また、特許文献2には、アイソタクティックペンタッド分率、分子量分布および極限粘度が特定の範囲にあるプロピレン系重合体を用いることで、べたつき成分を低減できる(耐べたつき性に優れる)ことが開示されている。
なお、本明細書では、数値範囲を示す「A~B」は、A以上B以下を示す。
(I)プロピレンから導かれる構成単位(i)の含有量が50~92モル%、エチレンから導かれる構成単位(ii)の含有量が5~20モル%、および、炭素数4~20のα-オレフィンから導かれる構成単位(iii)の含有量が3~30モル%である(但し、構成単位(i)~(iii)の合計を100モル%とする)
(II)13C-NMRにより算出したアイソタクティックトライアッド分率(mm分率)が85%以上である

また、本発明の一実施形態によれば、柔軟性に優れ、油等への溶出成分量の少ないプロピレン系重合体およびプロピレン系重合体組成物、ヒートシール強度、耐熱収縮性および高温下で長時間使用しても耐べたつき性に優れ、高温下でも、そのヒートシール強度を維持できるプロピレン系重合体組成物、延伸時の耐白化性に優れ、高温で処理した後でも、延伸時の耐白化性に優れる成形体を形成可能なプロピレン系重合体組成物、柔軟性に優れ、油等への溶出成分量が少なく、高温で処理した後でもグロスを維持することができるプロピレン系重合体組成物を提供することができる。
なお、前記油等としては、例えば、ヘキサン、n-ヘプタンが挙げられる。
本発明の一実施形態に係るプロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A)(以下単に「共重合体(A)」ともいう。)は、下記要件(I)~(V)を満たす。
(I)プロピレンから導かれる構成単位(i)の含有量が50~92モル%、エチレンから導かれる構成単位(ii)の含有量が5~20モル%、および、炭素数4~20のα-オレフィンから導かれる構成単位(iii)の含有量が3~30モル%である(但し、構成単位(i)~(iii)の合計を100モル%とする)
(II)13C-NMRにより算出したアイソタクティックトライアッド分率(mm分率)が85%以上である
(III)B=MOE/(2MO×ME)で規定するB値が0.9~1.5である(式中、MOEは、プロピレンとエチレンとの連鎖、および、炭素数4~20のα-オレフィンとエチレンとの連鎖の合計の、全ダイアッドに対するモル分率を表し、MOはプロピレンと炭素数4~20のα-オレフィンとのモル分率の合計を表し、MEはエチレンのモル分率を表す。)
(IV)メルトフローレート(MFR)が1~3g/10分である
(V)示差走査熱量計(DSC)により測定した融点(Tm)が100℃未満、または、融解ピークが観測されない
共重合体(A)としては特に制限されないが、ランダム共重合体であることが好ましい。
前記構成単位(ii)の含有量は、5モル%以上であり、好ましくは6モル%以上であり、20モル%以下であり、好ましくは18モル%以下、より好ましくは14モル%以下である。
前記構成単位(iii)の含有量は、3モル%以上であり、好ましくは5モル%以上であり、30モル%以下であり、好ましくは25モル%以下、特に好ましくは24モル%以下である。
また、前記構成単位(i)~(iii)の合計100モル%に対する、構成単位(ii)および(iii)の合計含有量は、好ましくは10~45モル%、より好ましくは12~45モル%である。
前記構成単位(i)~(iii)それぞれの含有量は、構成単位(i)~(iii)の合計を100モル%とした時の含有量である。
該構成単位(i)~(iii)の含有量は、13C-NMRで測定することができ、具体的には、特開2007-186664号公報に記載された方法で測定することができる。
前記炭素数4~20のα-オレフィンは2種以上を用いてもよいが、好ましくは1種である。
mm分率が前記範囲ある共重合体(A)を含む成形体、特に射出成形体は、流動性、機械強度および耐衝撃性にバランスよく優れる。
前記mm分率は、特開2007-186664号公報に記載された方法によって測定・解析を行うことができる。
分子量分布が前記範囲にあると、機械強度、耐衝撃性、低べたつき性にバランス良く優れる。
Mwが前記範囲にあると、成形性、機械強度、耐衝撃性、低べたつき性にバランス良く優れる。
前記MwおよびMnは、具体的には、下記実施例に記載の方法で測定した値である。
MFRが前記範囲にあると、成形性、機械強度、耐衝撃性、低べたつき性にバランス良く優れる。
なお、MFRが前記範囲の下限を下回ると、流動性が低く成形が困難となり、他の樹脂との相容性が低下する傾向にあり、MFRが前記範囲の上限を上回ると、べたつき成分が増加する傾向にある。
該MFRは、ASTM D1238に準拠し、230℃、2.16kg荷重で測定した値である。
Tmが前記範囲にある、または、融解ピークが観測されないことで、柔軟性に優れる成形体を容易に得ることができる。
