具体地,如图1-图2所示,将多个叠片单元210折叠并制成一组电芯极组200,包括:将相邻的两个叠片单元210之间的位置处设置预折痕240的步骤。由此,后续两个叠片单元210可以通过预折痕240进行叠片制成电芯极组200,电芯极组200的制造精确方便。
具体地,如图1所示,将多个叠片单元210折叠并制成一组电芯极组200,还包括:将多个叠片单元210通过预折痕240折叠并夹紧成一组电芯极组200的步骤(例如通过夹持机械手6夹紧)。由此可以使电芯极组200占用空间小。
例如夹持机械手6可以通过夹持多个叠片单元210,使多个叠片单元210彼此靠近压缩,并沿着预折痕240发生折叠,从而可以一次对多个叠片单元210进行折叠,提高叠片效率。
具体地,如图1所示,将多个叠片单元210折叠并制成一组电芯极组200,还包括:将相邻的两组电芯极组200之间的第一隔膜221和第二隔膜222进行裁断的步骤,例如可以通过刀片等工具将第一隔膜221和第二隔膜222进行裁断,以形成单独的一组电芯机组。
具体地,如图1所示,将多个叠片单元210折叠并制成一组电芯极组200,还包括:将裁断后的电芯极组200进行隔膜尾卷和贴胶固定的步骤。即每组电芯极组200上被裁切的剩余的第一隔膜221和第二隔膜222缠绕在该组电芯极组200外侧,并通过胶粘等方式将每组电芯极组200上被裁切的剩余的第一隔膜221和第二隔膜222固定在该组电芯极组200外侧,使电芯极组200占用空间小,且缠绕在该组电芯极组200外侧的隔膜可以对该组电芯极组200内部的叠片单元210进行保护。
下面描述本申请实施例的电芯极组制造装备100。
如图1所示,本申请实施例的电芯极组制造装备100包括:用于输送正极极板231的正极极板输送装置1、用于输送负极极板232的第一负极极板输送装置21和第二负极极板输送装置22、用于输送第一隔膜221的第一隔膜输送装置31、用于输送第二隔膜222的第二隔膜输送装置32,第一隔膜输送装置31和第二隔膜输送装置32相对设置,正极极板输送装置1夹设在第一隔膜输送装置31与第二隔膜输送装置32之间,以便于将正极极板231插入第一隔膜221和第二隔膜222之间,第一负极极板输送装置21位于第一隔膜输送装置31背离第二隔膜输送装置32的一侧,第二负极极板输送装置22位于第二隔膜输送装置32背离第一隔膜输送装置31的一侧,第一负极极板输送装置21和第二负极极板输送装置22用于交错在第一隔膜221背离第二隔膜222的一侧以及在第二隔膜222背离第一隔膜221的一侧设置负极片232。
根据本申请实施例的电芯极组制造装备100,可以同时对两个隔膜进行叠片,同时后续可以一次对叠片单元210进行折叠,每个极组的多个缩短了电芯极组200的制造时间,提升了电芯极组200的制造效率,从而提高了电芯制造效率。
具体地,如图1所示,第一隔膜输送装置31和第二隔膜输送装置32均包括:用于卷放隔膜的隔膜放卷滚筒30,正极极板输送装置1包括:正极板料放卷滚筒11和正极板料裁切件,正极板料裁切件(例如刀片)用于将正极板料放卷滚放出的正极板料进入第一隔膜221与第二隔膜222之间前裁切成正极片231,第一负极极板输送装置21和第二负极极板输送装置22中的每一个均包括:负极板料放卷滚筒20和负极板料裁切件(例如刀片),负极板料裁切件用于将负极板料放卷滚放出的负极板料裁切成负极片232。由此无需布置机械爪夹持运输正极片231或负极片232,即可实现叠片单元210的安装,节约了电芯极组制造装备100的占用空间,同时降低了制造成本。
具体地,如图1所示,电芯极组制造装备100还包括:热覆合机构4,热覆合机构4包括:两个压辊41和加热部,两个压辊41适于共同将第一隔膜221、第二隔膜222、正极片231、负极片232压紧,加热部适于对第一隔膜221和第二隔膜222加热,使第一隔膜221和第二隔膜222表面受热粘性增大,以将第一隔膜221、第二隔膜222、正极片231、负极片232热粘接固定。由此可以保证叠片单体各个部件之间连接牢固,具体地,加热部可以为电加热丝,电加热丝可以缠绕或固定在至少一个压辊41上。
