Background
Purslane (Portulaca oleracea L), which is a Portulacaceae plant, is a traditional Chinese medicine in China, has the effects of dissipating blood, reducing swelling, clearing heat and removing toxicity, and is one of 78 wild plants with homology of medicine and food specified by Ministry of health in China. The whole herb of purslane contains rich adrenalin, flavone, cardiac glycoside and other substances, and research results show that: the seeds and leaves of the purslane contain rich unsaturated fatty acids, such as omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, the omega-3 and 6 fatty acids can effectively reduce the production of arachidonic acid, and the unsaturated fatty acids are important anti-inflammatory components in human bodies, particularly skins.
In recent years, skin care products mainly comprising natural ingredients and plant ingredients are gradually noticed and favored, and new skin care products comprising natural ingredients are continuously developed to achieve better skin care effects, so that the skin care products become an important research subject in the field at present. The use of skin care products is not limited to the field of simple skin care at present, but also extends to the field of adjuvant therapy of certain skin diseases.
For skin care products and medicines, the percutaneous absorption rate of active ingredients is an important product index, unsaturated fatty acids such as omega-3 fatty acid and the like contained in purslane are fat-soluble oily substances which are generally difficult to transport transdermally and are easy to wash away after remaining on the surface of the skin after use. Thus, there is a need to enhance the effect of transdermal delivery of oily purslane extracts.
Asparagus (Asparagus officinalis linn), academic name Asparagus, bamboo shoot, etc., is a perennial herb plant of Asparagus of Liliaceae. The asparagus is a health-care vegetable with excellent quality and rich nutrition, contains amino acids, mineral substances and other various nutrient elements which are indispensable to human bodies, and also contains various active ingredients such as saponin compounds, flavonoids and the like. The asparagus extract has various pharmacological activities such as hemolysis, cholesterol reduction, anti-inflammation and tumor inhibition, and researches show that the asparagus extract has anticancer and antibacterial effects.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discovers that the asparagus extract can obviously improve the transdermal delivery rate of the oily purslane extract containing the unsaturated fatty acid active ingredient, thereby improving the application prospect and value of the oily purslane extract in the fields of cosmetics and medicines by percutaneous absorption.
The invention provides a method for improving transdermal delivery rate of an oily purslane extract, which is characterized in that the oily purslane extract is mixed with an asparagus extract or a solution containing the asparagus extract.
The invention further provides a composition containing the purslane extract, which is characterized by comprising the oily purslane extract and the asparagus extract, and the composition has an improved transdermal delivery rate of the oily purslane extract.
The oily purslane extract is prepared by lipophilic solvents such as: diethyl ether, ethyl acetate, propane, butane fluids and supercritical CO 2 Fluid extraction is carried out.
The asparagus extract is alcohol or water or alcohol/water extract.
The asparagus extract is present in the form of a solution.
The concentration of the asparagus extract solution is 10-20 mg/ml.
The present invention advantageously and surprisingly eliminates or reduces the disadvantages of poor transdermal delivery of existing oily purslane extracts. In particular, an alcohol or water or alcohol/water extract of asparagus is used as a dispersion medium to enhance transdermal delivery of the oily purslane extract and to enhance transdermal delivery of a composition comprising a dispersion of the oily purslane extract. The dispersion medium of the present invention is formed of natural products and can even be edible.
