进一步的,所述涂胶水装置还包括联动设置的顶升气缸和顶杆,所述顶杆设于所述外层纸滚筒之后,所述顶升气缸设于所述外层纸滚筒侧部,所述顶升气缸带动所述顶杆上升后顶高外层纸,使所述外层纸与所述外层纸滚筒脱离。
进一步的,还包括调节把手和调节螺杆,所述调节把手用于调节所述外层纸滚筒的行程高低,从而调节所述外层纸滚筒与外层纸胶水滚筒之间的间隙大小,进一步调节外层纸底面上的胶水及碳酸钙粉或滑石粉混合物的量;所述调节螺杆用于调节所述上刮片和下刮片的行程高低,从而调节两者之间缝隙大小,进一步调节中层纸两面上的胶水及碳酸钙粉或滑石粉混合物的量。
进一步的,所述转轮成型装置将所述底层纸和外层纸分别粘贴于所述中层纸的两面,同时将底层纸的外面旋转后粘贴于所述外层纸的外面,卷束形成圆筒状。
进一步的,所述裁切成条装置用于将粘贴成圆筒状的吸管按照设定长度切断,所述烘干装置将切断后的吸管进行烘干,所述自动检测计数包装装置将烘干后的吸管按设定数量包装成扎。
有益效果
实施本发明的加强型纸吸管生产装置,具有以下有益效果:有效利用现有吸管生产机器的胶水盒周边与内部剩余空间,添加碳酸钙粉或滑石粉搅拌装置及加热装置,用胶水盒内搅拌叶轮将碳酸钙粉/滑石粉和胶水经过匀速转动搅拌形成浆糊状液态混合体,充分混合后均匀地涂在制作纸吸管的中层卷纸和外层卷纸上,生产出加强型纸吸管,结构简单,添加碳酸钙粉/滑石粉和胶水更方便,维护修理更便捷。

本发明的最佳实施方式
图1至图11示出本发明加强型纸吸管生产装置的一个优选实施例,其依次包括转纸装料机、涂胶水装置、转轮成型装置、裁切成条装置、烘干装置及产品自动检测计数包装装置。本发明的加强型纸吸管生产装置是从目前现有的技术成熟的塑料、纸吸管自动生产线改造而成,改动较大之处在于涂胶水装置处,其它装置为塑料吸管生产领域或机械制造领域常见常用的机器,为本领域技术人员熟知的公知常识,因此本说明书着重对涂胶水装置进行详细描述,其它装置做简略描述。
本实施例中转纸装料机包括电机及三个放卷辊轴,用于盛放原料纸,放卷辊轴用于对三种吸管原料纸-底层纸1、中层纸2和外层纸3进行放卷流入涂胶水装置处,三个放卷辊轴的高度与涂胶水装置上三种原料纸涂胶水的高度是对应的,以便进行放卷之后的工序,放卷之后的原料纸流入涂胶水装置处。
本实施例中涂胶水装置包括机架5、分别固定于机架5两侧的上胶水盒101和下胶水盒102、位于下胶水盒102一侧上部的底层纸滚筒4、外层纸滚筒9以及从动马达6,上胶水盒101和下胶水盒102上均设设有搅拌装置和加热装置。底层纸滚筒4和外层纸滚筒9用于传递底层纸1和外层纸3,由从动马达6带动转动。上胶水盒101和下胶水盒102均包括胶水盒体1306和位于胶水盒体1306顶部的胶水盒盖1301,胶水盒体1306内盛装的为胶水与碳酸钙粉或滑石粉的混合物,可以根据实际需求选择不同配比,吸管的硬度强度也有所不同,本实施例中胶水与碳酸钙粉或滑石粉的配比为1:1。在生产过程中需要确保浆糊状液态的碳酸钙粉/滑石粉与胶水混合物的良好流动性,防止凝固影响产品质量,因此本发明在上胶水盒101和下胶水盒102内均设置了搅拌装置和加热装置,保障纸吸管的质量。
搅拌装置包括固定板1305、固定轴1302、安装在固定板1305和固定轴1302之间的联轴器1304、搅拌马达1303以及与搅拌马达1303输出轴相连的搅拌叶轮1310,搅拌马达1303通过联轴器1304带动搅拌叶轮1310对胶水盒内的胶水及碳酸钙粉或滑石粉混合物进行搅拌,可以将胶水与碳酸钙粉或滑石粉搅拌混合均匀;加热装置设于胶水盒体底部,依次设有发热片1307、隔热板1308、隔热底板1309及自动温控机,用于对胶水盒体内的胶水及碳酸钙粉或滑石粉混合物进行加热并保持恒定温度,不同碳酸钙粉/滑石粉和胶水比例配方不同,使用的恒定温度控制也不同。
