Abstract

本发明涉及安全式注射器领域,具体公开了一种主动自锁式注射器,包括针筒、针座、活塞组件、活塞杆护盖、针尖护帽、注射针、针尖防护套、弹簧、导向限位组件、初始卡合组件及触发环塞。初始状态下,触发环塞位于触发腔内且在初始状态下触发环塞与触发部不接触或接触但不足以让初始卡合组件相互脱离,触发环塞的内壁与针座之间密封,触发环塞的外壁与针筒内壁之间密封。上述结构中,通过设于触发腔内的触发环塞,由针筒靠近病人端的内部触发并释放针尖防护套,实现防止针尖外露及自锁的技术目的,该触发方式设计巧妙,在针筒与针尖防护套之外再无其他辅助触发的部件,具有结构简单、针筒的径向尺寸小、部件精简、生产成本低的技术优势。

Description

一种主动自锁式注射器 技术领域
本发明涉及安全式注射器领域,具体涉及一种主动自锁式注射器。
背景技术
目前市面的安全式注射器种类繁多,大体上有两种技术路线,其中一种是针尖回缩式安全注射器,即在注射完成后,针尖可自动或手动回缩至针筒内或针尖防护套内,从而达到避免使用后的针尖刺伤使用者的风险。另一种技术路线则是触发式安全注射器,即针尖是相对针筒固定的,通常在针筒的外部设置可触发的针尖保护装置,在注射过程中,针筒相对针尖保护装置轴向运动,在注射完成时,针筒或活塞杆触发针尖保护装置,针尖保护装置被触发后足以覆盖注射针,以防止针尖外露。
基于上述两种技术路线的安全注射器,其结构较为复杂,生产成本较高,因此,有必要开发一种新的安全注射器,以解决现有技术的缺陷。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构改进型的主动自锁式注射器,该主动自锁式注射器由针筒的内部实现触发,以实现结构简单、成本较低、可靠性更高的技术效果。
技术解决方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种主动自锁式注射器,至少包括:
针筒,所述针筒内设有活塞组件;
针座,所述针座固定于针筒内靠近病人端的位置,所述针座的外壁与针筒的内壁之间形成靠近病人端一侧的弹簧腔和靠近活塞组件一侧的触发腔;
注射针,所述注射针固定于针座上且针尖由针筒的病人端伸出;
针尖防护套,所述针尖防护套用于覆盖使用过的注射针;
弹簧,所述弹簧位于弹簧腔内,所述弹簧靠近针尖的一端与针尖防护套接触;
导向限位组件,所述导向限位组件用于限制针尖防护套触发后相对针筒轴向运动的方向和极限位置;
初始卡合组件,所述初始卡合组件用于将针尖防护套保持在非触发状态且设有从触发腔内触发以使初始卡合组件相互脱离的触发部;
触发环塞,所述触发环塞位于触发腔内且在初始状态下触发环塞与触发部不接触或接触但不足以让初始卡合组件相互脱离,所述触发环塞的内壁与针座之间密封,所述触发环塞的外壁与针筒内壁之间密封。
一种优选的实施例,还包括止回部件,所述止回部件用于防止针尖防护套在防护状态下回缩。
一种优选的实施例,所述止回部件包括设于针筒病人端的止回臂,所述止回臂具有弹性,所述止回臂的自由端在径向方向上突出于针筒的外壁。
一种优选的实施例,所述针尖防护套靠近病人端的侧壁上设有贯穿侧壁槽孔,所述槽孔用于容纳止回臂伸出。
一种优选的实施例,所述活塞组件包括活塞杆和设于活塞杆端部的活塞,所述活塞杆的端部为用于推动触发环塞的推送部。
一种优选的实施例,所述针座远离病人端的一端与活塞杆靠近针座的一端端部之间设有相互匹配的嵌合机构。
一种优选的实施例,所述导向限位组件包括设于针筒外壁上的凸柱和设于针尖防护套侧壁上的导向限位槽,所述凸柱与导向限位槽适配。
一种优选的实施例,所述初始卡合组件包括设于针尖防护套上的弹性臂和贯穿针筒外壁的卡合槽,所述弹性臂的自由端设有沿径向向针尖防护套内部延伸的卡接块,所述卡接块与卡合槽靠近病人端的卡接端卡接。
