带钢纵剪机组是把宽带卷裁剪成多个窄带卷的机组,主要设备为开卷机、导向部分、分条机、张力机、卷取机,其中分条机是主要部件。分条机将带钢裁剪的过程中,被剪裁后的带钢通常向两边侧移,带钢侧边与传输辊侧边摩擦,产生刺耳的噪音,因此设计一种带钢分条机用防摩擦降噪装置十分必要。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能有效解决带钢原始边摩擦问题的带钢分条机用防摩擦降噪装置。

所述移动座4设于底座2的顶面上并与底座2滑动连接,所述移动座4的底端与螺纹丝杆3通过螺母进行连接,所述底座2与另一移动座4相对的侧面上设有滚筒槽41;

上述带钢分条机用防摩擦降噪装置的工作过程为:工作时,通过转动两个螺纹丝杆3调整与其连接的移动座4的位置,使得两个移动座4之间的距离略小于分条辊1的长度,由分条机裁切完的带钢被分条辊1传送出,两个移动座4对带钢进行定位并通过两个滚筒5挤压带钢,使得被裁切的小规格的带钢向中间聚拢,从而保证带钢不会与分条辊1两端的挡片相互摩擦产生噪音。