具体地,如图1所示,电芯极组制造装备100还包括:用于对第一隔膜221和第二隔膜222在相邻的两个叠片单元210之间的位置处设置预折痕240的预折痕机构5,预折痕机构5包括多个折痕件51,多个折痕件51交错设置在第一隔膜221背离第二隔膜222的一侧以及在第二隔膜222背离第一隔膜221的一侧。由此可以使第一隔膜221和第二隔膜222在预折痕240时两侧受力均匀。折痕件51可以未具有尖端的柱形钢体(例如铁块)。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于电芯制造的叠片方法,其特征在于,包括:将正极片、负极片、第一隔膜和第二隔膜安装成叠片单元,并将多个所述叠片单元折叠并制成一组电芯极组;
    其中,所述将正极片、负极片、第一隔膜和第二隔膜安装成叠片单元,包括:将第一隔膜和第二隔膜相对设置,将正极片逐个插入所述第一隔膜和所述第二隔膜之间,并交错在所述第一隔膜背离所述第二隔膜的一侧以及在所述第二隔膜背离所述第一隔膜的一侧设置负极片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于电芯制造的叠片方法,其特征在于,所述将正极片、负极片、第一隔膜和第二隔膜安装成叠片单元,还包括:将所述第一隔膜、所述第二隔膜、所述正极片、所述负极片进行固定的步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于电芯制造的叠片方法,其特征在于,所述将多个所述叠片单元折叠并制成一组电芯极组,包括:将相邻的两个所述叠片单元之间的位置处设置预折痕的步骤。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于电芯制造的叠片方法,其特征在于,所述将多个所述叠片单元折叠并制成一组电芯极组,还包括:将多个所述叠片单元通过所述预折痕折叠并夹紧成一组电芯极组的步骤。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于电芯制造的叠片方法,其特征在于,所述将多个所述叠片单元折叠并制成一组电芯极组,还包括:将相邻的两组所述电芯极组之间的所述第一隔膜和所述第二隔膜进行裁断的步骤。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于电芯制造的叠片方法,其特征在于,所述将多个所述叠片单元折叠并制成一组电芯极组,还包括:将裁断后的所述电芯极组进行隔膜尾卷和贴胶固定的步骤。
  7. 一种电芯极组制造装备,其特征在于,包括:正极极板输送装置、第一负极极板输送装置、第二负极极板输送装置、第一隔膜输送装置、第二隔膜输送装置,所述第一隔膜输送装置和所述第二隔膜输送装置相对设置,所述正极极板输送装置夹设在所述第一隔膜输送装置与所述第二隔膜输送装置之间,所述第一负极极板输送装置位于所述第一隔膜输送装置背离所述第二隔膜输送装置的一侧,所述第二负极极板输送装置位于所述第二隔膜输送装置背离所述第一隔膜输送装置的一侧,所述第一负极极板输送装置和所述第二负极极板输送装置用于交错在所述第一隔膜背离所述第二隔膜的一侧以及在所述第二隔膜背离所述第一隔膜的一侧设置负极片。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电芯极组制造装备,其特征在于,所述第一隔膜输送装置和所述第二隔膜输送装置均包括:隔膜放卷滚筒,所述正极极板输送装置包括:正极板料放卷滚筒和正极板料裁切件,所述正极板料裁切件用于将所述正极板料放卷滚放出的正极板料进入所述第一隔膜与所述第二隔膜之间前裁切成所述正极片,所述第一负极极板输送装置和所述第二负极极板输送装置中的每一个均包括:负极板料放卷滚筒和负极板料裁切件,所述负极板料裁切件用于将所述负极板料放卷滚放出的负极板料裁切成所述负极片。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的电芯极组制造装备,其特征在于,还包括:热覆合机构,所述热覆合机构包括:两个压辊和加热部,所述两个压辊适于共同将所述第一隔膜、所述第二隔膜、所述正极片、所述负极片压紧,所述加热部适于对所述第一隔膜和所述第二隔膜加热,以将所述第一隔膜、所述第二隔膜、所述正极片、所述负极片热粘接固定。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9中任一项所述的电芯极组制造装备,其特征在于,还包括:用于对所述第一隔膜和所述第二隔膜在相邻的两个叠片单元之间的位置处设置预折痕的预折痕机构,所述预折痕机构包括多个折痕件,多个所述折痕件交错设置在所述第一 隔膜背离所述第二隔膜的一侧以及在所述第二隔膜背离所述第一隔膜的一侧。
