Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for producing a purified gas obtained by purifying a crude gas derived from waste and a device for producing a purified gas.
- Wastes such as industrial wastes and general wastes are known to be gasified by thermal decomposition (see Patent Document 1 etc.). According to this method, by thermally decomposing the waste, a synthetic gas containing a large amount of carbon monoxide and hydrogen can be obtained. Waste-derived gases such as syngas can be used for various purposes, and attempts have been made to convert them into valuable resources such as ethanol using, for example, a microbial catalyst, a metal catalyst, or the like.
- Waste contains miscellaneous components, and the synthetic gas obtained from waste also contains many impurities. Therefore, it is necessary to remove impurities from the synthetic gas derived from waste and purify it.
- a method for removing impurities a method using a scrubber is widely known.
- a synthetic gas obtained from waste is washed with a scrubber, desulfurized to recover hydrogen sulfide contained in the crude gas as sulfur, and the obtained purification is performed.

Therefore, the heavy metal removing ability cannot be maintained. In order to maintain the ability to remove heavy metals, it is necessary to maintain the acidity, and a pH adjuster must be added to maintain the acidity, which is costly.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and in acid cleaning for removing a heavy metal component from a crude gas containing an acid-soluble heavy metal component, the washing water is washed by dissolving carbon dioxide in the washing water.