本实施例中涂胶水装置还包括第二底层纸滚筒7、外层纸胶水滚筒11和摆杆15,从动马达6带动底层纸滚筒4和外层纸胶水滚筒11转动;第二底层纸滚筒7对从底层纸滚筒4流出的底层纸1继续向前输送;外层纸胶水滚筒11浸入下胶水盒102内,与外层纸滚筒9相抵,用于使外层纸滚筒9粘胶从而对外层纸3的底面进行涂胶;摆杆15设于上胶水盒101内,用于下压中层纸2使之完全浸入胶水及碳酸钙粉或滑石粉混合物内。本发明生产的纸吸管底层纸1上不涂胶水,中层纸2的两面均涂有胶水,外层纸3只有底面涂胶水,如此三者可粘贴为一体。中层纸2经放卷后到达涂胶水装置,摆杆15的位置低于上胶水盒101内胶水混合物的液面高度,中层纸2被摆杆15下压全部浸入上胶水盒101内的胶水混合物中,双面均沾满胶水混合物。上胶水盒101内还设有上刮片13和下刮片14,上刮片13和下刮片14倾斜设置形成一条狭窄缝隙,中层纸2从该缝隙中流出,上刮片13和下刮片14将中层纸2两面上多余的胶水混合物刮掉,即完成中层纸的涂胶。而外层纸3底面的涂胶由相抵接的外层纸滚筒9和外层纸胶水滚筒11共同完成,外层纸胶水滚筒11浸入在下胶水盒102内,因此表面会粘上胶水混合物,传递至外层纸滚筒9上,外层纸3的底部与外层纸滚筒9相接触,因此外层纸3的底部也涂上了胶水混合物。
本实施例中涂胶水装置还包括联动设置的顶升气缸12和顶杆10,顶杆10设于外层纸滚筒9之后,顶升气缸12设于外层纸滚筒9侧部,顶升气缸12带动顶杆10上升后顶高外层纸3,使外层纸3与外层纸滚筒9脱离,此设置可防止长时间停机静止而胶水混合物固化,将外层纸3粘在外层纸滚筒9上。
本实施例中还包括调节把手8和调节螺杆16,调节把手8用于调节外层纸滚筒9的行程高低,从而调节外层纸滚筒9与外层纸胶水滚筒11之间的间隙大小,进一步调节外层纸底面上的胶水及碳酸钙粉或滑石粉混合物的量;调节螺杆16用于调节上刮片13和下刮片14的行程高低,从而调节两者之间缝隙大小,进一步调节中层纸两面上的胶水及碳酸钙粉或滑石粉混合物的量。
本实施例中转轮成型装置将底层纸1和外层纸3分别粘贴于中层纸2的两面,同时将底层纸1的外面旋转后粘贴于外层纸3的外面,卷束形成圆筒状,接下来流入裁切成条装置处,裁切成条装置用于将粘贴成圆筒状的吸管按照设定长度切断,烘干装置将切断后的吸管进行烘干,烘干装置为热风烘干装置或光照烘干装置,自动检测计数包装装置将烘干后的吸管按设定数量包装成扎,加强型纸吸管的整个生产过程完成。
本发明加强型纸吸管装置的工作原理如下:在胶水盒内添加碳酸钙粉/滑石粉搅拌装置和加热装置,用于保障所用胶水符合要求,从而对纸吸管卷纸底层纸1、中层纸2和外层纸3进行涂胶。用于增加纸吸管管壁强度的碳酸钙粉/滑石粉和胶水按1:1左右比例配方,在搅拌装置匀速转动搅拌和加热装置维持的恒温状态下形成似浆糊状液态的碳酸钙粉/滑石粉与胶水混合体,为便于描述,中层纸上面的胶水层为2a,下面的胶水层为2b,外层纸底面的胶水层为3a。为控制底层纸1、中层纸2和外层纸3上面似浆糊状液态的碳酸钙粉/滑石粉与胶水混合体2a、2b和3a的厚薄程度,设置有上刮片13和下刮片14以及外层纸滚筒9,涂浆厚薄程度控制分别由调节螺杆16调节上刮片13和下刮片14的行程高低以及调节把手8调节外层纸胶水滚筒11的行程高低实现,顺时针方向调节减小卷纸面上2a、2b和3a的涂浆量,逆时针方向调节增厚卷纸面上2a、2b和3a的涂浆量;装在胶水盒体1306底下的发热片1307,由发热片1307,隔热板1308,隔热底板1309,和自动温控电器装置组成,用于不同碳酸钙粉和胶水比例配方使用的不同恒定温度控制来确保浆糊状液态的含碳酸钙与胶水混合体的良好流动性,以及在低温环境下搅拌装置能正常工作用等。
