本发明提供快装装饰自粘贴墙板,由内至外分别为离型膜层、胶垫层、芯材、彩膜层、耐磨层和涂层;所述胶垫与离型膜上都设有孔,两者的孔组成腔体,所述腔体内设有胶,撕掉离型膜粘贴在墙上。层状结构设计合理,利用胶粘贴墙面,快速黏合,可实现快速安装,同时,胶位于腔体内,不易偏移,保证墙板连接的稳定性。

Description

快装装饰自粘贴墙板 技术领域
本发明涉及墙板技术领域,尤其涉及一种快装装饰自粘贴墙板。
背景技术
在装修行业中,传统的墙面内饰装修所用的物料是以水泥、砂浆、瓷砖或化学涂 料、粘贴剂为主。
现有的多为大理石内墙挂板,其安装方式为 :首先将安装件预装在墙面上,通过大理石板上的葫芦孔和沉槽,将大理石板挂在 安装件上,从而完成墙面的装饰。这种方式尽管可以避免采用诸如水泥、砂浆之类的粘贴 施工方式,但相邻的大理石板之间并没有相互的连接,因此接缝之间的美观完全取决于大 理石板的形状尺寸精度墙壁上预装挂件的定位精度,这无疑提高了制造和安装的成本和工 期。而且,大理石板是一种昂贵的材料,其本身的加工工时成本也较高,因此难以承受经常 更换的要求。且大理石板无法完全回收利用。此外,大理石板自身重量沉重,因此对于施工操作者的体力有较高的要求,这也限制了其及时或频繁的更换。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的安装不便的缺陷,进一步提出一种安装简便的装饰墙板。
技术解决方案
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种快装装饰自粘贴墙板,由内至外分别为离型膜层、胶垫层、芯材、彩膜层、耐磨层和涂层;
所述胶垫与离型膜上都设有孔,两者的孔组成腔体,所述腔体内设有胶,撕掉离型膜粘贴在墙上。
本发明的进一步技术:
优选的,所述胶垫层为EVA胶垫。
优选的,所述胶为硅胶或结构胶。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果为:
层状结构设计合理,利用胶粘贴墙面,快速黏合,可实现快速安装,同时,胶位于腔体内,不易偏移,保证墙板连接的稳定性。
本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:一种快装装饰自粘贴墙板,由内至外分别为离型膜层、胶垫层、芯材、彩膜层、耐磨层和涂层;
所述胶垫与离型膜上都设有孔,两者的孔组成腔体,所述腔体内设有胶,撕掉离型膜粘贴在墙上。
按配方称取氯磺化聚乙烯 20 份、聚乙二醇 10 份、炭黑 4 份、 MBS 接枝马来酸酐的共聚物 2 份、抗氧剂 0.6~份、硬脂酸锌 0.2 份, 倒入高速捏合机中混合,高速捏合机的转速为 1000r/min, 升温至 100℃,加入阻燃剂 10 份,混合反应混合反应时间为 10Min;
混合好的物料用双螺杆挤出机挤出,挤出机挤出造粒温度为 150℃,双螺杆挤出机转速为 200r/min;
对双螺杆挤出物料用热切方式,双螺杆的挤出温度分为三区,三区的温度分别为 150℃,165℃,180℃,造粒得到耐磨层颗粒;
将造粒好的物料粒二从一个螺杆挤出机物料进口加入中,在挤出机中进行加温,挤出温度为140-220℃,物料在挤出机中的时间为20分钟;
选取PVC50分、发泡调节剂5份、填充剂35份、润滑剂5份、发泡剂2份、加工助剂3份,混合,经过混料机高速搅拌,摩擦生热,至设定的工艺温度110~115℃后排入冷混,至设定工艺50℃后排料;
挤出发泡过程,将混合好的原料加入挤出机上料斗内,在挤出机中进行加温,螺杆内剪切塑化,挤出温度为140-220℃,物料在挤出机中的时间为15分钟,在温度150℃~200℃和压力20~35MPa下,复合发泡剂通过模具释放的发泡空间,物料迅速发泡;
通过另一个螺杆挤出机挤出,进口加入中,在挤出机中进行加温,挤出温度为140-220℃,物料在挤出机中的时间为20分钟;
两个螺杆挤出机后,将彩膜置于两层物料之间,形成耐磨层。彩膜层和芯层半成品;
热压耐磨层,涂抹一层涂层,涂料层中加入钢渣从而形成一种声子晶体结构,其是一种弹性常数及密度周期分布的结构,弹性波在隔声涂层结构中传播时,受隔声涂层结构的内部构造作用,在一定频率范围内被阻隔传播,因此具有良好的隔音降噪效果;
再将胶垫与离型膜贴合在芯材底部,胶垫采用EVA胶垫,通过硅胶将填充腔体内,完成墙板与墙体的连接。
对比例:一种PVC发泡共挤地板制备工艺,主要包括混料、挤出发泡、共挤、冷却定型生产过程;
混料过程,所需的原料组分及组分量为:
PVC      50kg;      发泡调节剂     5 kg;
填充剂     35 kg;      润滑剂       5kg;
发泡剂     2 kg;       加工助剂    3kg;
混料过程,将料按配方混合,经过混料机高速搅拌,摩擦生热,至设定的工艺温度110~115℃后排入冷混,至设定工艺50℃后排料;
挤出发泡过程,将混合好的原料加入挤出机上料斗内,在挤出机中进行加温,螺杆内剪切塑化,挤出温度为140-220℃,物料在挤出机中的时间为15分钟,在温度150℃~200℃和压力20~35MPa下,复合发泡剂通过模具释放的发泡空间,物料迅速发泡;
共挤过程,物料发泡的同时,表面通过共挤机将高分子材料覆在发泡的基材上;
将造粒过程中得到的物料粒与色母搅拌混合,然后加入主挤出机,再通过连接主挤出机的共挤模具挤出成板芯材,加入的色母量为物料粒质量的2.5‰,所述主挤出机的机筒包括四个区,由加料端向挤出端,四个区的温度依次为190-230℃、200-220℃、170-195℃、170-200℃,所述主挤出机的机筒连接抽真空设备,机筒内的压力为0.06MPa;所述共挤模具还与辅挤出机连接,辅挤出机内加入改性塑料包裹材料,改性塑料包裹材料熔化后在共挤模具内包裹在板芯材的表面,共同挤出后形成复合塑木板;
冷却定型过程:共挤出的型胚在定型模内冷却定型。
上述实施例与对比例在常温环境下,进行实验,得到下列数据:

实施例2:一种快装装饰自粘贴墙板,由内至外分别为离型膜层、胶垫层、芯材、彩膜层、耐磨层和涂层;
所述墙板内部设有腔体,腔体由胶垫与离型膜上设有由孔构成,且腔体内设有胶,撕掉离型膜粘贴在墙上。
在实施例1的基础上,为了加强墙板的使用寿命,避免因背胶失去粘性而导致墙板整体无用,提供一种耐高温胶;
先将淀粉与对苯二甲酰氯反应后再与阳离子醚化剂反应,得到具有耐更高温度的交联阳离子淀粉胶黏剂。
避免因墙体温度过高,导致胶热熔,脱落。
实施例3:一种快装装饰自粘贴墙板,由内至外分别为离型膜层、胶垫层、芯材、彩膜层、耐磨层和涂层;
所述墙板内部设有腔体,腔体由胶垫与离型膜上设有由孔构成,且腔体内设有胶,撕掉离型膜粘贴在墙上。
在实施例1的基础上,为了加强墙板的使用寿命,避免因背胶失去粘性而导致墙板整体无用,将彩膜包裹在芯材上,胶垫黏合在芯材背面的彩膜上;
胶失去效果后,将墙板取下,用到划开芯材两侧的彩膜,使得,芯材前后彩膜分离,用手即可玻璃后彩膜与芯材,更换胶垫与胶;
同时更换胶垫之前,在芯材背部通过热压将彩膜再次覆盖,两侧熔融融合,再次完成组合。

  1. 快装装饰自粘贴墙板,其特征在于:由内至外分别为离型膜层、胶垫层、芯材、彩膜层、耐磨层和涂层;
    所述胶垫与离型膜上都设有孔,两者的孔组成腔体,所述腔体内设有胶,撕掉离型膜粘贴在墙上。
  2. 根据权利要求1中所述的快装装饰自粘贴墙板,其特征在于:所述胶垫层为EVA胶垫。
  3. 根据权利要求1中所述的快装装饰自粘贴墙板,其特征在于:所述胶为硅胶或结构胶。
