Abstract

一种显示装置(100),包括中框(101)、支撑层(102)、缓冲层(103)、有机层(104)、显示面板(105)、触控屏(106)、偏光片(107)以及盖板(108)。通过在缓冲层(103)或者凹槽(110)中设置弹性件(109),当受到外部冲击时,因弹性件(109)的存在可以将外部冲击带来的大部分动能储存起来,从而减小显示装置(100)本身的变形。并且可以极大程度上减小中框(101)的变形,从而防止支撑层(102)与缓冲层(103)的反向冲击对显示面板(105)伤害,从而减小显示面板(105)外部受到冲击时的损伤。

Description

显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及显示领域,尤其是涉及一种显示装置。
背景技术
传统方法中,柔性OLED显示器件中的基板背后通常加入泡棉等缓冲材料,可以在出厂运输过程中起到保护作用,并在一定程度上减缓正面撞击和防止背部原件对面板的伤害。
技术问题
但是,抗冲击实验(落球实验)中,单缓冲层结构对外部冲击的缓冲效果并不理想,落球后仍有多处区域失效(无法点亮、常亮和闪烁等)。
因此,有必要提出一种新的显示装置,提高显示装置的抗缓冲性,解决了现有技术中的面板收到外界压力变形等问题。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于,提供一种显示装置,通过在缓冲层或者凹槽中设置弹性件,当受到外部冲击时,因所述弹性件的存在可以将外部冲击带来的大部分动能储存起来,从而减小显示装置本身的变形。
本发明提供一种显示装置,包括中框;支撑层,设于所述中框上;缓冲层,设于所述支撑层远离所述中框的一侧;有机层,设于所述缓冲层远离所述支撑层的一侧;显示面板,设于所述有机层远离所述缓冲层的一侧;触控屏,设于所述显示面板远离所述有机层的一侧;偏光片,设于所述触控屏远离所述显示面板的一侧;盖板,设于所述偏光片远离所述触控屏的一侧;其中,所述显示装置设有多个弹性件。
进一步地,所述弹性件垂直设于所述缓冲层中。
进一步地,每一弹性件的一端挤压在所述支撑层上,另一端弹性支撑所述有机层。
进一步地,所述中框具有凹槽,所述凹槽具有一槽底以及垂直于所述槽底的周壁。
进一步地,所述弹性件设于所述凹槽中。
进一步地,每一弹性件一端挤压在所述槽底上,另一端弹性支撑所述支撑层。
进一步地,所述弹性件为弹簧。
进一步地,所述支撑层的材料为不锈钢。
进一步地,所述缓冲层的材料为具有形变能力的泡棉。
进一步地,所述显示面板为OLED显示面板。
有益效果
本发明提出一种显示装置,通过在缓冲层内嵌入所述弹性件。当受到外部冲击时,因所述弹性件的存在可以将外部冲击带来的大部分动能储存起来,从而减小显示装置本身的变形。并且通过弹簧所储存的变形能的释放,帮助显示装置进行恢复,从而防止显示装置因外部冲击而造成的失效。也可以在中框的凹槽中增加微小弹性件,可以极大程度上减小中框的变形,从而防止支撑层与缓冲层的反向冲击对显示面板伤害,从而减小显示面板外部受到冲击时的损伤。