該融解ピークは、具体的には、下記実施例に記載の方法で測定され、ここで、Tmは、融解ピークのピーク頂点の温度のことをいい、融解ピークが観測されないとは、-100~200℃の範囲において、結晶融解熱量が1J/g以上の結晶融解ピークが観測されないことをいう。なお、融解ピークが2つ以上観測される場合、これらのピークのピーク頂点の温度のうち、最も低い温度が融点である。
ΔHが前記範囲にあると、柔軟性と低べたつき性にバランス良く優れる。
B値が前記範囲にあると、プロピレン系重合体(B)との相容性により優れるため好ましい。
該B値は、特開2007-186664号公報に記載された方法で求めた値である。
(式中、MOEは、プロピレンとエチレンとの連鎖、および、炭素数4~20のα-オレフィンとエチレンとの連鎖の合計の、全ダイアッドに対するモル分率を表し、MOはプロピレンと炭素数4~20のα-オレフィンとのモル分率の合計を表し、MEはエチレンのモル分率を表す。)
引張弾性率が前記範囲にあると、柔軟性により優れる成形体を容易に得ることができる。
該引張弾性率は、ASTM D638に準拠して、ASTM 4号ダンベルを用い、23℃、引張り速度:50mm/minの条件下で測定した値である。
特に、引張弾性率が10MPa以下である共重合体(A)のショアA硬度(瞬間値)は、好ましくは20以上、より好ましくは30以上であり、好ましくは50以下、より好ましくは45以下である。また、引張弾性率が10MPaを超える共重合体(A)のショアA硬度(瞬間値)は、好ましくは51以上、より好ましくは71以上であり、好ましくは97以下である。
ショアA硬度(瞬間値)が前記範囲にあると、柔軟性により優れる成形体を容易に得ることができる。
該ショアA硬度(瞬間値)は、下記実施例に記載の方法で測定した値である。
本発明の一実施形態に係るプロピレン系重合体組成物(以下単に「本組成物」ともいう。)は、前記共重合体(A)を含む。
本組成物としては、具体的には、
前記共重合体(A)と、下記要件(1)および(2)を満たすプロピレン系重合体(B)(以下単に「重合体(B)」ともいう。)とを含むプロピレン系重合体組成物(X1)、および、
前記共重合体(A)と、エチレンから導かれる構成単位を50~99モル%の量で含有し、炭素数3~20のα-オレフィンから導かれる構成単位を1~50モル%の量で含有する(エチレンおよびα-オレフィンから導かれる構成単位の合計を100モル%とする)エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(C)(以下単に「共重合体(C)」ともいう。)とを含むプロピレン系重合体組成物(X2)
が挙げられる。
前記プロピレン系重合体組成物(X1)(以下単に「組成物(X1)」ともいう。)は、前記共重合体(A)と重合体(B)とを含む。
このような組成物(X1)によれば、ヒートシール強度、耐熱収縮性および高温下で長時間使用しても耐べたつき性に優れ、高温下でも、そのヒートシール強度を維持でき、また、柔軟性に優れ、油等への溶出成分量が少なく、高温で処理した後でもグロスを維持することができる。
組成物(X1)に含まれる共重合体(A)は、1種でも、2種以上でもよく、組成物(X1)に含まれる重合体(B)も、1種でも、2種以上でもよい。
共重合体(A)および重合体(B)の含有量が前記範囲にあると、透明性、衝撃強度、機械物性(柔軟性または剛性など)および耐衝撃性に優れ、特に、剛性と低温耐衝撃性とのバランス、および、透明性に優れる成形体を容易に得ることができる。
重合体(B)は、下記要件(1)および(2)を満たせば特に制限されない。
(1)示差走査熱量計(DSC)により測定した融点(Tm)が110~170℃である
(2)アイソタクティックペンタッド分率(mmmm分率)が90%以上である
重合体(B)としては、ホモポリプロピレンまたはプロピレンとプロピレン以外の炭素数2~20のα-オレフィンとのランダム共重合体が好ましい。
重合体(B)としては、未変性の重合体であっても、変性重合体であってもよい。該変性重合体としては、下記ポリオレフィンの変性物と同様の重合体等が挙げられる。
前記ランダム共重合体としては、プロピレンとプロピレン以外の炭素数2~10のα-オレフィンとの共重合体、または、プロピレンとエチレンと炭素数4~10のα-オレフィンとの共重合体が好ましい。
前記プロピレン以外の炭素数2~20のα-オレフィンは2種以上を用いてもよい。
Tmが前記範囲にあると、成形性、耐熱性および透明性にバランス良く優れ、結晶性のポリプロピレンとしての特性が良好で好ましい。
該Tmは、DSC測定装置を用い、200℃で10分間保持した後、降温速度10℃/分で-20℃まで冷却し、-20℃で1分間保持した後、再度昇温速度10℃/分で200℃まで昇温したときに観測される融点(融解ピークのピーク頂点の温度)である。
なお、該融解ピークの積算値である融解熱量(ΔH)は、好ましくは50mJ/mg以上である。
mmmm分率が前記範囲にあると、剛性と透明性とにバランス良く優れ、特に、透明性に優れる成形体を容易に得ることができる。
