【发明内容】
【发明所要解决的技术问题】
根据参考文献 1中描述的镜头卡口, 由于设置了螺丝结构, 因此增加了光轴方向 上的厚度。 因此, 需要一种能够通过摄像装置牢固地固定可更换镜头的小型卡口。
【用于解决问题的技术手段】
根据本发明的一个方面的卡口可以是将可更换镜头可装卸地连接到摄像装置的 卡口。 卡口可以包括固定到摄像装置的环形固定部。 卡口可以包括环形可动部, 其具 有与可更换镜头所具有的第一爪部分接合的第二爪部分,配置成比固定部更靠近摄像 面侧, 并且可以在与固定部接触的同时旋转。 卡口可以包括施力部, 其配置成比可动 部更靠近摄像面侧, 并且对可动部向固定部施力。 与可动部接触的固定部的第一面或 与固定部接触的可动部的第二面中的至少一个可以具有与可动部的旋转方向形成角 度的倾斜面。 可动部沿着倾斜面在第一方向上旋转的同时朝向摄像面侧移动, 并且第 二爪部分可以将第一爪部分向摄像面侧按压, 从而将可更换镜头固定到摄像装置。
卡口可以包括操作部, 其配置成比固定部更靠近被摄体侧, 隔着固定部固定到可 动部, 并且具有用于操作可动部旋转的杆。
固定部可以在第一面上具有第一倾斜面, 其作为倾斜面, 沿着相对于第一方向在 摄像面侧上形成锐角的方向上倾斜。
固定部可以在第一面上沿着固定部的圆周具有多个第一倾斜面。
可动部可以在第二面上具有第二倾斜面其作为倾斜面, 沿着相对于与第一方向相 反的第二方向在被摄体侧上形成锐角的方向上倾斜。
可动部可以在第二面上沿着可动部的圆周具有多个第二倾斜面。
固定部可以在第一面上具有第一倾斜面, 其作为倾斜面, 沿着相对于第一方向在 摄像面侧上形成锐角的方向上倾斜。
可动部可以在第二面上具有第二倾斜面, 其作为倾斜面, 沿着相对于与第一方向 相反的第二方向在被摄体侧上形成锐角的方向上倾斜。
固定部可以在第一面上沿着固定部的圆周具有多个第一倾斜面。可动部可以在第 二面上沿着可动部的圆周具有多个第二倾斜面。
通过将可动部相对于固定部沿第一方向旋转,在第二倾斜面与第一倾斜面接触之 后, 进而通过将第二倾斜面在第一倾斜面上滑动, 可动部可以朝向摄像面侧移动。
固定部可以包括在摄像面侧具有第一面的环形部分; 以及在环形部分外侧比环形 部分更向摄像面侧突出的法兰部分。 施力部可以固定在法兰部分。
环形部分可以具有用于配置与可更换镜头的电触点电连接的电触点的通孔。 可动部可以在与通孔相对的位置处具有孤形通槽。
根据本发明的一个方面的摄像装置可以包括: 上述卡口以及图像传感器。
根据本发明的一个方面的摄像系统可以包括: 上述摄像装置; 以及支撑机构, 其 支撑摄像装置, 以便可以调节摄像装置的姿势。
根据本发明的一个方面的移动体可以是具备摄像系统并进行移动的移动体。 根据本发明的一个方面, 可以提供一种能够通过摄像装置牢固地固定可更换镜头 的小型卡口。

【具体实施方式】
以下, 通过发明的实施方式来对本发明进行说明, 但是以下实施方式并不限制权 利要求书所涉及的发明。 此外, 实施方式中说明的特征的所有组合未必是发明的解决 方案所必须的。
图 1是从摄像面侧观察到的根据本实施例的摄像装置 100的外观立体图。图 2是 从摄像装置 100的摄像面的相反侧观察到的外观立体图。摄像装置 100包括图像传感 器 120和用于将可更换镜头可装卸地连接到摄像装置 100的卡口 800。 摄像装置 100 可以在安装可更换镜头状态下, 由调节摄像装置 100的姿势的支撑机构支撑。 摄像装 置 100可以安装在移动体上。 摄像装置 100可以经由支撑机构安装在移动体上。 所谓 移动体, 是指包括在空中移动的飞行体、 在地面上移动的车辆、 在水上移动的船舶等 的概念。 所谓在空中移动的飞行体, 除了无人驾驶飞行器 (UAV), 还包括在空中移 动的其他飞行器, 飞艇, 直升机等。
图 3是摄像装置 100的功能块的一个示例。 摄像装置 100包括摄像控制部 110、 图像传感器 120、 存储器 130和卡口 800。 图像传感器 120可以由 CCD或 CMOS构 成。 图像传感器 120拍摄通过可更换镜头形成的光学图像, 并将拍摄的图像输出到摄 像控制部 110。 摄像控制部 110可以由 CPU或 MPU等微处理器、 MCU等微控制器 等构成。 摄像控制部 110可以根据摄像装置 100的操作命令来控制摄像装置 100。
