Abstract
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是一种用于注射胰岛素的安全式胰岛素笔针。上述结构的安全式胰岛素笔针,通过与弹性卡爪一配合的初始固定位一一侧止回挡边一的设置,有效规避了因部分使用者在拔针过程中旋转胰岛素笔导致针头保护失效的风险;通过针尾保护结构的设置,有效规避了针尾易伤害到使用者的安全风险;同时,通过与弹性卡爪二配合的初始固定位二一侧止回挡边二的设置,有效规避了在胰岛素笔与胰岛素笔针分离过程中,可能会带动针尾保护器旋转导致针尾保护失效的风险。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是一种用于注射胰岛素的安全式胰岛素笔针。
背景技术
胰岛素笔针是一种常规的用于治疗糖尿病时注射胰岛素的胰岛素注射装置,现有技术中胰岛素注射装置的种类繁多,各类型的胰岛素笔针的优缺点也各不相同。
其中公开号为CN104491955A的中国发明专利以及国际公布号为WO2016/066014A1的国际申请公开了一种类型的安全式胰岛素笔针,该种类型的胰岛素笔针的优势在于,注射胰岛素过程中,保护器被触发,注射完成后,针尖端瞬间被保护起来,可以防止针尖对医生或患者造成伤害。
但是,上述类型的安全式胰岛素笔针,也存在着一些缺陷,具体如下:
(1)公开号为CN104491955A的中国发明专利中,针座的卡柱13初始状态下位于触发保护器2的初始固定部212,注射胰岛素的过程中,卡柱13沿着第一导引段211进入过渡段213的上端部,注射完成后并将针头从患者皮肤拔出后,在弹簧的作用下,卡柱沿着过渡段进入第二导引段214,以实现触发保护器对针头的自动保护。
在使用者按照规程正确使用上述胰岛素笔针时,上述触发保护器对针头的自动保护是切实有效的。但是,有部分使用者在胰岛素注射完成后往出拔针时,会有旋转一下胰岛素笔针的习惯,那么在这个过程中,由于旋转的作用,卡柱13极有可能从过渡段再次进入第一导引段211中,从而回到初始固定部212处,导致触发保护器对针头的自动保护作用失效。
上述由于拔针时旋转胰岛素笔针导致对针头的自动保护失效的情况,虽然是小概率事件,但是,还是有必要对上述胰岛素笔针做出改进,以防止该种小概率风险事件发生。
(2)上述胰岛素笔针只在针头端设置了触发保护器,针尾端依旧处于裸露状态,依然存在针尾端对使用者造成伤害的风险,因此,有必要对上述胰岛素笔针进行改进,以防止针尾端对使用者造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题有两个,其一是如何解决因为使用者注射胰岛素完成后拔针时旋转造成触发保护器对针头的自动保护失效的技术缺陷;其二是如何解决针尾端对使用者造成伤害的技术缺陷。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种安全式胰岛素笔针,至少包括:
针座,所述针座内安装有针管,所述针管至少包括针头和针尾;
针头保护器,所述针头保护器套设于针座的针头一侧,所述针座与针头保护器之间设有轴向压缩的弹簧一,所述针座与针头保护器之间设有相互匹配的卡柱一和导引槽一,所述导引槽一至少包括初始固定段一和沿轴向延伸的触发导引段一;
座套,所述座套套设于针座上远离针头的一侧,且所述座套上设有至少一个与所述针头保护器的外壁接触的弹性卡爪一;
所述针头保护器的外壁上设有与所述弹性卡爪一相配合的初始固定位一,所述初始固定位一的一侧设有用于当卡柱一位于触发导引段一内时防止卡柱一进入初始固定段一的止回挡边一。
上述结构的安全式胰岛素笔针,在注射胰岛素时,针头保护器被触发,卡柱一由初始固定段一进入触发导引段一;在胰岛素注射完成后拔针的过程中,在弹簧一的弹性力作用下,针头保护器相对针座轴向运动,其中卡柱一与触发导引段一的配合实现导向,由于在初始固定位的一侧设置了止回挡边一,当少数在拔针时具有旋转胰岛素笔的习惯的使用者旋转时,止回挡边一起到了防止弹性卡爪一再次进入初始固定位一的作用,即卡柱一只能沿触发导引段一运动而不能再次进入初始固定段一。
