[0028] 本实用新型有如下几种使用方式或状态: [0029] 1) 、 当座位 4安装到摆动杆 5上和将推杆 7装到座位的尾端上时, 如图 1所示, 滑板车相当于是作为小孩推车来使用, 此时小孩坐在座位 4上和手握在座位 4的 第一握把 41上后, 就可以由大人握在推杆 7的第二握把 71上来推车前行, 这适合 于比较幼小的小孩使用, 或者是要以较快速度前行较长一段路时使用;
[0030] 2) 、 当座位 4安装到摆动杆 5上, 而没将推杆 7装到座位的尾端上时, 如图 2所 示, 这时滑板车作为座位滑板车来使用, 此时小孩坐在座位 4的后半部上和手握 在第一握把 41上用脚来推动滑行;
[0031] 3) 、 当拆下座位 4, 再把推杆 7与摆动杆 5套接在一起时, 如图 3所示, 滑板车 就是站立滑板车, 此时, 推杆 7与摆动杆 5组成了滑板车的把手杆。 在使用过程 中, 可以通过操作角度调节锁定结构 6来调节把手杆到合适的角度 (通常是将推 杆 7与摆动杆 5组成的把手杆摆到竖直或稍微往后轮方向倾斜) , 而当不使用时 , 又可以操作角度调节锁定结构 6 (即将把手杆与踏板之间的角度调到最小时) 来收折滑板车, 如图 4所示。
[0032] 为实现上述功能, 摆动杆 5与座位 4之间的连接必须是在该座位 4中部的下端, 并且摆动杆 5要比较倾斜地插入到座位 4中部的下端, 如图 2所示, 这时, 只有在 摆动杆 5与座位 4的连接部位之后的那一部分座位供人坐, 之前的那一部分座位 相当于是过渡部分, 用于将坐人的那部分座位与握把连接起来。
[0033] 从上可以看出, 本实用新型在使用时, 既可以作为座位滑板车, 又可以作为站 立滑板车, 还可以作为小孩推车来使用, 这样就可以大大丰富了滑板车的用途 ; 而且在不使用时, 除了可以拆下座位外, 还可以操作角度调节锁定结构将套 接在一起的摆动杆和推杆折叠到踏板上, 以此来将滑板车折叠起来携带或收藏 , 因此, 本实用新型的结构合理、 用途更广泛, 而且携带或收藏方便。
发明实施例
本发明的实施方式
[0034] 在本实施例中, 如图 5、 6所示, 所述座位 4在靠近推杆孔 42的位置上设有能供 该摆动杆 5上端插入的套孔 43 ; 这样当拆下推杆 7和座位 4后, 再将摆动杆 5上端 插入到座位 4的套孔 43中时, 座位 4就变成了站立滑板车的把手杆, 于是整个车 子就变成了站立滑板车, 如图 5所示, 因此, 所述座位 4的套孔 43套入到该摆动 杆 5上端时, 所述座位 4的第一握把 41的重心与该套孔的轴线处在同一直线上或 者稍靠向该后轮方向 (于是, 把手杆稍向后轮方向倾斜, 倾斜角度不超过 10度 ) , 即座位 4的第一握把的重心不能在套孔的轴线的前面。 当不使用时, 可以操 作角度调节锁定结构 6来收折滑板车, 如图 6所示。
[0035] 为防止摆动杆、 推杆从各自所在的孔中脱落, 以及防止套接在一起的摆动杆和 推杆脱落, 为此, 杆与孔之间、 杆与杆之间通过防松脱结构来锁定, 防松脱结 构通常是带弹销的弹片结构 (如图 7所示) , 也可以是其它结构, 由于防松脱结 构在相互套接的两个管之间是必须的和比较常见, 在此不再详述。
[0036] 角度调节锁定结构 6可以是不同的结构, 比如类似于摄影云台的摆动调节角度 的那种方式等。 在本实施例中, 如图 7至 10所示, 所述角度调节锁定结构 6包括 摆动座 61、 横向放置的多条角度定位销轴 62、 按钮 63、 座体 64、 活动卡扣 65和 卡扣复位簧 66, 其中:
[0037] 所述摆动座 61的下部呈圆形, 其横向装入到该摆动杆 5下端后通过横跨在该杆 摆动槽 11中的摆动轴 51摆动连接在该杆摆动槽 11中; 在所述摆动座 61上设有多 个以该摆动轴 51为圆心的角度定位销轴孔 611 ; 在此, 考虑到滑板车的收折、 展 开范围一般是 90度左右, 这样, 这些角度定位销轴孔 611分布在 90度的范围内。