mmmm分率は、例えば、特開2007-186664号公報に記載されているように、13C-NMRを使用して測定される分子鎖中のペンタッド単位におけるアイソタクティック連鎖の存在割合、換言すればプロピレンモノマー単位が5個連続してメソ結合した連鎖の中心にあるプロピレンモノマー単位の分率であり、該公報に記載の方法で測定できる。
MFRが前記範囲にあると、成形性により優れる組成物を容易に得ることができる。
前記プロピレン系重合体組成物(X2)(以下単に「組成物(X2)」ともいう。)は、前記共重合体(A)と共重合体(C)とを含む。
このような組成物(X2)によれば、延伸時の耐白化性に優れ、高温で処理した後でも、延伸時の耐白化性に優れる成形体を容易に得ることができ、他の樹脂層との接着力に優れる層を容易に形成することができる。
組成物(X2)に含まれる共重合体(A)は、1種でも、2種以上でもよく、組成物(X2)に含まれる共重合体(C)も、1種でも、2種以上でもよい。
なお、組成物(X2)は、前記重合体(B)を含んでいてもよく、この場合、組成物(X1)と共重合体(C)とを用いて調製することもできる。
組成物(X2)中の共重合体(A)と重合体(B)の合計含有量は、好ましくは50~95重量%、より好ましくは65~95重量%である。
組成物(X2)中の共重合体(A)、または、共重合体(A)と重合体(B)の合計のいずれか100重量部に対する、共重合体(C)の含有量は、好ましくは5~100重量部であり、より好ましくは5~70重量部、さらに好ましくは5~50重量部、特に好ましくは5~30重量部である。
共重合体(A)、共重合体(A)と重合体(B)の合計、または、共重合体(C)の含有量が前記範囲にあると、透明性、衝撃強度、機械物性(柔軟性または剛性など)および耐衝撃性により優れ、特に剛性と低温耐衝撃性とのバランス、および、透明性により優れる成形体を容易に得ることができる。
前記共重合体(C)としては、構成単位の含有量が前記範囲にある共重合体であり、かつ、前記重合体(B)以外の共重合体であれば特に制限されないが、エチレン・α-オレフィンランダム共重合体であることが好ましい。
共重合体(C)を用いることで、特に耐衝撃性および透明性にバランス良く優れる成形体を容易に得ることができる。
共重合体(C)中の炭素数3~20のα-オレフィンから導かれる構成単位の含有量は、1~50モル%であり、好ましくは1~45モル%、より好ましくは1~30モル%、特に好ましくは1~20モル%である。
これらの含有量は、エチレンおよび炭素数3~20のα-オレフィンから導かれる構成単位の合計100モル%に対する量である。
構成単位の含有量が前記範囲にあると、耐衝撃性、柔軟性にバランス良く優れる成形体を容易に得ることができる。
前記炭素数3~20のα-オレフィンは、1種を用いてもよく、2種以上を用いてもよい。
このような他の重合性モノマーとしては、例えば、スチレン、ビニルシクロペンテン、ビニルシクロヘキサン、ビニルノルボルナン等のビニル化合物類;酢酸ビニル等のビニルエステル類;無水マレイン酸等の不飽和有機酸またはその誘導体;ジシクロペンタジエン、シクロヘキサジエン、5-エチリデン-2-ノルボルネン等の非共役ポリエン類が挙げられる。
密度が前記範囲にあると、耐衝撃性、剛性および透明性にバランス良く優れる成形体を容易に得ることができる。
該密度は、密度勾配管法で測定することができる。
MFRが前記範囲にあると、耐衝撃性、剛性および透明性にバランス良く優れる成形体を容易に得ることができる。
MFR10/MFR2が前記範囲にあると、透明性および耐衝撃性にバランス良く優れる成形体を容易に得ることができる。
本発明の一実施形態に係る接着性樹脂組成物は、前記共重合体(A)または前記本組成物を含有する。
接着性樹脂組成物が本組成物を含有する場合、該本組成物としては、特に、前記組成物(X2)が好ましい。
接着性樹脂組成物中の前記共重合体(A)の含有量は、好ましくは1~50重量%、より好ましくは1~40重量%である。
該ポリオレフィンの変性物の具体例としては、前記共重合体(A)、重合体(B)または共重合体(C)を、1種または2種以上の極性モノマーでグラフト変性したものが挙げられる。
これらの化合物における不飽和部分としては、例えば、ビニル基、ビニレン基、不飽和環状炭化水素基が挙げられる。
前記極性モノマーとしては、不飽和ジカルボン酸またはその酸無水物が好ましく、マレイン酸、ナジック酸またはこれらの酸無水物がより好ましい。
前記変性量の制御は、例えば、グラフト条件を適宜に選択することにより行えばよい。
ポリオレフィンの変性物の含有量が前記範囲にあると、高い接着強度を示す組成物を容易に得ることができる。
該熱可塑性樹脂としては、例えば、ポリプロピレン系樹脂(例:ホモポリプロピレン、プロピレンと少量のα-オレフィンとの共重合体)、ポリエチレン系樹脂(例:低密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、線状低密度ポリエチレン)、公知のエチレン系重合体(例:エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体、エチレン-エチルアクリレート共重合体、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン・メチルメタクリレート共重合体、エチレン・n-ブチルアクリレート共重合体、エチレン・ビニルアルコール共重合体)、ポリ-4-メチル-ペンテン-1、ならびにこれらの混合物が挙げられる。
