该本体于一水平面上区分为一给收料区、一预热区、一加热区与一冷却区,该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区内分别设有一导引部;该输送机构包含封闭循环的一链条,该链条于该水平面上依序沿该给收料区、该预热区、该加热区与冷却区延伸前进后回到该给收料区,该链条于该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区内分别迂回延伸,使该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区分别具有至少一个铅直截面上有至少二个该链条的路径;各所述承座具有一承置部与一底座,该数个承座分别以其底座依序间隔设于该链条的一侧,该承置部是可转动地设于该底座上以供撑置一纸容器,当各所述承座随该链条于该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区内前进时,该数个导引部与该承置部摩擦而促使该承置部自转;该加热机构设于该预热区与该加热区以对该预热区与该加热区内进行加热,该预热区的温度低于该加热区的温度;该冷却机构设于该冷却区以对该冷却区内进行冷却;该给料机构与该收料机构分别设于该给收料区的上方,该给料机构较靠近该预热区,该收料机构较靠近该冷却区,该给料机构依序置放纸容器于该数个承座的承置部,该收料机构依序收回该数个承座上的纸容器。
可选地,该本体定义有一前侧与一后侧,以该前侧与该后侧为前后边沿定义一纵长方向,定义一横向方向垂直于该纵长方向,该纵长方向与该横向方向均平行于该水平面,该给收料区位于该本体的前侧,该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区沿该横向方向排列而位于该给收料区后方。
可选地,该链条于该给收料区内是沿该横向方向延伸,该链条于该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区中分别沿该纵长方向来回延伸而呈U形两列状,且该链条于该预热区与该加热区之间亦呈U形连接,该链条于该加热区与该冷却区之间亦呈U形连接,该链条于该给收料区与该预热区之间呈L形连接,该链条于该冷却区与该给收料区之间呈L形连接。
可选地,该链条分别于该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区中的转向处是靠近该本体的后端,该链条于该预热区与该加热区之间的连接转向处是靠近该给收料区,该链条于该加热区与该冷却区之间的连接转向区是靠近该给收料区。
可选地,该链条于该冷却区中沿该纵长方向来回延伸两次而呈W形四列状。
可选地,该输送机构更包含数个齿轮,该数个齿轮分别设于该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区沿该纵长方向上的两端以及该给收料区沿该横向方向上的两端,该数个齿轮分别于该链条啮合,借该数个齿轮的转动来带动该链条的前进与转向。
可选地,该加热机构包含数个加热板与数个供气口,该数个加热板设于该预热区与该加热区而位于该数个承座的上方,该数个供气口设于该预热区与该加热区而位于该加热板上方,借由提供气流以将被该数个加热板加热的空气推向该数个承座。
可选地,该冷却机构包含至少一个风扇与通风口,该风扇对该冷却区内提供气流,该通风口供该冷却区内的热气排出。
可选地,该收料机构是借由负压吸取该数个承座上的纸容器。
可选地,该链条于该冷却区中该链条沿该纵长方向来回延伸两次而呈W形四列状;该输送机构更包含数个齿轮,该数个齿轮分别设于该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区沿该纵长方向上的两端以及该给收料区沿该横向方向上的两端,该数个齿轮分别于该链条啮合,借该数个齿轮的转动来带动该链条的前进与转向;该加热机构包含数个加热板与数个供气口,该数个加热板设于该预热区与该加热区而位于该数个承座的上方,该数个供气口设于该预热区与该加热区而位于该加热板上方,借由提供气流以将被该数个加热板加热的空气推向该数个承座;该冷却机构包含至少一个风扇与一通风口,该风扇对该冷却区内提供气流,该通风口供该冷却区内的热气排出;该收料机构是借由负压吸取该数个承座上的纸容器;该本体更包含一气流循环系统,该气流循环系统于该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区中分别具有入气机构与出气机构,借以维持该预热区、该加热与该冷却区中特定方向的气流流动;该预热区与该加热区之间以一第一隔板彼此不完全隔离,该加热区与该冷却区之间以一第二隔板彼此不完全 隔离。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
