2、平台面积大,工作人员在翻转工作平台上面可进行锚杆、锚索施工、上钢带、铺网等工作,适用范围广,效率高,安全性好;
3、高度、长度和翻转角度可任意调整并锁紧,可适用各种尺寸的巷道;
4、不使用时可将翻转工作平台收缩到非常小的体积,可紧贴在掘进设备的截割部上,不影响掘进设备的使用;
5、使用液压油缸驱动,动力系统使用掘进设备的动力系统,结构简单;
6、可安装在掘进机、掘锚机等各种掘进设备上,使用范围广。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种翻转工作平台,其特征在于,包括:
    主平台(10),所述主平台(10)相对于掘进设备的机体可转动设置;
    翻转驱动件(20),所述翻转驱动件(20)与所述主平台(10)连接;
    翻转平台(30),所述翻转平台(30)与所述主平台(10)可转动连接,所述翻转驱动件(20)与所述翻转平台(30)驱动连接,并驱动所述翻转平台(30)相对于所述主平台(10)转动;
    伸缩驱动件(40),所述伸缩驱动件(40)与所述翻转平台(30)连接;
    伸缩平台(50),所述伸缩平台(50)与所述翻转平台(30)伸缩连接,并与所述翻转平台(30)同步转动,所述伸缩驱动件(40)与所述伸缩平台(50)驱动连接,并驱动所述伸缩平台(50)伸出或缩入所述翻转平台(30),以改变所述翻转平台(30)和所述伸缩平台(50)形成的承接面积的大小。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转工作平台,其特征在于,所述翻转平台(30)为多个,各所述翻转平台(30)分别设置在所述主平台(10)相对的两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的翻转工作平台,其特征在于,所述翻转平台(30)相对于所述主平台(10)的转动轴线与所述主平台(10)相对于所述机体的转动轴线之间相互垂直。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的翻转工作平台,其特征在于,所述伸缩平台(50)为多个,并与所述翻转平台(30)一一对应设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的翻转工作平台,其特征在于,所述伸缩平台(50)和所述主平台(10)分别位于所述翻转平台(30)相对的两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转工作平台,其特征在于,所述主平台(10)、所述翻转平台(30)和所述伸缩平台(50)之间共线设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转工作平台,其特征在于,所述翻转工作平台还包括旋转组件(60),所述旋转组件(60)与所述主平台(10)连接,并与所述机体连接,所述旋转组件(60)驱动所述主平台(10)相对于所述机体转动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转工作平台,其特征在于,所述翻转驱动件(20)和/或所述伸缩驱动件(40)为液压驱动件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转工作平台,其特征在于,所述翻转工作平台还包括与所述翻转驱动件(20)和所述伸缩驱动件(40)连接的控制系统,所述控制系统控制所述翻转驱动件(20)和所述伸缩驱动件(40)的动作,以控制所述翻转平台(30)和所述伸缩平台(50)的位置。
  10. 一种掘进设备,其特征在于,包括机体(70)和权利要求1至9中任一项所述的翻转工作平台,所述翻转工作平台安装在所述机体(70)的截割部处。
