参见图14,进行胰岛素注射前需要将该安全胰岛素针和胰岛素笔6装配。在将该安全胰岛素针顺时针旋入到胰岛素笔6的端部的过程中,护套1会带动安全护套3同步旋转,同时见图15,安全护套3的第二定位竖条313下端一侧的限位台阶凸起314的平面与针座5的限位条504下端的平面相咬合,防止拔出护套1时拉出安全护套3,胰岛素笔6的端部通过螺纹连接装入针座5下部的内腔内。参见图16,安全护套3的第一定位竖条307上的凸点308与压座的凸筋406之间过盈配合,凸点308在凸筋406的下方,凸筋406阻挡凸点308,防止安全护套3非人为的向上移动,实现双重保护。
在取下护套1注射完成后,逆时针旋转安全护套3到位,使安全护套3的第二定位竖条313下端一侧的限位台阶凸起314与针座5的限位条504的下端相分离,然后向上拉动安全护套3,见图17和图18,使安全护套3的凸点308越过压座的凸筋406,安全护套3的内限位凸台310到达压座4的限位凸台401的下面,并向上抵住限位凸台401,此时安全护套3的第二内圈竖条306通过对应的限位口402向上移动,限位口402和第二内圈竖条306配合防止安全护 套3在轴向平面上大幅度摆动,第一定位竖条307则向上移动至对应的限位口402的上方,第一定位竖条307下端的朝两侧凸出的限位凸起309与压座4的限位块403、防逆齿槽404配合,限位块403防止第一定位竖条307在周向上转动,防逆齿槽404防止第一定位竖条307在轴向上回退,最终安全护套3在周向上无法转动且在轴向上无法移动,完成自锁,针管2被安全护套3完全罩住,实现安全保护。
应当指出,对于经充分说明的本发明来说,还可具有多种变换及改型的实施方案,并不局限于上述实施方式的具体实施例。上述实施例仅仅作为本发明的说明,而不是对本发明的限制。总之,本发明的保护范围应包括那些对于本领域普通技术人员来说显而易见的变换或替代以及改型。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种安全胰岛素针,其特征在于,包括护套、针管、安全护套、压座和针座;所述针管设置于针座的中心轴线上,所述针座的上部外套接有压座,针座和压座的整体外套接有安全护套,所述安全护套的上部与压座连接配合,针管从安全护套的上部顶端穿出,安全护套的下部与针座的下部连接配合,安全护套和针管的整体外套接有护套,所述护套的下部与安全护套的下部连接配合;
    所述护套的内腔中空,护套的上部呈中空圆锥台状,护套的下部呈圆筒状,护套下部的直径大于护套上部的下缘直径,护套的上部和下部的连接处形成环状的第一定位台阶,护套上部的顶端呈封闭状,护套下部的内壁上沿周向均布有两个以上的第一内圈竖条,所述第一内圈竖条沿轴向设置;
    所述安全护套的内腔中空,安全护套的上部和下部均呈圆筒状,安全护套的上部顶端开设有穿针孔,安全护套上部的直径小于安全护套下部的直径,安全护套的上部和下部的连接处形成环状的第二定位台阶,所述第二定位台阶与护套的第一定位台阶轴向限位配合;安全护套下部的外壁上沿下缘设有一圈外定位凸台,安全护套下部的外壁上还沿周向均布有两个以上的外定位条,所述外定位条沿轴向设置且下端连接于外定位凸台上,安全护套下部外壁上的外定位条间的空位面供护套的第一内圈竖条插入且两者过盈配合;
    所述安全护套上部的内壁上沿周向均布有两个以上的第二内圈竖条和至少一个第一定位竖条,所述第二内圈竖条和第一定位竖条均沿轴向设置,所述第一定位竖条上设有一凸点,第一定位竖条的下端设有朝两侧凸出的限位凸起,所述安全护套上部的内壁下缘向下延伸并超过第二定位台阶的位置,安全护套上部的内壁沿下缘设有一圈内限位凸台;安全护套下部的内壁上沿周向均布有两个以上的第三内圈竖条和至少一个第二定位竖条,所 述第三内圈竖条和第二定位竖条均沿轴向设置,所述第二定位竖条的下端设有偏向一侧的限位台阶凸起;
    所述压座呈圆筒状,压座的外壁上缘沿周向均布有两个以上的限位凸台,限位凸台的外侧面与安全护套上部的内壁贴合,限位凸台与安全护套的内限位凸台轴向限位配合,相邻两个限位凸台之间构成限位口,限位口供安全护套的第二内圈竖条和第一定位竖条向上穿过,每个所述限位凸台的上表面设有限位块,相邻两个限位块之间构成防逆齿槽,限位块、防逆齿槽与安全护套的第一定位竖条下端的限位凸起配合;压座的外壁上沿周向均布有两个以上的外导向筋,所述外导向筋与限位凸台一一起对应设置,外导向筋沿轴向设置且与安全护套的第二内圈竖条和第一定位竖条相配合,相邻两个外导向筋的上端之间设有沿周向设置的凸筋,凸筋与安全护套的第一定位竖条上的凸点之间过盈配合;压座内壁的中部沿周向均布有两个以上的卡扣凸起,压座内壁的下部沿周向均布有两个以上的内导向筋,所述内导向筋沿轴向设置;
    所述针座的上部呈圆管状,针座上部的外壁沿周向均布有两个以上的导向固定筋,所述导向固定筋沿轴向设置且与压座的内导向筋相配合,导向固定筋上设有与压座的卡扣凸起相配合的卡口;针座的下部呈圆筒状,针座下部的上端面与安全护套的第二定位台阶轴向限位配合,针座下部的外壁上沿周向均布有两个以上的限位竖条和至少一个限位条,所述限位竖条和限位条均沿轴向设置且与安全护套的第三内圈竖条和第二定位竖条相配合,所述限位条的下端与安全护套的第二定位竖条下端一侧的限位台阶凸起相配合;针座下部的内腔设有一径向平台,所述径向平台上面连接针座的上部,径向平台与安全护套的内限位凸台和压座的下端面轴向限位配合,针座下部内壁的对应径向平台下面的部分设有内螺纹。
  2. 根据权利要求所述的安全胰岛素针,其特征在于,所述护套的第一内圈竖 条的下端、安全护套的外定位条的上端、安全护套的第一定位竖条的上端、针座的导向固定筋的上端中的至少一个呈三角头状。
  3. 根据权利要求所述的安全胰岛素针,其特征在于,所述内限位凸台与第二内圈竖条的下端连接,内限位凸台的对应第一定位竖条下端的部分开设有缺口。
  4. 根据权利要求所述的安全胰岛素针,其特征在于,所述压座的外导向筋的上端与对应的限位凸台连接。
  5. 根据权利要求所述的安全胰岛素针,其特征在于,所述针座的相邻两个限位竖条的下端之间设有沿周向设置的限位台,限位台与安全护套的第三内圈竖条的下端配合,防止安全护套沿轴向向下移动。
  6. 根据权利要求所述的安全胰岛素针,其特征在于,所述限位条的下端为平面,以与安全护套的第二定位竖条下端一侧的限位台阶凸起的平面相配合。
  7. 根据权利要求所述的安全胰岛素针,其特征在于,所述针管与针座的上部固定,针管的上端向上穿出针座的上部顶端,并且从安全护套的穿针孔穿出,针管的下端向下穿过径向平台,并延伸至针座下部的内腔内。
