Abstract

本发明提供一种装配式设备,由多个杆件组装而成的主体框架,主体框架内形成有相互隔开的至少一个干区空间和湿区空间,湿区空间内设置浴室用器件,干区空间内分别设置干区用器件,干区空间的形状可通过调整杆件而改变。本发明的装配式设备,在主体框架内形成相互隔开的多个干区空间和湿区空间,用于干区空间和湿区空间的各种器件可单独加工搬运安装,施工简单易行。由于主体框架由杆件组合安装而成,通过调整杆件可以改变干区空间的形状、尺寸,以适应湿区空间的规格、房型以及使用者的个性化需求,比如,可以规避房屋内横梁、立柱等不规则物体,从而适用于异形面积空间,提高空间利用率。

本发明涉及居住用设备领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,居室内卫生间、浴室的安装施工主要是采用现浇混凝土浇筑或砌墙围蔽而成主体结构,之后再分别进行卫生间的防水施工、进行地面和墙板的抹灰和找平、水电管道安装、楼地面和墙面的贴砖工程等。这种施工方式主要是在现有的房间布局中进行,卫生间的位置、尺寸和卫浴器具的安装位置在房屋建造时就已设计好。这种传统的方式,工序繁杂,施工周期长,建筑内墙占地面积较大,下水管道与地面接缝处如处理不当,容易产生漏水,固定位置的安装模式也不利于满足个性化需要。
现有技术中也已出现卫生间与浴室一体化的卫浴设备(也称为“整体卫浴”),相对于传统的卫生间、浴室,整体卫浴具有安装方便、空间利用率高等优点。现有技术中的整体卫浴主要是由片状模塑料(SMC)材质的地板、墙板、天顶三部分构成。为了防止浴室漏水,整体卫浴的地板需要使用模具锻压生产整片地板。整片地板的模具化生产无法灵活应对整体卫浴、浴室的各种尺寸变化的需求,限制了整体卫浴对各种面积房型的使用。这样的整体卫浴一般适用于对使用形态多样化的要求不高的宾馆,医院等,不适用一般的住户,并且这样的整体卫浴的防火性能低、隔音效果差。大尺寸的SMC整片地板不易搬运,经 常需要专门的搬运装置,增加人力成本,加大作业难度。
另外,现有技术中的卫生间与浴室一体化的卫浴设备一般只集成了卫生间和浴室的功能空间,无法满足多样化使用需求。
发明内容
鉴于以上问题,本发明提供一种装配式设备,其能够满足使用形态的多样化的要求,适应于各种空间形态,能满足个性化需求,并安装作业简易快捷。
本发明的装配式设备,包括由多个杆件组装而成的主体框架,主体框架内形成有相互隔开的至少一个干区空间和湿区空间,湿区空间内设置浴室用器件,干区空间内分别设置干区用器件,干区空间的形状可通过调整杆件而改变。
优选地,干区用器件包括卫生间用器件和/或厨房用器件。
优选地,主体框架包括至少一个干区框架和湿区框架,干区框架内部形成干区空间,湿区框架内部形成湿区空间。
优选地,主体框架包括固定在干区框架和湿区框架上的门框架,用于连通干区空间和湿区空间。
优选地,干区用器件固定安装于主体框架上。
优选地,干区框架和湿区框架之间设有连通干区空间和湿区空间的连接通道。

本发明的装配式设备,在主体框架内形成相互隔开的多个干区空间和湿区空间,比如,湿区空间设置浴室,多个干区空间分别设置卫生间、厨房、书房、衣帽间等。
由于主体框架内形成有干区空间和湿区空间,干区空间和湿区空间相互隔开,用于干区空间和湿区空间的各种器件可单独加工搬运安装,施工简单易行。
由于主体框架由杆件组合安装而成,在安装现场用多个杆件组装成主体框架,安装便捷、施工作业简单。

以下参照附图,对本发明的装配式设备的优选实施方式进行具体说明。附图中,对于相同的构成要素使用相同的附图标记,省略重复说明。
【实施例一】
作为本发明的一个实施例,实施例一的装配式设备包括一个干区空间和一个湿区空间。在本实施例中,干区空间用作卫生间,其内安装有卫生间用器件。当然,本发明的干区空间并不仅限于用作卫生间,其也可用作厨房、书房、或衣帽间等其他用途,其内可安装厨房用器件、和/或柜式器件,柜式器件包括衣柜、书架、或置物架等器件。
图1为本发明实施例一的装配式设备100整体结构的俯视示意图。