存储器 130可以为计算机可读记录介质, 可以包括 SRAM、 DRAM、 EPROM、 EEPROM、 USB存储器及固态硬盘 (SSD) 等闪存中的至少一个。 存储器 130存储摄 像控制部 110对图像传感器 120等进行控制所需的程序等。存储器 130可以设置于摄 像装置 100的壳体内部。存储器 130可以设置成可从摄像装置 100的壳体上拆卸下来。
卡口 800具有用于将可更换镜头可装卸地连接到摄像装置 100的机械结构。卡口 800设置在相对图像传感器 120的摄像面的位置处。 卡口 800具有锁销 801和电触点 802 o 锁销 801设置成通过例如弹簧等的弹性体向被摄体侧施力。 当可更换镜头在将 锁销 801压向摄像面侧的同时进行旋转, 可更换镜头旋转到预定位置时, 锁销 801嵌 入用于定位可更换镜头的插入孔中, 可更换镜头被锁定在摄像装置 100上。 此外, 当 可更换镜头旋转到预定位置时, 电触点 802和可更换镜头的电触点电连接。 此外, 被 摄体是指如由摄像装置 100拍摄的人或如风景的对象之类的对象。被摄体侧指的是与
摄像面相对的一侧、 摄像装置 100的正面侧、 存在由摄像装置 100摄像的对象的空间 侧等。
图 4是从卡口 210侧观察到的可更换镜头 200外观立体图。可更换镜头 200侧的 卡口 210具有沿外周向外侧突出的多个爪部分 (protrusion portion) 212。
图 5A是从表面侧观察到的摄像装置 100侧的卡口 800的分解立体图。 图 5B是 从背面侧观察的摄像装置 100侧的卡口 800的分解立体图。
卡口 800包括环形固定部 (ring-shaped fixing member)400、环形可动部 (ring-shaped movable member)500、 环形施力部 600和环形操作部 700。 固定部 400固定到摄像装 置 100。 固定部 400可以固定到摄像装置 100的壳体。 固定部 400可以固定到摄像装 置 100的壳体的正面侧的面上。 固定部 400具有环形部分 (ring-shaped portion)402和 法兰部分 (flange portion)404。 环形部分 402具有在摄像面侧的面 401和在被摄体侧的 面 403。 面 401是第一面的一个示例。 环形部分 402具有多个通孔 408, 用于配置电 连接到可更换镜头 200的多个电触点的多个电触点 802。法兰部分 404于环形部分 402 的外侧比环形部分 402更向摄像面侧突出。 固定部 400经由法兰部分 404固定到摄像 装置 100。 固定部 400可以经由法兰部分 404螺纹固定到摄像装置 100的壳体。另外, “部 (member) ” , 是指包括材料和板材等的结构构件的概念。
可动部 500配置成比固定部 400更靠近摄像面侧,并且可在与固定部 400接触的 同时旋转。可动部 500具有与可更换镜头 200所具有的爪部分 212接合的爪部分 504。 可动部 500具有在内周上向内突出的多个爪部分 (protrusion portion)504o 可动部 500 在与通孔 408相对的位置处具有孤形通槽 512。 可动部 500具有在外周处向外突出并 且固定到操作部 700的安装部分 506。 可动部 500相对于固定部 400可旋转地配置。
施力部 600配置成比可动部 500更靠近摄像面侧, 并且对可动部 500 向固定部 400施力。 施力部 600将可动部 500相对于固定部 400可旋转地、 沿摄像装置 100的 光轴方向可移动地推动。 施力部 600将可动部 500夹于中间而固定到法兰部分 404。 施力部 600可以螺纹固定到法兰部分 404上。施力部 600在内周上具有多个片簧 604。 多个片簧 604配置成孤形。 通过多个片簧 604将可动部 500朝向环形部 402的面 401 施压。