上述结构的安全式胰岛素笔针,通过简单的结构设置,有效规避了因为部分使用者注射胰岛素完成后拔针时旋转造成触发保护器对针头的自动保护失效的风险,使得针头保护器对针头的自动保护更加安全、可靠。
一种优选的实施例,所述卡柱一设于针座的外壁,所述导引槽一设于针头保护器上。
一种优选的实施例,包括至少两组沿圆周方向均布设置的相互匹配的卡柱一和导引槽一。该实施例中,当两组以上相互匹配的卡柱一和导引槽一沿圆周方向均布设置时,针头保护器相对针座的轴向运动更加稳定。
一种优选的实施例,所述卡柱一设于悬臂结构上。该结构的实施例,通过将卡柱一设于悬臂结构上,便于利用悬臂结构的变形完成针头保护器与针座之间的装配。

一种安全式胰岛素笔针,至少包括针座,所述针座内安装有针管,所述针管至少包括针头和针尾,所述针座的针尾一端内部设有针尾保护结构,所述针尾保护结构包括保护套和针尾保护器,所述保护套与针尾保护器之间设有轴向压缩的弹簧二所述保护套与针尾保护器之间设有相互匹配的卡柱二和导引槽二,所述导引槽二至少包括初始固定段二和沿轴向延伸的触发导引段二;所述保护套上还设有与所述针尾保护器的外壁接触的弹性卡爪二,所述针尾保护器的外壁上设有与所述弹性卡爪二相配合的初始固定位二,所述初始固定位二的一侧设有用于当卡柱二位于触发导引段二内时防止卡柱二进入初始固定段二的止回挡边二。
上述结构的安全式胰岛素笔针,具有以下技术优势:
(1)在胰岛素笔与胰岛素笔针旋合连接的过程中针尾保护器被触发,且弹簧二处于压缩储能的状态,在胰岛素注射完成后,胰岛素笔与胰岛素笔针分离过程中,在弹簧二的弹性力作用下以及卡柱二与触发导引段二的导向作用下,针尾保护器相对针座轴向运动并完全覆盖针尾,通过在针尾设置针尾保护器,有效解决了针尾部分可能会伤害到使用者的技术问题。
(2)由于在胰岛素笔和胰岛素笔针旋转分离的过程中,由于弹簧二的弹性力作用,针尾保护器的自由端端面与胰岛素笔的端面始终保持接触,那么在旋转胰岛素笔时,在摩擦力的作用下,极有可能带动针尾保护器同时旋转,从而具有卡柱二由触发导引段二再次进入初始固定段二导致针尾保护失效的风险,通过在与弹性卡爪二配合的初始固定位二的一侧设置止回挡边二,可以有效防止弹性卡爪二因旋转进入初始固定位二,即防止卡柱二由触发导引段二再次进入初始固定段二,从而彻底解决了上述针尾保护失效的技术问题,具有结构简单、针尾保护可靠的技术优势。
一种优选的实施例,所述卡柱二设于针尾保护器的外壁,所述导引槽二设于保护套上。
一种优选的实施例,包括至少两组沿圆周方向均布设置的相互匹配的卡柱二和导引槽二。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例一
如图1、图2所示,本实施例的一种安全式胰岛素笔针,至少包括针座10、针头保护器20以及座套30。其中针座10内安装有针管11,该针管至少包括针头111和针尾112,针头111和针尾112之间则为输液通路。
如图1-3所示,在本实施例中,所述针头保护器20套设于针座20的针头一侧,并在针座与针头保护器之间设有轴向压缩的弹簧一12。进一步的,本实施例中,所述针座与针头保护器之间设有相互匹配的卡柱一13和导引槽一21,其中导引槽一21包括初始固定段一211和沿轴向延伸的触发导引段一212。
作为优选,本实施例中,卡柱一设于针座的外壁,导引槽一设于针头保护器上。当然,作为等同替代的技术方案,卡柱一也可以设于针头保护器的内壁,而导引槽一设于针座上。在该实施例中,作为优选的实施方式,所述卡柱一设于悬臂结构上。该结构的实施例,通过将卡柱一设于悬臂结构14上,便于利用悬臂结构的变形完成针头保护器与针座之间的装配。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,相互匹配的卡柱一和导引槽一为两组或三组并沿圆周方向均布设置。该实施例中,当两组以上相互匹配的卡柱一和导引槽一沿圆周方向均布设置时,针头保护器相对针座的轴向运动更加稳定。
