Description

水泥装车自动式移动收尘装置 技术领域
本发明涉及环保技术领域,具体涉及水泥装车收尘技术。
背景技术
移动式散装袋装水泥装车机在水泥厂包装车间的使用,提高了袋装水泥装车叠包速度,但在顺势落下叠包过程中,水泥包的碰撞扬尘也很大,装车机头部溜板与车体之间有一落差高度,下落过程中易产生粉尘,水泥厂装包机处粉尘及环境治理,由于难度较大,没有得到重视,装包处需要人工叠包及丢包,工作环境恶略,粉尘浓度高达几十至百克每立方,职业健康没有保障,长期在扬尘中工作,甚至容易产生矽肺病,水泥厂及工人苦不堪言,也是现在水泥企业环保最薄弱的环节。为此,申请人近几年致力于水泥装车移动收尘装置的研究,使吸尘罩可以随装车机移动,提高收尘效果。
但是目前的水泥装车移动收尘装置,需要人工控制装车机以及对应的吸尘罩移动,增加了人工,另外就是不可避免的存在误操作的可能,出现与车体、人员碰撞的事故。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种水泥装车自动式移动收尘装置,可对水泥包出包机以及移动收尘机移动位置进行监测,为实现对水泥包出包机以及移动收尘机运行位置的自动控制提供信息支持。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:水泥装车自动式移动收尘装置,包括将水泥包输送到装载车辆上的水泥包出包机以及将装车时飘散的粉尘进行收集的移动收尘机,所述水泥包出包机包括可以前后移动的输送 轨道,所述移动收尘机包括可以升降以及前后移动的除尘罩、与除尘罩顶部连接的吸尘管、与吸尘管连接的风机,还包括:
除尘罩与汽车尾板距离定位传感器,安装在除尘罩前侧,用于检测除尘罩与汽车尾板的距离;
除尘罩与水泥包高度定位传感器,安装在除尘罩顶部,用于检测除尘罩与水泥包的距离;
水泥包出包机距离定位传感器,用于检测水泥包出包机前后移动过程中距离原点的距离;
除尘罩距离定位传感器,用于检测除尘罩前后移动过程中距离原点的距离。
可选的,所述移动收尘机还包括带动除尘罩前后移动的行车以及安装于行车上的卷扬机,所述除尘罩由卷扬机驱动升降。
可选的,所述水泥包出包机为输送皮带机。
可选的,所述除尘罩与汽车尾板距离定位传感器包括两个并排安装在除尘罩前侧的超声波传感器,且距离除尘罩前侧档皮下边沿高度60cm。
可选的,所述除尘罩与水泥包高度定位传感器包括两个左右并排安装在除尘罩顶部的超声波传感器,且距离除尘罩左/右侧边20CM。

本发明采用上述技术方案,除尘罩与汽车尾板之间通过两个装在除尘罩上的超声波传感器检测定位,行车带动除尘罩前进时检测到汽车后档板则减 速,直到设定保护距离(20CM)后停止前进。除尘罩与水泥包之间通过两个装在除尘罩上的超声波传感器检测定位,检测到水泥包距离到达设定距离(80CM)高度后,移动收尘机工作收尘。皮带机后退时卷扬机带动除尘罩升降。卷扬机上升到位自动回零,通过编码器检测下降距离防止钢丝松绳。除尘罩与输送皮带机之间通过两个分别装在输送皮带机滚轮上与行车滚轮上的编码器检测距离定位,输送皮带机退回原点后自动回零,行车后退到位后自动回零,输送皮带机前进/后退则行车自动跟随前进/后退,两者之间距离跟随设定距离(70CM)。行车前进到汽车后档板保护距离则自动上升,输送皮带机前进到行车保护距离(20CM)则自动上升,除尘罩顶部后边左右两个人体保护感应开关有感应时停止后退。
具有如下有益效果:
1、可以减少人工,由原来双人装车(一人码包,一人操作)改为自动操作,单人码包;
2、避免误操作,实现自动保护,防止与车体、人员碰撞;
3、提高工作效率,避免反复点动来定位,节约20%以上装车时间。