操作部 700配置成比固定部 400更靠近被摄体侧,并且隔着固定部 400固定到可 动部 500。操作部 700具有环形部分 702和从环形部分 702的外周向外突出的杆 704。 用户可以通过操作杆 704使可动部 500与操作部 700—同相对于固定部 400旋转。杆 704具有用于将可动部 500的安装部分 (atachment portion)506设置在摄像面侧上的凹 槽 706。 安装部分 506嵌入凹槽 706中并固定。 因此, 操作部 700相对于固定部 400 与可动部 500—起旋转。 环形部 702在摄像面侧具有环形凹槽 705。 操作部 700具有 在凹槽 705的侧壁上向内侧突出的多个爪部分 (protrusion portion)708。 固定部 400具 有在法兰部分 404的外周面上对应于爪部分 708的缺口部 410。 操作部 700的爪部分 708经由缺口部 410嵌入固定部 400。 爪部分 708与法兰部分 404的摄像面侧上的面 接合, 以防止操作部 700从固定部 400脱离。
在如上所述构造的卡口 800中, 通过将可动部 500相对于固定部 400旋转, 可动 部 500的爪部分 504与可更换镜头 200的爪部分 212接合。
固定部 400在与可动部 500接触的面 401上,具有相对于可动部 500的旋转方向 成一角度的倾斜面 406。 可动部 500在与固定部 400接触的面 502上, 具有相对于固 定部 400的旋转方向成一角度的倾斜面 508。
其结果是, 可动部 500沿着倾斜面 406和倾斜面 508在第一方向上旋转的同时朝 向摄像面侧移动, 可动部 500的爪部分 504将可更换镜头 200的爪部分 212按压到摄 像面侧, 从而将可更换镜头 200固定到摄像装置 100。
图 6A是从摄像面侧观察到的固定部 400的外观立体图。图 6B是由图 6A中的符 号 430包围的部分的放大图。 固定部 400具有相对于可动部 500旋转的第一方向 950 朝向摄像面侧逐渐升高的倾斜面 406。 固定部 400在面 401上具有孤形的多个倾斜面 406。 多个倾斜面 406沿着固定部 400的圆周形成。
图 7A是从被摄体侧观察到的可动部 500的外观立体图。图 7B是由图 7B中的符 号 530包围的部分的放大图。 可动部 500在面对固定部 400的面 502上, 具有相对于 与可动部 500旋转的第一方向 950相反的第二方向 960朝向被摄体侧逐渐升高的倾斜 面 508。 可动部 500在面 502上具有孤形的多个倾斜面 508。 多个倾斜面 508沿着可 动部 500的圆周形成。
图 8A, 8B和 8C是示意性地示出固定部 400的倾斜面 406和可动部 500的倾斜 面 508的剖视图。 固定部在面 401上具有倾斜面 406, 该倾斜面沿着从侧面侧观察, 相对于第一方向 950在摄像面侧形成锐角 902的方向上倾斜。可动部 500在面 502上 具有倾斜面 508 , 该倾斜面沿着从侧面侧观察, 相对于与第一方向 950相反的第二方 向 960在被摄体侧上形成锐角 912的方向上倾斜。
如图 8A所示, 当可动部 500相对于固定部 400在第一方向 950上旋转时, 如图 8B所示, 倾斜面 508接触倾斜面 406。 此外, 当可动部 500相对于固定部 400在第一 方向 950上旋转时, 如图 8C所示, 倾斜面 508在倾斜面 406上滑动。 结果, 可动部 500 在第一方向 950 上相对于固定部 400 旋转的同时沿着朝向摄像面侧的第三方向 952移动。 因此, 可动部 500的爪部分 504通过将可更换镜头 200的爪部分 212压向 摄像面侧, 从而将可更换镜头 200固定到摄像装置 100。
此外, 在本实施例中, 将描述固定部 400和可动部 500均具有倾斜面的示例。 然 而, 固定部 400和可动部 500中的至少一个可以具有倾斜面。 当固定部 400和可动部 500中的一个具有倾斜面时, 固定部 400和可动部 500中的另一个可以具有在面对倾 斜面的位置处使倾斜面滑动的突出部。

图 11A, 11B和 13C的状态示出了操作部 700和可动部 500相对于固定部 400从 图 10A, 10B和 13B 的状态进一步旋转的状态。 在该状态下, 可动部 500的倾斜面 508在固定部 400的倾斜面 406上滑动, 并且可动部 500在摄像面侧沿第三方向 952 移动。 由此, 在图 11A, 图 11B和图 13C的状态下, 可更换镜头 200的爪部分 212 和可动部 500的爪部分 504接合,并且可动部 500的爪部分 504沿第三方向 952按压 可更换镜头 200的爪部分 212。 由此, 可更换镜头 200被按压并固定到摄像装置 100 的摄像面侧。