进一步的,在本实施例中,座套30套设于针座上远离针头的一侧,且该座套上设有至少一个与所述针头保护器的外壁接触的弹性卡爪一31。弹性卡爪一的作用在于,防止针头保护器在保护到位后相对针座沿轴向逆向运动。作为优选,弹性卡爪一的数量为两个或三个,并优选沿圆周方向均布分布。
上述所述的结构,均为现有技术,以下重点对本实施例区别于现有技术的改进点进行详细介绍。
在本实施例的改进实施例中,如图3所示,针头保护器的外壁上设有与所述弹性卡爪一相配合的初始固定位一22,该初始固定位一22的一侧设有用于当卡柱一13位于触发导引段一212内时防止卡柱一进入初始固定段一211的止回挡边一23。
一种优选的实施方式,围合形成初始固定位一的各侧面为导引斜面24,在触发过程中,便于弹性卡爪一由初始固定位一中滑出。
一种优选的实施方式,所述弹性卡爪一与初始固定位一配合的一侧设有一对相对设置的凸爪32,一对所述凸爪之间为与所述止回挡边一23相适配的隔断区间33。该实施例的结构中,初始状态下,一对凸爪骑跨于止回挡边一上。当然,作为可替代的等同实施方式,凸爪的数量可以只有一个,凸爪也可以在初始状态下完全位于初始固定位一中。
上述结构的安全式胰岛素笔针,在注射胰岛素时,针头保护器被触发,卡柱一由初始固定段一进入触发导引段一;在胰岛素注射完成后拔针的过程中,在弹簧一的弹性力作用下,针头保护器相对针座轴向运动,其中卡柱一与触发导引段一的配合实现导向,弹性卡爪一与导引面一25始终保持接触,由于在初始固定位的一侧设置了止回挡边一,当少数在拔针时具有旋转胰岛素笔的习惯的使用者旋转时,止回挡边一起到了防止弹性卡爪一由导引面一再次进入初始固定位一的作用,即卡柱一只能沿触发导引段一运动而不能再次进入初始固定段一。
上述结构的安全式胰岛素笔针,通过简单的结构设置,有效规避了因为部分使用者注射胰岛素完成后拔针时旋转造成触发保护器对针头的自动保护失效的风险,使得针头保护器对针头的自动保护更加安全、可靠。
实施例二
如图2、图4所示,本实施例的安全式胰岛素笔针,在实施例一的基础上,于所述针座的针尾一端内部设置了针尾保护结构。本实施例中,该针尾保护结构包括设于针尾保护腔15内的保护套40和针尾保护器50。其中所述保护套40与针尾保护器50之间设有轴向压缩的弹簧二60,以及,所述保护套与针尾保护器之间设有相互匹配的卡柱二54和导引槽二42,其中导引槽二42包括初始固定段二421和沿轴向延伸的触发导引段二422。
一种优选的实施方式,如图4所示,所述卡柱二设于针尾保护器的外壁,所述导引槽二设于保护套上。当然,作为可替代的等同实施方式,卡柱二也可以设于保护套上,而导引槽二设于针尾保护器上。
该实施例的结构中,在胰岛素笔与胰岛素笔针旋合连接的过程中针尾保护器被触发,且弹簧二处于压缩储能的状态,在胰岛素注射完成后,胰岛素笔与胰岛素笔针分离过程中,在弹簧二的弹性力作用下以及卡柱二与触发导引段二的导向作用下,针尾保护器相对针座轴向运动并完全覆盖针尾,通过在针尾设置触发原理与针头保护器相同的针尾保护器,有效解决了针尾部分可能会伤害到使用者的技术问题。
实施例三
如图2、图4所示,本实施例一种安全式胰岛素笔针,在实施例二的基础上,所述保护套上还设有与所述针尾保护器的外壁接触的弹性卡爪二41,其中针尾保护器的外壁上设有与所述弹性卡爪二相配合的初始固定位二51,该初始固定位二51的一侧设有用于当卡柱二位于触发导引段二内时防止卡柱二进入初始固定段二的止回挡边二52。
上述结构的安全式胰岛素笔针,具有以下技术优势:
(1)在胰岛素笔与胰岛素笔针旋合连接的过程中针尾保护器被触发,且弹簧二处于压缩储能的状态,在胰岛素注射完成后,胰岛素笔与胰岛素笔针分离过程中,在弹簧二的弹性力作用下以及卡柱二与触发导引段二的导向作用下,针尾保护器相对针座轴向运动并完全覆盖针尾,通过在针尾设置针尾保护器,有效解决了针尾部分可能会伤害到使用者的技术问题。
