我国目前正面临着环境污染、能源紧缺等严峻问题,因此绿色、环保、节能成为当今社会的主流话题。政府为了打造绿色出行、环保交通,目前正大力推广电动汽车项目,但是电池续航里程的不足极大的影响了电动汽车的使用,眼下要解决这个问题,只有在公共场所、住宅小区、加油站、服务区等地多设立一些电动汽车充电桩。现有的电动汽车充电桩普遍仿制加油机的外形结构,这种电动汽车充电桩在使用时和加油机一样,先将电动汽车停放在充电桩一旁,然后将充电线的枪头连接到电动汽车上,通过刷卡、现金计费等方式进行充电,充电完成后,再将枪头从电动汽车拔出挂在充电桩上的专用挂钩上。
然而,现有的充电线布线混乱或随意摆放在地面,容易磨损外皮,缩短使用寿命,在使用过程中各节段之间可能缠绕在一起,导致使用不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种布线合理,避免充电线缠绕的落地式充电桩。

本实施例中,桩本体2的下部的前侧面设有安装槽24,安装槽24可拆卸地固定有显 示面板8,显示面板8与电控组件3连接,便于通过安装槽24向桩本体2内置入电控组件3,实际中采用一块安装门替代显示面板8,也能够实现便于电控组件3安装的目的。桩本体2的顶部设置有灯具9,灯具9与电控组件3连接,用于照明或通过灯具9不同的灯光颜色来显示充电桩的使用状态。
本实施例中,前盖体6铰接有导向轮10,输出段42经过驱动组件7和前盖体6后被导向轮10朝下引导,从前盖体6的底部向下穿出连接枪头1。后盖体5也设置有导向轮10,使得充电线在后盖体5、桩本体2上部和前盖体6呈拱形布置。本实施例中,驱动组件7包括主动轮71、从动轮72和用于驱动主动轮71转动的电机73,输出段42从主动轮71和从动轮72之间穿过,并受主动轮71和从动轮72共同挤压,电机73与电控组件3连接。
本实施例中,结合图5、图9和图10所示,收纳槽21的顶部右侧设置有缓冲块11,缓冲块11位于桩本体2的靠近后盖体5的一侧,缓冲块11设有朝向左下方的倾斜面111,倾斜面111设有停止放线开关12,停止放线开关12与电控组件3连接,在放线至极限位置后,充电线的输出段42贴住缓冲块11的倾斜面111而下压触发停止放线开关12。在收纳槽21的底部设置与电控组件3连接的停止收线开关13,在收线至极限位置后,充电线的输出段42底部的U形节段会下压触发收纳槽21底部的停止收线开关13,进而控制电机73停止工作。
当需要使用该充电桩对汽车进行充电时,使用者操作启动电机73正转,电机73带动主动轮71转动,主动轮71和从动轮72共同对充电线的输出段42施加摩擦力,从而驱动输出段42往前盖体6移动,输出段42的位于前盖体6下方的节段逐渐变长,如此使得枪头1朝下移动,同时输出段42的位于后盖体5下方的节段逐渐变短,直到输出段42贴住缓冲块11的倾斜面111并触发停止放线开关12,则电控组件3控制电机73停止工作,使用者就可以拉动枪头1给汽车充电。当充电完毕后,使用者把枪头1从汽车出拔离,操作启动电机73反转,同理带动输出段42移动,直至充电线的输出段42底部的U形节段会下压触发收纳槽21底部的停止收线开关13,进而控制电机73停止工作,此时如图4所示枪头1上升至前盖体6中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种落地式充电桩,包括桩本体(2)、电控组件(3)、充电线和枪头(1),其特征在于:所述电控组件(3)固定在所述桩本体(2)内,所述桩本体(2)的下部内凹形成收纳槽(21);所述桩本体(2)的上部两侧分别设有后盖体(5)和前盖体(6),所述后盖体(5)、所述前盖体(6)和所述桩本体(2)的上部依次连通,所述桩本体(2)的上部设有用于驱动所述充电线移动的驱动组件(7);所述收纳槽(21)的上部设有出线孔(23),所述充电线连接所述电控组件(3)后穿过所述出线孔(23)向下延伸到所述收纳槽(21)中,然后迂回向上进入所述后盖体(5),再经过所述驱动组件(7)和所述前盖体(6)后连接所述枪头(1)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种落地式充电桩,其特征是:所述收纳槽(21)贯穿所述桩本体(2)的两侧,或所述收纳槽(21)位于所述桩本体(2)的侧部。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种落地式充电桩,其特征是:所述收纳槽(21)的布置方位,与所述前盖体(6)、所述后盖体(5)以及所述桩本体(2)的所述上部这三者连通的布置方位一致。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种落地式充电桩,其特征是:所述收纳槽(21)未贯穿所述桩本体(2)的靠近所述前盖体(6)的侧面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种落地式充电桩,其特征是:所述收纳槽(21)的顶部设置有缓冲块(11),所述缓冲块(11)位于所述桩本体(2)的靠近所述后盖体(5)的一侧,所述缓冲块(11)设有倾斜面(111),在所述充电线出线至极限位置时,所述充电线贴住所述倾斜面(111)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种落地式充电桩,其特征是:所述倾斜面(111)设有停止放线开关(12),所述第一开关(12)与所述电控组件(3)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种落地式充电桩,其特征是:在所述收纳槽(21)的底部设置与所述电控组件(3)电连接的停止收线开关(13)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种落地式充电桩,其特征是:所述驱动组件(7)包括主动轮(71)、从动轮(72)和用于驱动所述主动轮(71)转动的电机(73),所述充电线从所述主动轮(71)和所述从动轮(72)之间穿过,并受所述主动轮(71)和所述从动轮(72)共同挤压,所述电机(73)与所述电控组件(3)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种落地式充电桩,其特征是:所述前盖体(6)铰接有导向轮(10),所述充电线经过所述驱动组件(7)和所述前盖体(6)后被所述导向轮(10)朝下引导。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种落地式充电桩,其特征是:所述前盖体(6)和所述后盖体(5)的外侧呈弧形状,所述前盖体(6)和所述后盖体(5)的底部设置有供所述充电线穿过的开口。
