目前自毁式注射器种类繁多, 安全注射器也很多, 但其零部件设 计繁杂, 加工困难, 组装不易, 导致成本很高; 其针尖的退针阻力不 够, 针尖容易缩回外套里, 导致药液漏出, 或是刻意增大退针阻力却 把回拉阻力也增大了, 也给使用者带来不便; 其使用时针座易发生转 动,触发自毁装置所需力大,会造成针筒抖动而导致给患者带来痛苦; 其防止误操作的阻推件需要双手操作,还需收集掰下的阻推件。因此, 有必要改进现有的安全自锁式注射器,将相关零部件的生产和组装成 本降低, 并在增大退针阻力的同时减小回拉阻力, 同时确保针座不转 动, 触发自毁装置时针筒不抖动, 还得把针尖自锁在外套内腔里, 并 设单手操作的保护片来防止在运输和拿取过程中误操作,从而达到大 批量生产和临床的安全应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器, 这种结构注射器的针座与外套可任意角度装配, 针座成型简单高效, 而且退针阻力大, 自锁装置成本低。 同时此种注射器的针头通过齿毂 齿套固定牢靠, 防止转动, 触发自毁装置所需力小, 针筒不会抖动, 能使得注射更安全可靠,并且,芯杆与注射器筒体之间形成自锁机构, 有效防止针头被二次推出, 真正实现了注射器的安全操作, 克服了现 有技术中存在的缺点和不足。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是: 一种针座回拉式安全 自锁式自毁注射器, 它包括注射器筒体注射器筒体内设有芯杆, 芯杆 靠近端部处套接有活塞, 注射器筒体端部的筒颈内设有针座, 针座外 壁套接有密封圈, 其特征在于: 所述针座 上部形成可换针头部, 针 座的下部腔体 内设有弹性支撑卡件, 该弹性支撑卡件内设有与芯杆 端部相配合的锁定咬合机构, 该锁定咬合机构具有弹性特质, 该弹性 支撑卡件外部形成与注射器筒体内腔内壁相配合的弹性支撑限位机 构, 芯杆端部形成与锁定咬合机构相配合的咬合部。
本发明另一技术方案为:一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器, 它包括注射器筒体注射器筒体内设有芯杆,芯杆靠近端部处套接有活 塞, 注射器筒体端部的筒颈内设有针座, 针座外壁套接有密封圈, 其 特征在于: 所述针座下部腔体内设有弹性支撑卡件, 该弹性支撑卡件 内设有与芯杆端部相配合的锁定咬合机构,该锁定咬合机构具有弹性 特质,该弹性支撑卡件外部形成与注射器筒体内腔内壁相配合的弹性 支撑限位机构, 芯杆端部形成与锁定咬合机构相配合的咬合部。
本发明公开了一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器,其有益效 果是: 针座与外套可在全周任意方向直接嵌入装配; 退针力作用于齿 毂锥座, 卡爪的限位功能能正向提供较大的退针阻力; 回拉时卡爪仅 需变形就能在反向减少回拉阻力;弹性支撑卡件与芯杆端部相配合的 锁定咬合机构, 具有弹性特质, 在临床注射时感受不到芯杆端部进入 锁定咬合机构的过程,芯杆端部进入后锁定咬合机构失去向内弹性特 质, 可以实现回拉咬合。 芯杆与外套的自锁结构简单易制造, 却能达 到自锁功能,有效提高了产品的安全操作性能。注射器整体设计合理, 工作状态稳定,相比现有技术而言, 具有突出的实质性特点和显著进 步。

下面参照附图, 对本发明进一步进行描述。
本发明为一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器, 它包括注射器 筒体 6, 注射器筒体 6内设有芯杆 7, 芯杆 7靠近端部处套接有活塞 5, 注射器筒体 6端部的筒颈内设有针座, 针座外壁套接有密封圈 3, 其区别于现有技术在于: 所述针座 上部形成可换针头部, 针座的下 部腔体 内设有弹性支撑卡件 4, 该弹性支撑卡件 4内设有与芯杆端 部相配合的锁定咬合机构, 该锁定咬合机构具有弹性特质, 该弹性支 撑卡件 4外部形成与注射器筒体 6内腔内壁相配合的弹性支撑限位机 构, 芯杆端部形成与锁定咬合机构相配合的咬合部。
本发明另一实施例为: 一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器, 它包括注射器筒体 6注射器筒体 6内设有芯杆 7, 芯杆 7靠近端部处 套接有活塞 5, 注射器筒体 6端部的筒颈内设有针座, 针座外壁套接 有密封圈 3, 其区别于现有技术在于: 所述针座下部腔体内设有弹性 支撑卡件 4, 该弹性支撑卡件 4内设有与芯杆端部相配合的锁定咬合 机构, 该锁定咬合机构具有弹性特质, 该弹性支撑卡件 4外部形成与 注射器筒体 6内腔内壁相配合的弹性支撑限位机构,芯杆端部形成与 锁定咬合机构相配合的咬合部。
在具体实施时, 所述可换针头部为带有导向齿毂的锥座 2, 该导 向齿毂的锥座 2的螺口能与 6: 100国际标准注射针头 1配合, 实现 注射器可换针头功能。