(2)由于在胰岛素笔和胰岛素笔针旋转分离的过程中,由于弹簧二的弹性力作用,针尾保护器的自由端端面与胰岛素笔的端面始终保持接触,那么在旋转胰岛素笔时,在摩擦力的作用下,极有可能带动针尾保护器同时旋转,从而具有卡柱二由触发导引段二再次进入初始固定段二导致针尾保护失效的风险,通过在与弹性卡爪二配合的初始固定位二的一侧设置止回挡边二,可以有效防止弹性卡爪二因旋转由导引面二53进入初始固定位二,即防止卡柱二由触发导引段二再次进入初始固定段二,从而彻底解决了上述针尾保护失效的技术问题,具有结构简单、针尾保护可靠的技术优势。
需要说明的是,该实施例三中的针尾保护结构既可以与实施例一中的针头保护结构配合使用,也可以独立于实施例一中的针头保护结构使用。
总之,以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种安全式胰岛素笔针,至少包括:
针座(10),所述针座内安装有针管(11),所述针管至少包括针头(111)和针尾(112);
针头保护器(20),所述针头保护器套设于针座的针头一侧,所述针座与针头保护器之间设有轴向压缩的弹簧一(12),所述针座与针头保护器之间设有相互匹配的卡柱一(13)和导引槽一(21),所述导引槽一至少包括初始固定段一(211)和沿轴向延伸的触发导引段一(212);
座套(30),所述座套套设于针座上远离针头的一侧,且所述座套上设有至少一个与所述针头保护器的外壁接触的弹性卡爪一(31);
其特征在于,所述针头保护器的外壁上设有与所述弹性卡爪一相配合的初始固定位一(22),所述初始固定位一的一侧设有用于当卡柱一位于触发导引段一内时防止卡柱一进入初始固定段一的止回挡边一(23)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的安全式胰岛素笔针,其特征在于,所述卡柱一设于针座的外壁,所述导引槽一设于针头保护器上。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的安全式胰岛素笔针,其特征在于,包括至少两组沿圆周方向均布设置的相互匹配的卡柱一和导引槽一。
4.按照权利要求1所述的安全式胰岛素笔针,其特征在于,所述卡柱一设于悬臂结构(14)上。
5.按照权利要求1所述的安全式胰岛素笔针,其特征在于,所述弹性卡爪一与初始固定位一配合的一侧设有一对相对设置的凸爪(32),一对所述凸爪之间为与所述止回挡边一相适配的隔断区间(33)。
6.按照权利要求1或2或4或5所述的安全式胰岛素笔针,其特征在于,所述针座的针尾一端内部设有针尾保护结构,所述针尾保护结构包括保护套(40)和针尾保护器(50),所述保护套与针尾保护器之间设有轴向压缩的弹簧二(60),所述保护套与针尾保护器之间设有相互匹配的卡柱二(54)和导引槽二(42),所述导引槽二至少包括初始固定段二(421)和沿轴向延伸的触发导引段二(422)。
7.按照权利要求6所述的安全式胰岛素笔针,其特征在于,包括至少两组沿圆周方向均布设置的相互匹配的卡柱二和导引槽,所述卡柱二设于针尾保护器的外壁,所述导引槽二设于保护套上。
8.一种安全式胰岛素笔针,至少包括针座(10),所述针座内安装有针管(11),所述针管至少包括针头(111)和针尾(112),其特征在于,所述针座的针尾一端内部设有针尾保护结构,所述针尾保护结构包括保护套(40)和针尾保护器(50),所述保护套与针尾保护器之间设有轴向压缩的弹簧二(60),所述保护套与针尾保护器之间设有相互匹配的卡柱二(54)和导引槽二(42),所述导引槽二至少包括初始固定段二(421)和沿轴向延伸的触发导引段二(422);所述保护套上还设有与所述针尾保护器的外壁接触的弹性卡爪二(41),所述针尾保护器的外壁上设有与所述弹性卡爪二相配合的初始固定位二(51),所述初始固定位二的一侧设有用于当卡柱二位于触发导引段二内时防止卡柱二进入初始固定段二的止回挡边二(52)。
9.按照权利要求8所述的安全式胰岛素笔针,其特征在于,所述卡柱二设于针尾保护器的外壁,所述导引槽二设于保护套上。
10.按照权利要求8或9所述的安全式胰岛素笔针,其特征在于,包括至少两组沿圆周方向均布设置的相互匹配的卡柱二和导引槽二。
