- the setting synchronization units 55, 65 determine whether or not inertia ratio estimation is permitted (step 331). That is, it is judged whether the order of inertia ratio estimation has come around to its own axis. If the first axis 2 1 is the axis that is included in the related axes and for which the inertia ratio estimation is to be performed first, regardless of the conditions of the other axes included in the related axes, in step 3 3 1 To be judged. At this time, the load machine 2 tries the positioning operation including the related axes (step 3 3 2), and the inertia estimation section of the servo drivers 1 5 and 1 6 of the 1st axis 2 1 estimates the inertia ratio. (Step 3 3 3).
- the setting synchronization unit 55 updates the value of the inertia ratio estimation flag of the first axis 2 1 to 1 in the inertia ratio estimation table held by itself. Yes (step 3 3 4). And the setting synchronization unit 5 5 ⁇ 0 2020/175383 16 ⁇ (: 171? 2020 /007148

- the inertia ratio estimation table held by the servo driver 16 of the 2nd axis the inertia ratio estimation flag for the 1st axis 2 1 which is supposed to perform the inertia ratio estimation immediately before is updated to 1. Therefore, it is judged to be bad in step 3 3 1. Therefore, the setting synchronization unit 65 of the second-axis servo driver 16 causes the inertia ratio estimation unit 62 to estimate the inertia ratio (step 332).
- the inertia ratio estimation flag of the inertia ratio estimation table is updated to 1 (step 3 3 4) and the other axes included in the related axes are also updated. , Transmits the identification information of the second axis and the value 1 of the inertia ratio estimation flag (steps 3 3 5).
