깨끗이 세척한 쇠비름과 설탕을 1:1의 중량비로 항아리에 넣고 입구는 공기가 통하는 천으로 밀봉하여 공기 중 미생물이 자연스럽게 접균되도록 하였다. 2일이 경과한 후 바닥에 있는 설탕까지 모두 녹을 때까지 저어주고 뒤집어 주었다. 줄기에서 수분이 모두 빠져 나와 줄기가 떠오를 때 줄기를 돌로 눌러 원액 속에 잠기도록 하고 항아리를 밀봉하였다. 밀봉부터 100일 동안 숙성시킨 후 아래에 가라앉은 침전물을 걸러내고 위쪽에 뜬 맑은 액체만을 취득하였다.The cleansed purslane and sugar were put in a jar at a weight ratio of 1:1, and the mouth was sealed with a cloth through which air was passed, so that microorganisms in the air were naturally contaminated. 쇠비름 추출물과 옥타데카디엔산을 처음 혼합하면 2개 층으로 상분리 되지만(상층이 옥타데카디엔산, 하층이 쇠비름 추출물), 20℃~40℃ 온도를 유지하면서 혼합 시 쇠비름효소의 발효 효과에 의하여 두 층이 최종적으로 완전히 혼합될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 41℃를 넘어서면 미생물이 모두 죽어서 더 이상의 발효 효과를 보지 못하였다. 그리하여 온도를 20℃부터 1℃씩 올려서 최적온도를 찾은 결과, 38℃에서 약8일정도(총190~192시간) 후에 두 물질이 완벽히 혼합되었다. 38℃보다 낮게 설정 후 혼합하면 두 물질이 완전히 혼합되는데 약4주 이상의 시간이 소요되었다. 결국 두 물질이 화장품 제형으로 적합하게 섞이는데 최적의 온도는 38℃이고 시간은 8일이 필요한 것을 확인하였다.When the purslane extract and octadecadienoic acid are first mixed, the phase is separated into two layers (the upper layer is octadecadienoic acid and the lower layer is purslane extract), but when mixing while maintaining the temperature of 20℃~40℃, the fermentation effect of purslane enzyme It was confirmed that the layers could finally be thoroughly mixed. 패널테스트Panel test
상기 제조한 실시예 1~2 및 비교예 1~2의 화장료 조성물과 정제수를 혼합하여 미스트를 제조한 후, 20~50대 여성 60명의 전문패널에 위한 관능평가를 수행하였다. 미스트를 4주 동안 아침, 저녁으로 하루 2회 꾸준히 사용한 후 심층면접을 통해 보습, 눈가주름개선 및 피부진정 효과에 대한 결과를 도출하였다. 또한 상기 실시예 1~2 및 비교예 1~2의 화장료 조성물을 이용하여 세럼을 제조하고 상기 전문패널에 의한 발림성 시험을 실시하였으며 그 결과를 하기 표 1에 나타내었다. 평가 스코어는 다음과 같았다.After preparing a   mist by mixing the cosmetic compositions of Examples 1 to 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 2 and purified water prepared above, a sensory evaluation was performed for a professional panel of 60 women in their 20s to 50s. 평가 결과, 실시예 1~2의 조성물을 사용한 미스트의 보습력이 뛰어났으며 특히 실시예 1의 경우 쇠비름 추출물만을 포함하는 비교예 1에 비해 1.5배이상 각질층까지 침투해서 높은 수분감을 나타내며 보습력 월등한 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 실시예 1~2의 조성물을 포함하는 미스트를 꾸준히 사용한 결과 건조한 피부가 많이 개선되었을 뿐만 아니라 눈가의 주름도 다소 옅어지었으며, 피부자극이 없고 촉촉하고 간지럼증도 완화되어 피부진정 효과도 탁월한 것으로 확인되었다. 실시예 1~2의 조성물을 포함하는 세럼의 경우 바르고 난 뒤 메이크업 시 화장이 잘 먹는다는 평가를 받았다.반면에, 비교예 1의 경우 보습력이 많이 약했고, 비교예 2의 경우 특히 발림성 측면에서 끈적이며 좋지 않았으며 미스트 및 세럼 내 상 분리가 발생하여 화장품의 제형에 적합하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다.As a result of the evaluation, the moisturizing power of the mist using the compositions of Examples 1 to 2 was excellent.In particular, in the case of Example 1, it penetrated to the stratum corneum by 1.5 times or more compared to Comparative Example 1 containing only purslane extract, showing high moisture sensation and superior moisturizing power.
