2、本实用新型通过设置有竖向支撑板、U型板、刮刀、导向杆和冲洗喷头,清理时将U型板推送到储料箱内部,搅拌叶片转动穿过U型板时,U型板内侧的刮刀能够对搅拌叶片进行清理,然后利用冲洗喷头对搅拌叶片进行冲洗,方便对搅拌叶片的清理。

具体实施方式
根据图1-2所示的一种砂浆喷涂装置,包括底座1和固定设置于底座1上端的储料箱2,所述储料箱2的顶端固定设置有驱动电机3,所述驱动电机3的输出轴固定连接有搅拌轴4,所述搅拌轴4上设置有搅拌叶片5,所述储料箱2的顶端前后两侧均固定安装有微型电机6,所述微型电机6的输出轴固定均固定连接有螺纹杆7,储料箱2的内部设置有活动框8,所述活动框8的前后两端均螺纹设置在螺纹杆7上,所述活动框8的底端固定设置有刮板9,所述储料箱2的上端一侧设置有水箱10,所述水箱10的上端固定设置有水泵11,所述水泵11的输出端通过输液管12连接储料箱2的内部,所述输液管12上连接有软管13,所述软管13的一端连接活动框8内部的空腔,所述活动框8的外侧壁上间隔均匀的设置有若干个透水孔14,所述储料箱2的底端一侧设置有旋转电机18,所述旋转电机18的输出轴固定连接有螺旋输料杆19,所述储料箱2的底端一侧通过连接管连接有气动液压增压泵20,所述气动液压增压泵20的输出端连接有喷头21。
进一步的,所述底座1的底端四个边角处均安装有移动轮22,所述移动轮22上均设置有刹车片,移动轮22的设置方便设备的移动。
进一步的,所述储料箱2的上端一侧设置有进料口23,所述储料箱2顶端的两个微型电机6为同步运动,使得活动框8升降时更加稳定。
进一步的,所述刮板9的底端侧壁与储料箱2的内侧壁接触设置,方便利用刮板9对储料箱2的内侧壁进行清理。
实施方式具体为:对储料箱2内侧壁进行清理时,打开微型电机6和水泵11,微型电机6带动螺纹杆7转动,螺纹杆7转动时,活动框8能够带动刮板9向下移动,刮板9向下移动时能够将储料箱2内侧壁上残留的物料刮下,而水泵11能够将水箱10中储存的水通过软管13抽送到活动框8内部的 空腔中,然后通过活动框8外侧壁的透水孔14将水喷向储料箱2的内侧壁,对储料箱2的内侧壁进行冲洗,对储料箱2的内侧壁清理效果更好。
根据图3-4所示的一种砂浆喷涂装置,所述储料箱2的外端一侧设置有竖向支撑板15,所述竖向支撑板15的一侧间隔均匀的设置有多个U型板16,所述U型板16的一端穿过储料箱2的侧壁,并设置于储料箱2的内部,所述竖向支撑板15的两端均设置有导向杆17。
进一步的,所述U型板16的内侧上下两端均设置有刮刀24,两个所述刮刀24之间的距离与搅拌叶片5的厚度相匹配,搅拌叶片5穿过U型板16时,刮刀24能够将搅拌叶片5上残留的物料刮下。
进一步的,所述输液管12和软管13上均设置有电磁阀25,所述软管13的一端连接有支管26,所述支管26的一端连接竖向支撑板15内部的空腔。
进一步的,所述U型板16的上端设置有空腔,所述竖向支撑板15内部的空腔与U型板16内部的空腔连通,方便将水抽送到U型板16内部。
进一步的,所述U型板16的内侧间隔均匀的设置有若干个冲洗喷头27,所述冲洗喷头27与U型板16内部的空腔连通,方便利用冲洗喷头27对搅拌叶片5进行冲洗。
进一步的,所述支管26上设置有控制阀28,所述储料箱2与U型板16的连接处设置有密封圈,防止砂浆从U型板16处流出。
进一步的,所述导向杆17的一端固定设置在储料箱2的侧壁上,所述导向杆17远离储料箱2的一侧设置有限位板29,导向杆17能够使得竖向支撑板15移动时更加稳定。
实施方式具体为:对搅拌叶片5进行清理时,将活动框8移动到上端,然后推动竖向支撑板15,使得竖向支撑板15带动多个U型板16向储料箱2内部移动,然后打开驱动电机3和水泵11,关闭输液管12和软管13上的电磁阀25,打开支管26上的控制阀28,驱动电机3带动搅拌轴4和搅拌叶片5 转动,搅拌叶片5转动时能够穿过U型板16,当搅拌叶片5穿过U型板16时,U型板16内侧的刮刀24能够将搅拌叶片5上残留的物料刮下,水泵11能够将水箱10中的水抽送到竖向支撑板15内部,然后进入到U型板16内部,并通过U型板16内侧的冲洗喷头27喷出,能够对搅拌叶片5进行清理。