- the storage bag is formed in a bag shape by stacking two sheet materials and sealing the outer peripheral edge portion.
- the heating element described in Patent Document 1 can be used by arranging it between the sole of the foot and the inner sole of the shoe. is there.
- the heating element described in Patent Document 1 since the heating element is in close contact with the foot inside the shoe, the heat-generating composition easily moves inside the bag body during walking, and the bag body Inside, the exothermic composition may be biased toward one end. Also, looking at the temperature distribution on the heat generating surface, the temperature in the central part tends to be relatively high when viewed from the front, but since the heating element for feet is sandwiched between the foot and the inner surface of the shoe, on the heat generating surface, It is less desirable that a high local temperature rise occurs. Various measures have been taken for the local high temperature rise on the heating surface of the heating element for feet, but better measures are desired.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a heating element for feet, which is capable of preventing the heating material from shifting inside the bag body and lowering the maximum temperature of the heating surface to suppress a locally high temperature rise.

- the protruding portion 32 at a position biased toward one end side in the length direction of the bag body 2, the maximum temperature is lowered and the high temperature region moves from the central portion in the length direction of the bag body 3. Therefore, for example, it is possible to aim and warm the toes (fingertips).
- the heat generating material 4 enclosed in the bag body 2 is hindered from moving by the protruding portion 32. Therefore, in the foot heating element 1 according to the present embodiment, even if the foot 5 is stepped on, the heating material 4 is unlikely to be biased inside the bag body 2. Further, the foot heating element 1 according to the present embodiment is easy to bend at a portion along the protruding portion 32 and is easy to fit along the foot 5.
- the protruding dimension L1 of the protruding portion 32 is relative to the inner dimension D2 of the bag body 2 at the position corresponding to the protruding portion 32 in the direction in which the protruding portion 32 protrudes. It is 15% or more and 35% or less. Therefore, more effectively, in the heating element 1, the maximum temperature of the heating surface can be lowered, a locally high temperature rise can be suppressed, and the heat generating material 4 can be suppressed from being biased inside the bag body 2. be able to.
- the dimension D1 between the protruding portion 32 and the portion facing the protruding portion 32 is a position corresponding to the protruding portion 32 in the direction in which the protruding portion 32 protrudes. - a dent is formed at a portion corresponding to the protruding portion 32 on the outer edge of the bag body 2. Therefore, the foot heating element 1 is more likely to bend along the straight line T1, and the foot heating element 1 is more easily deformed along the foot 5.
- the foot heating element 1 is formed in a substantially D-shape in front view, but may be formed in a shape along the inner sole 61 of the shoe 6 as shown in FIG.
- the foot heating element 1 according to the modified example 1-1 has two pairs of protrusions 32.
- the pair of protrusions 32 are located on a straight line T1.
- the pair of protruding portions 32 of the two sets are separated from each other in the length direction of the foot heating element 1.
- the protrusion dimension L1 of the protrusion 32 is preferably set to 5% or more, more preferably 10% or more and 40% or less, and further preferably 15% or more and 35% or less with respect to the inner size D2. - FIG. 13 shows the result (result 2) of taking a picture using thermography by arranging Examples 2 and 3 and the comparative example side by side at a different shooting location from the result 1. Further, the area in each temperature range is calculated from the result of photographing by thermography, and the relationship between each temperature range and the area ratio to the whole in the temperature range is shown in Table 2-1. Table 2-2 shows the area ratio of the high temperature region extracted from Table 2-1.

- Result 1 as can be seen from FIG. 12, in the comparative example, a white portion showing a high temperature is dark and clearly present in the center of the heating surface, but in the heating element according to Examples 1 and 2, the white portion is larger than that in the comparative example. Is also getting thinner. Further, as can be seen from Table 1-1, Table 1-2 and FIG. 14, the heating elements according to Examples 1 and 2 have an increased area ratio in the high temperature region and are the highest as compared with the comparative examples. The temperature dropped by 1 ° C to 2 ° C.
- the maximum temperature can be lowered while maintaining the area ratio of the high temperature region on the heat generating surface to be equal to or higher than that of the comparative example. In short, in the heating elements according to Examples 1 to 3, it is possible to suppress a locally high temperature rise on the heat generating surface.
- the area ratio in the high temperature region increased by about 3.4 to 6.7% as compared with the comparative example.
- the maximum temperature was 1 ° C to 2 ° C lower than that of the comparative example. Therefore, it can be seen that when the protruding portion is arranged at a position corresponding to the central portion of the heat generating surface, the maximum temperature of the heat generating surface can be lowered and the area of the high temperature region can be widened as compared with the comparative example. That is, by arranging the protruding portion at a position corresponding to the central portion of the heat generating surface, the uniformity of the temperature distribution of the heat generating surface can be improved.
- the difference in the maximum temperature is about 1 to 2 ° C. as compared with the comparative example, whereas the difference in the average temperature is 0. It was 1 to 0.6 ° C. That is, in the heating elements according to Examples 1 and 2, the decrease in the average temperature was smaller than the decrease in the maximum temperature in comparison with the comparative example. That is, by arranging the protruding portion at a position corresponding to the central portion of the heat generating surface, it is possible to suppress the decrease in the average temperature while lowering the maximum temperature of the heat generating surface.
- the high temperature region moved to a position biased to the side opposite to the protruding portion in the length direction as compared with the comparative example. That is, it was found that the high temperature region can be moved from the central portion in the length direction of the bag body by forming the protruding portion at a position biased toward one end side in the length direction of the bag body.