なお、前記基材は、従来公知の方法で表面処理されていてもよく、着色または印刷されていてもよい。
本組成物には、本発明の目的を損なわない範囲で、前記重合体(A)~(C)以外の添加剤、具体的には、前記重合体(A)~(C)以外のポリオレフィンの変性物、耐候性安定剤、耐熱安定剤、帯電防止剤、スリップ防止剤、アンチブロッキング剤、防曇剤、核剤(結晶造核剤)、滑剤、顔料、染料、可塑剤、老化防止剤、塩酸吸収剤、酸化防止剤等の添加剤を必要に応じて配合してもよい。
これら添加剤は、それぞれ、1種を用いてもよく、2種以上を用いてもよい。
該結晶造核剤は、プロピレン系樹脂に対して造核効果を有する物質であることが好ましく、具体例としては、芳香族カルボン酸金属塩、芳香族リン酸金属塩、アルジトール系誘導体、ロジンの金属塩が挙げられる。
結晶造核剤を用いる場合、本組成物中の結晶造核剤の含有量は、通常0.01重量%以上、好ましくは0.05重量%以上であり、通常2重量%以下、好ましくは1重量%以下である。
本組成物は、それぞれに配合する各成分を、種々公知の方法、例えば、ヘンシェルミキサー、V-ブレンダー、リボンブレンダー、タンブラーブレンダー、ニーダールーダー等で混合する方法、または、一軸押出機、二軸押出機、ニーダー、バンバリーミキサー等で溶融混練することで調製することができる。さらに、必要により、造粒や粉砕等を行ってもよい。
これら、混合や混練する際には、配合する各成分を、一度に添加してもよく、段階的に添加してもよい。
本発明の一実施形態に係るペレットは、前記共重合体(A)または前記本組成物を含む。
該ペレットの形状、大きさ等については特に制限されず、所望の用途に応じて適宜選択すればよい。
該ペレットは、前記共重合体(A)を、バンバリーミキサー、ロール、押出機などの混練機で溶融し、造粒することで製造することができ、また、本組成物に配合する各成分を溶融混練した後、造粒することで製造することができる。
本発明の一実施形態に係る成形体は、前記共重合体(A)または前記本組成物を含む。
該成形体は、前記共重合体(A)または本組成物を、従来公知の成形法、例えば、ブロー成形法、射出成形法、プレス成形法、押出成形法、インフレーション成形法、押出ブロー成形法、射出ブロー成形法、真空成形法、カレンダー成形法、溶融Tダイキャスティング法により成形することで製造することができる。
前記成形体の具体例としては、無延伸フィルム、シート、射出成形体、ブロー成形体、自動車内装部品および自動車外装部品が挙げられる。より具体的には、例えば、多層ホース、チューブ、化粧シート、フローリングマット等の土木・建材部品、電線・ケーブルの被覆材(例:絶縁層、シース層)、不織布、伸縮フィルム、食品包装用フィルム、包装用シート、シートを熱成形した食品包装用トレイや飲料用カップ、シートを折り曲げ加工したプラスチック容器が挙げられる。
前記無延伸フィルムは、延伸されていないフィルムであれば特に制限されず、形状、大きさ(厚み)等については、所望の用途に応じて適宜選択すればよい。また、該無延伸フィルムは、単層であってもよく、多層であってもよい。多層である場合、そのうちの少なくとも1層が、共重合体(A)または前記本組成物を含むフィルムであればよい。なお、前記無延伸フィルムが多層である場合、その全ての層が延伸されていないこという。
なお、本明細書において、フィルムとシートとは特に区別しているわけではないが、通常、フィルムは厚さ250μm未満の膜状体をいい、シートは厚さ250μm以上の薄い板状体をいう。
前記シートは特に制限されず、形状、大きさ(厚み)等については、所望の用途に応じて適宜選択すればよい。また、該シートは、単層であってもよく、多層であってもよい。多層である場合、そのうちの少なくとも1層が、共重合体(A)または前記本組成物を含むシートであればよい。
該シートの厚み(多層である場合は合計厚)は、好ましくは250~2000μm、より好ましくは250~1500μmである。
前記射出成形体としては特に制限されないが、例えば、従来公知の射出成形装置を用いて公知の条件を採用して、所望の形状に射出成形することで製造した成形体が挙げられる。
該射出成形体は、例えば、自動車内装用トリム材、自動車用外装部品、家電製品のハウジング、容器などに幅広く用いることができる。
前記ブロー成形体は、多層成形体であってもよく、この場合、少なくとも1層が、共重合体(A)または前記本組成物を含む層である。
前記自動車内装部品および自動車外装部品としては特に制限されず、例えば、射出成形などで成形された自動車部品が挙げられる。
前記自動車内装部品の具体例としては、トリム、インストルメントパネル、コラムカバーが挙げられる。前記自動車外装部品の具体例としては、フェンダー、バンパー、サイドモール、マッドガード、ミラーカバーが挙げられる。
・プロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A):
後述の製造例により得たプロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A-1)~(A-5)を用いた。
後述の製造例により得たプロピレン・エチレン共重合体(PER-1)~(PER-3)を用いた。

重合用触媒として、特開2007-186664号公報に記載の方法で調製したジフェニルメチレン(3-tert-ブチル-5-エチルシクロペンタジエニル)(2,7-ジ-tert-ブチルフルオレニル)ジルコニウムジクロリドを用い、助触媒として、メチルアルミノキサン(東ソー・ファインケム(株)製、アルミニウム換算で0.3mmol)を用い、原料となるエチレン、プロピレンおよび1-ブテンを、連続重合設備を用いてヘキサン溶液中で重合することで6種類のプロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A-1)~(A-5)を得た。
得られた共重合体(A-1)~(A-5)の物性値を以下の方法で測定した。結果を表1に示す。
原料をエチレンおよびプロピレンに変更した以外は前記共重合体(A)の製造例と同様の方法でプロピレン・エチレン共重合体(PER-1)~(PER-3)を得た。
得られた共重合体(PER-1)~(PER-3)の物性値を以下の方法で測定した。結果を表1に示す。
13C-NMRスペクトルの解析により求めた。具体的には、特開2007-186664号公報に記載の方法により求めた。
なお、本明細書において、プロピレンから導かれる構成単位の含有量を「C3含量」や「プロピレン含量」ともいい、エチレンから導かれる構成単位の含有量を「C2含量」や「エチレン含量」ともいい、1-ブテンから導かれる構成単位の含有量を「C4含量」ともいう。
GPC装置として、Waters社製ゲル浸透クロマトグラフAlliance GPC-2000型を用い、以下の条件でポリスチレン換算のMwおよびMnを測定し、Mw/Mnを算出した。

ASTM D1238に準拠し、230℃、2.16kg荷重におけるMFRを測定した。
190℃に設定した油圧式熱プレス成形機を用いて、5分間加熱後、10MPaの加圧下で2分間成形した後、20℃、10MPaの加圧下で4分間冷却することで0.5mm厚のシート(試験片)を作製した。
成形後、室温で72時間経過させた約10mgの試験片を窒素雰囲気下(20mL/分)10℃/分で-100℃まで冷却した。次いで、-100℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で200℃まで昇温させた時の結晶融解ピークのピーク頂点の温度を融点とし、ピークの積算値から融解熱量(ΔH)を算出した。なお、融解ピークが2つ以上観測される場合、これらのピークのピーク頂点の温度のうち、最も低い温度を融点とした。
190℃に設定した油圧式熱プレス成形機を用いて、5分間加熱後、10MPaの加圧下で2分間成形した後、20℃、10MPaの加圧下で4分間冷却することにより2mm厚のシート(試験片)を作製した。
得られた試験片から、ASTM D638に準拠して、ASTM 4号ダンベルを作製し、該ダンベルを用い、23℃、引張り速度:50mm/minの条件下で引張弾性率を測定した。
190℃に設定した油圧式熱プレス成形機を用いて、5分間加熱後、10MPaの加圧下で2分間成形した後、20℃、10MPaの加圧下で4分間冷却することにより2mm厚のシート(試験片)を作製した。
成形後、室温で72時間経過させ、A型測定器を用い、72時間経過後の試験片に押針接触後直ちに目盛りを読み取った(ASTM D2240に準拠)。
表2に記載の共重合体を、190℃に設定した油圧式熱プレス成形機を用いて、5分間加熱後、10MPaの加圧下で2分間成形した後、20℃、10MPaの加圧下で4分間冷却することにより、厚さ2mmのシートを作製した。
得られたシートを室温で72時間経過させた試験片を用い、以下の方法で、ヘキサン溶解量、引張弾性率、ショアA硬度(瞬間値)を測定した。結果を表2に示す。
試験片2gを切り取り、300mLのビーカーに入れ、そこに、n-ヘキサン200mLを加えた後、該ビーカーをアルミ箔で覆い、30℃にセットした水浴にて30分間撹拌を行った。攪拌後の液をナス型フラスコに移液し、エバポレーターにて、残量が30mL程度になるまで溶媒を除去し、残った液を、風袋重さを秤量した50mLビーカーに移液した。次いで、窒素気流下で溶媒を除去し、さらに2時間真空乾燥機中で乾燥させた。乾燥機から取り出したビーカーの重さを直ちに秤量し、風袋重さとの差から、ビーカー中に残存した固体量wgを求めた。w×100/2から、ヘキサン溶解量(wt%)を求めた。値が小さいほど、耐溶出性に優れるといえる。
ヘキサン溶解量は30重量%以下であることが好ましく、20重量%以下であることがより好ましい。
得られた試験片から、ASTM D638に準拠して、ASTM 4号ダンベルを作製し、該ダンベルを用い、23℃、引張速度:50mm/minの条件下で引張弾性率を測定した。