如图1所示,本实施例一的装配式设备100包括主体框架1。主体框架1为装配式设备100的主体支撑结构,由多个杆件组装而成(以下,参照图2等附图具体说明),墙体、以及各种洗漱用、卫生间用器件、浴室用器件等均安装在主体框架1上。主体框架1的内部形成有相互隔开的干区空间2和湿区空间3。比如,干区空间2内可安装洗脸池21,置物架22、以及/或坐便器23等器件。湿区空间3为独立的洗浴空间,其内可安装淋浴花洒31、浴缸32等洗浴器件。根据户型的设计,干区空间2可以进一步分割为两个空间,分别设置洗漱用器件、坐便器等卫生间用器件。
干区空间2和湿区空间3之间设有连接通道4,可以连通和隔开干区空间2和湿区空间3。
由于干区空间2和湿区空间3之间相互隔开,因此干区空间2和湿区空间3相互独立,可独立使用,不同的人同时使用干区空间2和湿区空间3而互不影响。
由于干区空间2和湿区空间3之间相互隔开,湿区空间3内的水不会进入到干区空间2内,能保持干区空间2内干爽清洁。
由于湿区空间3内设置浴室,所以经常有大量的水存在,因此湿区空间3必须具有防止漏水的功能。为达到防止漏水的要求,湿区空间3的底部地板采用模具压铸一体成型,防止漏水渗水的发生。湿区空间3的底部地板可以根据实际使用需要设定若干固定尺寸规格,以便于大批量模块化生产。例如,湿区空间3的底部地板的尺寸规格可以设为1600mm×1600mm等若干种类,可适用于大多数户型的浴室尺寸。由于湿区空间3的底部地板尺寸不大,易于搬运安装。
干区空间2可根据使用者的需求、安装场地的空间特点等因素调整形状、尺寸。主体框架1的形状、尺寸也随干区空间2而改变。
在安装装配式设备100之前,先对房屋的布置进行勘察,按照使用者的需求、房屋的空间特点等确定安装场所,并对安装场地进行测量,确定干区空间2和主体框架1的形状、尺寸,之后,在工厂根据具体尺寸对组成主体框架1的主体结构的杆件进行切割制作,制作完成后,将准备好的主体框架1的各杆件运至安装现场,在现场进行组装固定。
本实施例的装配式设备100根据使用需求、安装场地的形状尺寸等因素调整干区空间2和主体框架1的形状尺寸,在工厂内完成主体框架1各零部件的制作,再进入安装场地进行组装。因此,可以根据房型以及使用者的个性化需求改变主体框架1的位置,从而改变卫生间和浴室的位置。
由于可以根据房型以及使用者的个性化需求改变主体框架1的位置,本发明的装配式设备100适用于各种户型、特别是异形面积空间,比如,可以避开房屋内横梁、立柱等不规则物体,减少实际面积的浪费,提高空间利用率。
由于在安装场地只需组合拼装主体框架1,无需对房间本身进行施工,所以可以在短时间内快速完成安装,施工难度大大降低,能大大节约施工时间,降低施工成本。安装现场的施工内容主要为拼装以及螺丝的固定连接,施工现场不产生各种建筑废弃物,污染空气的粉尘,切割的噪音等,最大限度减少现场施工造成的环境污染。
图2为本发明实施例的装配式设备的主体框架1的立体示意图。
如图2所示,主体框架1为由多个杆件161、162、163等组装而成的主体支撑结构。主体框架1可以是一个整体框架,其内部划分为干区空间2和湿区空间3。也可以分别组装好干区框架11和湿区框架12,再将干区框架11和湿区框架12组装固定在一起而形成主体框架1。
作为一个实施例,如图2所示,主体框架1包括干区框架11和湿区框架12,干区框架11内部形成干区空间2,湿区框架12内部形成湿区空间3。图2中,湿区空间3内设有浴缸32等洗浴器件。
湿区框架12的形状和尺寸可以根据湿区空间3的底部地板的规格、浴缸的规格、安装现场的空间面积等而确定。
干区框架11的形状尺寸可以根据安装现场的状况和湿区框架12的形状和尺寸而灵活调整。首先,选择合适的模具压铸符合一定规格的一体成型的湿区空间3的底部地板,并匹配合适的湿区框架12的规格,按照安装现场确定干区框架11的形状尺寸。干区框架11和湿区框架12的高度可以根据安装现场的高度确定,其顶面可以与安装现场的天花板相适配。
