根据本发明的一些实施例,如图3所示,本发明实施例中还介绍了一种包装装置,所述包装装置包括缓冲垫4和连接件5,缓冲垫4穿过洗衣机后板6的穿入部,连接件5穿过缓冲垫4与洗衣机外筒连接,洗衣机包装装置还包括上述防护部件100,防护部件100设置在缓冲垫4与洗衣机后板6之间。连接件5贯穿洗衣机后板6与洗衣机外筒连接,缓冲垫4套在连接件5上位于洗衣机后板6和连接件5之间。包装装置还包括上述防护部件100,防护部件100包括限位段1、翻边2和支撑段3,翻边2与限位段1的一端垂直连接,支撑段3连接于限位段1的另一端,向翻边2一侧倾斜,支撑段3与翻边2之间具有一间距。翻边2设置在缓冲垫4与洗衣机后板6之间,限位段1位于缓冲垫4与洗衣机后板6的轴向间隙内,用于隔离缓冲垫4与洗衣机后板6,保护缓冲垫4不受洗衣机后板6的刮伤和磨损。支撑段3的端面抵靠洗衣机后板6的内侧面,与翻边2和限位段1形成三角支撑结构,为洗衣机后板6提供支撑。
优选的,连接件5为包装螺栓,包装装置还包括垫片7、包装套管8。作为本发明的一个实施例,连接件5首先穿过垫片7,然后穿过包装套管8、缓冲垫4和防护部件,最后将整个包装装置穿过洗衣机后板6与洗衣机外筒螺纹连接。缓冲垫4由半径不同的两个圆柱段连接而成,外轮廓为“凸”字形,在缓冲垫4中心开有与连接件5套接的通孔。包装套管8的一端向缓冲垫4的通孔内部延伸,与缓冲垫4的通孔内壁形成倒钩连接,其另一端抵住洗衣机外筒的表面。垫片7的安装能够起到减震作用。包装套管8与缓冲垫4的连接方式增加了整体结构的稳定性,同时包装套管8通常为橡胶材料,对包装装置的减震作用做出一定贡献。进一步的,包装套管8套在连接件5上,能够保护连接件5的螺纹不受损伤。
进一步地,翻边2的第一表面与缓冲垫4的不同外径段的过渡面贴合,防止缓冲垫4与防护部件100的轴向相对运动,减少缓冲垫4的摩擦磨损。翻边2的第二表面与洗衣机后板6的外侧面贴合。当洗衣机在运输过程中受到碰撞或冲击时,冲击力能够通过翻边2迅速向洗衣机后板6扩散,防止洗衣机后板6穿入部周圈区域发生变形,同时这种结构能防止缓冲垫4和洗衣机后板6直接接触,避免因相对运动对缓冲垫4造成磨损。
进一步地,翻边2的径向尺寸大于或等于缓冲垫4的过渡面的径向尺寸,增大翻边2与缓冲垫4的接触面积能够增加受力面积,降低缓冲垫4变形的几率。
进一步地,限位段1与缓冲垫4的圆柱曲面贴合,增大两者的接触面积,利于冲击力的传导扩散。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机包装装置,防护部件100为沿缓冲垫4柱体外圆轮廓线周向排布的若干分体部件和/或一个整体部件,可根据包装装置的实际工作环境选择防护部件100的结构形式。优选的,所述防护部件100设置为沿所述缓冲垫柱体外圆轮廓线周向间隔排列的分段件,各分段件通过一定宽度的筋桥式连接形成整体部件。该结构在保证使用效果的前提下可降低材料成本,同时提供缓冲垫4的弹性变形空间,利于冲击力的释放。
优选地,防护部件100的硬度大于缓冲垫4的硬度并小于洗衣机后板6的硬度,此硬度配合方式一方面能够保护缓冲垫4不被磨损,另一方面保证洗衣机后板6不被损坏。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于洗衣机包装的防护部件,包括限位段(1)、翻边(2)和支撑段(3),其特征在于:
    所述翻边(2)与所述限位段(1)的一端垂直连接;
    所述支撑段(3)连接于所述限位段(1)的另一端,向所述翻边(2)一侧倾斜;
    所述支撑段(3)与所述翻边(2)之间具有一间距。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于洗衣机包装的防护部件,其特征在于:所述限位段(1)为弧形或管形。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于洗衣机包装的防护部件,其特征在于:所述翻边(2)面向和背向所述支撑段(3)的第一表面和第二表面为平面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于洗衣机包装的防护部件,其特征在于:所述防护部件(100)为一种或几种可弹性变形材料,优选的,所述防护部件(100)为高分子材料和/或复合材料。
  5. 一种洗衣机包装装置,所述包装装置包括连接件(5)、缓冲垫(4),所述连接件(5)贯穿洗衣机后板(6)与洗衣机外筒连接,所述缓冲垫(4)套在所述连接件(5)上位于所述洗衣机后板(6)和所述连接件(5)之间;其特征在于:
    所述包装装置包括防护部件(100),所述防护部件(100)包括限位段(1)、翻边(2)和支撑段(3),
    所述翻边(2)与所述限位段(1)的一端垂直连接,
    所述支撑段(3)连接于所述限位段(1)的另一端,向所述翻边(2)一侧倾斜;
    所述支撑段(3)与所述翻边(2)之间具有一间距;
    所述翻边(2)设置在所述缓冲垫(4)与所述洗衣机后板(6)之间;
    所述限位段(1)位于所述缓冲垫(4)与所述洗衣机后板(6)的轴向间隙内;
    所述支撑段(3)的端面抵靠所述洗衣机后板(6)的内侧面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机包装装置,其特征在于:所述翻边(2)的第一表面与所述缓冲垫(4)的不同外径段的过渡面贴合,所述翻边(2)的第二表面与所述洗衣机后板(6)的外侧面贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机包装装置,其特征在于:所述翻边(2)的径向尺寸大于或等于所述缓冲垫(4)的过渡面的径向尺寸。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机包装装置,其特征在于:所述限位段(1)与所述缓冲垫(4)的圆柱曲面贴合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗衣机包装装置,其特征在于:所述防护部件(100)为沿所述缓冲垫(4)圆柱面周向排布的若干分体部件和/或一个整体部件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种洗衣机包装装置,其特征在于:所述防护部件(100)的硬度大于所述缓冲垫(4)的硬度并小于所述洗衣机后板(6)的硬度。