A型測定器を用い、試験片に押針接触後直ちに目盛りを読み取った(ASTM D2240に準拠)。
ラボプラストミル((株)東洋精機製作所製)を用い、190℃、40rpmの条件で、表2に記載の割合(重量%)の原材料を5分間混練し、プロピレン系重合体組成物を得た。
得られた組成物を用いた以外は、実施例1-1と同様にして試験片を作製し、評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。
表3に記載の原材料を表3の割合(重量%)で押出機(φ40mm)を用いて混練し、得られたペレットを、キャストフィルム成形機を用い、230℃で押出しながら、100μm厚の単層無延伸フィルムを作製した。得られた単層無延伸フィルムについて下記評価を行った。結果を表3に示す。
厚さ50μmのテフロン(登録商標)シート、得られた単層無延伸フィルム2枚、および厚さ50μmのテフロン(登録商標)シートをこの順で重ねて試験体を作製した。
HS強度(熱処理前)の試験において、前記単層無延伸フィルム2枚の代わりに、前記で得られた単層無延伸フィルムを85℃で5日間熱処理したフィルム2枚を用いた以外は前記HS強度(熱処理前)の試験と同様にして、熱処理後のヒートシール強度を測定した。
熱処理前後のHS強度から、下記式によりHS強度保持率を求めた。この値が大きいほど、耐熱性に優れるといえる。また、該HS強度保持率に基づいて、以下の基準でHS強度保持性を評価した。

HS強度(熱処理前)の試験において、ヒートシール時間を1.0秒間または3.0秒間にした以外は、前記HS強度(熱処理前)の試験と同様にして積層フィルムを得た。
ヒートシール時間が1.0秒間および3.0秒間である場合それぞれについて、ヒートシール前の単層無延伸フィルム2枚の厚みの合計と、ヒートシール後のヒートシールされた部分の厚みとを、光学顕微鏡を用いて測定し、下記式により、ヒートシール前後における厚み保持率(それぞれ、厚み保持率(1s)および厚み保持率(3s))を求めた。この値が大きいほど、熱収縮し難いといえる。また、該厚み保持率に基づいて、以下の基準で耐熱収縮性を評価した。

表4に記載の原材料を表4の割合(重量%)で混練し、ペレット(プロピレン系重合体組成物)を得た。得られた組成物を中間層とし、ランダムポリプロピレン((株)プライムポリマー製、プライムポリプロ F227、エチレン含量=3.0モル%、MFR(230℃,2.16kg荷重)=7g/10分、融点=150℃)をシーラント層として用い、下記条件にて、多層無延伸フィルム(シーラント層/中間層/シーラント層=10μm/30μm/10μm)を作製した。
得られた多層無延伸フィルムを用いて下記性能を評価した。結果を表4に示す。
・押出機:シーラント層は、φ30mm、L/D=26の押出機を使用、中間層は、φ40mm、L/D=26の押出機を使用
・樹脂温度:いずれも230℃
・冷却ロール温度:いずれも30℃
・巻取速度:いずれも10m/分
実施例2-1におけるHS強度(熱処理前)の試験において、単層無延伸フィルム2枚の代わりに、得られた多層無延伸フィルム2枚を用いた以外は実施例2-1におけるHS強度(熱処理前)の試験と同様にしてヒートシール強度を測定し、また、HS強度保持性を評価した。
多層無延伸フィルムを、85℃で5日間熱処理した前後のフィルム表面の外観変化の有無を評価した。

×:表面にブリード成分が生じた(表面がべたついた)
実施例2-1における厚み保持率の試験において、単層無延伸フィルム2枚の代わりに、得られた多層無延伸フィルム2枚を用いた以外は実施例2-1における厚み保持率の試験と同様にして、ヒートシール時間が1.0秒間および3.0秒間である場合それぞれについて、ヒートシール前の多層無延伸フィルム2枚の厚みの合計と、ヒートシール後のヒートシールされた部分の厚みとを、光学顕微鏡を用いて測定し、下記式により、ヒートシール前後における厚み保持率(それぞれ、厚み保持率(1s)および厚み保持率(3s))を求め、以下の基準で耐熱収縮性を評価した。

ラボプラストミル((株)東洋精機製作所製)を用い、190℃、40rpmの条件で、表5に記載の割合(重量部)の原材料を5分間混練し、プロピレン系重合体組成物を得た。
該組成物を、190℃に設定した油圧式熱プレス成形機を用いて、5分加熱後、10MPaの加圧下で2分間成形した後、20℃、10MPaの加圧下で4分間冷却することで、厚み500μmのシートを作製した。
得られたシートから、JIS K 6251に規定の2号形ダンベルを作製し、50mm/minの引張速度でこれを15mm伸張させたときの色相(L値)を、分光測色計(コニカミノルタ(株)製、CM-3700d)を用いて測定し、下記式に基づいて、色相変化(ΔL)を算出した。また、得られたシートを85℃で5日間熱処理した後のシートを用いて、同様に色相変化(ΔL)を算出した。ΔL値が小さいほど良好な耐白化性を有することを表す。結果を表5に示す。