中层纸的涂胶过程为:将碳酸钙粉或滑石粉与胶水按1:1左右比例倒入胶水盒体1306内,启动搅拌马达1303,搅拌马达1303的主轴通过连轴器1304与搅拌叶轮1310相连接进行匀速转动,将加入胶水盆内的碳酸钙粉或滑石粉和胶水搅拌为似浆糊状液态的混合体,中层纸2在吸管主机转朿力作用下通过胶水盒体1306内摆杆15引导并将中层纸2完全浸泡在似浆糊状液态的碳酸钙或滑石粉与胶水的混合体内,使中层纸2的上下两面完全粘上似浆糊状液态的胶水混合物,中层纸2及中层纸2两面上的胶水层2a、2b在上刮片13和下刮片14中间通过,调节螺杆16调节上刮片13和下刮片14的行程高低控制涂层厚度,使中层纸2两面均匀的涂胶,且将多余的胶水混合物刮掉,送往转轮成型装置加工成型。
外层纸的涂胶过程为:将碳酸钙粉/滑石粉与胶水按1:1左右比例倒入胶水盒体1306内,启动搅拌马达1303,搅拌马达1303的主轴通过连轴器1304与搅拌叶轮1310相连接进行匀速转动,将加入胶水盆内的碳酸钙粉或滑石粉和胶水搅拌为似浆糊状液态的混合体,外层纸3的背面在吸管主机转朿力作用下与外层纸滚筒9的表面带来的胶水混合物相接触,并在外层纸3的背面上完全粘上胶水层3a,之后通过调节把手8调节控制涂层厚度,使外层纸3的背面上均匀的涂胶,送往转轮成型装置加工成型。外层纸胶水滚筒11浸泡在胶水盆内,与胶水混合物接触,外层纸胶水滚筒11与调节把手8的主轴是釆用齿轮联动结构进行传动的;当需要加厚外层纸3背面胶水层3a时,将调节把手8往顺时针方向调节,外层纸滚筒9与外层纸胶水滚筒11的接触间隙增大,粘附在外层纸滚筒9表面上的胶水混合物的量就会增多;当需要减少外层纸3背面胶水层3a时,将调节把手8往逆时针方向调节,外层纸滚筒9与外层纸胶水滚筒11的接触间隙缩少,粘附在外层纸滚筒9表面上的胶水混合物的量就会减少;当吸管机正常停机或出现故障停机时,这时电控信号指示顶升气缸12动作顶出,与连接在一体的活动轮上的顶杆10联动,使外层纸3背面与外层纸滚筒9滚筒表面相脱离,其作用是防止因长时间停机静止而胶水混合物固化,外层纸3粘在外层纸滚筒9上,避免重新开机时外层纸3被拉断。
如图5、图11所示,在胶水盒体1306底部设置加热恒温机构,其作用是将存放在胶水盒体1306内的胶水混合物保持一定的恒定温度,防止低温使胶水混合物凝固影响产品质量与效率。
使用本发明的加强型纸吸管生产装置,有效利用现有吸管生产机器的胶水盒周边与内部剩余空间,添加碳酸钙粉或滑石粉搅拌装置及加热装置,用胶水盒内搅拌叶轮将碳酸钙粉/滑石粉和胶水经过匀速转动搅拌形成浆糊状液态混合体,充分混合后均匀地涂在制作纸吸管的中层卷纸和外层卷纸上,生产出加强型纸吸管,结构简单,添加碳酸钙粉/滑石粉和胶水更方便,维护修理更便捷。