在具体实施时, 所述针座的下部腔体内壁处形成环状内凹槽 22, 针座外壁处设有环状外凹槽 23, 上述密封圈 3设置于环状外凹槽 23 内, 确保针座与筒体内壁之间的密封效果。
在具体实施时,所述导向齿毂的锥座 2外壁处呈环状均匀分布有 带导向功能的齿毂 21, 该导向结构能确保齿毂锥座在任意方向上都 能精确装配到注射器筒体内,从而在组装时能以很低成本实现全自动 化生产。
在具体实施时, 所述弹性支撑卡件 4呈近似中空圆柱形, 弹性支 撑卡件 4上部形成两片相互对称的弹性变形翼片 45, 弹性变形翼片 45上部外边缘处形成与环状内凹槽 22相配合的环形凸缘 41,两片弹 性变形翼片 45之间形成缺口 44, 该缺口 44下部的弹性支撑卡件 4 上表面形成两个相对称的弧形平台 47, 两个弧形平台 47处各设有一 棘爪片 43, 两片棘爪片 43相互对称, 两片棘爪片 43上端的延长线 形成夹角, 棘爪片 43 的两侧与弹性变形翼片 45 内侧之间形成间隙 46,两片相对的棘爪片 43构成了上述锁定咬合机构, 且棘爪片 43内 侧受力时会向外侧扩张, 具有弹性特质, 弹性支撑卡件 4下部设有圆 形卡片 48, 所述圆形卡片 48处设有若干切断间隙 481, 在具体实施 时可为四条切断间隙 481, 相邻的切断间隙 481之间成九十度夹角, 四条切断间隙 481成十字形分布, 圆形卡片 48被十字形分布四条切 断间隙 481分割成四片单独的卡爪 42。
在具体实施时, 所述注射器筒体 6端部的筒颈 内壁处形成与齿 毂 21数量配合的齿套 61, 齿毂与齿套相啮合的结构能防止注射时注 射针转动, 也就避免了因此带给患者带来的痛苦。 齿套 61下部的筒 颈 内壁处形成与卡爪 42相配合的环形止退槽 62, 注射器筒体 6下 部内壁处设有凸起状的自锁环 63。
在具体实施时, 所述芯杆 7的端部的咬合部为一环状凸台 701, 该环状凸台 701的外径大于两片棘爪片 43顶端之间的间距, 该环状 凸台 701下部的芯杆处形成环状卡槽 702, 环状卡槽 702下方的芯杆 处形成圆形限位片 703, 圆形限位片 703下部的芯杆处设有呈发散状 分布的翼齿片 704, 翼齿片 704与注射器筒体 6内的自锁环配合作用 时, 芯杆既不能前推也不能后拉, 活塞 5套接于环状卡槽 702和圆形 限位片 703之间的芯杆 7处, 活塞 5由圆形限位片 703限位固定。
在具体实施时, 所述环状凸台 701的直径大于两片棘爪片 43之 间的间距, 如此才能确保, 在芯杆回拉时, 芯杆端部的环状凸台 701 在两片棘爪片 43的端部之上, 实现芯杆与针座的卡合锁定效果。
在具体实施时, 所述芯杆 7处设有呈十字形分布的加强筋 705, 其中一加强筋 705处形成缺口 706, 该缺口处设有保护片 707, 保护 片 707的两端与缺口的两内侧壁点形成连接,保护片 707靠近中部处 形成折弯部 708, 折弯部 708处形成凸起 709。 装配完成时, 保护片 的凸起刚好抵住注射器筒体 6下端外缘, 使用时, 沿折弯部向内侧压 下保护片, 将保护片向内侧折弯, 使得凸起向内侧位移, 脱离射器筒 体 6下端外缘,注射器便可正常使用了, 此结构能有效防止注射器误 操作, 触发内部的安全机构, 导致注射器报废。
如图 7、 图 8、 图 9、 图 10、 图 11、 图 12和图 13所示, 为本发 明整个使用全过程。 图 8是抽液完成的平面结构剖视图, 在推液前, 先将保护片按下, 消除了芯杆前推的阻挡, 见图 9推液状态的平面结 构剖视图, 推液过程中, 防退针阻力是弹性支撑卡件的卡爪外圈与注 射器筒体的止退槽来实现的, 两者可实现的防退针阻力恰到好处, 可 实现阻退卡合力和回拉力的平衡结构。 当液体注射将要完成时, 芯杆 顶部的缩径斜面将弹性支撑卡件的两片棘爪缓缓向两侧撑开,一越过 棘爪上端面, 棘爪即卡入芯杆的卡槽内, 并完成注射, 如图 10所示。
注射完毕后回拉芯杆, 如图 11所示, 在芯杆的卡槽与棘爪之间 咬合状态的作用下将弹性支撑卡件带动一起向下运动, 同时, 弹性支 撑卡件的卡爪在发生折弯, 使得卡爪的外周直径变小, 也就顺利从外 套的止退槽中脱开。再继续向下拉芯杆, 当弹性支撑卡件的环形凸缘 下端面接触到齿毂锥座的内凹槽下端面后,芯杆将带动含通用注射针 的整个针座运动, 直到芯杆的翼齿片越过注射器筒体的自锁环, 芯杆 的圆形限位片和翼齿片将注射器筒体的自锁环卡死在之间, 此时, 芯 杆既不能回拉也不能前推, 如图 12所示, 此时, 整个针头部都内缩 到针筒里面, 并实现了安全自锁。 如图 13中所示, 最后稍用力于自 毁点, 使芯杆被折断或拉断, 将芯杆的头部毁于外套 内。