作为用于在可动部 500 相对于固定部 400 旋转的同时移动到摄像面侧的机械结 构,可以想到在固定部 400和可动部 500中的每一个上形成螺纹的形态。在该形态下, 通过可动部 500相对于固定部 400旋转,可动部 500沿着螺纹向摄像面侧移动。然而, 在这种结构中, 为了使可动部 500朝向摄像面侧移动一定距离, 为了形成螺纹, 在一 定程度上需要在固定部 400和可动部 500中的每一个的光轴方向上具有厚度。由于该 厚度, 指示从镜头安装面到摄像面的距离的法兰距变长。 此外, 当在可动部 500的外 周部中形成螺纹并在固定部 400中形成与螺纹相对应的螺纹时, 固定部 400具有围绕 可动部 500的外周部的结构, 并且需要在结构的内壁上形成螺纹。 通过将这种结构设 在固定部 400, 从而增大固定部 400的外径。 即, 卡口 800的尺寸增大。
另一方面, 根据本实施例的卡口 800, 仅需要在固定部 400和可动部 500中的至 少一个的相对的面上形成在可动部 500 旋转的同时朝向摄像面侧移动的倾斜面。 因 此, 与用于形成螺纹的结构相比, 可以缩短法兰距并且可以使卡口 800小型化。
上述摄像装置 100可以搭载于移动体上。 摄像装置 100还可以搭载于如图 14所 示的无人驾驶航空器 (UAV) 上。 UAV10可以具备 UAV主体 20、 万向节 50、 多个 摄像装置 60、 及摄像装置 100。 万向节 50及摄像装置 100为摄像系统的一个示例。 UAV10为由推进部推进的移动体的一个示例。 移动体的概念是指除 UAV之外, 包括 在空中移动的飞机等飞行体、 在地面上移动的车辆、 在水上移动的船舶等。
UAV主体 20具备多个旋翼。 多个旋翼为推进部的一个示例。 UAV主体 20通过 控制多个旋翼的旋转而使 UAV10飞行。 UAV主体 20使用例如四个旋翼来使 UAV10 飞行。 旋翼的数量不限于四个。 另外, UAV10也可以是没有旋翼的固定翼机。
摄像装置 100为对包含在所期望的摄像范围内的被摄体进行拍摄的摄像用相机。 万向节 50可旋转地支撑摄像装置 100。 万向节 50为支撑机构的一个示例。 例如, 万 向节 50使用致动器以俯仰轴可旋转地支撑摄像装置 100。 万向节 50使用致动器进一 步分别以滚转轴和偏航轴为中心可旋转地支撑摄像装置 100。 万向节 50 可通过使摄 像装置 100以偏航轴、 俯仰轴以及滚转轴中的至少一个为中心旋转, 来变更摄像装置 100的姿势。
多个摄像装置 60是为了控制 UAV10的飞行而对 UAV10的周围进行拍摄的传感 用相机。 两个摄像装置 60可以设置于 UAV10的机头、 即正面。 并且, 其它两个摄像 装置 60可以设置于 UAV10的底面。 正面侧的两个摄像装置 60可以成对, 起到所谓 的立体相机的作用。 底面侧的两个摄像装置 60也可以成对, 起到立体相机的作用。 可以根据由多个摄像装置 60 所拍摄的图像来生成 UAV10 周围的三維空间数据。 UAV10所具备的摄像装置 60的数量不限于四个。 UAV10具备至少一个摄像装置 60 即可。 UAV10也可以在 UAV10的机头、 机尾、 侧面、 底面及顶面分别具备至少一个 摄像装置 60。 摄像装置 60中可设置的视角可大于摄像装置 100中可设置的视角。 摄 像装置 60也可以具有单焦点镜头或鱼眼镜头。
远程操作装置 300与 UAV10通信, 以远程操作 UAV10。 远程操作装置 300可以 与 UAV10进行无线通信。 远程操作装置 300向 UAV10发送表示上升、 下降、 加速、 减速、 前进、 后退、 旋转等与 UAV10的移动有关的各种指令的指示信息。 指示信息 包括例如使 UAV10的高度上升的指示信息。指示信息可以表示 UAV10应该位于的高 度。 UAV10进行移动, 以位于从远程操作装置 300接收的指示信息所表示的高度。 指示信息可以包括使 UAV10上升的上升指令。 UAV10在接受上升指令的期间上升。 在 UAV10的高度已达到上限高度时, 即使接受上升指令, 也可以限制 UAV10上升。