本发明的实施方式
以下是各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可以用实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如上、下、前、后、左、右、内、外、侧等,仅是参考附图式的方向。本发明提到的元件名称,例如第一、第二等,仅是区分不同的元部件,可以更好的表达。在图中,结构相似的单元以相同标号表示。
本文将参照附图来详细描述本发明的实施例。本发明可以表现为许多不同形式,本发明不应仅被解释为本文阐述的具体实施例。本发明提供实施例是为了解释本发明的实际应用,从而使本领域其他技术人员能够理解本发明的各种实施例和适合于特定预期应用的各种修改方案。
如图1所示,本发明一实施例提供一种显示装置100,包括中框101、支撑层102、缓冲层103、有机层104、显示面板105、触控屏106、偏光片107以及盖板108。
所述中框101具有凹槽110,所述凹槽110具有一槽底1101以及垂直于所述槽底1101的周壁1102。
所述支撑层102设于所述中框101上,所述支撑层102的材料为不锈钢,用以支撑所述显示面板105。
所述缓冲层103设于所述支撑层102远离所述中框101的一侧;所述缓冲层103的材料为具有形变能力的泡棉。
所述弹性件109垂直设于所述缓冲层103中。所述弹性件109的数量为6个或者更多,均匀等间距的设置在所述缓冲层103中。
所述弹性件109为弹簧。所述弹性件109一端挤压在所述支撑层102上,另一端弹性支撑所述有机层104。所述弹性件109可以缓冲所述显示面板105收到外界的压力。
所述有机层104设于所述缓冲层103远离所述支撑层102的一侧;所述有机层104材料为聚酰亚胺,所述有机层104具有柔性特性。
所述显示面板105设于所述有机层104远离所述缓冲层103的一侧;所述显示面板105为OLED显示面板。
所述触控屏106设于所述显示面板105远离所述有机层104的一侧;所述偏光片107设于所述触控屏106远离所述显示面板105的一侧;所述盖板108设于所述偏光片107远离所述触控屏106的一侧。
如图2所述,本实施例中,当所述显示装置100受到外界冲击的时候,所述显示装置100会受到一冲击力。所述冲击力从所述盖板108向下传递,当传递至所述缓冲层103的时候,所述弹性件109受力会压缩。
由于所述有机层104也为柔性材料,所述有机层104会与所述弹性件109一起压缩,进而可以将冲击力减小,可以有效的保护所述显示装置100。并且通过释放所述弹性件109储存的弹性势能,帮助所述显示装置100进行恢复,从而防止所述显示装置100因外部冲击而造成的失效。
如图3所示,本发明提供另一实施例的显示装置100,其不同之处在于,所述弹性件109设于所述凹槽110中。
所述弹性件109一端挤压在所述槽底1101上,另一端弹性支撑所述支撑层102。
如图4所示,在本实施例中,当所述显示装置100收到外界冲击的时候,所述显示装置100会受到一冲击力,所述冲击力传递至所述缓冲层103时,所述缓冲层103与所述支撑层102向下凹陷,所述凹槽110中的弹性件109压缩,支撑所述支撑层102,并减缓冲击力,极大程度上减所述支撑层102的变形。从而防止所述支撑层102与所述缓冲层103对所述显示面板105的反向冲击伤害,减小显示装置100外部受到冲击时候所述显示面板105的损伤,可以有效的保护所述显示装置100。
应当指出,对于经充分说明的本发明来说,还可具有多种变换及改型的实施方案,并不局限于上述实施方式的具体实施例。也可以将所述弹性件109同时设置在缓冲层103与凹槽110中,可以更进一步地减小所述显示受到冲击时候的屏幕损伤,可以共同的保护所述显示装置100。
本发明的技术范围不仅仅局限于所述说明中的内容,本领域技术人员可以在不脱离本发明技术思想的前提下,对所述实施例进行多种变形和修改,而这些变形和修改均应当属于本发明的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1.   一种显示装置,其中,包括
    中框;
    支撑层,设于所述中框上
    缓冲层,设于所述支撑层远离所述中框的一侧;
    有机层,设于所述缓冲层远离所述支撑层的一侧;
    显示面板,设于所述有机层远离所述缓冲层的一侧;
    触控屏,设于所述显示面板远离所述有机层的一侧;
    偏光片,设于所述触控屏远离所述显示面板的一侧;
    盖板,设于所述偏光片远离所述触控屏的一侧;
    其中,所述显示装置设有多个弹性件。
  2.   根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述弹性件垂直设于所述缓冲层中。
  3.   根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    每一弹性件一端挤压在所述支撑层上,另一端弹性支撑所述有机层。
  4.   根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述中框具有凹槽,所述凹槽具有一槽底以及垂直于所述槽底的周壁。
  5.   根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述弹性件设于所述凹槽中。
  6.   根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,
    每一弹性件一端挤压在所述槽底上,另一端弹性支撑所述支撑层。
  7.   根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述弹性件为弹簧。
  8.   根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述支撑层的材料为不锈钢。
  9.   根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述缓冲层的材料为具有形变能力的泡棉。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,
    所述显示面板为OLED显示面板。
