技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械的技术领域,具体的说是一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器,特别涉及其机械连接结构。
背景技术
   对比文件1,专利申请号:200910029167.X,申请人:周立刚,申请日:2009.1.7,公开号:CN101474443A,本案公开了一种安全自毁医用注射器,其活动针座与外套上设有相互搭接配合的凸起部与卡台,活动针座上设有伸入注射液存储腔体内的挂钩,在密封塞上设有挂钩的收紧斜面,收紧斜面的下方设有偏斜孔,偏斜孔的轴线与外套的轴线呈偏斜设置,在密封塞上设有将密封塞与挂钩连接一体的扣合腔,在挂钩一侧的外套的管经大于活动针座的外径,挂钩另一侧的外套将活动针座约束其内。
对比文件2,专利申请号:200610049044.9,申请人:林作钱,申请日:2006.1.12,公开号:CN1803212A,本案公开了一种安全自毁医用注射器,其锥座下部设立两个相对中心轴对称分布的通槽,且在两通槽中间设立两个相对中心轴对称分布的凸台,凸台与针筒上的对应凹槽相卡合,锥座内孔底部上设立一个凹槽;支撑座前端设立多个可与芯杆头部的凸台相卡合的弹性撑爪,外侧中部设置一凸缘。
目前自毁式注射器种类繁多,安全注射器也很多,但其零部件设计繁杂,加工困难,组装不易,导致成本很高;其针尖的退针阻力不够,针尖容易缩回外套里,导致药液漏出,或是刻意增大退针阻力却把回拉阻力也增大了,也给使用者带来不便;其使用时针座易发生转动,触发自毁装置所需力大,会造成针筒抖动而导致给患者带来痛苦;其防止误操作的阻推件需要双手操作,还需收集掰下的阻推件。因此,有必要改进现有的安全自锁式注射器,将相关零部件的生产和组装成本降低,并在增大退针阻力的同时减小回拉阻力,同时确保针座不转动,触发自毁装置时针筒不抖动,还得把针尖自锁在外套内腔里,并设单手操作的保护片来防止在运输和拿取过程中误操作,从而达到大批量生产和临床的安全应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器,这种结构注射器的针座与外套可任意角度装配,针座成型简单高效,而且退针阻力大,自锁装置成本低。同时此种注射器的针头通过齿毂齿套固定牢靠,防止转动,触发自毁装置所需力小,针筒不会抖动,能使得注射更安全可靠,并且,芯杆与注射器筒体之间形成自锁机构,有效防止针头被二次推出,真正实现了注射器的安全操作,克服了现有技术中存在的缺点和不足。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器,它包括注射器筒体注射器筒体内设有芯杆,芯杆靠近端部处套接有活塞,注射器筒体端部的筒颈内设有针座,针座外壁套接有密封圈,其特征在于:所述针座 上部形成可换针头部,针座的下部腔体 内设有弹性支撑卡件,该弹性支撑卡件内设有与芯杆端部相配合的锁定咬合机构,该锁定咬合机构具有弹性特质,该弹性支撑卡件外部形成与注射器筒体内腔内壁相配合的弹性支撑限位机构,芯杆端部形成与锁定咬合机构相配合的咬合部。
本发明另一技术方案为:一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器,它包括注射器筒体注射器筒体内设有芯杆,芯杆靠近端部处套接有活塞,注射器筒体端部的筒颈内设有针座,针座外壁套接有密封圈,其特征在于:所述针座下部腔体内设有弹性支撑卡件,该弹性支撑卡件内设有与芯杆端部相配合的锁定咬合机构,该锁定咬合机构具有弹性特质,该弹性支撑卡件外部形成与注射器筒体内腔内壁相配合的弹性支撑限位机构,芯杆端部形成与锁定咬合机构相配合的咬合部。
本发明公开了一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器,其有益效果是:针座与外套可在全周任意方向直接嵌入装配;退针力作用于齿毂锥座,卡爪的限位功能能正向提供较大的退针阻力;回拉时卡爪仅需变形就能在反向减少回拉阻力;弹性支撑卡件与芯杆端部相配合的锁定咬合机构,具有弹性特质,在临床注射时感受不到芯杆端部进入锁定咬合机构的过程,芯杆端部进入后锁定咬合机构失去向内弹性特质,可以实现回拉咬合。芯杆与外套的自锁结构简单易制造,却能达到自锁功能,有效提高了产品的安全操作性能。注射器整体设计合理,工作状态稳定,相比现有技术而言,具有突出的实质性特点和显著进步。

在具体实施时,所述环状凸台701的直径大于两片棘爪片43之间的间距,如此才能确保,在芯杆回拉时,芯杆端部的环状凸台701在两片棘爪片43的端部之上,实现芯杆与针座的卡合锁定效果。

