Definitions
- the present invention relates to a roof rack mounting structure, and in particular, to a mounting structure for removing the A/S cover (cap) of the roof rack.
- a roof rack is a functional part for loading luggage on the upper part of a vehicle, and is fixed to the roof panel, which is the upper surface of the vehicle, and relatively bulky cargo such as camping equipment and leisure equipment such as skis is a roof rack. Is loaded on.
- roof racks are widely used.
- the rail part of the roof rack is directly fixed to the roof panel of the vehicle through mounting bolts, etc., but in order to prevent the mounting bolts from being exposed to the outside of the rail part, a cap is placed in the mounting bolt installation area. ) Was installed to finish.
- a cap has a problem that acts as a factor deteriorating the appearance quality of the roof rack.
- the degree of freedom is increased by establishing a new mounting structure in connection with the injection-type plastic roof rack component.
- the present invention includes: a roof rack having a top plate, a first side plate, a second side plate having a first hole, and a rib positioned inside between the two side plates and having a second hole; A clip formed to fit into the rib and having a third hole and a nut; A ring structure installed above the vehicle and having a fourth hole; In a state in which the clip is fitted into the roof rack and the ring structure is disposed inside the roof rack, a roof rack mounting structure including bolts inserted through the aligned first to fourth holes and coupled to the nut is provided.
- the roof rack may include a plurality of ribs including a first rib and a second rib.
- the clip may include two vertical plates, a joint connecting the two vertical plates, and a clip unit fitted to the rib by having an opening open between the two vertical plates.
- the width of the inlet of the clip may be less than or equal to the thickness of the rib so that the two vertical plates of the clip can be fitted into the rib while being opened.
- the clip may have a notch through which a part of the joint is cut.
- the clip may include a plurality of clip units integrally connected.
- the clip may include a connecting plate connecting two adjacent clip units, and a clip end portion fitted between the rib and the side plate.
- the clip may be composed of a plurality of independent pieces that are not connected to each other, including a first clip fitted to the first rib and a second clip fitted to the second rib.
- the present invention it is possible to improve assembleability and maintain watertightness by maintaining the existing outdoor mounting concept.
- the post-mounting cap of the mounting part can be removed, and the appearance deterioration can be minimized by adding a mounting release hole to the non-exposed part of the exterior.
