- the second reaction facility 2B is a sulfurization reaction facility in the sulfurization step. It is a sulfurization reaction facility where the treatment is performed.
- the abatement equipment 1 mainly includes an abatement tower 10A that abates the hydrogen sulfide gas recovered from the first reaction facility 2A and a reserve for abatement of the hydrogen sulfide gas recovered from the second reaction facility 2B.
- Introduction pipe first introduction pipe that connects the abatement tower 10B, the preliminary abatement tower 10B, and the abatement tower 10A, and introduces the gas treated by the preliminary abatement tower 10B into the abatement tower 10A.

- the preliminary abatement tower 10B and the abatement tower 10 are connected via the first introduction pipe 20, and the gas after the abatement treatment in the preliminary abatement tower 10B is performed.
- the gas after the abatement treatment in the preliminary abatement tower 10B is performed.
- the sulfurization treatment in the sulfurization step in the wet smelting process of nickel oxide ore uses more hydrogen sulfide gas than the sulfurization treatment in the dezincification step to cause a reaction, and the excess sulfurization recovered.
- the amount of hydrogen gas also increases.
- the hydrogen sulfide gas recovered from the sulfurization reaction facility (second reaction facility 2B) in which the treatment in such a sulfurization step is performed is once treated in the preliminary detoxification tower 10B, and then treated in the preliminary detoxification tower 10B.

- a supply tank 11 for supplying a sodium hydroxide solution is connected to the abatement tower 10A.
- the recovered and introduced hydrogen sulfide gas is brought into contact with the sodium hydroxide solution supplied from the supply tank 11 to cause an abatement reaction in which the hydrogen sulfide gas is converted into a sodium hydrosulfide solution.
- the abatement tower 10A is provided with a detoxified gas discharge port 12 at the top thereof, for example, for discharging the gas (detoxified gas) generated by the abatement reaction.
- An exhaust pipe 30 to be described later is connected to the gas discharge port 12 after detoxification, and the detoxified gas generated by the detoxification reaction is released into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe 30.
- the abatement tower 10A can be connected to a pipe for returning the sodium hydrosulfide solution generated by the abatement reaction to the first reaction facility 2A and the second reaction facility 2B.
- the sodium hydrosulfide solution can be reused as a sulfide agent in those reaction facilities 2A and 2B.
- the preliminary abatement tower 10B is a device for detoxifying and detoxifying hydrogen sulfide gas, similarly to the abatement tower 10A described above.
- the hydrogen sulfide gas recovered from the second reaction facility 2B is introduced into the inside and reacted with the sodium hydroxide solution to generate a sodium hydrosulfide solution for abatement.
- the gas recovered through the abatement treatment in the preliminary abatement tower 10B is introduced into the abatement tower 10A and the abatement treatment is performed again. That is, the hydrogen sulfide gas recovered from the second reaction facility 2B is subjected to two-step treatment in the preliminary abatement tower 10B and the abatement tower 10A. For this reason, the second reaction facility 2B to which the preliminary abatement tower 10B is connected uses, for example, more hydrogen sulfide gas than the reaction in the first reaction facility 2A, and the surplus amount of hydrogen sulfide gas is increased. It is preferable to use equipment that performs many reactions.
- the supply tank 11 for supplying the sodium hydroxide solution is connected, and the recovered and introduced hydrogen sulfide gas is brought into contact with the sodium hydroxide solution supplied from the supply tank 11. , Causes a detoxification reaction using hydrogen sulfide gas as a solution of sodium hydroxide.
- An introduction pipe (first introduction pipe) 20 for introducing the gas treated by the preliminary abatement tower 10B into the abatement tower 10A is connected to the preliminary abatement tower 10B. That is, the preliminary abatement tower 10B and the abatement tower 10A are connected via the first introduction pipe 20.
- the first introduction pipe 20 is a pipe that connects the preliminary abatement tower 10B and the abatement tower 10A and introduces the gas after the treatment in the preliminary abatement tower 10B into the abatement tower 10A. Is.

- the pressure transmitter 21 is electrically connected to a pressure control unit 32 (32a) that controls opening and closing of an exhaust valve 31 (31a) provided in an exhaust pipe 30 (30A) described later, and is a current related to a measured pressure.
- the signal is transmitted to the pressure control unit 32 (32a).
