This ensures that the roller (roller) 5 maintains the pressure on the container (bag) 2 and when the container 2 is “rolled out", no container contents can get past the roller upwards (towards the initial position). The emptying takes place only with high pressure (maximum pressure) of the roller 5 against the container 2. This is important for the emptying of the container 2, since if the pressure on the roller 5 is too low, the contents would be pushed up past the roller and thus a significant amount of food would then remain in the container 2.
