杆通过转轴与安装杆件旋转铰接,或者支撑杆通过转轴与载物平台旋转铰接;所述定位套管的两端能够分别与两车轮座抵触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的三合一推车,其特征在于,所述定位套管的内部设置有两段伸缩杆件(33),每一伸缩杆件的朝外的端部均具有轴向外凸的定位柱(34),两段伸缩杆件的朝内的端部均连接一操作手柄件(35),两操作手柄件之间连接一段弹簧(36);所述伸缩杆件外端的定位柱能够外露于定位套管的两端;同时,所述车轮座朝着定位机构的板面具有定位孔,则外露于定位套管的定位柱能够对应插入定位孔中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的三合一推车,其特征在于,所述定位套管的中部侧壁具有开口, 所述的操作手柄件穿过开口且外露于定位套管;同时,每一段伸缩杆件的中部垂直连接一限位柱(37),同时,在定位套管的侧壁与限位柱对应的部位设置一段长腰孔(38),则限位柱的一端穿过该长腰孔且外露于定位套管。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的三合一推车,其特征在于,所述推拉杆和安装座之间设置有用于限制推拉杆伸缩的卡合机构(8);卡合机构包括连接于推拉杆的翻转板(81),翻转板从推拉杆的一端延延伸至另一端,翻转板的两端朝着外露于安装座的销轴的端部延伸形成卡合板(82),卡合板上设置有卡槽,卡槽能够卡合在销轴的端部。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的三合一推车,其特征在于,所述两件平行的安装杆件的中部之间活动连接一段转轴(39),该转轴与所述定位套管之间连接所述的支撑杆;同时,所述载物平台的下表面且对应所述转轴和所述支撑杆的部位均设置有内凹的容纳槽(12),所述转轴和支撑杆能够置于容纳槽中;所述安装座的朝内的侧壁具有通孔(41),则定位套管脱离车轮座后下翻至与安装杆件齐平时,定位套管端部的定位柱插入通孔中。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的三合一推车,其特征在于,其中一件把手,两平行的摇杆之间连接有载物板(73),同时,该把手的摇杆和横杆的连接处具有垂直外凸的脚垫(74)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的三合一推车,其特征在于,所述弹性件设置为一段弹簧;所述第二销轴上环套一段短轴套,所述弹簧的一端与该短轴套抵触或连接,弹簧的另一端与移动框件的端部抵触或连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的三合一推车,其特征在于,所述旋转定位件设置为圆柱形,销轴垂直固定连接于旋转定位件的中心;所述定位槽由旋转定位件的侧壁内凹形成,定位槽靠近安装座且定位槽靠近安装座的一端开口。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的三合一推车,其特征在于,所述推拉座与移动框体的过渡部位具有外凸的限位件凸起,限位凸起能够与安装座的端部抵触。