- the pressure transmitter 21 since the pressure transmitter 21 is provided in the first introduction pipe 20 connecting the preliminary abatement tower 10B and the abatement tower 10A, the pressure transmitter 21 measures the outlet pressure of the preliminary abatement tower 10B. Is. In other words, the inlet pressure when the gas after the treatment in the preliminary abatement tower 10B is introduced into the abatement tower 10A is measured.
- the pressure control unit 32 (32a) is provided so as to correspond to the exhaust valve 31 (31a) provided in the exhaust pipe 30 (30A), and the pressure transmitter 21 is provided for the exhaust gas provided in the exhaust pipe 30A. It is electrically connected to the pressure control unit 32a that controls the opening and closing of the valve 31a.
- the pressure control unit 32a controls the pressure by controlling the opening and closing of the corresponding exhaust valve 31a. Specifically, for example, the pressure control unit 32a controls the corresponding exhaust valve 31a to "open", so that the detoxified gas is discharged from the abatement tower 10A through the exhaust pipe 30A. Therefore, the internal pressure of the abatement tower 10A can be reduced.
- the first introduction pipe 20 may be provided with a pressure gauge (not shown).
- the pressure gauge measures the internal pressure of the introduction pipe 20 separately from the pressure transmitter 21. By providing a pressure gauge in this way and periodically comparing it with the pressure measured by the pressure transmitter 21, it becomes possible to judge the failure of the pressure transmitter 21 and the necessity of calibration, and pressure transmission. The reliability of the vessel 21 can be ensured.
- the exhaust pipe 30 is a pipe that discharges the gas detoxified by the abatement reaction in the abatement tower 10A.
- the exhaust pipe 30 is composed of a plurality of pipes.
- FIG. 1 shows an example in which four exhaust pipes 30A, 30B, 30C, and 30D are provided in the abatement equipment 1.

- At least three exhaust valves 31 (31b, 31c, 31d) out of the four exhaust valves 31a, 31b, 31c, 31d have different diameters.
- the detoxified gas generated in the abatement tower 10A is provided. Emissions can be controlled more appropriately. For example, when the amount of gas to be discharged is small, it is sufficient to discharge the gas only by the exhaust pipe 30 provided with the exhaust valve 31 having a small diameter, and then, as the amount of gas to be discharged increases, the exhaust gas having a larger diameter is sequentially discharged.
- Control such as switching to exhaust from the exhaust pipe 30 provided with the valve 31 can be performed.
- the opening and closing of the exhaust valve 31 is controlled by the pressure control units 32 (32a, 32b, 32c, 32d) provided so as to correspond to the exhaust valve 31 to be controlled.
- the diameter sizes of the three exhaust valves 31b, 31c, and 31d having different diameters can be, for example, 3 inches, 8 inches, and 16 inches.
- the exhaust valve 31 is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to use a butterfly valve from the viewpoint of saving space when a plurality of exhaust valves 31 are installed.
- the butterfly valve has an actuator for driving the butterfly valve, and the actuator is preferably a pneumatic actuator. With the pneumatic actuator, it is easy to operate the actuator to the open side or the closed side even when the air of the drive source is lost.
- the number of exhaust pipes 30 is not limited to four as illustrated in FIG. For example, the number may be five or more. In this way, by providing a plurality of, particularly preferably four or more exhaust pipes 30, it is possible to appropriately perform exhaust control based on the gas flow rate by the exhaust valves 31 having different diameters.
- the exhaust pipe 30 is connected to a device (pre-atmospheric release device) 60 such as a filter device, and discharges the detoxified gas to the device 60.
- a device pre-atmospheric release device
- the gas introduced through the exhaust pipe 30 is passed through a filter or the like before being released into the atmosphere, and then released into the atmosphere in a safer form.
- the second introduction pipe 40 is a pipe that connects the first reaction facility 2A and the abatement tower 10A and introduces hydrogen sulfide gas from the first reaction facility 2A into the abatement tower 10A.
- FIG. 1 shows an example in which three pressure transmitters 41a, 41b, and 41c are provided in the abatement equipment 1.
- the pressure transmitter 41 (41a, 41b, 41c) provided in the second introduction pipe 40 is a device that measures the internal pressure of the second introduction pipe 40, converts the measured pressure into a current signal, and transmits the measured pressure. Is.
- the pressure transmitter 41 is electrically connected to the pressure control unit 32 that controls the opening and closing of the exhaust valve 31 provided in the exhaust pipe 30 described above, and transmits a current signal related to the measured pressure to the pressure control unit 32. ..
