一种多功能遥控无人船 技术领域
本发明涉及无线遥控船自动控制领域,具体涉及一种多功能遥控无人船。
背景技术
在酷热的天气里,人们常常游泳消暑,因此夏季往往是溺水事故的高发期。救生圈救援或人工救援对救援人员的要求很高,而且施救者存在极高危险性也很高,极其容易造成额外伤亡。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够提供溺水救援功能的多功能遥控无人船。
本发明的技术方案是:一种多功能遥控无人船,包括救生浮体系统、船体总成、救生浮体系统推进系统、控制系统;救生浮体系统包括外套与浮体内胆组件、救生浮体电路组件;船体总成包括船体与密封盖组件、壳体内置安装骨架组件、救生浮体固定座组件;救生浮体系统推进系统包括电池组及驱动电机组件、喷泵及联轴器组件、方向控制组件、冷却水管及其接头组件;控制系统包括电机速度控制组件、主控与转向控制组件、无人船遥控器、电气盒组件;浮体内胆组件通过救生浮体固定座组件安装在船体内,控制系统、救生浮体电路组件、救生浮体系统通过壳体内置安装骨架组件固定安装在船体内,控制系统、救生浮体电路组件、救生浮体系统与船体之间设有密封盖组件,外套套装在船体上。
进一步的技术方案,救生浮体系统上还设置有救生夹克、安全帽、标志旗、无线电对讲机、昼夜摄像头
进一步的技术方案,还包括声纳与GPS定位装置。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明具有溺水或落水人员营救、危险区域抵近侦查与观测、水面以下区域声纳检测、海底声纳扫描、水质检测采样、水文流量测量、城市河道湖面清洁、水上测绘、自动打窝探鱼等功能。
2、本发明提供的无人遥控船由于自重轻、速度快,能够短时间内到达溺水者身边对溺水人员进行施救。相比救生圈救援,其救生装置精度更高而且行程更加远。并且避免了另外人工救援对救援人员产生的额外溺水风险。

具体实施方式
下面通过非限制性实施例,进一步阐述本发明,理解本发明。
本发明为一种多功能遥控无人船,如图1,包括救生浮体系统、船体总成、救生浮体系统推进系统、控制系统、声纳与GPS定位装置。
救生浮体系统包括外套与浮体内胆组件、救生浮体电路组件、救生夹克、安全帽、标志旗、无线电对讲机、昼夜摄像头;救生浮体电路组件包括夜间工作灯和船体警示灯,船体警示灯安装于救生浮体两侧,采用灯带警示,灯带采用柔性板,表面装有高亮LED贴片发光二极管,该灯带外面采用透明材料封装以防水,装于救生浮体的两侧。夜间工作灯位于救生浮体的前端偏左的外套内部,夜间工作灯需要手按打开。可以按压头灯外边缘的塑料框,每次按压后会有“卡”的响声,同时伴有灯光的改变。该灯光有四个档位:低亮度、中亮度、高亮度和关,用户可以自行选择。夜间工作灯和船体警示灯工作电源由船体内 部引出,输出端与输入端防水等级均为IP67有效防水。
船体总成包括船体与密封盖组件、壳体内置安装骨架组件、救生浮体固定座组件;船体总成为其内部的电气元件及其它部件提供防水保护。
救生浮体系统推进系统包括电池组及驱动电机组件、喷泵及联轴器组件、方向控制组件、冷却水管及其接头组件;控制系统包括电机速度控制组件、主控与转向控制组件、无人船遥控器、电气盒组件;浮体内胆组件通过救生浮体固定座组件安装在船体内,控制系统、救生浮体电路组件、救生浮体系统通过壳体内置安装骨架组件固定安装在船体内,控制系统、救生浮体电路组件、救生浮体系统与船体之间设有密封盖组件,外套套装在船体上。
在溺水或落水人员营救方面,本发明使用高性能的电池组进行驱动,利用速度优势快速到达溺水者身边对溺水人员进行施救。配合特有的漂浮救生装置可对6个人同时进行救援,高效而安全。操作人员通过远程遥控实施救援,在提升救援速度的同时降低了救援难度和救援危险性。
在危险区域抵近侦查与观测方面,本发明通过高清视频技术和稳定的视频信号加密传输技术,可有效提高抵近侦查与观测信息的回传能力,同时利用无人船小巧灵活隐蔽性好的特点提升侦查能力。
在水面以下区域声纳检测和海底声纳扫描方面,本发明通过改装浮体结构,搭载高性能声纳探测设备以达到对水下移动物体较好的检测。
在水质检测采样、水文流量测量、城市河道湖面清洁、水上测绘、自动打窝探鱼等方面,本发明通过救生浮体与船体的结构,搭载附属装置予以实现。
综上所述,本发明通过降低救助风险和使用成本,可以满足多任务、跨区域、远程操作视频回传等工作,在节省人力的同时增大任务执行范围。

  1. 一种多功能遥控无人船,其特征在于,包括救生浮体系统、船体总成、救生浮体系统推进系统、控制系统;救生浮体系统包括外套与浮体内胆组件、救生浮体电路组件;船体总成包括船体与密封盖组件、壳体内置安装骨架组件、救生浮体固定座组件;救生浮体系统推进系统包括电池组及驱动电机组件、喷泵及联轴器组件、方向控制组件、冷却水管及其接头组件;控制系统包括电机速度控制组件、主控与转向控制组件、无人船遥控器、电气盒组件;浮体内胆组件通过救生浮体固定座组件安装在船体内,控制系统、救生浮体电路组件、救生浮体系统通过壳体内置安装骨架组件固定安装在船体内,控制系统、救生浮体电路组件、救生浮体系统与船体之间设有密封盖组件,外套套装在船体上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能遥控无人船,其特征在于,救生浮体系统上还设置有救生夹克、安全帽、标志旗、无线电对讲机、昼夜摄像头。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能遥控无人船,其特征在于,还包括声纳与GPS定位装置。