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种砂浆喷涂装置,包括底座(1)和固定设置于底座(1)上端的储料箱(2),其特征在于:所述储料箱(2)的顶端固定设置有驱动电机(3),所述驱动电机(3)的输出轴固定连接有搅拌轴(4),所述搅拌轴(4)上设置有搅拌叶片(5),所述储料箱(2)的顶端前后两侧均固定安装有微型电机(6),所述微型电机(6)的输出轴固定均固定连接有螺纹杆(7),储料箱(2)的内部设置有活动框(8),所述活动框(8)的前后两端均螺纹设置在螺纹杆(7)上,所述活动框(8)的底端固定设置有刮板(9),所述储料箱(2)的上端一侧设置有水箱(10),所述水箱(10)的上端固定设置有水泵(11),所述水泵(11)的输出端通过输液管(12)连接储料箱(2)的内部,所述输液管(12)上连接有软管(13),所述软管(13)的一端连接活动框(8)内部的空腔,所述活动框(8)的外侧壁上间隔均匀的设置有若干个透水孔(14),所述储料箱(2)的外端一侧设置有竖向支撑板(15),所述竖向支撑板(15)的一侧间隔均匀的设置有多个U型板(16),所述U型板(16)的一端穿过储料箱(2)的侧壁,并设置于储料箱(2)的内部,所述竖向支撑板(15)的两端均设置有导向杆(17),所述储料箱(2)的底端一侧设置有旋转电机(18),所述旋转电机(18)的输出轴固定连接有螺旋输料杆(19),所述储料箱(2)的底端一侧通过连接管连接有气动液压增压泵(20),所述气动液压增压泵(20)的输出端连接有喷头(21)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砂浆喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)的底端四个边角处均安装有移动轮(22),所述移动轮(22)上均设置有刹车片。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砂浆喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述储料箱(2)的上端一侧设置有进料口(23),所述储料箱(2)顶端的两个微型电机(6)为同步运动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砂浆喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述刮板(9) 的底端侧壁与储料箱(2)的内侧壁接触设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砂浆喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述U型板(16)的内侧上下两端均设置有刮刀(24),两个所述刮刀(24)之间的距离与搅拌叶片(5)的厚度相匹配。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种砂浆喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述输液管(12)和软管(13)上均设置有电磁阀(25),所述软管(13)的一端连接有支管(26),所述支管(26)的一端连接竖向支撑板(15)内部的空腔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种砂浆喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述U型板(16)的上端设置有空腔,所述竖向支撑板(15)内部的空腔与U型板(16)内部的空腔连通。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种砂浆喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述U型板(16)的内侧间隔均匀的设置有若干个冲洗喷头(27),所述冲洗喷头(27)与U型板(16)内部的空腔连通。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种砂浆喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述支管(26)上设置有控制阀(28),所述储料箱(2)与U型板(16)的连接处设置有密封圈。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的一种砂浆喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述导向杆(17)的一端固定设置在储料箱(2)的侧壁上,所述导向杆(17)远离储料箱(2)的一侧设置有限位板(29)。