- the pressure transmitter 41 since the pressure transmitter 41 is provided in the second introduction pipe 40 connecting the first reaction facility 2A and the abatement tower 10A, the pressure transmitter 41 measures the inlet pressure of the abatement tower 10A. Is.
- the three pressure transmitters 41a, 41b, 41c provided in the second introduction pipe 40 are continuously provided in the second introduction pipe 40 from the upstream to the downstream, respectively. It is possible to independently measure the internal pressure of the second introduction pipe 40 (the inlet pressure of the abatement tower 10A) and send a current signal to the pressure control unit 32.
- a pressure transmitter selection switch 42 is provided in the cable that electrically connects the pressure transmitter 41 and the pressure control unit 32.
- the pressure transmitter selection switch 42 is a switch mechanism that selects one or two of the three pressure transmitters 41a, 41b, and 41c, and is a current signal relating to the pressure from the selected pressure transmitter 41. Is sent to the pressure control unit 32.
- a plurality of pressure control units 32 are provided so as to correspond to the exhaust valves 31 provided in the plurality of exhaust pipes 30, respectively, and the pressure transmitters 41a and 41b provided in the second introduction pipe 40 are provided. , 41c are electrically connected to the pressure control units 32b, 32c, 32d that control the opening and closing of the exhaust valves 31b, 31c, 31d provided in the exhaust pipes 30B, 30C, 30D, respectively.
- Each of the pressure control units 32 controls the pressure by controlling the opening and closing of the corresponding exhaust valve 31.
- the pressure control unit 32b controls the corresponding exhaust valve 31b to "open", so that the detoxified gas is discharged from the abatement tower 10 through the exhaust pipe 30B. Therefore, the internal pressure of the abatement tower 10A can be reduced.
- the number of pressure transmitters 41 provided in the second introduction pipe 40 is not limited to three as illustrated in FIG. For example, it may be two or four or more. By providing a plurality of pressure transmitters 41 in this way, the reliability of the measured pressure (inlet pressure of the abatement tower 10A) can be improved, and the abatement tower 10A is based on the more accurately measured pressure.
- the control for maintaining the internal pressure of the above within a predetermined range can be effectively and efficiently performed. Details will be described later.
- the pressure gauge 43 may be provided in the second introduction pipe 40.
- the pressure gauge 43 measures the internal pressure of the second introduction pipe 40 separately from the pressure transmitter 41.
- the pressure gauge 43 is provided in this way, and the pressure is periodically compared with the pressure measured by the pressure transmitter 41 to determine the failure of the pressure transmitter 41 and the necessity of calibration. This makes it possible to ensure the reliability of the pressure transmitter 41.
- a nitrogen gas introduction pipe 50 for introducing a nitrogen (N 2 ) gas may be provided in the abatement tower 10A.
- the nitrogen gas introduction pipe 50 is a pipe that connects a nitrogen gas tank (not shown) for supplying nitrogen gas and the abatement tower 10A, and supplies a predetermined amount of nitrogen gas to the abatement tower 10A from the nitrogen gas tank. Can be done.
- the pressurizing valve 51 is a valve that controls the supply of nitrogen gas to the abatement tower 10A via the nitrogen gas introduction pipe 50, and when the pressure valve 51 is opened, the nitrogen gas is supplied to the abatement tower 10. , The internal pressure of the abatement tower 10A can be increased.
- the pressure valve 51 is electrically connected to a pressure control unit 32 that controls the opening and closing of a predetermined exhaust valve 31 provided in the exhaust pipe 30 described above. Therefore, the pressure control unit 32 can control the opening and closing of the pressure valve 51, and can control the internal pressure of the abatement tower 10A so as to "increase" it.
- the sulfide production facility (reaction facility) used for the dezincification step and the sulfurization step in the hydrometallurgical process of nickel oxide ore uses hydrogen sulfide gas in a sealed state, and the reaction gas and reaction during operation.
- the structure is such that the liquid does not leak to the outside.
- the pressure changes according to the operating conditions (conditions, reaction conditions, etc.), so that the fluid (gas) that may adversely affect the environment is the reaction equipment. It was discovered that unexpected malfunctions (eg, pipe blockages and load fluctuations) could damage the connected hydrogen sulfide gas abatement equipment. It was also discovered that hydrogen sulfide gas may not be effectively detoxified in the abatement facility.
- the gas to be introduced is sucked into the abatement tower with a constant pressure, and then detoxified by the abatement tower and released into the atmosphere.