如图7、图8、图9、图10、图11、图12和图13所示,为本发明整个使用全过程。图8是抽液完成的平面结构剖视图,在推液前,先将保护片按下,消除了芯杆前推的阻挡,见图9推液状态的平面结构剖视图,推液过程中,防退针阻力是弹性支撑卡件的卡爪外圈与注射器筒体的止退槽来实现的,两者可实现的防退针阻力恰到好处,可实现阻退卡合力和回拉力的平衡结构。当液体注射将要完成时,芯杆顶部的缩径斜面将弹性支撑卡件的两片棘爪缓缓向两侧撑开,一越过棘爪上端面,棘爪即卡入芯杆的卡槽内,并完成注射,如图10所示。
注射完毕后回拉芯杆,如图11所示,在芯杆的卡槽与棘爪之间咬合状态的作用下将弹性支撑卡件带动一起向下运动,同时,弹性支撑卡件的卡爪在发生折弯,使得卡爪的外周直径变小,也就顺利从外套的止退槽中脱开。再继续向下拉芯杆,当弹性支撑卡件的环形凸缘下端面接触到齿毂锥座的内凹槽下端面后,芯杆将带动含通用注射针的整个针座运动,直到芯杆的翼齿片越过注射器筒体的自锁环,芯杆的圆形限位片和翼齿片将注射器筒体的自锁环卡死在之间,此时,芯杆既不能回拉也不能前推,如图12所示,此时,整个针头部都内缩到针筒里面,并实现了安全自锁。如图13中所示,最后稍用力于自毁点,使芯杆被折断或拉断,将芯杆的头部毁于外套 内。

2.一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器,它包括注射器筒体(6),注射器筒体(6)内设有芯杆(7),芯杆(7)靠近端部处套接有活塞(5),注射器筒体(6)端部的筒颈内设有针座,针座外壁套接有密封圈(3),其特征在于:所述针座下部腔体内设有弹性支撑卡件(4),该弹性支撑卡件(4)内设有与芯杆端部相配合的锁定咬合机构,该锁定咬合机构具有弹性特质,该弹性支撑卡件(4)外部形成与注射器筒体(6)内腔内壁相配合的弹性支撑限位机构,芯杆端部形成与锁定咬合机构相配合的咬合部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器,其特征在于:所述可换针头部为带有导向齿毂的锥座(2),该导向齿毂的锥座(2)的螺口能与注射针头(1)配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器,其特征在于:所述针座的下部腔体内壁处形成环状内凹槽(22),针座外壁处设有环状外凹槽(23),上述密封圈(3)设置于环状外凹槽(23)内。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器,其特征在于:所述导向齿毂的锥座(2)外壁处呈环状均匀分布有带导向功能的齿毂(21)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器,其特征在于:所述弹性支撑卡件(4)呈近似中空圆柱形,弹性支撑卡件(4)上部形成两片相互对称的弹性变形翼片(45),弹性变形翼片(45)上部外边缘处形成与环状内凹槽(22)相配合的环形凸缘(41),两片弹性变形翼片(45)之间形成缺口(44),该缺口(44)下部的弹性支撑卡件(4)上表面形成两个相对称的弧形平台(47),两个弧形平台(47)处各设有一棘爪片(43),两片棘爪片(43)相互对称,两片棘爪片(43)上端的延长线形成夹角,棘爪片(43)的两侧与弹性变形翼片(45)内侧之间形成间隙(46),弹性支撑卡件(4)下部设有圆形卡片(48),所述圆形卡片(48)处设有若干条切断间隙(481),圆形卡片(48)被若干切断间隙(481)分割成相应的单独的卡爪(42)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器,其特征在于:所述注射器筒体(6)端部的筒颈 内壁处形成与齿毂(21)数量配合的齿套(61),齿套(61)下部的筒颈内壁处形成与卡爪(42)相配合的环形止退槽(62),注射器筒体(6)下部内壁处设有凸起状的自锁环(63)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器,其特征在于:所述芯杆(7)的端部的咬合部为一环状凸台(701),该环状凸台(701)的外径大于两片棘爪片(43)顶端之间的间距,该环状凸台(701)下部的芯杆处形成环状卡槽(702),环状卡槽(702)下方的芯杆处形成圆形限位片(703),圆形限位片(703)下部的芯杆处设有呈发散状分布的翼齿片(704),活塞(5)套接于环状卡槽(702)和圆形限位片(703)之间的芯杆(7)处。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器,其特征在于:所述芯杆(7)处设有呈十字形分布的加强筋(705),其中一加强筋(705)处形成缺口(706),该缺口处设有保护片(707),保护片(707)的两端与缺口的两内侧壁点形成连接,保护片(707)靠近中部处形成折弯部(708),折弯部(708)处形成凸起(709)。