作为图1中连接通道4的实施例,连接通道4可以是固定安装在干区框架11和湿区框架12上的门框架(以下,也标记为门框架4),该门框架4可以安装浴室门。门框架4固定在干区框架11和湿区框架12上,将干区框架11和湿区框架12固定在一起,因此可以增强主体框架1整体稳定性,并节约占用空间。门框架4上安装浴室门,可以分隔干区空间2和湿区空间3,有效避免湿区空间3内的水流入干区空间2。
干区空间2和湿区空间3之间的连接通道4也可以根据安装场地选择其他形式,比如,其可以是人通过的过道,此时,干区空间2和 湿区空间3之间间隔一个过道的距离。例如,为了规避安装场地中房屋原有的墙体、立柱等物体,在墙体、立柱等物体的间隙中设置连通干区空间2和湿区空间3的过道,增加卫生间浴室一体设备的使用空间,提高空间利用率。过道侧壁上可以安装置物架、储物柜等家具零部件。
在本实施例中,干区框架11和湿区框架12采用铝合金和钢合金杆件制作,干区框架11和湿区框架12形成一个整体。在干区框架11和湿区框架12上安装防火防水的板材作为墙体,当发生地震、火灾等灾害的时候,可以作为避难空间来使用。
湿区框架12上安装有钢板、天顶、以及模具压铸一体成型的底部地板(未图示)。钢板表面可以敷设一层树脂膜,保护钢板不被水汽腐坏。天顶和底部地板采用纤维强化塑料(FRP)材料制成,其具有质轻而硬,不导电,机械强度高,耐腐蚀的优点。
安装主体框架1时,采用直接拼装的方式,先组装好湿区框架12,设置水平底盘连接下水管道,再固定连接条等部件,之后在主体框架1上安装墙体和天顶,门窗、卫浴器件、置物架等。
图3为图2中的B部放大图。
门框架4将干区框架11和湿区框架12固定在一起,使干区框架11与湿区框架12相互紧贴。为了进一步增强主体框架1整体的稳定性,干区框架11和湿区框架12通过框架固定部13固定连接,使主体框架1整体更稳固,如图3所示。
框架固定部13为两侧折弯的折弯钢板,通过其两侧的折弯部131将干区框架11和湿区框架12顶部紧贴在一起的杆件夹在框架固定部 13的内部,并通过螺钉14分别将两侧的折弯部131与干区框架11和湿区框架12顶部的杆件固定,并拧紧螺钉14。框架固定部13不仅可以安装在干区框架11和湿区框架12顶部,也可以安装在干区框架11和湿区框架12侧面紧贴的竖直的杆件上,并通过螺钉14固定。
当然,作为其他的实施例,干区框架11和湿区框架12也可以通过一个长螺钉15直接将干区框架11和湿区框架12紧贴的杆件进行固定拧紧。
图4为本发明实施例的干区框架11的立体分解示意图。
如图4所示,干区框架11包括顶部框架16和底架17,顶部框架16由铝合金杆件组装而成,底架17由钢合金杆件组装而成,顶部框架16固定连接在底架17上。
底架17可以采用钢合金杆件交叉叠放的方式自由组合而成。图4中,为了清楚显示干区框架11的总体结构,未显示完整的底架17,只显示了底架17的一部分。组装时,首先根据需要将多个相同规格的第一杆件171在同一水平面内平行并列放置,然后再将多个相同规格的第二杆件172与第一杆件171垂直交叉固定。
本实施例中,第一杆件171为矩形钢管,第二杆件172为折弯钢板,其弯折部可通过螺钉固定连接在第一杆件171上。钢合金杆件组装而成的底架17具有更高的强度和稳定性,使干区框架11整体更稳固,并具有较高的承重能力。
组成顶部框架16的铝合金杆件可以采用铝合金管件,各铝合金管件之间的拼接位置由接合件18固定连接。
本实施例中,顶部框架16是由水平方向上设置的第一管161、设 置在第一管161两端的第二管162、以及竖直方向设置的第三管163组成的长方体结构,第一管161、第二管162及第三管163的端部拼接位置由接合件18固定连接。
当然,顶部框架16并不仅限于长方体结构,其可以根据户型、使用需求、安装场地的状况确定形状,顶部框架16的顶面也不仅限于平面,而可以根据各种屋顶的形状而具体设置,例如对于斜面的屋顶、三角形的屋顶、以及梯形屋顶等各种形状的屋顶,顶部框架16的顶面也可以设计为相应的形状,或其他易于组装安装的形状。
如图4所示,顶部框架16的顶面并列设置多个第一管161,顶部框架16的侧面并列设置多个第三管163,多个第一管161之间以及多个第三管163之间的间距根据使用情况和受力情况确定。如上布置第一管161和第三管163,可以增加顶部框架16的稳定性。
