本发明涉及智能信箱技术领域,具体为一种带新型智能分拣机构的智能信箱。
背景技术
无论国内还是国外,除送信到门面对面签收外,信件投递主要通过信箱。目前社区内的信箱主要为通过钥匙物理开门的传统信箱。物业会给业主发放一个信箱钥匙,信箱上有一个小的投递口,快递员将信件投入投递口内以完成存信操作,用户则通过钥匙开门进行取信操作。传统信箱存在以下问题:1.信件存/取无法被追踪,尤其是需要收件人签名的挂号信,邮差仍需要上门投递;2.信箱一户一个,无法复用,有些信箱信件较多,存在不够用的情况,而有些信箱常年空置,造成资源浪费;3.信件需要邮差手动一封一封地存入信箱,不仅效率较低,而且容易发生投错信箱的情况;4.在国外,由于传统锁容易被撬,或者邮差没有将信箱门关紧而导致信件丢失的事情时有发生,安全性能有待提高。
另外,目前由于智能快递柜的普及,许多快递员也会将信件作为一种快递投入到快递柜内,通过快递柜系统向用户发出取件通知,用户在快递柜上输入相关验证码开门取件。利用快递柜存取信件,由于快递柜无法一格多投,对于体积较小的信件来说,比较浪费空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带新型智能分拣机构的智能信箱,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种带新型智能分拣机构的智能信箱,包括主控机柜和从柜,所述主控机柜和所述从柜之间连接,所述主控机柜上包含显示屏、外置的扫描枪、投入仓和若干个回收仓,所述投 入仓和所述回收仓分别设置于所述主控机柜的内壁,所述投入仓的后方设置有升降装置,所述投入仓通过所述升降装置进行升降移动,所述投入仓的上方一侧设有分拣机构,所述分拣机构的底部设有滑轮,所述分拣机构远离所述投入仓的一侧设有扫描区,所述扫描区的顶端设有扫描枪,所述扫描区上设有传送平台和导向板,所述从柜内设有若干个信件格口,所述从柜的内壁顶端和底端设有多个X滑轨,所述X滑轨分别通过滑块连接设有多个Y滑轨。
优选的,所述Y滑轨上分别连接设有若干个托盘,所述托盘上分别设有推板和推板驱动轴。

(5)本发明从柜设有多个托盘,用以轮流存件,极大提高存件效率;当某个托盘故障时,其他托盘可承担存件任务,避免设备因托盘故障而瘫痪。
(6)本发明用户取件时,是通过从柜带有倾斜角度的格口的格口门开启,信件掉落,提高用户的取件效率;

工作原理:本发明信件存入投入仓,投入仓通过升降装置进行升降,投入仓上升后,当信件被推到与信件传感器接触后,升降系统停止上升,分拣机构开始工作,分拣机构将从最顶部的信件开始分拣,并将信件传送到扫描区进行信息识别,当信件投入仓的信件减少,升降系统会继续工作,在上升过程中保持信件传感器信号检测的状态,知道信件传感器检测不到信号,升降系统将投入仓下降到初始的位置,分拣机构将信件传送到扫描区,扫描区有一个传送带平台,通过扫描区识别到的信件的收件人信息,X-Y滑轨系统控制托盘将信件传送到系统分派的信件格口,扫描成功的信件经过传送带平台进入到从柜的托盘,托盘到达指定的信件格口后,托盘上的推送驱动轴推动推板,并将信件推入存件格口内,用户取件时,信件格口内的格口门会打开,信件将从后方掉落,用户在取件口取信件,当信件上的条码缺失或扫描失败时,传送平台下方的导向板进行工作,将平台倾斜,信件会掉入一个回 收仓等待回收,当系统检测到从柜的所有信件格口都存满信件时,导向板将平台向另一边倾斜,信件掉入另一个回收仓,等有格口空闲时通过循环系统将信件重新传送到投入仓,再次进行分拣和扫描。
