如图1-图4所示,本发明的具体结构为:一种香辣酱连续化生产系统,它包括输送机1、料桶2;所述输送机1优选采用链板输送机,以方便开孔、切割等步骤,在链板输送机的链板上开设放置包装盒5的置物孔4,包装盒5上端开口且上端外沿尺寸大于置物孔4的内径;所述输送机1一侧设置有出料工作台6,所述出料工作台6上设置有喷嘴推动机构7,所述喷嘴推动机构7可采用电动推杆、油缸等,所述喷嘴推动机构7与移动支架8连接,所述移动支架8上设置有出料管9,所述出料管9与喷嘴10连通,所述喷嘴10设置于传送带3上方且喷嘴10的出口竖直朝下,所述出料管9通过连接管11与料桶2连接,所述连接管11上设置有阀门12;所述输送机1的机架13上于出料工作台6的后方设置有覆膜装置14,所述覆膜装置14包括上热封板15和下热封板16,所述上热封板15和下热封板16利用电能等加热以将塑料薄膜18封装在包装盒5上,所述下热封板16上端设置有封口下模19,所述封口下模19上端设置有避让包装盒5的避空槽,所述上热封板15下端设置有与封口下模19相匹配的封口上模17,所述封口上模17与包装盒5的封口处接触,所述塑料薄膜18从封口上模17与传送带3之间穿过;为了根据实际情况(如包装盒5的高度、塑料薄膜18的厚度等)调节封口上模17与传送带3之间的距离,所述上热封板15上端设置有高度调节装置,所述下热封板16下端与升降油缸20连接,所述升降油缸20设置于输送机1的机架上,所述输送机1的机架13上于覆膜装置14后方设置有用于将塑料薄膜18切断的分隔装置21。
优选的,所述机架13上于喷嘴推动机构7一侧设置有吸油棉22,所述吸油棉22向传送带3内侧延伸并设置于包装盒5上方,所述吸油棉22外侧端 面与包装盒5于喷嘴推动机构7一侧的内侧壁相平齐,以确保香辣酱不对滴落到包装盒5的封口处。
优选的,所述分隔装置21包括设置于机架13上的支撑板23,所述支撑板23上端设置有横梁24,所述横梁24上设置有切割油缸25,所述切割油缸25竖直设置,所述切割油缸25的活塞杆与用于将塑料薄膜18切断的切刀26连接。
优选的,所述输送机1上方于覆膜装置14的进口处设置有用于塑料薄膜18缠绕的收卷辊27,以方便塑料薄膜18的放置。
优选的,所述高度调节装置包括设置于输送机1上方的支撑座28,所述支撑座28内设置有水平的调节螺杆29以及竖直的丝杆30,所述调节螺杆29与丝杆30蜗轮蜗杆连接,所述调节螺杆29一端伸出支撑座28与手柄31连接,所述丝杆30下端伸出支撑座28与上热封板15上端的轴承座连接。
优选的,为了确保塑料薄膜18能够与输送机1同步运行,并使得塑料薄膜18能与包装盒5上端面紧密贴合,所述输送机1上方于上热封板15前后两侧设置有能够旋转的压实辊32,所述压实辊32与传送带3之间的距离不大于塑料薄膜18的厚度。
利用上述一种香辣酱连续化生产系统进行生产的方法,它包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将制备好的香辣酱注入到料桶2内备用,并将包装盒5放置于传送带3的置物孔4内;
步骤2、传送带3行进过程中,包装盒5移动至喷嘴10下方,然后传送带3停止行进,喷嘴10在喷嘴推动机构7的推动下从包装盒5的一侧向另一侧运动,喷嘴10移动的过程中,香辣酱通过喷嘴10灌入到包装盒5内,喷 嘴10移动到包装盒5的另一侧时,灌装完毕,香辣酱停止灌入,然后喷嘴10复位;
步骤3、灌装完毕后,传送带继续行进,将灌装后的包装盒移动到封口下模19和封口上模17之间,然后封口下模19上升,利用塑料薄膜18将包装盒上端开口进行封装压合;
步骤4、覆膜完成的包装盒移动至分隔装置21下方对塑料薄膜18进行切割,完成加工。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种香辣酱连续化生产方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
