本申请针对现有的柔性显示屏存在透光性能较差的技术问题,本申请实施例用以解决该问题。
如图1所示,现有柔性可折叠手机包括柔性显示屏和传感器15,所述柔性显示屏包括衬底111、阻挡层112、缓冲层113、有源层141、第一栅极绝缘层114、第一金属层142、第二栅极绝缘层115、第二金属层143、层间绝缘层116、源漏极层144、平坦化层117、阳极层121、像素定义层122、间隙柱125、发光层123、阴极层124和封装层131,在光线从外界传递到柔性显示屏时,柔性显示屏中的各个膜层会对光线产生干扰,包括吸收光线、反射光线、折射光线、散射光线等现象,使得光线难以到达传感器,从而影响到传感器的性能,即现有的柔性显示屏存在透光性能较差的技术问题。

在一种实施例中,如图2所示,所述显示面板包括第一显示区211和第二显示区222,所述第二显示区222包括电子元件设置区223。
在一种实施例中,所述公共电极层在所述电子元件设置区设有第一过孔,通过在电子元件设置区设置第一过孔,使得由封装层进入显示面板的光线在经过公共电极层时不会被公共电极层反射或者吸收,从而使得光线能尽量透过公共电极层,从而提高了光线的透过率,解决了现有柔性显示屏存在透光性能较差的技术问题。
在一种实施例中,在所述公共电极层中,所述第一过孔的宽度等于或者大于所述电子元件设置区的宽度;使第一过孔形成于电子元件设置区,同时可将第一过孔制备为宽度大于电子元件设置区宽度,使得经过公共电极层到达电子元件的光线能尽量从第一过孔中通过,从而减少光线出现被反射、被吸收的损失,进而提高显示面板的透光率。
在一种实施例中,所述第一过孔贯穿所述公共电极层形成第一通孔,使第一过孔贯穿所述公共电极层,从而使得光线在经过公共电极层,通过第一通孔时,能完全通过,不会出现任何的损失。
在一种实施例中,所述像素定义层在所述电子元件设置区设有第二过孔,在光线经过公共电极层后,在光线经过像素定义层时,光线通过第二过孔向电子元件传播,而光线在第二过孔在传播,不会出现较大的损失,使得通过像素定义层的光线能较为完整的透过,从而提高了光线的透过率,解决了现有柔性显示屏存在透光性能较差的技术问题。
在一种实施例中,在所述像素定义层中,所述第二过孔的宽度等于或者大于所述电子元件设置区的宽度,光线在经过公共电极层后,会出现入射角度较大的情况,可将像素定义层的宽度设置为比电子元件设置区的宽度大,使得进入显示面板的光线能较好的透过,而不会在经过第二过孔时,被第二过孔的侧面阻挡,使得光线能较完整的透过像素定义层,提高显示面板的透光性能。
在一种实施例中,所述第二过孔贯穿所述像素定义层形成第二通孔,将第二过孔贯穿像素定义层,使得光线在经过像素定义层时,能直接完整透过,不会出现吸收等损失,从而提高像素定义层的透光性能,进而提高显示面板的透光性能。
在一种实施例中,所述平坦化层在所述电子元件设置区设有第三过孔,在光线经过公共电极层和像素定义层后,在光线经过平坦化层时,使光线由第三过孔透过,尽量避免被平坦化层折射、吸收,从而提高了平坦化层的透光性能,进而提高显示面板的透光性能。
在一种实施例中,在所述平坦化层中,所述第三过孔的宽度等于或者大于所述电子元件设置区的宽度,在光线透过公共电极层和像素定义层后,光线的角度可能会出现大于所述电子元件设置区的情况,可使第三过孔的宽度等于或者大于所述电子元件设置区的宽度,使得光线能尽量从第三过孔透过,从而避免光线在平坦化层出现损失,提高显示面板的透光性能。
在一种实施例中,所述第三过孔贯穿所述平坦化层形成第三通孔,将第三过孔贯穿形成第三通孔,使得光线在透过平坦化层时,不会出现损失,从而使得光线完整透过平坦化层。
在一种实施例中,所述驱动电路层在所述电子元件设置区设有第四过孔,为了使光线较好的透过驱动电路层,可在驱动电路层上形成第四过孔,同时为了避免第四过孔对光线驱动电路层的走线产生影响,在设置第四过孔时可避开走线的位置设置第四过孔,从而在不影响驱动电路层的同时,使得光线从第四过孔透过,提高驱动电路层的透光性能,提高显示面板的透光性能。
在一种实施例中,在驱动电路层中,所述第四过孔的宽度大于所述电子元件设置区的宽度,且所述第四过孔与驱动电路层中的走线无接触,在设置第四过孔时,尽量使得第四过孔较大,但不影响驱动电路层的走线设置,使得光线尽量从第四过孔透过,从而提高驱动电路层的透光性能。
