Description
Claims (18)
- 注射器アセンブリ用フィンガを形成するように第1のシリンダを第2のシリンダに固定する方法であって、
半径方向内向きに突出した肩部と雄型デテント及び雌型デテントの一方とを含む保護シリンダを設け、
押しフランジと、少なくとも2つの遠位向きフィンガと、雄型デテント及び雌型デテントの対応する一方とを含むラッチリングを設け、
前記保護シリンダの前記雄型デテント及び雌型デテントの一方を前記ラッチリングの前記雄型デテント及び雌型デテントの対応する一方と嵌合することによって、前記ラッチリングを前記保護シリンダに固定し、
前記少なくとも2つの遠位向きフィンガの遠位に位置する、少なくとも2つの近位向きフィンガを設け、
プランジャロッド及びプランジャチップを含む注射器シリンダを前記保護シリンダ内に配置し、
スプリングを圧縮するように、前記注射器シリンダのフランジを前記少なくとも2つの近位向きフィンガと前記少なくとも2つの遠位向きフィンガとの間に固定する、方法。 - 前記保護シリンダと前記注射器シリンダとの相対回転を防止する回転防止装置をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プランジャチップが前記注射器シリンダの遠位壁と接触するように、前記プランジャロッドを移動させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プランジャチップを圧縮するように、前記プランジャチップに対して前記プランジャロッドを移動させる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記プランジャロッドの長手方向によって画定される軸に対して半径方向外向きに前記少なくとも2つの遠位向きフィンガを歪ませるように解放フランジを移動させる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 半径方向内向きに前記2つの近位向きフィンガを歪ませるように前記少なくとも2つの近位向きフィンガの表面に形成される隆起バンプをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フィンガを形成するように第2のシリンダに固定されている第1のシリンダを含む注射器アセンブリを使用する方法であって、
保護ユニットを形成するようにラッチリングを保護シリンダにラッチすると共に、前記保護ユニットは注射器シリンダと噛み合わさって前記保護ユニットと前記注射器シリンダとの相対回転を制限し、
プランジャロッドを、プランジャチップが前記注射器シリンダの遠位壁と接触するまで前記注射器シリンダ内を前進させ、
前記プランジャロッドに位置する解放フランジは、前記プランジャチップが遠位壁と接触したときに、前記フィンガの近位且つ前記ラッチリングの把持フランジの遠位に位置決めされる、方法。 - 前記フィンガは前記保護シリンダ及び前記ラッチリングに形成される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 半径方向内向きに2つの近位向きフィンガを歪ませるように前記フィンガの少なくとも1つは外表面に隆起バンプを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記保護シリンダの遠位壁面及び前記注射器シリンダの支持フランジによって圧縮されるスプリングをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記プランジャロッドの前記解放フランジが遠位向きフィンガを歪ませるように、前記プランジャチップを圧縮するステップをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記プランジャチップが前記注射器シリンダの前記遠位壁と接触した後に前記プランジャチップを圧縮するように、前記プランジャチップに対して前記プランジャロッドを移動させる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ラッチリングは近位向きフィンガ及び遠位向きフィンガの双方を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- より短い第2の長さの第2のシリンダに取り付けられる、第1の長さの第1のシリンダを含む、保護ユニットと、
前記保護ユニットの内部に位置決めされる注射器シリンダの内部に位置決めされるプランジャチップを含むプランジャロッドと、
前記保護ユニットに位置すると共に、間にギャップを含み、前記ギャップ内に位置決めされる前記注射器シリンダのフランジを有する、前記第1のシリンダ上の一対の近位向きフィンガ及び前記第2のシリンダ上の一対の遠位向きフィンガと、
前記第2のシリンダに位置すると共に、前記近位向きフィンガ及び前記遠位向きフィンガの近位に位置する把持フランジと、を含み、
スプリングが前記保護ユニットの一部と前記注射器シリンダの一部との間で圧縮される、注射器アセンブリ。 - 前記第1のシリンダを前記第2のシリンダに取り付けるように、前記第1のシリンダ及び前記第2のシリンダに取り付けられる連結部材をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記連結部材は前記把持フランジのリセス領域に受け入れられるフランジを含む、請求項15に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記連結部材は前記近位向きフィンガを半径方向内向きに歪ませる、請求項15に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
- 前記第1のシリンダは、前記把持フランジに位置する一対の固定穴に延びる一対のラッチアームを含む、請求項14に記載の注射器アセンブリ。