[0038] 所述的多条角度定位销轴 62逐一套入到每一个角度定位销轴孔 611中后, 两端 从该摆动座 61露出到该杆摆动槽 11中; 在本实施例中, 角度定位销轴 62有三条

[0041] 所述活动卡扣 65和卡扣复位簧 66设在该座体 64中; 所述活动卡扣 65对向该摆动 轴 51的那端上设有开口型的卡口 651 ; 所述活动卡扣 65在该座体 64中直线滑动, 其滑动的轨迹对准该摆动轴 51的轴线; 所述活动卡扣 65在该卡扣复位簧 66的作 用下复位后, 该卡口 651卡在对应的那个角度定位销轴 62的销轴外露端上。
[0042] 所述按钮 63和活动卡扣 65之间通过斜面 631、 652来接触, 当按下按钮 63时, 通 过斜面之间的滑动就可以将活动卡扣 65滑离摆动轴 51, 以使活动卡扣 65的卡扣 6 51滑离角度定位销轴 62的销轴外露端, 来解除对摆动杆 5的锁定, 这样就可以调 整把手杆的角度, 或收合、 展开滑板车了。 滑板车处于展开状态时, 如图 8所示 , 活动卡扣 65的卡口 651卡在最左边的那个角度定位销轴 62的销轴外露端上; 而 当在折叠状态时, 活动卡扣 65的卡口 651卡在最右边的那个角度定位销轴的销轴 外露端上; 在平时, 当多用途滑板车用作手推车时, 如图 7所示, 活动卡扣 65的 卡口 651卡在中间的那个角度定位销轴的销轴外露端上。
[0043] 为进一步提高滑板车的安全性和避免误操作按钮, 在本实施例中, 在所述踏板 1前端的下部位置中设有防误操作结构 8 , 其包括卡扣解锁按钮 81和按钮复位簧 8 2, 所述卡扣解锁按钮 81上设有能供该活动卡扣 65尾端滑动插入的卡扣滑入槽 81 1 ; 所述卡扣解锁按钮 81在复位状态时, 其卡扣滑入槽 811偏离该活动卡扣 65的 尾端, 而当按下卡扣解锁按钮 81时, 其卡扣滑入槽 811正对该活动卡扣 65的尾端 , 这时, 才能按下按钮 83来将活动卡扣 65往卡扣解锁按钮 81的方向推, 进而使 该活动卡扣 65的尾端滑入到卡扣滑入槽 811中, 这样才能进行把手杆的角度调整 和滑板车的展开、 收合操作。
[0044] 后轮 2可以是单后轮, 也可以是双后轮的。 所述的一对前轮 3通过前轮轴 31连接 在一起, 前轮轴 31与踏板的前部摆动连接, 这样前轮才能转向, 前轮轴 31与踏 板的连接方式在滑板车中是常见的结构, 在此不再详述。 当使用者只需要车子 直行 (尤其是当推车来使用) 时, 需要有直行锁定机构 9 , 如图 7、 8、 11所示, 其包括安装到该踏板 1前部下底面上的直行按钮座 91, 设在该直行按钮座 91和踏 板 1的下底面之间的直行按钮 92、 直行按钮复位簧 93和直行卡扣 94, 在所述前轮 轴 31和该直行卡扣 94之间通过相匹配的凸台 95、 凹槽 96锁定 (在此, 凸台设在 前轮轴上, 凹槽设在直行卡扣上, 当然也可反过来, 将凸台设在直行卡扣上和 凹槽设在前轮轴上) , 在所述直行按钮座 91上设有给该直行卡扣 94的滑行提供 导向的导轨 911。 当要直行时, 按下直行按钮 92后再稍微将直行卡扣 94拨向前轮 轴 31, 当凸台 95和凹槽 96卡在一起时, 滑板车就只能前行; 而当滑板车要能转 向时, 也按下直行按钮 92后再稍微将直行卡扣 94推离前轮轴 31, 当凸台 95和凹 槽 96分离时即可。 在所述直行按钮 92上端有凸缘 921, 在直行按钮座 91和直行卡 扣 94上分别设有能供该凸缘 921落入的下孔 912、 941, 在复位状态时, 凸缘 921 落入到下孔 912中; 而当按下直行按钮时, 凸缘 921落入到上孔 941中, 这样就可 以由直行按钮带动直行卡扣来滑行。

