通常,当配送员按照用户的订单的地址到达用户的车辆附近时,可以联系用户,以使用户确定配送员已到达车辆附近。此时,用户可以打开其终端设备上安装的车辆远程控制类应用,并点击车辆远程控制类应用上的车辆远程解锁按钮,以控制车辆远程解锁。随后,用户可以打开其终端设备上安装的购物类应用,并点击购物类应用上的车辆已解锁通知按钮。或者,用户可以打开其终端设备上安装的即时通信类应用,查找到购物类应用的订阅号,点击进入购物类应用的订阅号对应的页面,并点击购物类应用的订阅号对应的页面上的车辆已解锁通知按钮。当用户点击车辆已解锁通知按钮时,可以向服务器发送车辆已解锁通知消息。服务器可以将接收到的车辆已解锁通知消息发送给配送员的终端设备。当配送员查看到车辆已解锁通知消息时,可以确认车辆已解锁。此时,配送员可以打开车辆的车门,并将物品配送到用户的车辆内。
实践中,当到达用户的车辆附近时,配送员可以通过各种方式告知用户自己已到达车辆附近。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,配送员可以打电话告知用户自己已到达车辆附近。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,配送员可以利用其终端设备向服务器发送车辆所在地已到达通知消息。当接收到车辆所在地已到达通知消息时,服务器可以向用户的终端设备发送车辆所在地已到达通知消息。通常,配送员可以打开其终端设备上安装的物流配送类应用,并点击物流配送类应用上的车辆所在地已到达通知按钮。此时,配送员的终端设备可以向服务器发送车辆所在地已到达通知消息。服务器可以将接收到的车辆所在地已到达通知消息发送给用户的终端设备。当用户查看到车辆所在地已到达通知消息时,可以认为配送员已到达用户的车辆附近。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,配送员的终端设备具有定位功能。这样,配送员的终端设备可以实时地将配送员的当前所在地的位置信息发送给服务器。当接收到配送员的当前所在地的位置信息时,服务器可以将配送员的当前所在地的位置信息与车辆所在地的位置信息进行匹配。若匹配成功,服务器可以向用户的终端设备发送车辆所在地已到达通知消息。实践中,若配送员的当前所在地与车辆所在地之间的距离不大于预设距离(例如3米),可以认为配送员的当前所在地的位置信息与车辆所在地的位置信息匹配成功。
步骤202,响应于接收到配送员的终端设备发送的物品已配送通知消息,向用户的终端设备发送物品已配送通知消息。
在本实施例中,在物品被配送到用户的车辆内之后,配送员可以利用其终端设备向服务器发送物品已配送通知消息。当接收到物品已配送通知消息时,服务器可以向用户的终端设备发送物品已配送通知消息。
通常,在配送员将物品配送到用户的车辆内,并关闭车门之后,可以点击物品配送类应用上的物品已配送通知按钮。此时,配送员的终端设备可以向服务器发送物品已配送通知消息。服务器可以将接收 到的物品已配送通知消息发送给用户的终端设备。当用户查看到物品已配送通知消息时,可以认为物品已被配送到车辆内。此时,用户可以点击车辆远程控制类应用上的车辆远程锁定按钮,以控制车辆远程锁定。
步骤203,响应于接收到用户的终端设备发送的车辆已锁定通知消息,向配送员的终端设备发送车辆已锁定通知消息。
在本实施例中,在车辆被远程锁定之后,用户可以利用其终端设备向服务器发送车辆已锁定通知消息。当接收到车辆已锁定通知消息时,服务器可以向配送员的终端设备发送车辆已锁定通知消息。
通常,在车辆被远程锁定之后,用户可以点击购物类应用上的车辆已锁定通知按钮。或者,用户可以点击购物类应用的订阅号对应的页面上的车辆已锁定通知消息。此时,用户的终端设备可以向服务器发送车辆已锁定通知消息。服务器可以将接收到的车辆已锁定通知消息发送给配送员的终端设备。当配送员查看到车辆已锁定通知消息时,可以认为本次物品配送流程结束。
实践中,若用户的订单的收货方式包括车辆收货时,可以执行本申请实施例提供的用于配送物品的方法。在通常情况下,购物类应用或即时通信应用的上的车辆已解锁通知按钮处于不可点击状态,当接收到车辆所在地已到达通知消息时,购物类应用上的车辆已解锁通知按钮转换为可点击状态。