1.一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器, 它包括注射器筒体 (6), 注射器筒体(6) 内设有芯杆(7), 芯杆(7)靠近端部处套接 有活塞 (5 ), 注射器筒体 (6) 端部的筒颈内设有针座, 针座外壁套 接有密封圈 (3 ), 其特征在于: 所述针座上部形成可换针头部, 针座 的下部腔体内设有弹性支撑卡件 (4), 该弹性支撑卡件 (4) 内设有 与芯杆端部相配合的锁定咬合机构, 该锁定咬合机构具有弹性特质, 该弹性支撑卡件(4)外部形成与注射器筒体(6) 内腔内壁相配合的 弹性支撑限位机构, 芯杆端部形成与锁定咬合机构相配合的咬合部。
2.—种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器, 它包括注射器筒体 (6), 注射器筒体(6) 内设有芯杆(7), 芯杆(7)靠近端部处套接 有活塞 (5 ), 注射器筒体 (6) 端部的筒颈内设有针座, 针座外壁套 接有密封圈(3 ), 其特征在于: 所述针座下部腔体内设有弹性支撑卡 件 (4), 该弹性支撑卡件 (4) 内设有与芯杆端部相配合的锁定咬合 机构, 该锁定咬合机构具有弹性特质, 该弹性支撑卡件 (4) 外部形 成与注射器筒体 (6) 内腔内壁相配合的弹性支撑限位机构, 芯杆端 部形成与锁定咬合机构相配合的咬合部。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射 器, 其特征在于: 所述可换针头部为带有导向齿毂的锥座(2), 该导 向齿毂的锥座 (2) 的螺口能与注射针头 (1 ) 配合。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射 器, 其特征在于: 所述针座的下部腔体内壁处形成环状内凹槽(22), 针座外壁处设有环状外凹槽(23), 上述密封圈 (3)设置于环状外凹 槽 (23) 内。
5.根据权利要求 3 所述的一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射 器, 其特征在于: 所述导向齿毂的锥座 (2) 外壁处呈环状均匀分布 有带导向功能的齿毂 (21)。
6.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射 器, 其特征在于: 所述弹性支撑卡件 (4) 呈近似中空圆柱形, 弹性 支撑卡件(4)上部形成两片相互对称的弹性变形翼片 (45), 弹性变 形翼片(45)上部外边缘处形成与环状内凹槽(22)相配合的环形凸 缘(41), 两片弹性变形翼片(45)之间形成缺口 (44), 该缺口 (44) 下部的弹性支撑卡件 (4) 上表面形成两个相对称的弧形平台 (47), 两个弧形平台 (47) 处各设有一棘爪片 (43), 两片棘爪片 (43) 相 互对称, 两片棘爪片 (43)上端的延长线形成夹角, 棘爪片 (43) 的 两侧与弹性变形翼片 (45) 内侧之间形成间隙 (46), 弹性支撑卡件
(4)下部设有圆形卡片 (48), 所述圆形卡片(48)处设有若干条切 断间隙 (481), 圆形卡片 (48) 被若干切断间隙 (481) 分割成相应 的单独的卡爪 (42)。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器, 其特征在于:所述注射器筒体 (6)端部的筒颈 内壁处形成与齿毂 (21) 数量配合的齿套(61 ),齿套(61 )下部的筒颈内壁处形成与卡爪(42) 相配合的环形止退槽(62), 注射器筒体(6)下部内壁处设有凸起状 的自锁环 (63)。
8.根据权利要求 1所述的一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射器, 其特征在于: 所述芯杆 (7) 的端部的咬合部为一环状凸台 (701 ), 该环状凸台 (701 ) 的外径大于两片棘爪片 (43 ) 顶端之间的间距, 该环状凸台( 701 )下部的芯杆处形成环状卡槽( 702 ),环状卡槽( 702 ) 下方的芯杆处形成圆形限位片 (703 ), 圆形限位片 (703) 下部的芯 杆处设有呈发散状分布的翼齿片 (704), 活塞 (5 ) 套接于环状卡槽 (702) 和圆形限位片 (703) 之间的芯杆 (7) 处。
9.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种针座回拉式安全自锁式自毁注射 器,其特征在于:所述芯杆(7 )处设有呈十字形分布的加强筋(705), 其中一加强筋(705)处形成缺口(706 ),该缺口处设有保护片(707), 保护片 (707) 的两端与缺口的两内侧壁点形成连接, 保护片 (707) 靠近中部处形成折弯部 (708), 折弯部 (708 ) 处形成凸起 (709)。