如图1至图3所示,水泥装车自动式移动收尘装置,包括将水泥包输送到装载车辆3上的水泥包出包机2以及将装车时飘散的粉尘进行收集的移动收尘机1,所述水泥包出包机2包括可以前后移动的输送轨道,所述移动收尘机1包括可以升降以及前后移动的除尘罩14、与除尘罩顶部连接的吸尘管13、与吸尘管连接的风机。
另外,为了实现对水泥包出包机、移动收尘机移动位置以及其他项目进行自动检测,还包括了:
除尘罩与汽车尾板距离定位传感器15,安装在除尘罩前侧,用于检测除尘罩与汽车尾板的距离;
除尘罩与水泥包高度定位传感器16,安装在除尘罩顶部,用于检测除尘罩与水泥包的距离;
水泥包出包机距离定位传感器,用于检测水泥包出包机前后移动过程中距离原点的距离;
除尘罩距离定位传感器,用于检测除尘罩前后移动过程中距离原点的距离。
具体到本实施例,所述移动收尘机1还包括带动除尘罩14前后移动的行车11以及安装于行车上的卷扬机12,所述除尘罩14由卷扬机12驱动升降。所述水泥包出包机为输送皮带机,其具体结构和工作原理可以参考现有技术。
作为一种实施方式,所述除尘罩与汽车尾板距离定位传感器包括两个并排安装在除尘罩前侧的超声波传感器,且距离除尘罩前侧档皮下边沿高度60cm。所述除尘罩与水泥包高度定位传感器包括两个左右并排安装在除尘罩顶部的超声波传感器,且距离除尘罩左/右侧边20CM。所述水泥包出包机距离定位传感器为安装在输送皮带机滚轮上的编码器。所述除尘罩距离定位传感器为安装在行车滚轮上的编码器。
进一步的,所述卷扬机的卷筒上安装有检测除尘罩升降距离的编码器。
进一步的,为了避免后退时与人员发生碰撞,保证人员安全,所述除尘罩的顶部后边左右两侧并排安装有人体保护感应开关,当感应到有人时可以向移动收尘机1发送信号,行车11停止后退。
移动收尘工作原理
首先出包皮带机退回到初始位置(零点),移动收尘退回到初始位置(上升到位及后退到位)。按“↓”下降按钮持续1秒钟以上,松开后卷扬机自动下降,降到“初始下降”时间后停止,或者降到初始下降距离后停止。按皮带机“前进”自动调整升降距离(升降到初始下降距离);按皮带机“前进”或“后退”按钮,移动收尘机自动跟随,持续按皮带机“前进”按钮则移动收尘机持续前进,松开皮带机“前进”按钮则移动收尘机自动后退到设定距离。持续按皮带机“前进”移动收尘机感应到汽车挡板自动减速直到“前板”保护值后停止前进,同时记忆减速位置和停止位置以备下次使用,接着自动上升到设定高度(可以手动按“↑”上升“↓”下降进行调整)。等待皮带机装包后“后退”距离超过“皮带”设定距离,移动收尘机自动调整跟随“物料”设定高度与“皮带”设定距离(左右两个人体感应保护开关任意一个感应到则停止后退-感应距离约40CM)。装包后退直到移动收尘机退回初始位置,按皮带机“前进”按钮移动收尘机自动升高到初始下降距离(与物料高度)同时前进,直到记忆减速位置后减速,到停止位置后停止。等待皮带机装包后“后退”距离超过“皮带”设定距离,移动收尘机自动调整跟随“物料”设定高度与“皮带”设定距离,同理开始第二次装包。装包完毕皮带机退回初始位置(零点)移动收尘机退到位,延时10秒后移动收尘机自动上升到位后停止,等待下一次装车。下次装车前先按“↓”下降按钮持续1秒钟以上,松开后卷扬机自动下降,同理移动收尘机开始自动定位工作。