根据使用需求,在顶部框架16的顶面上选择合适位置的相邻两个第一管161之间设置与第一管161垂直的第一加强管164,其上设有安装孔167,用于安装卫浴器件。第一加强管164的数量和间距根据安装的卫浴器件的安装要求确定。例如,需要在顶棚上安装的灯具、浴霸、换气扇、以及热水器等。安装这些器件时,根据使用需要在顶部框架16顶面上的多个第一管161间选择安装的位置,并根据各卫浴器件的安装间距选择设置第一加强管164的间距,以及安装孔167的位置。
同样,在顶部框架16的侧面上选择合适位置的相邻两个第三管163之间设置与第三管163垂直的第二加强管165,其上设有安装孔167,用于安装卫浴器件。第二加强管165的数量和之间的间距根据安装的卫浴器件的安装要求确定。例如,需要在侧面墙壁上安装置物架、储物柜、坐便器、浴室柜、洗面台等。安装这些器件时,根据使用需要 在顶部框架16侧面上的多个第三管163间选择安装的位置,并根据各卫浴器件的安装间距选择设置第二加强管165的间距,以及安装孔167的位置。
为了满足更多的安装需求,也可以在两个第二加强管165之间、第二管162与第二加强管165之间设置第三加强管166,其安装的位置和间距由具体的安装器件决定。当然,也可以根据使用需求,在不同的位置的相邻管件之间设置第四加强管、第五加强管等等,以此类推。
在组装好的干区框架11上安装墙体和底部地板。顶部框架16的侧面及顶部的墙体材料可采用石膏板,石膏板表面可敷设壁纸或者树脂板等表面材料。底架17上铺设高密度集合木板,木板表面可敷设防水树脂膜。墙体和地板对应的主体框架1上设有安装孔167的位置预留有安装孔位,以便于卫浴器件安装在主体框架1上。
利用以上各个安装孔167,各种卫浴器件,比如,洗脸池21,置物架22、以及/或坐便器23等等固定安装在主体框架1。各种卫浴器件在主体框架1上的安装位置根据实际使用需求、使用者的爱好等决定。
根据使用需要选择合适的位置安装卫浴器件,灵活设计安装位置,合理布局,使装配式设备100内的空间得到更合理的使用。
卫浴器件固定安装在主体框架1上,与主体框架1形成一个整体,因此卫浴器件稳定、不易翻倒或者移动,保证了卫浴器件使用的安全性。
图5为图1的A-A方向剖视图。
如图5所示,主体框架1的底部设有底部支脚5,底部支脚5可根据需要调整高度。底部支脚5高度可调节,使干区空间2和湿区空间3 高度平齐。底部支脚5将主体框架1整体垫高,对房间内卫浴的安装位置可以灵活多变,不受下水位置和接点插口的影响,最大限度的增加空间的选择性,并在浴室发生漏水以及其他故障时,可以在短时间内打开检修口进行维修,可以方便的拆卸整体主体框架1,对故障零部件进行更换。
主体框架1的顶部固定连接有吊杆(未图示),吊杆的一端固定连接在房屋天花板上,将主体框架1与建筑物顶棚固定连接,使整体结构便于组装并增强了干区空间2的稳定性,当发生地震等自然灾害的时候,可以作为避难处,保护人员安全。
如上所述,本实施例中,通过在主体框架1上安装相互独立的干区空间2和湿区空间3,在装配式设备100内实现干区空间2与湿区空间3的分离。通过自由组装干区框架11的主体结构,装配式设备100可适应各种户型,适用范围广,能够满足各种个性化需求。
【实施例二】
实施例二的装配式设备包括两个干区空间和一个湿区空间。在本实施例中,一个干区空间用作卫生间,其内安装有卫生间用器件,另一个干区空间用作厨房,其内安装有厨房用器件。当然,本发明的干区空间并不仅限于两个,可以有多个,干区空间也不仅限于用作卫生间和厨房,也可用作书房或衣帽间等其他用途。
图6为本发明实施例二的装配式设备200整体结构的俯视示意图。
如图6所示,本实施例二的装配式设备200包括主体框架6。主体框架6为装配式设备200的主体支撑结构,由多个杆件组装而成(如图7所示),墙体、以及各种洗漱用器件、卫生间用器件、浴室用器件、 厨房用器件等均安装在主体框架6上。主体框架6的内部形成有相互隔开的第一干区空间7、第二干区空间8和湿区空间9。比如,第一干区空间7内安装洗脸池71,置物架72、坐便器73等卫生间用器件。第二干区空间8内可安装水槽81、操作台82、橱柜83等厨房用器件。湿区空间9为独立的洗浴空间,其内可安装淋浴花洒91、浴缸92等洗浴器件。
