wherein the mixed aqueous solution of butanediol and radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract is butanediol: and (3) sophora flavescens extract: a mixed aqueous solution with a water mass ratio of 2:5: 13; the preservative is a mixture of propylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, 1, 2-hexanediol and caprylyl hydroximic acid in a mass ratio of 15:8:7: 6; the mass ratio of the aromatic is 2:3 and menthoxypropanediol.

wherein the mixed aqueous solution of butanediol and radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract is butanediol: and (3) sophora flavescens extract: a mixed aqueous solution with a water mass ratio of 1:2: 7; the preservative is a mixture of propylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, 1, 2-hexanediol and caprylyl hydroximic acid in a mass ratio of 21:8:5: 3; the mass ratio of the aromatic is 2: 1 and menthoxypropanediol.

phase B: 20-30 parts of water, 0.1-1 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.01-0.05 part of aromatic, 0.01-0.5 part of hemp leaf extract, 0.01-0.05 part of bergamot fruit oil, 0.1-0.5 part of lavender oil, 0.01-0.05 part of lactic acid and 0.02-0.2 part of silver.

The female care solution containing cannabis leaf extract as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, in the phase A raw material, the mass ratio of the butanediol, the radix sophorae flavescentis extract and water in the mixed aqueous solution of the butanediol and the radix sophorae flavescentis extract is 1-2: 2-5: 5-13; the mass percent of the carboxymethyl chitosan in the carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution is 88 percent; the mass percentage of cocamidopropyl betaine in the aqueous solution of cocamidopropyl betaine was 30%.

(2) accurately weighing each raw material of the B phase, firstly putting water of the raw material of the B phase into a stirring pot, then sequentially dispersing and dissolving an aromatic agent, a hemp leaf extract, bergamot fruit oil and lavender oil of the raw material of the B phase into PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, then adding into the stirring pot, uniformly stirring, standing for defoaming, then adding lactic acid to adjust the pH value to 6.3-6.5, finally adding silver, uniformly stirring until the care solution is a transparent solution, discharging after the detection is qualified, and thus obtaining the female care solution containing the hemp leaf extract.