- hydrogen sulfide gas is released without being detoxified by applying a pressure higher than the specified pressure to the abatement tower. Will be done.
- the pressure is reliably detected and the pressure inside the abatement tower is reliably maintained within a predetermined range, the hydrogen sulfide gas is appropriately detoxified, and the detoxified gas is removed. It can be released to the outside, and there is no particular problem.
- the pressure will not actually fall within the specified value even if the valve is opened and closed to keep the pressure of the abatement tower constant. There is. For example, if the pressure inside the abatement tower is not measured accurately, and the pressure measurement instrument shows a low value even though the internal pressure of the abatement tower is high, the abatement tower will use it. Pressure exceeding the withstand voltage will be applied. Then, if the abatement tower is cracked due to this, undetoxified hydrogen sulfide gas may leak to the outside.
- nickel is recovered as sulfide by using an excess amount of hydrogen sulfide gas. I try to increase the rate. Therefore, a relatively large amount of excess hydrogen sulfide gas that did not contribute to the sulfurization reaction may remain.
- the hydrogen sulfide gas recovered from the reaction equipment in such a sulfurization process is once subjected to abatement treatment in the preliminary abatement tower provided in the abatement facility, and then the treated gas is introduced into the abatement tower. Then, the abatement treatment is performed again. As a result, the processing load in the abatement tower is reduced, and a large amount of hydrogen sulfide gas is surely detoxified.
- the possibility of excessive pressurization as described above is relatively high on the preliminary abatement tower side, and pressurization from the connected process and the connection pipe with the abatement tower (first introduction pipe 20). ) Is assumed to be the pressure generated when the crystal that causes the blockage is peeled off or melted. In that case, the pressure applied to the abatement tower may exceed the specified pressure of the abatement tower. .. Then, there is a possibility that the preliminary abatement tower or the abatement tower is cracked and the detoxified hydrogen sulfide leaks to the outside.
- the hydrogen sulfide gas abatement equipment 1 is provided with the above-described configuration, and in particular, based on the outlet pressure of the preliminary abatement tower 10B by the pressure transmitter 21 provided in the first introduction pipe 20.
- the exhaust valve 31a provided in the exhaust pipe 30A the internal pressure of the abatement tower 10A is maintained within a predetermined range.
- hydrogen sulfide gas leaks from the abatement tower 10A even when the pressure of the hydrogen sulfide gas fluctuates depending on the state of the reaction facility 2 and excessive pressurization is applied to the preliminary abatement tower 10B. It is possible to effectively prevent problems such as.
- the pressure transmitter 21 measures the internal pressure of the installed first introduction pipe 20, converts the measured pressure value into a current signal, and transmits the measured pressure value to the electrically connected pressure control unit 32a. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 1, transmission may be performed to the pressure control units 32b and 32c in addition to the pressure control unit 32a.
- the pressure control unit 32a is provided so as to correspond to the exhaust valve 31a provided in the exhaust pipe 30A, and controls the pressure by controlling the opening and closing of the corresponding exhaust valve 31a. For example, when the outlet pressure of the preliminary abatement tower 10B measured by the pressure transmitter 21 is high and the preliminary abatement tower 10B is excessively pressurized, a current signal relating to the pressure value is transmitted. Upon reception by the pressure control unit 32a, the pressure control unit 32a opens the exhaust valve 31a to promote the discharge of the detoxified gas from the exhaust pipe 30A. As a result, the internal pressure of the abatement tower 10A is maintained within a predetermined range.
- control target is to set the internal pressure of the abatement tower 10A to a predetermined pressure (for example, 0.45 to 0.55 kPa), and the outlet of the preliminary abatement tower 10B sent from the pressure transmitter 21.
- a predetermined pressure for example, 0.45 to 0.55 kPa
- the exhaust valve 31a provided in the exhaust pipe 30A from the pressure value, the discharge of the detoxified gas is appropriately controlled, and the internal pressure of the abatement tower 10A is maintained within a predetermined range.
- the current signal relating to the measured pressure from the pressure transmitter 21 may be sent to the pressure control units 32b and 32c, and in addition to the control of the exhaust valve 31a by the pressure control unit 32a, the pressure
- the exhaust valves 31b and 31c By controlling the exhaust valves 31b and 31c by the control units 32b and 32c, the exhaust of the detoxified gas may be controlled more appropriately.
