本发明公开了一种抗刮超耐磨复合PVC板材,包括至上而下的PVC透明片、彩膜层、底片、基材,PVC透明片为三层复合结构,由上至下分别为聚氨酯涂层、中空玻璃微珠层和PVC压延低层;基材采用聚氯乙烯、氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板;进一步改进在于:中空玻璃微珠层为中空三层球形复合结构,由外向内分别为有机镀膜层、玻璃层、中空层;基材中添加纳米氧化硅作为抗静电剂;基材中采用阻燃剂;底片、基材之间通过PU胶水粘接连接。本发明不仅具有较好的耐磨性、阻燃性,而且具有较好的抗静电、防水性能,环保卫生。

Description

抗刮超耐磨复合PVC板材
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料领域,特别是一种新型功能高分子材料。
背景技术
现有复合PVC板材具有无甲醇、防腐蚀、重量轻、隔音、隔热等特点,可以代替陶瓷面板和木质面板,在装饰行业得到越来越多的应用,但现有复合PVC板材存在下列缺陷:一是耐磨层抗刮性能不佳,耐磨度达到高度商用级需要耐磨层厚度要更厚,成本较高,使用寿命短;二是阻燃性能差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高耐磨性、阻燃性的抗刮超耐磨复合PVC板材。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
抗刮超耐磨复合PVC板材,包括至上而下的PVC透明片、彩膜层、底片、基材,所述PVC透明片为三层复合结构,由上至下分别为聚氨酯涂层、中空玻璃微珠层和PVC压延低层;其特征在于:所述基材采用聚氯乙烯、氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板。
上述结构中,所述中空玻璃微珠层为中空三层球形复合结构,由外向内分别为有机镀膜层、玻璃层、中空层。
上述结构中,所述基材中添加纳米氧化硅作为抗静电剂。
上述结构中,所述基材中采用阻燃剂。
上述结构中,所述底片、基材之间通过PU胶水粘接连接。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、基材采用聚氯乙烯、氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板,显著提高本发明表面硬度和强度。
2、中空玻璃微珠层为中空三层球形复合结构,由外向内分别为有机镀膜层、玻璃层、中空层,使得本发明表面硬度能达到铅笔硬度9H,具有优异的机械性能、耐磨性能、抗刮性能、抗老化性能、韧性好、质量轻、使用寿命长、节能卫生环保、防水防霉和防污。
3、基材中添加纳米氧化硅作为抗静电剂,提高本发明抗静电性能。
4、基材中采用阻燃剂,使本发明具有较好的阻燃性能。
5、底片、基材之间通过PU胶水粘接连接,提高本发明防水性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
抗刮超耐磨复合PVC板材,包括至上而下的PVC透明片、彩膜层、底片、基材,PVC透明片为三层复合结构,由上至下分别为聚氨酯涂层、中空玻璃微珠层和PVC压延低层,本实施例中,中空玻璃微珠层为中空三层球形复合结构,由外向内分别为有机镀膜层、玻璃层、中空层。
基材采用聚氯乙烯、氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板。
基材中添加纳米氧化硅作为抗静电剂。
基材中采用阻燃剂。
底片、基材之间通过PU胶水粘接连接。

1.一种抗刮超耐磨复合PVC板材,包括至上而下的PVC透明片、彩膜层、底片、基材,所述PVC透明片为三层复合结构,由上至下分别为聚氨酯涂层、中空玻璃微珠层和PVC压延低层;其特征在于:所述基材采用聚氯乙烯、氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗刮超耐磨复合PVC板材,其特征在于:所述中空玻璃微珠层为中空三层球形复合结构,由外向内分别为有机镀膜层、玻璃层、中空层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗刮超耐磨复合PVC板材,其特征在于:所述基材中添加纳米氧化硅作为抗静电剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗刮超耐磨复合PVC板材,其特征在于:所述基材中采用阻燃剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗刮超耐磨复合PVC板材,其特征在于:所述底片、基材之间通过PU胶水粘接连接。