请参考图1至图7,本发明提供一种纸容器发泡装置,包含一本体10、一输送机构20、数个承座30、一加热机构40、一冷却机构50、一给料机构60与一收料机构70。
该本体10于一水平面上区分为一给收料区13、一预热区14、一加热区15与一冷却区16,该预热区14、该加热区15与该冷却区16内分别设有一导引部,该预热区14与该加热区15之间以一第一隔板121彼此大致隔离,该加热区15与该冷却区16之间以一第二隔板122彼此大致隔离;该输送机构20包含封闭循环的一链条21,该链条21于该水平面上依序沿该给收料区13、该预热区14、该加热区15与冷却区16延伸前进后回到该给收料区13,该链条21于该预热区14、该加热区15与该冷却区16内分别迂回延伸,使该预热区14、该加热区15与该冷却区16分别具有至少一个铅直截面上有至少二个该链条21的路径;各所述承座30具有一承置部32与一底座31,该数个承座30分别以其底座31依序间隔设于该链条21的一侧,该承置部32是可转动地设于该底座31上以供撑置一倒置的纸容器90,当各所述承座30随该链条21于该预热区14、该加热区15与该冷却区16内前进时, 该数个导引部与该承置部32摩擦而促使该承置部32自转;该加热机构40包含至少二个加热板41分别设于该预热区14与该加热区15以对该预热区14与该加热区15内进行加热,该预热区14的温度低于该加热区15的温度,该预热区14中的该链条21是沿该预热区14中的加热板41的长度方向延伸,该加热区15中的该链条21是沿该加热区15中的加热板41的长度方向延伸;该冷却机构50设于该冷却区16以对该冷却区16内进行冷却;该给料机构60与该收料机构70分别设于该给收料区13的上方,该给料机构60较靠近该预热区14,该收料机构70较靠近该冷却区16,该给料机构60依序置放纸容器90于该数个承座30的承置部32,该收料机构70依序收回该数个承座30上的纸容器90。
于本实施例中,该本体10定义一前侧与一后侧,该前侧与该后侧的联机定义一纵长方向,定义一横向方向垂直于该纵长方向,该纵长方向与该横向方向均平行于该水平面,该给收料区13位于该本体10的前侧,该预热区14、该加热区15与该冷却区16沿该横向方向排列而位于该给收料区13后方;该链条21于该给收料区13内是沿该横向方向延伸,该链条21于该预热区14、该加热区15与该冷却区16中分别沿该纵长方向来回延伸而概呈U形两列状,且该链条21于该预热区14与该加热区15之间亦呈U形连接,该链条21于该加热区15与该冷却区16之间亦呈U形连接,该链条21于该给收料区13与该预热区14之间概呈L形连接,该链条21于该冷却区16与该给收料区13之间概呈L形连接。
较佳地,该链条21分别于该预热区14、该加热区15与该冷却区16中的转向处是靠近该本体10的后端,该链条21于该预热区14与该加热区15之间的连接转向处是靠近该给收料区13,该链条21于该加热区15与该冷却区16之间的连接转向区是靠近该给收料区13;另外,该链条21于该冷却区16中沿该纵长方向来回延伸两次而概呈W形四列状,借以提供较长的冷却时间。
详细来说,该输送机构20更包含数个齿轮22,该数个齿轮22分别设于该预热区14、该加热区15与该冷却区16沿该纵长方向上的两端以及该给收料区13沿该横向方向上的两端,该数个齿轮22分别于该链条21啮合,借该数个齿轮22的转动来带动该链条21的前进与转向。
此外,该加热机构40另包含数个供气口42,该数个加热板41设于该预热区14与该加热区15而位于该数个承座30的上方,该数个供气口42设于该预热区14与该加热区15而位于该加热板41上方,借由提供气流以将被该数个加热板41加热的空气推向该数个承座30;该冷却机构50包含至少一个风扇51与一通风口52,该风扇51对该冷却区16内提供气流,该通风口52供该冷却区16内的热气排出;该收料机构70是借由负压吸取该数个承座30上的纸容器90;该本体10另更包含一气流循环系统80,该气流循环系统80于该预热区14、该加热区15与该冷却区16中分别具有入气机构与出气机构,借以维持该预热区14、该加热区15与该冷却区16中特定方向的气流流动。
另一方面,于本实施例中,该加热区15包含一主加热区151与一降温区152,该主加热区151较靠近该预热区14,该降温区152较靠近该冷却区16,该降温区152的温度低于该主加热区151的温度,该主加热区151与该降温区152之间以一第三隔板123彼此大致隔离;该给收料区13较靠近该后侧的一侧设有一第四隔板124,借以将该给收料区13大致隔离于该预热区14、该加热区15与该冷却区16之外。