- the exhaust valves 31b and 31c have different diameters from each other. Therefore, by controlling the exhaust valves 31b and 31c together, the exhaust valves 31b and 31c can be further controlled based on the measured outlet pressure of the preliminary abatement tower 10B. It is possible to perform a wide range of appropriate control.
- the pressure transmitter 41 provided in the second introduction pipe 40 which is connected to the first reaction facility 2A and introduces the hydrogen sulfide gas into the abatement tower 10A is used. , Measure the inlet pressure of the abatement tower 10A.
- a plurality of pressure transmitters 41 on the second introduction pipe 40 are provided.
- the internal pressure of the second introduction pipe 40 at the installed location is measured by three pressure transmitters 41a, 41b, 41c.
- the pressure measurement value by at least one of the three pressure transmitters 41a, 41b, 41c installed by the pressure transmitter 41 is similarly provided in the second introduction pipe 40. If it is the same as the pressure value of the pressure gauge 43, the measured value of the pressure transmitter 41a is adopted as the true pressure value (the true inlet pressure of the abatement tower 10A), and the current signal is sent to the pressure control unit 32. Send.
- the remaining one pressure transmitter 41 (for example, 41a, 41b) is measured. It is judged that the pressure value according to 41c) is a low reliability value, and the measured value of either one of the two pressure transmitters 41a and 41b is set as the true pressure value (the true inlet pressure of the abatement tower 10A). It is adopted to transmit a current signal to the pressure control unit 32.
- the inlet pressure of the abatement tower 10A can be appropriately measured and grasped, which will be described later.
- Control by the exhaust valve 31 and the pressure valve 51 can be appropriately performed.
- the internal pressure of the abatement tower 10A can be maintained more stably, and the occurrence of problems such as leakage of hydrogen sulfide gas can be effectively prevented.
- the selection control of the pressure transmitters 41a, 41b, 41c provided in the second introduction pipe 40 can be performed by the pressure transmitter selection switch 42.
- this selection control can be carried out using, for example, a DCS (Distributed Control System), and the pressure is increased by operating the pressure transmitter selection switch 42 at the operator's discretion based on the graphic screen for operation.
- the transmitter 41 eg 41a
- a current signal relating to the pressure (inlet pressure of the abatement tower 10A) from a specific pressure transmitter 41 (for example, 41a) provided in the second introduction pipe 40 is transmitted.
- the pressure control unit 32 controls the opening / closing (0 to 100% opening degree) of the exhaust valve 31 (for example, 31b).
- pressure control units 32 are provided so as to correspond to the exhaust valves 31a, 31b, 31c, 31d provided in the four exhaust pipes 30A, 30B, 30C, and 30D, respectively (pressure control units 32a, 32b). , 32c, 32d), and the pressure control units 32a, 32b, 32c, 32d control the pressure by controlling the opening and closing of the corresponding exhaust valves 31a, 31b, 31c, 31d, respectively.
- the three pressure transmitters 41a, 41b and 41c provided in the second introduction pipe 40 are electrically connected to the pressure control units 32b, 32c and 32d, respectively.
- the pressure control units 32b, 32c, and 32d control the opening and closing of the corresponding exhaust valves 31b, 31c, and 31d, respectively.
- the exhaust valves 31b, 31c, and 31d are configured to have different diameters. From this, the pressure control by opening and closing the exhaust valves 31b, 31c, 31d by the pressure control units 32b, 32c, 32d will be different. Therefore, the pressure control units 32b, 32c, 32d are appropriate exhaust valves 31b, 31c, 31d based on the current signal regarding the pressure (inlet pressure of the abatement tower 10A) sent from the pressure transmitters 41a, 41b, 41c. It is important to select and control the opening and closing.
- the diameters of the exhaust valves 31b, 31c, and 31d are 3 inches, 8 inches, and 16 inches, respectively.
- the pressure control units 32b, 32c, 32d Among them, the pressure control unit 32b provided to control the exhaust valve 31b having the smallest diameter is operated, the exhaust valve 31b is opened by the pressure control unit 32b, and the detoxified gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe 30B. To promote. As a result, the internal pressure of the abatement tower 10A is maintained within a predetermined range.
- the control target is to set the internal pressure of the abatement tower 10A to a predetermined pressure (for example, 0.45 to 0.55 kPa), and the exhaust valve based on the outlet pressure of the preliminary abatement tower 10B as described above.
- the exhaust valves 31b, 31c, and 31d are detoxified by controlling the exhaust valves 31b, 31c, and 31d from the value of the inlet pressure of the abatement tower 10A sent from the pressure transmitter 41 of the second introduction pipe 40.