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种加强型纸吸管生产装置,依次包括转纸装料机、涂胶水装置、转轮成型装置、裁切成条装置、烘干装置及产品自动检测计数包装装置,其特征在于,所述涂胶水装置包括机架、分别固定于所述机架两侧的上胶水盒和下胶水盒、位于所述下胶水盒一侧上部的底层纸滚筒、外层纸滚筒以及从动马达,所述上胶水盒和下胶水盒上均设设有搅拌装置和加热装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加强型纸吸管生产装置,其特征在于,所述转纸装料机包括电机及三个放卷辊轴,所述放卷辊轴用于对吸管原料纸-底层纸、中层纸和外层纸进行放卷流入所述涂胶水装置处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加强型纸吸管生产装置,其特征在于,所述上胶水盒和下胶水盒均包括胶水盒体和位于所述胶水盒体顶部的胶水盒盖;
    所述搅拌装置包括固定板、固定轴、安装在所述固定板和固定轴之间的联轴器、搅拌马达以及与所述搅拌马达输出轴相连的搅拌叶轮,所述搅拌马达通过所述联轴器带动所述搅拌叶轮对所述胶水盒体内的胶水及碳酸钙粉或滑石粉混合物进行搅拌;
    所述加热装置设于所述胶水盒体底部,依次设有发热片、隔热板、隔热底板及自动温控机,用于对所述胶水盒体内的胶水及碳酸钙粉或滑石粉混合物进行加热并保持恒定温度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的加强型纸吸管生产装置,其特征在于,所述涂胶水装置还包括第二底层纸滚筒、外层纸胶水滚筒和摆杆,所述从动马达带动所述底层纸滚筒和外层纸胶水滚筒转动;所述第二底层纸滚筒对从所述底层纸滚筒流出的底层纸继续向前输送;所述外层纸胶水滚筒浸入所述下胶水盒内,与所述外层纸滚筒相抵,用于使所述外层纸滚筒粘胶从而对所述外层纸的底面进行涂胶;所述摆杆设于所述上胶水盒内,用于下压中层纸使之完全浸入胶水及碳酸钙粉或滑石粉混合物内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的加强型纸吸管生产装置,其特征在于,所述上胶水盒内设有上刮片和下刮片,所述上刮片和下刮片倾斜设置形成狭窄缝隙,所述中层纸经所述摆杆两面粘上胶水及碳酸钙粉或滑石粉混合物后,从所述缝隙中流出。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的加强型纸吸管生产装置,其特征在于,所述涂胶水装置还包括联动设置的顶升气缸和顶杆,所述顶杆设于所述外层纸滚筒之后,所述顶升气缸设于所述外层纸滚筒侧部,所述顶升气缸带动所述顶杆上升后顶高外层纸,使所述外层纸与所述外层纸滚筒脱离。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的加强型纸吸管生产装置,其特征在于,还包括调节把手和调节螺杆,所述调节把手用于调节所述外层纸滚筒的行程高低,从而调节所述外层纸滚筒与外层纸胶水滚筒之间的间隙大小,进一步调节外层纸底面上的胶水及碳酸钙粉或滑石粉混合物的量;所述调节螺杆用于调节所述上刮片和下刮片的行程高低,从而调节两者之间缝隙大小,进一步调节中层纸两面上的胶水及碳酸钙粉或滑石粉混合物的量。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的加强型纸吸管生产装置,其特征在于,所述转轮成型装置将所述底层纸和外层纸分别粘贴于所述中层纸的两面,同时将底层纸的外面旋转后粘贴于所述外层纸的外面,卷束形成圆筒状。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的加强型纸吸管生产装置,其特征在于,所述裁切成条装置用于将粘贴成圆筒状的吸管按照设定长度切断,所述烘干装置将切断后的吸管进行烘干,所述自动检测计数包装装置将烘干后的吸管按设定数量包装成扎。