具体来说,该本体10包含一座体12与一盖体11,该盖体11可枢摆地盖设于该座体12之上,该链条21、该数个承座30、该第一隔板121、该第二隔板122、该第三隔板123、该第四隔板124设于该座体12上,该盖体11朝向该座体12的一面设有一第一板体111、一第二板体112与一第三板体113,该第一板体111、第二板体112与第三板体113分别对应该第一隔板121、第二隔板122与第三隔板123,该第一板体111、该第二板体112、该第三板体113、该第一隔板121、该第二隔板122与该第三隔板123均沿该纵长方向延伸;当该盖体11盖设于该座体12时,该第一板体111与该第一隔板121彼此接合,该第二板体112与该第二隔板122彼此接合,该第三板体113与该第三隔板123彼此接合;此外,该本体10于该预热区14与该给收料区13之间的上方设有一排热口,借以避免该预热区14的热气流至该给收料区13及外界。
较佳地,该第一隔板121与该第四隔板124之间、该第二隔板122与该第四隔板124之间、该第三隔板123与该第四隔板124之间分别相隔一预定距离而形成一缺口以供该链条21通过,该第四隔板124沿该横向方向上的两端分别与该本体10的两侧边相距一预定距离而形成一缺口以供该链条21通过,该盖体11的前侧与该第四隔板124对应,当该盖体11盖合于该座体12,该盖体11的前侧与该第四隔板124接合以将该预热区14、该加热区15与该冷却区16包覆于内。
关于各所述承座30,于本实施例中,各所述承座30的承置部32具有一齿状轮321,各所述导引部包含至少二个导轨171,该齿状轮321抵靠于各所述导轨171而沿该导轨171滚动(各所述导轨171底部更可设置一增加摩擦力的软垫),借以带动该承置部32自转,以确保纸容器90的各个方向均受到均匀加热,该预热区14、该加热区15与该冷却区16分别的该二导轨171形成于一中岛17的相对两面,各所述中岛17夹设于该预热区14、该加热区15与该冷却区16分别的两列链条21之间;该预热区14、该加热区15与该冷却区16中的该链条21旁分别设有一滚动面18,该数个滚动面18位于该数个承座30的动作路径下方,各所述承座30较远离该链条21的一端设有一轴承33,该轴承33能沿一水平轴转动而抵靠于该滚动面18,当该承座30被该链条21带动移动时,该轴承33于该滚动面18上滚动,借此,可促进承座30的顺利前进之余,还可将承座30的外侧往上支撑,以避免承座30外侧往下偏斜。
实际运作时。是借由一驱动装置连接该数个齿轮22,以驱动该数个齿轮22转动,进而带动该链 条21沿着该给收料区13、该预热区14、该加热区15、该冷却区16与该给收料区13的顺序卷动,该给料机构60于各个经过其下方的承座30的承置部32置放一待发泡的纸容器90,该承座30被链条21带动而迂回地依序经过该预热区14与该加热区15以使发泡材完成发泡,再迂回地经过该冷却区16受到完全的冷却,最后回到该给收料区13并被该收料机构70收集。
借由上述结构,该链条能在总面积最小的前提下尽可能的延长其路径长度,因此,纵使给收料区、预热区、加热区与冷却区彼此紧邻,由于承座在各区域内的动作路径长度十分足够,纸容器仍能受到足够的加热以确实发泡,于冷却区内亦有足够的时间能够充分冷却,以利收料机构叠合多个纸容器;此外,该数个隔板将紧邻的各区域彼此大部分隔离,确保各区域的热气不会过度的相互流动,因此,加热区的温度容易维持,冷却区与预热区亦不致温度过高;另一方面,加热板完全沿着承座的前进方向延伸,使得纸容器在前进的过程中可以持续受到均匀的加热。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的一种纸容器发泡装置,包含一本体、一输送机构、数个承座、一加热机构、一冷却机构、一给料机构与一收料机构,能有效缩小机台体积但仍能确保足够路径长度以确实区隔加热区与冷却区。因此,具有工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种纸容器发泡装置,包含:
    本体,该本体于一水平面上区分为给收料区、预热区、加热区与冷却区,该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区内分别设有导引部;
    输送机构,该输送机构包含封闭循环的一链条,该链条于该水平面上依序沿该给收料区、该预热区、该加热区与冷却区延伸前进后回到该给收料区,该链条于该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区内分别迂回延伸,使该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区分别具有至少一个铅直截面上有至少二个该链条的路径;数个承座,各所述承座具有一承置部与一底座,该数个承座分别以其底座依序间隔设于该链条的一侧,该承置部是可转动地设于该底座上以供撑置一纸容器,当各所述承座随该链条于该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区内前进时,该导引部与该承置部摩擦而促使该承置部自转;