第一干区空间7、第二干区空间8和湿区空间9之间设有连接通道,可以连通和隔开各空间。
由于第一干区空间7、第二干区空间8、湿区空间9之间相互隔开,因此,第一干区空间7、第二干区空间8和湿区空间9相互独立,可以独立使用,不同的人同时使用第一干区空间7、第二干区空间8和湿区空间9而互不影响。
第一干区空间7和第二干区空间8可根据使用者的需求、安装场地的空间特点等因素调整形状、尺寸、以及安装位置的布局。主体框架6的形状、尺寸也随第一干区空间7和第二干区空间8的调整而改变。
在安装装配式设备200之前,先对房屋的布置进行勘察,按照使用者的需求、房屋的空间特点等确定安装场所,并对安装场地进行测量,确定第一干区空间7、第二干区空间8和主体框架6的形状、尺寸,之后,在工厂根据具体尺寸对组成主体框架6的主体结构的杆件进行切割制作,制作完成后,将准备好的主体框架6的各杆件运至安装现场,在现场进行组装固定。
本实施例的装配式设备200根据使用需求、安装场地的形状尺寸等因素调整第一干区空间7、第二干区空间8和主体框架6的形状尺寸 及组合安装位置,在工厂内完成主体框架6各零部件的制作,再进入安装场地进行组装。因此,可以根据房型以及使用者的个性化需求改变主体框架6的位置及组合形状,从而改变卫生间、浴室和厨房的位置及空间布局。
由于可以根据房型以及使用者的个性化需求改变主体框架6的位置形状,本发明的装配式设备200适用于各种户型、特别是异形面积空间,比如,可以避开房屋内横梁、立柱等不规则物体,减少实际面积的浪费,提高空间利用率。
由于在安装场地只需组合拼装主体框架6,无需对房间本身进行施工,所以可以在短时间内快速完成安装,施工难度大大降低,能大大节约施工时间,降低施工成本。安装现场的施工内容主要为拼装以及螺丝的固定连接,施工现场不产生各种建筑废弃物,污染空气的粉尘,切割的噪音等,最大限度减少现场施工造成的环境污染。
图7为本发明实施例二的装配式设备的主体框架立体示意图。
如图7所示,主体框架6为多个杆件组装而成的主体支撑结构,主体框架6可以是一个整体框架,其内部划分为第一干区空间7、第二干区空间8和湿区空间9。也可以分别组装好第一干区框架61、第二干区框架62和湿区框架63,再将第一干区框架61、第二干区框架62和湿区框架63组装固定在一起而形成主体框架6。
作为一个实施例,如图7所示,主体框架6包括第一干区框架61、第二干区框架62和湿区框架63,第一干区框架61内部形成第一干区空间7,第二干区框架62内部形成第二干区空间8,湿区框架63内部形成湿区空间9。如上所述,湿区空间9内设有浴缸92等洗浴器件,第一干区空间7可用作卫生间,其内可安装卫生间用器件,第二干区 空间8可用作厨房,其内可安装厨房用器件。
第一干区框架61和第二干区框架62的形状尺寸可以根据安装现场的状况和湿区框架63的形状和尺寸而灵活调整。首先,选择合适的模具压铸符合一定规格的一体成型的湿区空间9的底部地板,并匹配合适的湿区框架63的规格,按照安装现场确定第一干区框架61和第二干区框架62的形状尺寸和安装布局。第一干区框架61、第二干区框架62和湿区框架63的高度可以根据安装现场的高度确定,其顶面可以与安装现场的天花板相适配。
本实施例中,可以采用实施例一中的框架固定部13将第一干区框架61、第二干区框架62和湿区框架63固定连接,使主体框架6整体更稳固。
如上所述,本实施例中,通过在主体框架6上安装相互独立的第一干区空间7、第二干区空间8和湿区空间9,在装配式设备200内实现第一干区空间7、第二干区空间8和湿区空间9的分离。通过自由组装第一干区框架61和第二干区框架62的主体结构及各空间的安装布局,装配式设备200可适应各种户型,适用范围广,能够满足各种个性化需求。
