Abstract
본 발명은 쌍별귀뚜라미( Gryllus bimaculatus)의 식품, 의약품, 화장품 소재용 분말 및 분말 추출물, 상기 쌍별귀뚜라미 분말의 제조방법, 상기 분말을 이용하여 제조한 식품 조성물 또는 개호식품, 및 쌍별귀뚜라미 분말을 이용하여 제조된 식품 조성물의 근감소증 예방, 개선 및 항산화 용도에 관한 것이다. 쌍별귀뚜라미를 이용한 근감소증 예방 기능성 식품은 향후 식용 곤충 산업과 기능성 식품, 이너뷰티 푸드(inner beauty food) 소재 및 식품 산업 전반에 기여할 수 있는, 부가가치가 큰 새로운 단백질 대체 급원식품으로 식량 수급 다원화에 기여할 것으로 예상되며, 고령화사회에서 급증하는 노인인구 영양개선과 식품선택 다양성에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