φ40mmの単軸押出機を用い、溶融温度210℃、回転数40~50rpmの条件で、表6に記載の割合(重量%)の原材料を溶融混練することでペレットを作製した。
このペレットを用いて、温度230℃、金型温度40℃の条件で射出成形し、ダンベル形状、または、シート形状の試験片を作製した。また、肉厚0.6mmの食品容器を考慮して、得られたペレットを用いて、温度200℃でプレス成形により、シート形状の試験片を得た。
得られた試験片を用いて以下に示す各種評価を行った。結果を表6に示す。
ASTM D638に準拠して、射出成形によって得た3.2mm厚のダンベル形状(ASTM 4号ダンベル)の試験片を用いて、23℃、引張速度:50mm/minの条件で引張弾性率を測定した。
プレス成形によって得た0.6mm厚のシートを使用し、「合成樹脂製器具又は容器包装の規格基準」(平成18年3月31日付厚生労働省告示第201号改正)中の、「第三器具及び容器包装Dの2の(2)の4.」に基づき、25℃、60分の条件にてn-ヘプタン溶出量を測定した。
引張弾性率が100MPa未満であるプロピレン系重合体組成物の場合、n-ヘプタン溶出量は500μg/ml以下であることが好ましく、400μg/ml以下であることがより好ましい。
引張弾性率が100~400MPaであるプロピレン系重合体組成物の場合、n-ヘプタン溶出量は300μg/ml以下であることが好ましく、200μg/ml以下であることがより好ましい。
引張弾性率が400MPaを超えるプロピレン系重合体組成物の場合、n-ヘプタン溶出量は50μg/ml以下であることが好ましく、30μg/ml以下であることがより好ましい。
射出成形によって得た2mm厚のシートを80℃のオーブンで3日間加熱した。JIS Z 8741に準拠し、加熱前後の60°グロス(入射および受光角度が60°の鏡面光沢度)を測定し、以下の式にてグロス保持率を計算した。
グロス保持率(%)=加熱後の60°グロス×100/加熱前の60°グロス
62重量部の(B-4)、25重量部の(C-1)、38重量部の(A-5)を混合し、二軸混錬機(TEX-30、(株)日本製鋼所製)を用いて230℃で溶融混錬し、プロピレン系重合体組成物を得た。得られた組成物の、ASTM D1238に準拠し、230℃、2.16kg荷重で測定したMFRは4.7g/10分であり、ASTM D1505に準拠して測定した密度は0.88g/cm3であった。
・外層:ポリプロピレン(F327、(株)プライムポリマー製、MFR=7g/10分)を、直径50mm、L/D=28のスクリューを用いて230℃で押出しした
・中間層:得られたプロピレン系重合体組成物を、直径50mm、L/D=28のスクリューを用いて230℃で押出しした
・内層:エチレン・ビニルアルコール共重合体として、エバール F101A((株)クラレ製、MFR=1.0g/10分)を、直径40mm、L/D=28のスクリューを用いて220℃で押出しした
前記で製造した3層フィルムを15mm幅に切り取り、内層と中間層との界面の室温23℃における接着力(単位:N/15mm)を、引張試験機を使用し、Tピール法にて測定した。なお、この際のクロスヘッドスピードは300mm/minとした。結果を表7に示す。
表7に示す配合処方に従い中間層形成用組成物を調製した以外は、実施例6と同様にして、3層フィルムを製造し、層間接着力を測定した。結果を表7に示す。
表8に記載の割合(重量部)の原材料を用いた以外は、実施例5-1と同様にして、射出成形にてダンベル形状またはシート形状の試験を作製し、プレス成形にてシート形状の試験片を作製した。
得られた試験片を用いて、実施例5-1と同様にして、引張弾性率およびn-ヘプタン溶出量を測定した。また、以下に示す各種評価を行った。結果を表8に示す。
JIS K 7136に準拠し、射出成形によって得た2mm厚のシートを用いて、日本電色工業(株)製のデジタル濁度計「NDH-20D」にてヘイズを測定した。
JIS K 6262を参考に、プレス成形によって得た2mm厚のシートを6枚重ねたものを、70℃で積層方向に25%圧縮して24時間保持した後、圧縮装置から取り出して30分後の積層体の積層方向の長さを測定し、圧縮永久歪を算出した。
この値が小さいほど、高温下で変形し難いといえる。
比較例7-1および7-2で得られた成形体は、柔軟性と、圧縮永久歪と、耐溶出性とのバランスの点で劣っており、比較例7-3で得られた成形体は、柔軟性と、圧縮永久歪とのバランスの点で劣っており、比較例7-4で得られた成形体は、柔軟性と、耐溶出性とのバランスの点で劣っていた。
Claims (14)
- 下記要件(I)~(V)を満たすプロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A)。
(I)プロピレンから導かれる構成単位(i)、エチレンから導かれる構成単位(ii)、および、炭素数4~20のα-オレフィンから導かれる構成単位(iii)の合計を100モル%とした時、該構成単位(i)の含有量が50~92モル%、該構成単位(ii)の含有量が5~20モル%、および、該構成単位(iii)の含有量が3~30モル%である