Claims
1. 一种将可更换镜头可装卸地连接到摄像装置的卡口, 包括:
固定在所述摄像装置上的环形固定部;
环形可动部, 其具有与所述可更换镜头所具有的第一爪部分接合的第二爪部分, 配置成比所述固定部更靠近摄像面侧, 并且可以在与所述固定部接触的同时旋转; 以 及
施力部, 其配置成比所述可动部更靠近所述摄像面侧, 并且对所述可动部向所述 固定部施力,
与所述可动部接触的所述固定部的第一面或与所述固定部接触的所述可动部的 第二面中的至少一个具有与所述可动部的旋转方向形成角度的倾斜面,
所述可动部沿着所述倾斜面在第一方向上旋转的同时朝向所述摄像面侧移动,并 且所述第二爪部分将所述第一爪部分向所述摄像面侧按压,从而将所述可更换镜头固 定到所述摄像装置。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的卡口, 其特征在于, 还包括: 操作部, 其配置成比所 述固定部更接近被摄体侧, 隔着所述固定部固定到所述可动部, 并且具有用于操作所 述可动部旋转的杆。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的卡口, 其特征在于, 所述固定部在所述第一面上具有 第一倾斜面, 所述第一倾斜面作为所述倾斜面, 沿着相对于所述第一方向在所述摄像 面侧上形成锐角的方向上倾斜。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的卡口, 其特征在于, 所述固定部在所述第一面上沿着 所述固定部的圆周具有多个所述第一倾斜面。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的卡口,所述可动部在所述第二面上,具有第二倾斜面, 所述第二倾斜面作为所述倾斜面, 沿着相对于与所述第一方向相反的第二方向在被摄 体侧上形成锐角的方向上倾斜。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的卡口, 其特征在于, 所述可动部在所述第二面上沿着 所述可动部的圆周具有多个所述第二倾斜面。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的卡口, 其特征在于, 所述固定部在所述第一面上, 具 有第一倾斜面, 所述第一倾斜面作为所述倾斜面, 沿着相对于第一方向在所述摄像面 侧上形成锐角的方向上倾斜,

9. 根据权利要求 8所述的卡口, 其特征在于, 通过将所述可动部相对于所述固 定部沿所述第一方向旋转, 在所述第二倾斜面与所述第一倾斜面接触之后, 进而通过 将所述第二倾斜面在所述第一倾斜面上滑动,从而使所述可动部朝向所述摄像面侧移 动。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的卡口, 其特征在于, 所述固定部包括:
在所述摄像面侧具有所述第一面的环形部分; 以及
在所述环形部分的外侧比所述环形部分更向所述摄像面侧突出的法兰部分, 所述施力部固定在法兰部分。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的卡口, 其特征在于, 所述环形部分具有用于配置与 所述可更换镜头的电触点电连接的电触点的通孔。
12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的卡口, 其特征在于, 所述可动部在与所述通孔相对 的位置处具有孤形通槽。
13. 一种摄像装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 根据权利要求 1至 12中任一项所述的 卡口; 以及图像传感器。
14. 一种摄像系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 根据权利要求 13所述的摄像装置; 以 及
支撑机构, 其支撑所述摄像装置, 以便能够调节所述摄像装置的姿态。
15. 一种移动体, 其特征在于, 其具备根据权利要求 14所述的摄像系统并进行 移动。