    加热机构,设于该预热区与该加热区以对该预热区与该加热区内进行加热,该预热区的温度低于该加热区的温度;
    冷却机构,设于该冷却区以对该冷却区内进行冷却;
    给料机构与一收料机构,分别设于该给收料区的上方,该给料机构靠近该预热区,该收料机构靠近该冷却区,该给料机构依序置放纸容器于该数个承座的承置部,该收料机构依序收回该数个承座上的纸容器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的纸容器发泡装置,其中该本体定义有一前侧与一后侧,以该前侧与该后侧为前后边沿定义一纵长方向,定义一横向方向垂直于该纵长方向,该纵长方向与该横向方向均平行于该水平面,该给收料区位于该本体的前侧,该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区沿该横向方向排列而位于该给收料区后方。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的纸容器发泡装置,其中该链条于该给收料区内是沿该横向方向延伸,该链条于该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区中分别沿该纵长方向来回延伸而呈U形两列状,且该链条于该预热区与该加热区之间亦呈U形连接,该链条于该加热区与该冷却区之间亦呈U形连接,该链条于该给收料区与该预热区之间呈L形连接,该链条于该冷却区与该给收料区之间呈L形连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的纸容器发泡装置,其中该链条分别于该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区中的转向处是靠近该本体的后端,该链条于该预热区与该加热区之间的连接转向处是靠近该给收料区,该链条于该加热区与该冷却区之间的连接转向区是靠近该给收料区。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的纸容器发泡装置,其中该链条于该冷却区中沿该纵长方向来回延伸两次而呈W形四列状。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的纸容器发泡装置,其中该输送机构更包含数个齿轮,该数个齿轮分别设于该 预热区、该加热区与该冷却区沿该纵长方向上的两端以及该给收料区沿该横向方向上的两端,该数个齿轮分别于该链条啮合,借该数个齿轮的转动来带动该链条的前进与转向。
  7. 如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的纸容器发泡装置,其中该加热机构包含数个加热板与数个供气口,该数个加热板设于该预热区与该加热区而位于该数个承座的上方,该数个供气口设于该预热区与该加热区而位于该加热板上方,借由提供气流以将被该数个加热板加热的空气推向该数个承座。
  8. 如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的纸容器发泡装置,其中该冷却机构包含至少一个风扇与通风口,该风扇对该冷却区内提供气流,该通风口供该冷却区内的热气排出。
  9. 如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的纸容器发泡装置,其中该收料机构是借由负压吸取该数个承座上的纸容器。
  10. 如权利要求4所述的纸容器发泡装置,其中该链条于该冷却区中该链条沿该纵长方向来回延伸两次而呈W形四列状;该输送机构更包含数个齿轮,该数个齿轮分别设于该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区沿该纵长方向上的两端以及该给收料区沿该横向方向上的两端,该数个齿轮分别于该链条啮合,借该数个齿轮的转动来带动该链条的前进与转向;该加热机构包含数个加热板与数个供气口,该数个加热板设于该预热区与该加热区而位于该数个承座的上方,该数个供气口设于该预热区与该加热区而位于该加热板上方,借由提供气流以将被该数个加热板加热的空气推向该数个承座;该冷却机构包含至少一个风扇与一通风口,该风扇对该冷却区内提供气流,该通风口供该冷却区内的热气排出;该收料机构是借由负压吸取该数个承座上的纸容器;该本体更包含一气流循环系统,该气流循环系统于该预热区、该加热区与该冷却区中分别具有入气机构与出气机构,借以维持该预热区、该加热与该冷却区中特定方向的气流流动;该预热区与该加热区之间以一第一隔板彼此不完全隔离,该加热区与该冷却区之间以一第二隔板彼此不完全隔离。