以上实施例中,以分别组装干区框架和湿区框架,再将干区框架和湿区框架固定为一体为例对本发明的装配式设备进行了详细说明,当然,本发明并不仅限于此,主体框架也可以先组装为一个整体的框架,再在框架内分别分隔组装干区空间和湿区空间,从而实现干湿分离的装配式设备。
本发明的装配式设备不限于实施例一中分隔为一个干区空间(卫 生间)和一个湿区空间(浴室),即卫生间浴室一体设备,也不限于实施例二中分隔为两个干区空间(一个卫生间和一个厨房)和一个湿区空间(浴室),即厨房卫浴一体设备,其还可以根据使用需要分隔为多个使用空间,例如,分隔单独的书房、更衣室等等多种使用空间,使装配式设备的形态和功能更加多样化。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种装配式设备,其特征在于,
    包括由多个杆件组装而成的主体框架,
    所述主体框架内形成有相互隔开的至少一个干区空间和湿区空间,至少一个所述湿区空间内设置浴室用器件,至少一个所述干区空间内分别设置干区用器件,
    所述干区空间的形状可通过调整所述杆件而改变。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装配式设备,其特征在于,所述干区用器件包括卫生间用器件,和厨房用器件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装配式设备,其特征在于,
    所述主体框架包括至少一个干区框架和至少一个湿区框架,所述干区框架内部形成所述干区空间,所述湿区框架内部形成所述湿区空间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装配式设备,其特征在于,
    所述干区用器件固定安装于所述主体框架上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的装配式设备,其特征在于,
    所述干区框架和所述湿区框架之间设有连通所述干区空间和所述湿区空间的连接通道。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装配式设备,其特征在于,所述连接通 道为固定安装在所述干区框架和所述湿区框架上的门框架。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的装配式设备,其特征在于,
    所述干区框架包括顶部框架和底架,
    所述顶部框架由铝合金杆件组装而成,
    所述底架由钢合金杆件组装而成,
    所述顶部框架的底面截面形状与所述底架的形状相适配,所述顶部框架固定连接在所述底架上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装配式设备,其特征在于,
    在所述顶部框架的顶面的相邻两个杆件之间设有与该两个杆件垂直的加强管,和/或,在所述顶部框架的侧面的相邻两个杆件之间设有与该两个杆件垂直的加强管,所述加强管上设有卫浴器件安装孔。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装配式设备,其特征在于,
    所述顶部框架的内侧和外侧均设有石膏板,石膏板外侧可敷设装饰材料。
  10. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装配式设备,其特征在于,
    所述底架上设有木质合板,木质合板表面可敷设防水树脂膜。
  11. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的装配式设备,其特征在于,所述主体框架的底部设有底部支脚,所述底部支脚高度可调节,使所述干区空间和所述湿区空间高度平齐。
  12. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的装配式设备,其特征在于,
    所述主体框架的顶部固定连接有吊杆,
    所述吊杆固定连接在房屋天花板上。
