在另一种技术方案中,所述的端子的供给弹夹,还包括设于所述壳体4内的限位柱9,所述限位柱9与所述固定柱5平行设置,所述限位柱9的两端分别与所述壳体4的左侧面和右侧面固接,所述限位柱9的外侧壁套设有一套筒,所述套筒的两端与所述滑槽滑动卡接,以将所述套筒限定在所述滑槽内,所述套筒只能沿着所述滑槽的长度方向移动,从而所述壳体4也只能沿着所述滑槽的长度方向移动,以避免所述壳体4跑偏。
在另一种技术方案中,所述的端子的供给弹夹,所述导轨1的底面的中部沿其长度方向固设有多个竖直设置的定位杆10,在所述弹夹运行时,所述定位杆10的下端固定在弹夹库里的一个固定板上,以保证所述弹夹的稳定性,从而快速供给电器柜组装中的接线端子,还包括沿所述导轨1的宽度方向设于所述壳体4内的两对转动轴11,两对转动轴11分别左右对称设于所述定位杆10的两侧,且两对转动轴11的中轴线均位于同一水平面内,两对转动轴11的一端分别与所述壳体4的内侧壁的下部固接,两对转动轴11的另一端的外侧壁上均套设有一滚轮12,沿所述导轨1的宽度方向的两个滚轮12之间的最远距离略小于所述导轨1的宽度,以使所述壳体4在沿着所述导轨1的长度方向运动时,所述滚轮12与所述导轨1的底面接触并沿着所述导轨1的长度方向滚动。
在另一种技术方案中,所述的端子的供给弹夹,所述前挡板2的后侧面设有硅胶垫,以避免放置于所述前挡板2和所述壳体4之间的端子在所述卷簧的拉力作用下与所述前挡板2发生碰撞而损伤。
在另一种技术方案中,所述的端子的供给弹夹,所述导轨1的顶面喷涂有光滑漆层,以减少所述壳体1在运行中与所述导轨1的顶面之间的摩擦力。
尽管本实用新型的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本实用新型的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本实用新型并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

Claims (6)

  1. 端子的供给弹夹,其特征在于,包括:
    导轨,其顶面沿其长度方向设有一滑槽,所述导轨的两端分别固接有前挡板和后挡板;
    随动机构,其包括:
    壳体,其下端敞开设置,所述壳体的前侧面底部和后侧面底部对称设有缺口,且所述缺口沿所述导轨宽度方向的长度略大于所述导轨的宽度;
    固定柱,其沿所述导轨宽度方向设于所述壳体内,所述固定柱的两端分别与所述壳体的左侧面和右侧面固接,所述固定柱的外侧壁上套设有一卷簧,所述卷簧的内端与所述固定柱的外侧壁固接,所述卷簧的外端通过所述缺口穿出所述壳体与所述滑槽的底面靠近所述前挡板处固接,所述卷簧宽度小于所述滑槽的宽度,所述卷簧的顶面不凸出所述滑槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的端子的供给弹夹,其特征在于,所述壳体的顶面靠近其前侧面处设有第一开口,所述壳体的前侧面设有与所述第一开口连通的第二开口,还包括设于所述壳体内的定位机构,所述定位机构包括:
    转动柱,其与所述固定柱平行设置并位于所述导轨的上方,所述转动柱的两端分别与所述壳体的左侧面和右侧面转动连接,所述转动柱上沿其长度方向设有一穿孔,所述穿孔的中心轴与所述转动柱的中心轴不重合,所述转动柱的外侧壁上沿其径向设有一定位柱,所述定位柱的上端通过所述第一开口或所述第二开口穿出所述壳体;
    定位块,其与所述转动柱的外侧壁固接,所述定位块设置为:当所述定位柱位于所述第一开口中时,所述定位块不与所述滑槽的底面接触;当所述定位柱位于所述第二开口中时,所述定位块与所述滑槽的底面抵接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的端子的供给弹夹,其特征在于,还包括设于所述壳体内的限位柱,所述限位柱与所述固定柱平行设置,所述限位柱的两端分别与所述壳体的左侧面和右侧面固接,所述限位柱的外侧壁套设有一套筒,所述套筒的两端与所述滑槽滑动卡接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的端子的供给弹夹,其特征在于,所述导轨的底面的中部沿其长度方向固设有多个竖直设置的定位杆,还包括沿所述导轨的宽度方向设于所述壳体内的 两对转动轴,两对转动轴分别左右对称设于所述定位杆的两侧,且两对转动轴的中轴线均位于同一水平面内,两对转动轴的一端分别与所述壳体的内侧壁的下部固接,两对转动轴的另一端的外侧壁上均套设有一滚轮,沿所述导轨的宽度方向的两个滚轮外侧面之间的距离略小于所述导轨的宽度。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的端子的供给弹夹,其特征在于,所述前挡板的后侧面设有硅胶垫。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的端子的供给弹夹,其特征在于,所述导轨的顶面喷涂有光滑漆层。