- the exhaust gas is controlled more stably within a predetermined range.
- the pressurizing valve 51 is provided in the nitrogen gas introduction pipe 50 for introducing nitrogen (N 2 ) gas into the abatement tower 10A, and controls the introduction of nitrogen gas through the nitrogen gas introduction pipe 50. Therefore, the pressure control units 32b, 32c, 32d control the opening and closing of the pressure valve 51 based on the current signal regarding the pressure (inlet pressure of the abatement tower 10A) received from the pressure transmitters 41a, 41b, 41c, and remove the pressure. It can also be controlled to "increase" the internal pressure of the damage tower 10A.
- the pressure inside the abatement tower 10A can be made more effective by further controlling the pressure valve 51 based on the information of the inlet pressure of the abatement tower 10A from the pressure transmitters 41a, 41b, 41c. Can be maintained within a predetermined range.
- the pressure inside the abatement tower 10 may increase due to the pressure of the gas sent to the abatement tower 10, the rotation speed of the fan, and the like. It may cause negative pressure. Even in such a case, it is preferable that the pressure valve 51 also controls the pressure within a predetermined range so as not to cause a negative pressure.
- the abatement equipment having the above-mentioned configuration removes unreacted hydrogen sulfide gas from the reaction equipment (sulfide production equipment) used for the dezincification step and the sulfurization step in the hydrometallurgical process of nickel oxide ore. It can be suitably used for equipment for collecting and detoxifying.
- the hydrometallurgical process of nickel oxide ore will be briefly described below.
- FIG. 2 is a process diagram showing an example of the flow of the wet smelting process of nickel oxide ore.
- This hydrometallurgical process consists of a leaching step S1 in which sulfuric acid is added to a slurry of nickel oxide ore as a raw material and leaching treatment is performed under high temperature and high pressure, and a solid-liquid separation in which a residue is separated from the leaching slurry to obtain a leachate containing nickel.
- Step S2 and neutralization step S3 in which the pH of the leachate is adjusted to separate impurity elements in the leachate as neutralized starch to obtain a post-neutralized solution, and zinc contained in the post-neutralized solution is separated as zinc sulfide.
- It has a dezincification step S4 for removing, and a sulfurization step (nickel recovery step) S5 for producing nickel sulfide from the solution after the dezincification treatment.
- Leaching step S1 a high-temperature pressure reaction tank such as an autoclave is used to add sulfuric acid to the nickel oxide ore slurry (ore slurry), and the temperature is about 230 ° C to 270 ° C and the pressure is about 3 to 5 MPa. The mixture is stirred under the above conditions to generate a leaching slurry consisting of a leaching solution and a leaching residue.

- Nickel oxide ores mainly include so-called laterite ores such as limonite ore and saprolite ore.
- the nickel content of the laterite ore is usually 0.8% by weight to 2.5% by weight, and is contained as a hydroxide or a siliceous earth (magnesium silicate) mineral.
- the iron content is 10% by weight to 50% by weight, mainly in the form of trivalent hydroxide (gesite), but some divalent iron is contained in the siliceous earth mineral. ..
- an oxide ore containing a valuable metal such as nickel, cobalt, manganese, and copper, for example, a manganese aneurysm existing on the deep sea floor can be used.
- the liquid portion of the obtained leaching slurry usually contains divalent and trivalent iron ions in addition to nickel, cobalt and the like.

- a solid-liquid separation treatment is performed using a solid-liquid separation device such as a thickener. Specifically, first, the leaching slurry is diluted with a washing liquid, and then the leaching residue in the leaching slurry is concentrated as a thickener sediment. Impurities such as trivalent iron ions and aluminum ions remaining inside are removed as neutralized starch.
- the dezincification step S4 the after-neutralizing solution obtained through the neutralization step S3 is used as the starting solution (dezincifying starting solution), and a sulfurizing agent such as hydrogen sulfide gas is added to perform sulfurization treatment. - the hydrogen sulfide gas abatement equipment 1 according to the present invention can be preferably used. Then, by using the sulfurization reaction tank for performing this sulfurization treatment as the second reaction equipment 2B (see FIG. 1) connected to the hydrogen sulfide gas abatement equipment 1 according to the present invention, it is efficient. Moreover, effective detoxification treatment can be performed without leaking hydrogen sulfide gas, which is insufficiently detoxified.