在一种实施例中,所述第四过孔贯穿所述驱动电路层形成第四通孔,将第四过孔贯穿形成第四通孔,使得经过第四通孔的光线完整透过驱动电路层,从而提高驱动电路层的透光性能。
在一种实施例中,如图2所示,所述公共电极层217在所述电子元件设置区223设有第一通孔231,所述像素定义层215在所述电子元件设置区223设有第二通孔232,所述平坦化层213在所述电子元件设置区223设有第三通孔233,所述第一通孔231、第二通孔232和第三通孔233在所述衬底211上的投影存在重合;通过在公共电极层、像素定义层和平坦化层分别形成通孔,且使得第一通孔、第二通孔、第三通孔存在重合部分,从而使得光线能通过第一通孔、第二通孔、第三通孔向电子元件传播,从而使得光线在经过显示面板时不出现损失,提高显示面板的透光性能。
在一种实施例中,所述驱动电路层设有第四通孔,所述第一通孔、第二通孔、第三通孔、第四通孔在所述衬底上的投影存在重合。
在一种实施例中,所述驱动电路层包括阻挡层、缓冲层、第一栅极绝缘层、第二栅极绝缘层和层间绝缘层,所述阻挡层上设有第四通孔、或者所述缓冲层上设有第四通孔、或者所述第一栅极绝缘层上设有第四通孔、或者所述第二栅极绝缘层上设有第四通孔、或者所述层间绝缘层上形成第四通孔,或者所述驱动电路层中的任意两膜层形成第四通孔、或者驱动电路层中的任意三膜层形成第四通孔、或者驱动电路层中任意四膜层形成第四通孔、或者驱动电路层中的所有膜层形成第四通孔,通过在驱动电路层中的任意膜层上形成过孔或者通孔,使得光线在经过驱动电路层时,尽量不出现损失,从而提高显示面板的透光性能。
在一种实施例中,如图3所示,所述第四通孔234的截面面积大于所述第三通孔233的截面面积,所述第三通孔233的截面面积大于所述第二通孔232的截面面积,且所述第二通孔232的截面面积大于所述第一通孔231的截面面积,从公共电极层至驱动电路层依此增大通孔的截面面积,使得光线在经过较大距离角度变大后,依然可以从过孔中透过,从而避免光线损失,提高显示面板的透光性能。
在一种实施例中,所述像素定义层的材料包括吸光有机材料,考虑到发光层发出的光照射到阴极层时会存在反射现象,使得光线进入像素定义层,可以使像素定义层的材料为吸光有机材料,使得光线只能从像素定义层的通孔透过,而不会从其他区域透过,避免发光层发出的光影响电子元件;同时,像素定义层可避免其他区域的外界光对电子元件产生影响。
在一种实施例中,所述平坦化层的材料包括吸光有机材料,考虑到光线透过像素定义层后,会出现折射和散射至平坦化层中非电子元件设置区,继续向下传播会影响到电子元件,将平坦化层的材料设置为吸光有机材料,使得不是从平坦化层的通孔进入的光线被平坦化层吸收,从而避免光线对电子元件产生干扰。
在一种实施例中,如图4所示,公共电极层217在电子元件设置区223设有第一通孔431,所述像素定义层215在电子元件设置区223设有第二通孔432,所述平坦化层213在电子元件设置区223设有第三通孔433,所述公共电极层217沿所述第二通孔432延伸,且所述公共电极层217的延伸部分与所述像素定义层215贴合设置,通过将公共电极层向像素定义层延伸,使得光线在照射到像素定义层的第二通孔的侧壁上时,不会被像素定义层吸收或者折射,而是通过公共电极层的延伸部分进行反射,使得光线继续向下传播,从而避免了光线的损失,提高了显示面板的透光性能。
在一种实施例中,如图4所示,所述公共电极层217沿第三通孔433延伸,且所述公共电极层217的延伸部分与所述平坦化层213贴合,从而使得光线在透过像素定义层的通孔后,避免光线会被平坦化层吸收,从而避免了光线的吸收,提高了显示面板的透光性能。
在一种实施例中,所述封装层填充至所述第一通孔、第二通孔和第三通孔,通过将封装层填充至第一通孔、第二通孔和第三通孔,使得在形成平坦化层后,然后形成像素定义层时,像素定义层不会形成在第一通孔内,然后形成公共电极层时,公共电极层不会形成在第二通孔内,从而使得通孔能正常透光,提高显示面板的透光性能。
