Claims (10)
- 内窥镜,包括固定摄像镜头的摄像手柄,用于连接电源为摄像镜头供电的插线接头,其中,所述摄像手柄包括外壳(1)、插装于外壳(1)端部的端盖(2)、以及位于外壳(1)内部的内壳(3),其特征在于,所述摄像手柄还包括设置于所述内壳(3)中的传感元件,所述传感元件与所述端盖(2)之间设置有透镜组(5),所述内壳(3)通过安装组件与所述外壳(1)固定连接,所述外壳(1)通过固定组件与所述内壳(3)固定连接,所述端盖(2)的中部位置开设有与所述传感元件位置相对应的透光孔(241)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述端盖(2)的边缘位置处设置有与所述所述外壳(1)插接的插嵌部(21),所述插嵌部(21)的外环面上开设有固定槽(211),所述固定槽(211)内设置有密封圈一(2111),所述固定组件包括多个穿插在所述端盖(2)上的锚固栓(23),所述外壳(1)的内侧壁上开设有多个与所述锚固栓(23)对应的插管(11)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述锚固栓(23)包括螺帽和螺杆;所述螺杆的外环面上开设有环槽(232),所述环槽(232)内设置有密封圈二(233),所述螺杆的外环面上套有套管(231),所述套管(231)与所述螺杆和所述插管(11)过渡配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述透镜组(5)和传感元件之间设置有垫片(26),所述端盖(2)上且位于透光孔(241)处开设有用于安装透镜组(5)的固定槽(211),所述透镜组(5)包括挡尘镜片(51)和滤光镜片(52),所述滤光镜片(52)设置于所述挡尘镜片(51)与所述垫片(26)之间,所述滤光镜片(52)的边缘处设置有卡嵌框(53),所述卡嵌框(53)呈C型且朝向挡尘镜片(51)的一侧开有供滤光镜片(52)卡入的卡口(531);所述卡嵌框(53)与端盖(2)之间固定连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述透镜组(5)采用如下步骤安装固定于端盖(2)上的透光孔(241)处,S1.在固定槽(211)底壁处涂覆一层UV密封胶,将挡尘镜片(51)装入固定槽(211),利用紫外线光源照射使UV密封胶固化;S2.在挡尘镜片(51)与固定槽(211)侧壁之间的间隙处填充UV密封胶,用紫外线光源照射使UV密封胶固化;S3.将滤光镜片(52)卡入卡嵌框(53)上的卡口(531),然后将滤光镜片(52)和卡嵌框(53)整体装入固定槽(211),使滤光镜片(52)压紧挡尘镜片(51)并对卡嵌框(53)进行固定;S4.在卡嵌框(53)、滤光镜片(52)与固定槽(211)侧壁之间的间隙处填充UV密封胶,用紫外线光源照射使UV密封胶固化,完成透镜组(5)的安装。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述插线接头包括导线(30)、与导线(30)连接的插头(40)、包裹插头(40)的管套(10),所述插头(40)的端部延伸到管套(10)外部,该延伸部分的外部设置有防水帽(20),所述防水帽(20)呈圆管状,一端为开口端一端为封闭端;所述管套(10)背离防水帽(20)的一端还设置有用于固定导线(30)的密封防水组件。
- 根据权利要求6所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述管套(10)包括同轴设置的 安装管(101)和外径小于安装管(101)外径的固定管(102),所述安装管(101)和固定管(102)连通处设置有隔板(104);所述插头(40)插接于所述安装管(101)内,所述防水帽(20)的内圆周侧壁上设置有安装环槽(232),所述安装环槽(232)内设置有用于与管套(10)的外圆周侧壁贴合的弹性密封圈(2021)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述密封防水组件包括密封管(50)、固定环(60)和可拆卸连接于固定管(102)的锁紧套筒;所述密封管(50)套设在导线(30)外,且端部设置有插入至固定管(102)内的插管(11),所述插管(11)与隔板(104)贴合一端的外圆周侧壁上设置有第一限位环棱(5011);所述固定环(60)套设在插管(11)上;所述固定环(60)一端插入固定管(102)内,另一端的外圆周侧壁上设置有与固定管(102)的端面贴合的第二限位环棱(601);所述锁紧套筒背离隔板(104)一端的内圆周侧壁上设置有内径小于第二限位环棱(601)外径的第三限位环棱(701)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述管套(10)的管壁上设置有用于对插头(40)进行固定的定位件(103),所述管套(10)和防水帽(20)之间还设置有连接件(80)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的内窥镜,其特征在于,所述连接件(80)包括套设在防水帽(20)上的第一套环(801)、套设在管套(10)上的第二套环(802)、以及连接在第一套环(801)和第二套环(802)之间的柔性绳(803)。