[权利要求 1] 一种多用途滑板车, 其特征在于, 包括踏板 (1) , 分别设在该踏板 (1) 后、 前端的后轮 (2) 和一对前轮 (3) , 带第一握把 (41) 的 座位 (4) , 以及上端插入连接到该座位 (4) 中部下端的摆动杆 (5 ) , 所述摆动杆 (5) 下端摆动连接在该踏板 (1) 前部的杆摆动槽 ( 11) 中; 在所述踏板 (1) 中设有用来锁定摆动杆 (5) 的角度调节锁 定结构 (6) ; 在所述座位 (4) 尾端的推杆孔 (42) 中插入有可拆卸 的推杆 (7) ; 在所述推杆 (7) 上设有第二握把 (71) ; 所述座位 ( 4) 同时与该摆动杆 (5) 、 推杆 (7) 分开后, 所述推杆 (7) 下端能 与该摆动杆 (5) 套接在一起。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的多用途滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述座位 (4) 在 靠近推杆孔 (42) 的位置上设有能供该摆动杆 (5) 上端插入的套孔 (43) ; 所述座位 (4) 的套孔 (43) 套入到该摆动杆 (5) 上端时, 所述座位 (4) 的第一握把 (41) 的重心与该套孔的轴线处在同一直 线上或者稍靠向该后轮方向。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的多用途滑板车, 其特征在于, 所述角度调节 锁定结构 (6) 包括摆动座 (61) 、 横向放置的多条角度定位销轴 (6 2) 、 按钮 (63) 、 座体 (64) 、 活动卡扣 (65) 和卡扣复位簧 (66 ) , 其中:
所述摆动座 (61) 的下部呈圆形, 其横向装入到该摆动杆 (5) 下端 后通过横跨在该杆摆动槽 (11) 中的摆动轴 (51) 摆动连接在该杆摆 动槽 (11) 中; 在所述摆动座 (61) 上设有多个以该摆动轴 (51) 为 圆心的角度定位销轴孔 (611) ;
所述的多条角度定位销轴 (62) 逐一套入到每一个角度定位销轴孔 ( 611) 中后, 两端从该摆动座 (61) 露出到该杆摆动槽 (11) 中; 所述座体 (64) 安装到该踏板 (1) 的杆摆动槽 (11) 的前部位置中 所述按钮 (63) 安装到该座体 (64) 的按钮孔 (641) 中后, 其上端 露出到该踏板 (1) 前部的表面上;
所述活动卡扣 (65) 和卡扣复位簧 (66) 设在该座体 (64) 中; 所述 活动卡扣 (65) 对向该摆动轴 (51) 的那端上设有开口型的卡口 (65 1) ; 所述活动卡扣 (65) 在该座体 (64) 中直线滑动, 其滑动的轨 迹对准该摆动轴 (51) 的轴线; 所述活动卡扣 (65) 在该卡扣复位簧 (66) 的作用下复位后, 该卡口 (651) 卡在对应的那个角度定位销 轴 (62) 的销轴外露端上;
所述按钮 (63) 和活动卡扣 (65) 之间通过斜面 (631、 652) 来接触
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 3所述的多用途滑板车, 其特征在于, 在所述踏板 (1) 前端的下部位置中设有防误操作结构 (8) , 其包括卡扣解锁按钮 (8 1) 和按钮复位簧 (82) , 所述卡扣解锁按钮 (81) 上设有能供该活 动卡扣 (65) 尾端滑动插入的卡扣滑入槽 (811) ; 所述卡扣解锁按 钮 (81) 在复位状态时, 其卡扣滑入槽 (811) 偏离该活动卡扣 (65 ) 的尾端, 而当按下卡扣解锁按钮 (81) 时, 其卡扣滑入槽 (811) 正对该活动卡扣 (65) 的尾端。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的多用途滑板车, 其特征在于, 还包括直行锁定 机构 (9) , 所述的直行锁定机构 (9) 包括安装到该踏板 (1) 前部 下底面上的直行按钮座 (91) , 设在该直行按钮座 (91) 和踏板 (1 ) 的下底面之间的直行按钮 (92) 、 直行按钮复位簧 (93) 和直行卡 扣 (94) ; 在所述前轮轴 (31) 和该直行卡扣 (94) 之间通过相匹配 的凸台 (95) 、 凹槽 (96) 来锁定; 在所述直行按钮座 (91) 上设有 给该直行卡扣 (94) 的滑行提供导向的导轨 (911) 。