在一种实施例中,如图5所示,还包括遮光层54,所述遮光层54设置于所述传递211与所述驱动电路层之间,所述遮光层54在所述电子元件设置区233设有第五通孔541,通过在传递与驱动电路层之间设置遮光层,使得不是通过过孔进入的外界光、以及发光层发出的光会被遮光层阻挡,从而避免不是通过过孔的光线和发光层发出的光不好干扰到电子元件,且光线可透过第五通孔穿过,从而使得电子元件正常工作。
在一种实施例中,如图5所示,所述驱动电路层包括阻挡层2121、缓冲层2122、有源层2123、第一栅极绝缘层2124、第一栅极2125、第二栅极绝缘层2126、第二栅极2127、层间绝缘层2128、源漏极层2129。
在一种实施例中,所述遮光层的材料包括吸光金属材料,光线在照射到遮光层时,会被遮光层吸收、反射,从而避免光线干扰电子元件。
如图6所示,本申请实施例提供一种显示面板,该显示面板包括非显示区61、第一显示区63和第二显示区62,所述第二显示区62设有第一像素631和第二像素632,所述第一像素631在所述电子元件设置区设置有过孔633,所述第二像素632在所述电子元件设置区未设置过孔;考虑到电子元件设置区可能会跨越多个像素,在设置过孔时,可依据像素的排列设置过孔,无需各个像素均设置过孔,例如图6中在第一像素对应电子元件设置区的区域设置过孔,在第二像素对应电子元件设置区的区域不设置过孔,使得在工艺上较容易实现,且过孔不会对显示产生较大影响;实际过孔的设置依据实际像素的排列密度设置或者不设置。

在一种实施例中,所述电子元件为光线传感器;以可折叠显示装置为例,为了实现可折叠显示装置折叠时,可折叠显示装置不显示,在显示面板下设置光线传感器,在光线无法进入到光线传感器时,关闭显示面板,使显示面板不显示,在可折叠显示装置展开时,使显示面板显示,光线透过显示面板进入光线传感器,由于显示面板在对应光线传感器的区域设置有过孔,使得光线尽量透过显示面板,而不会在显示面板中出现损失,从而使显示面板显示,使得可折叠显示装置正常显示。
在一种实施例中,为了使光线在进入电子元件设置区时,显示面板显示,可使过孔大小与电子元件设置区大小一致,且使得平坦化层与像素定义层使用吸光有机材料,在光线从电子元件设置区进入时,显示面板才能显示,同时,当光线无法进入电子元件设置区时,显示面板不显示。
在一种实施例中,可将过孔的宽度设置为大于电子元件设置区的宽度,由于电子元件设置较小,可在光线未进入电子元件设置区时,通过电子元件设置区两侧进入,从而可提前使显示面板显示或者关闭。
在一种实施例中,所述第五通孔侧面设有反光构件,使得光线以从第五通孔的侧壁射出时,会被发光构件反射,使得光线不会损失。
在一种实施例中,所述光线传感器集成在所述衬底下,以降低显示装置的厚度。
在一种实施例中,为减小显示装置的厚度,可将电子元件与显示面板贴合设置,使电子元件贴合在显示面板的衬底上,或者在设置衬底时,可在衬底远离驱动电路层的一侧设置凹槽,时电子元件设置在所述凹槽内,从而降低显示装置的厚度。

- 如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述第二显示区设有第一像素和第二像素,所述第一像素在所述电子元件设置区设置有过孔,所述第二像素在所述电子元件设置区未设置过孔。
- 一种显示装置,其包括显示面板和电子元件,所述显示面板包括:衬底;驱动电路层,设置在所述衬底上;平坦化层,设置于所述驱动电路层上;像素电极层,设置于所述平坦化层上;像素定义层,定义出发光区域,设置于所述像素电极层上;发光材料层,设置于所述像素定义层定义出的发光区域;公共电极层,设置于所述发光材料层上;其中,所述驱动电路层、平坦化层、像素定义层和公共电极层中的至少一层在对应电子元件设置位置的电子元件设置区设置有过孔。
- 如权利要求17所述的显示装置,其中,所述电子元件包括光线传感器。
- 如权利要求18所述的显示装置,其中,所述光线传感器集成在所述衬底下。
- 如权利要求17所述的显示装置,其中,所述公共电极层在所述电子元件设置区设有第一通孔,所述像素定义层在所述电子元件设置区设有第二通孔,所述平坦化层在所述电子元件设置区设有第三通孔,所述第一通孔、第二通孔和第三通孔在所述衬底上的投影存在重合。