本申请实施例还提供了用于配送物品的方法的一个应用场景。在该应用场景中,若用户的订单的收货方式是车辆收货,配送员可以根据用户的订单的地址找到用户的车辆。此时,配送员可以打开其终端设备上安装的物流配送类应用,并点击物流配送类应用上的车辆所在地已到达通知按钮,以实现通过服务器向用户的终端设备发送车辆所在地已到达通知消息。其中,图3A示出了配送员的终端上的车辆所在地已到达通知按钮的示意图。车辆所在地已到达通知按钮上可以标注有“已到达用户车辆”的文字信息。在用户打开其终端设备上安装的购物类应用,查看到车辆所在地已到达通知消息之后,可以打开其终端设备上安装的车辆远程控制类应用,并点击车辆远程控制类应用 上的车辆远程解锁按钮,以控制车辆远程解锁。随后,用户可以点击购物类应用上的车辆已解锁通知按钮,以实现通过服务器向配送员的终端设备发送车辆已解锁通知消息。其中,图3B示出了用户的终端上的车辆已解锁通知按钮的示意图。车辆已解锁通知按钮上可以标注有“通知配送员车门已开启”的文字信息。在配送员查看到车辆已解锁通知消息之后,可以打开车辆的车门,将物品配送到用户的车辆内,并关闭车门。随后,配送员点击物品配送类应用上的物品已配送通知按钮,以实现通过服务器向用户的终端设备发送物品已配送通知消息。其中,图3C示出了配送员的终端上的物品已配送通知按钮的示意图。物品已配送通知按钮上可以标注有“通知用户锁车”的文字信息。用户可以点击车辆远程控制类应用上的车辆远程锁定按钮,以控制车辆远程锁定。随后,用户可以点击购物类应用上的车辆已锁定通知按钮,以实现通过服务器向配送员的终端设备发送车辆已锁定通知消息。其中,图3D示出了用户的终端上的车辆已锁定通知按钮的示意图。车辆已锁定通知按钮上可以标注有“通知配送员车门已锁”的文字信息。在查看到车辆已锁定通知消息之后,配送员可以结束本次物品配送流程。
本申请实施例提供的用于配送物品的方法,在配送员到达用户的车辆附近的情况下,若接收到用户的终端设备发送的车辆已解锁通知消息,向配送员的终端设备发送车辆已解锁通知消息,以便于配送员将物品配送至车辆内;若接收到配送员的终端设备发送的物品已配送通知消息,向用户的终端设备发送物品已配送通知消息,以便于用户锁定车辆,确保车辆安全;若接收到用户的终端设备发送的车辆已锁定通知消息,向配送员的终端设备发送车辆已锁定通知消息,以便于配送员结束本次物品配送流程。该实施方式实现了物品配送到车辆,提高了物品配送的灵活性,降低了物品丢失率。
进一步参考图4,其示出了根据本申请的用于配送物品的方法的又一个实施例的流程400。该用于配送物品的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤401,响应于接收到配送员的终端设备发送的车辆所在地已到达通知消息,向用户的终端设备发送车辆所在地已到达通知消息。
在本实施例中,当到达用户的车辆附近时,配送员可以利用其终端设备(例如图1所示的终端设备101)向服务器(例如图1所示的服务器103)发送车辆所在地已到达通知消息。当接收到车辆所在地已到达通知消息时,服务器可以向用户的终端设备(例如图1所示的终端设备102)发送车辆所在地已到达通知消息。
通常,当配送员按照用户的订单的地址到达用户的车辆附近时,可以打开其终端设备上安装的物流配送类应用,并点击物流配送类应用上的车辆所在地已到达通知按钮。此时,配送员的终端设备可以向服务器发送车辆所在地已到达通知消息。服务器可以将接收到的车辆所在地已到达通知消息发送给用户的终端设备。当用户查看到车辆所在地已到达通知消息时,可以认为配送员已到达用户的车辆附近。
步骤402,响应于接收到用户的终端设备发送的车辆已解锁通知消息,向配送员的终端设备发送车辆已解锁通知消息,以及向配送员的摄像设备发送物品的配送视频录制解锁指令。
在本实施例中,当用户确定配送员已到达用户的车辆附近时,可以首先利用其终端设备远程操作解锁车辆,然后利用其终端设备向服务器发送车辆已解锁通知消息。当接收到车辆已解锁通知消息时,服务器可以向配送员的终端设备发送车辆已解锁通知消息,同时向配送员的摄像设备发送物品的配送视频录制解锁指令。
通常,配送员的身上佩戴有摄像设备,其镜头正对前方。当接收到车辆已解锁通知消息时,服务器可以向配送员的摄像设备发送物品的配送视频录制解锁指令。当接收到配送视频录制解锁指令时,摄像设备可以开启录制功能,以录制配送员配送物品的配送视频。
步骤403,响应于接收到配送员的终端设备发送的物品已配送通知消息,向用户的终端设备发送物品已配送通知消息。
在本实施例中,步骤403的具体操作已在图2所示的实施例中步骤202中进行了详细的介绍,在此不再赘述。
步骤404,响应于接收到用户的终端设备发送的车辆已锁定通知消息,向配送员的终端设备发送车辆已锁定通知消息,以及向配送员的摄像设备发送物品的配送视频录制停止指令。
在本实施例中,在车辆被远程锁定之后,用户可以利用其终端设备向服务器发送车辆已锁定通知消息。当接收到车辆已锁定通知消息时,服务器可以向配送员的终端设备发送车辆已锁定通知消息,同时向配送员的摄像设备发送物品的配送视频录制停止指令。
通常,当接收到车辆已锁定通知消息时,服务器可以向配送员的摄像设备发送物品的配送视频录制停止指令。当接收到配送视频录制停止指令时,摄像设备可以关闭录制功能。此时,摄像设备已将物品配送的全过程录制成配送视频。
步骤405,从配送员的摄像设备获取物品的配送视频,以及对物品的配送视频进行存储。