    步骤1、将制备好的香辣酱注入到料桶(2)内备用,并将包装盒(5)放置于传送带(3)的置物孔(4)内;
    步骤2、传送带(3)行进过程中,包装盒(5)移动至喷嘴(10)下方,然后传送带(3)停止行进,喷嘴(10)在喷嘴推动机构(7)的推动下从包装盒(5)的一侧向另一侧运动,喷嘴(10)移动的过程中,香辣酱通过喷嘴(10)灌入到包装盒(5)内,喷嘴(10)移动到包装盒(5)的另一侧时,灌装完毕,香辣酱停止灌入,然后喷嘴(10)复位;
    步骤3、灌装完毕后,传送带继续行进,将灌装后的包装盒(5)移动到封口下模(19)和封口上模(17)之间,然后封口下模(19)上升,利用塑料薄膜(18)将包装盒上端开口进行封装压合;
    步骤4、覆膜完成的包装盒移动至分隔装置(21)下方对塑料薄膜(18)进行切割,完成加工。
  2. 一种香辣酱连续化生产系统,它包括输送机(1)、料桶(2),其特征在于,所述输送机(1)的传送带(3)上沿传送方向排列设置有用于放置包装盒(5)的置物孔(4);所述输送机(1)一侧设置有出料工作台(6),所述出料工作台(6)上设置有喷嘴推动机构(7),所述喷嘴推动机构(7)与移动支架(8)连接,所述移动支架(8)上设置有出料管(9),所述出料管(9)与喷嘴(10)连通,所述喷嘴(10)设置于传送带(3)上方且喷嘴(10)的出口竖直朝下,所述出料管(9)通过连接管(11)与料桶(2)连接,所述连接管(11)上设置有阀门(12);所述输送机(1)的机架(13)上于出料工作台(6)的后方设置有覆膜装置(14),所述覆膜装置(14)包 括上热封板(15)和下热封板(16),所述上热封板(15)下端设置有封口上模(17),所述封口上模(17)与传送带(3)之间穿过有塑料薄膜(18),所述上热封板(15)上端设置有高度调节装置,所述下热封板(16)上端设置有与封口上模(17)相匹配的封口下模(19),所述下热封板(16)下端与升降油缸(20)连接,所述输送机(1)的机架(13)上于覆膜装置(14)后方设置有分隔装置(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种香辣酱连续化生产系统,其特征在于,所述机架(13)上于喷嘴推动机构(7)一侧设置有吸油棉(22),所述吸油棉(22)向传送带(3)内侧延伸并设置于包装盒(5)上方。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种香辣酱连续化生产系统,其特征在于,所述分隔装置(21)包括设置于机架(13)上的支撑板(23),所述支撑板(23)上端设置有横梁(24),所述横梁(24)上设置有切割油缸(25),所述切割油缸(25)的活塞杆与用于将塑料薄膜(18)切断的切刀(26)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种香辣酱连续化生产系统,其特征在于,所述输送机(1)上方于覆膜装置(14)的进口处设置有用于塑料薄膜(18)缠绕的收卷辊(27)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种香辣酱连续化生产系统,其特征在于,所述高度调节装置包括设置于输送机(1)上方的支撑座(28),所述支撑座(28)内设置有水平的调节螺杆(29)以及竖直的丝杆(30),所述调节螺杆(29)与丝杆(30)蜗轮蜗杆连接,所述调节螺杆(29)一端伸出支撑座(28)与手柄(31)连接,所述丝杆(30)下端伸出支撑座(28)与上热封板(15)上端的轴承座连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种香辣酱连续化生产系统,其特征在于,所述输送机(1)上方于上热封板(15)前后两侧设置有压实辊(32)。