(II)13C-NMRにより算出したアイソタクティックトライアッド分率が85%以上である
(III)プロピレンとエチレンとの連鎖、および、炭素数4~20のα-オレフィンとエチレンとの連鎖の合計の、全ダイアッドに対するモル分率をMOEとし、プロピレンと炭素数4~20のα-オレフィンとのモル分率の合計をMOとし、エチレンのモル分率をMEとした時、B=MOE/(2MO×ME)で規定するB値が0.9~1.5である
(IV)メルトフローレートが1~3g/10分である
(V)示差走査熱量計により測定した融点が100℃未満、または、融解ピークが観測されない - 下記要件(VI)を満たす、請求項1に記載のプロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A)。
(VI)示差走査熱量計により融解ピークが観測されない、または、示差走査熱量計による融解熱量が10~50J/gである - 下記要件(VII)~(VIII)のうち少なくとも1つを満たす、請求項1または2に記載のプロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A)。
(VII)前記構成単位(i)~(iii)の合計を100モル%とした時、前記構成単位(i)の含有量が61~85モル%、前記構成単位(ii)の含有量が6~14モル%、および、前記構成単位(iii)の含有量が5~24モル%である
(VIII)示差走査熱量計により融解ピークが観測されない、または、示差走査熱量計による融解熱量が20~40J/gである - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A)を含むプロピレン系重合体組成物。
- 下記要件(1)および(2)を満たすプロピレン系重合体(B)を含む、請求項4に記載のプロピレン系重合体組成物。
(1)示差走査熱量計により測定した融点が110~170℃である
(2)アイソタクティックペンタッド分率が90%以上である - 下記要件(C1)を満たすエチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(C)を含む、請求項4または5に記載のプロピレン系重合体組成物。
(C1)エチレンから導かれる構成単位および炭素数3~20のα-オレフィンから導かれる構成単位の合計を100モル%とした時、エチレンから導かれる構成単位を50~99モル%の量で含有し、炭素数3~20のα-オレフィンから導かれる構成単位を1~50モル%の量で含有する - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A)、または、請求項4~6のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン系重合体組成物を含有する、接着性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A)、または、請求項4~6のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン系重合体組成物を含有する、ペレット。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A)、または、請求項4~6のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン系重合体組成物を含有する、成形体。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A)、または、請求項4~6のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン系重合体組成物を含有する、無延伸フィルム。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A)、または、請求項4~6のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン系重合体組成物を含有する、シート。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A)、または、請求項4~6のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン系重合体組成物を含有する、射出成形体。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A)、または、請求項4~6のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン系重合体組成物を含有する、ブロー成形体。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン・エチレン・α-オレフィン共重合体(A)、または、請求項4~6のいずれか1項に記載のプロピレン系重合体組成物を含有する、内装部品および外装部品から選ばれる自動車部品。