在本实施例中,当物品的配送视频录制完成之后,摄像设备可以将物品的配送视频上传到服务器。服务器可以对从配送员的摄像设备获取到物品的配送视频进行存储。
步骤406,向用户的终端设备发送物品的配送视频查看通知消息。
在本实施例中,在物品的配送视频被存储在服务器中之后,服务器可以向用户的终端设备发送物品的配送视频查看通知消息。
步骤407,响应于接收到用户的终端设备发送的物品的配送视频查看确认消息,将物品的配送视频发送给用户的终端设备。
在本实施例中,若用户想要查看物品的配送视频,可以利用其终端设备向服务器发送物品的配送视频查看确认消息。当接收到物品的配送视频查看确认消息之后,服务器可以将物品的配送视频发送给用户的终端设备。
通常,若用户想要查看物品的配送视频,可以点击购物类应用上或购物类应用的订阅号对应的页面上的配送视频查看确认按钮。此时,用户的终端设备可以向服务器发送配送视频查看确认消息。在接收到配送视频查看确认消息时,服务器可以将物品的配送视频发送给用户的终端设备。在接收到物品的配送视频之后,若用户点击物品的配送视频上的播放按钮,即可在用户的终端设备上播放物品的配送视频。
实践中,配送员也可以在告知用户自己已到达车辆附近之后,手动开启摄像设备的摄像功能,在查看到用户发送的车辆已锁定通知消 息之后,手动关闭摄像设备的摄像功能,并将所拍摄的物品的配送视频手动上传到服务器中。
从图4中可以看出,与图2对应的实施例相比,本实施例中的视频通信方法的流程400增加了录制物品的配送视频的步骤。由此,本实施例描述的方案将配送员打开车门配送物品,到关闭车门的整个过程录制成视频,供用户查看,从而提高了物品配送过程的安全性。
进一步参考图5,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本申请提供了一种用于配送物品的装置的一个实施例,该装置实施例与图2所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图5所示,本实施例的用于配送物品的装置500可以包括:第一发送单元501、第二发送单元502和第三发送单元503。其中,第一发送单元501,被配置成响应于接收到用户的终端设备发送的车辆已解锁通知消息,向配送员的终端设备发送车辆已解锁通知消息;第二发送单元502,被配置成响应于接收到配送员的终端设备发送的物品已配送通知消息,向用户的终端设备发送物品已配送通知消息,其中,物品被配送至车辆内;第三发送单元503,被配置成响应于接收到用户的终端设备发送的车辆已锁定通知消息,向配送员的终端设备发送车辆已锁定通知消息。
在本实施例中,用于配送物品的装置500中:第一发送单元501、第二发送单元502和第三发送单元503的具体处理及其所带来的技术效果可分别参考图2对应实施例中的步骤201、步骤202和步骤203的相关说明,在此不再赘述。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,用于配送物品的装置500还包括:
第四发送单元(图中未示出),被配置成响应于接收到配送员的终端设备发送的车辆所在地已到达通知消息,向用户的终端设备发送车辆所在地已到达通知消息。

下面参考图6,其示出了适于用来实现本申请实施例的电子设备(例如图1所示的服务器103)的计算机系统600的结构示意图。图6示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图6所示,计算机系统600包括中央处理单元(CPU)601,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)602中的程序或者从存储部分608加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)603中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 603中,还存储有系统600操作所需的各种程序和数据。CPU 601、ROM 602以及RAM 603通过总线604彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口605也连接至总线604。

  1. 一种用于配送物品的方法,包括:
    响应于接收到用户的终端设备发送的车辆已解锁通知消息,向配送员的终端设备发送所述车辆已解锁通知消息;
    响应于接收到所述配送员的终端设备发送的物品已配送通知消息,向所述用户的终端设备发送所述物品已配送通知消息,其中,所述物品被配送至所述车辆内;以及
    响应于接收到所述用户的终端设备发送的车辆已锁定通知消息,向所述配送员的终端设备发送所述车辆已锁定通知消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述响应于接收到用户的终端设备发送的车辆已解锁通知消息,向配送员的终端设备发送所述车辆已解锁通知消息之前,还包括:
    响应于接收到所述配送员的终端设备发送的车辆所在地已到达通知消息,向所述用户的终端设备发送所述车辆所在地已到达通知消息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述响应于接收到用户的终端设备发送的车辆已解锁通知消息,向配送员的终端设备发送所述车辆已解锁通知消息之前,还包括:
    接收所述配送员的终端设备发送的所述配送员的当前所在地的位置信息;
    将所述配送员的当前所在地的位置信息与所述车辆所在地的位置信息进行匹配;以及
    响应于匹配成功,向所述用户的终端设备发送所述车辆所在地已到达通知消息。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3之一所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到所述用户的终端设备发送的所述车辆已解锁通知消息,向所述配送员的摄像设备发送所述物品的配送视频录制解锁指令; 以及
    响应于接收到所述用户的终端设备发送的所述车辆已锁定通知消息,向所述配送员的摄像设备发送所述物品的配送视频录制停止指令。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,在所述向所述配送员的摄像设备发送所述物品的配送视频录制停止指令之后,还包括:
    从所述配送员的摄像设备获取所述物品的配送视频,以及对所述物品的配送视频进行存储。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,在所述从所述配送员的摄像设备获取所述物品的配送视频,以及对所述物品的配送视频进行存储之后,还包括:
    向所述用户的终端设备发送所述物品的配送视频查看通知消息;以及
    响应于接收到所述用户的终端设备发送的所述物品的配送视频查看确认消息,将所述物品的配送视频发送给所述用户的终端设备。
  7. 一种用于配送物品的装置,包括:
    第一发送单元,被配置成响应于接收到用户的终端设备发送的车辆已解锁通知消息,向配送员的终端设备发送所述车辆已解锁通知消息;
    第二发送单元,被配置成响应于接收到所述配送员的终端设备发送的物品已配送通知消息,向所述用户的终端设备发送所述物品已配送通知消息,其中,所述物品被配送至所述车辆内;以及
    第三发送单元,被配置成响应于接收到所述用户的终端设备发送的所述车辆已锁定通知消息,向所述配送员的终端设备发送所述车辆已锁定通知消息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第四发送单元,被配置成响应于接收到所述配送员的终端设备发 送的车辆所在地已到达通知消息,向所述用户的终端设备发送所述车辆所在地已到达通知消息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    接收单元,被配置成接收所述配送员的终端设备发送的所述配送员的当前所在地的位置信息;
    匹配单元,被配置成将所述配送员的当前所在地的位置信息与所述车辆所在地的位置信息进行匹配;以及
    第五发送单元,被配置成响应于匹配成功,向所述用户的终端设备发送所述车辆所在地已到达通知消息。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9之一所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第六发送单元,被配置成响应于接收到所述用户的终端设备发送的所述车辆已解锁通知消息,向所述配送员的摄像设备发送所述物品的配送视频录制解锁指令;

  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第八发送单元,被配置成向所述用户的终端设备发送所述物品的配送视频查看通知消息;以及
    第九发送单元,被配置成响应于接收到所述用户的终端设备发送的所述物品的配送视频查看确认消息,将所述物品的配送视频发送给所述用户的终端设备。
  13. 一种电子设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,其上存储有一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-6中任一所述的方法。
  14. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-6中任一所述的方法。