一种优选的实施例,触发部包括与卡合槽远离卡接端的一侧连接的触发臂,所述触发臂具有弹性,初始状态下,所述触发臂的自由端位于卡接块的径向方向的内侧。
一种优选的实施例,所述弹性臂的自由端与止回臂的自由端在针尖防护状态下相互抵触。
一种优选的实施例,所述弹性臂的自由端在轴向方向上低于针尖防护套的端面。
一种优选的实施例,还包括套设于针尖防护套外部的针尖护帽,所述针尖护帽在初始状态下覆盖所述弹性壁的自由端。
一种优选的实施例,还包括与针筒远离病人端的一端连接的活塞杆护盖。
有益效果
本实施例的主动自锁式注射器,通过设于触发腔内的触发环塞,由针筒靠近病人端的内部触发并释放针尖防护套,以实现防止针尖外露及自锁的技术目的,该触发方式设计巧妙,在针筒与针尖防护套之外再无其他辅助触发的部件,具有结构简单、针筒的径向尺寸小、部件精简、生产成本低的技术优势。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1、图2所示,本实施例的一种主动自锁式注射器,包括针筒10、活塞组件、注射针60、针尖防护套30、弹簧70以及针尖护帽40。在本实施例中,为了便于说明结构,定义主动自锁式注射器的注射针一端为病人端。
在本实施例中,其中活塞组件装配于针筒中,其结构如图2、图3所示,包括活塞杆20和活塞23,其中活塞杆20靠近病人端的一端设有活塞环槽22,该活塞环槽22中套设有活塞23,其中活塞23和活塞杆20为现有技术中常用的活塞和活塞杆,活塞23由柔性材料制成,活塞23与活塞环槽22之间密封,同时,活塞23并与针筒10的内壁之间密封,通过活塞组件的推拉实现药液的吸入和注射。
作为本实施例的改进之处,其中活塞杆20的端部设有推送部21,该推送部21的作用在于推动触发环塞50轴向运动,其中推送部21的端面与触发环塞50的端面相适应。
作为本实施例的改进之处,如图4所示,针座16固定于针筒10内靠近病人端的位置,注射针60固定于针座16上且针尖由针筒10的病人端伸出。上述针座16的外壁与针筒的内壁之间固定连接,并形成靠近病人端一侧的弹簧腔17和靠近活塞组件一侧的触发腔18。
一种优选的实施例,如图3、图5所示,针座16远离病人端的一端与活塞杆20靠近针座的一端端部之间设有相互匹配的嵌合机构,用于减少注射过程中药液的残留量。作为优选,该嵌合机构包括设于针座端部的外锥面19和位于活塞杆端部的锥形槽24。当然,锥形槽也可以设置于针座端部,外锥面设于活塞杆端部。外锥面和锥形槽也可以为外弧面和弧形槽。凡是技术构思与本实施例中嵌合机构相同的本领域等同技术手段,均视为本申请的等同技术方案。
如图3、图4所示,其中触发腔18内安装有触发环塞50,该触发环塞50内壁与针座16的外壁之间密封,所述触发环塞50的外壁与针筒内壁之间密封。本实施例中,触发环塞50在触发腔内可轴向移动,该触发环塞50的移动通过推送部21的推动实现。
在本实施例中,如图3、图4所示,针尖防护套30用于覆盖使用过的注射针60,该针尖防护套30在初始状态下套设于针筒的病人端。其中在针尖防护套30与针筒之间设有弹簧70,该弹簧70位于弹簧腔17内,该弹簧靠近针尖的一端与针尖防护套接触。初始状态下,弹簧70处于压缩储能状态,为针尖防护套的弹射提供预弹性力。
在本实施例中,针尖防护套30与针筒10之间设有初始卡合组件,用于将针尖防护套30保持在非触发状态。如图2、图3所示,本实施例一种优选的初始卡合组件包括设于针尖防护套上的弹性臂32和贯穿针筒外壁的卡合槽12,其中弹性臂32的自由端设有沿径向向针尖防护套内部延伸的卡接块33,该卡接块与卡合槽靠近病人端的卡接端13卡接。
需要说明的是,卡合槽12位于触发腔18所在的针筒外壁上,初始卡合组件还包括从触发腔18内触发以使初始卡合组件相互脱离的触发部。作为优选,该触发部包括与卡合槽远离卡接端的一侧连接的触发臂14,该触发臂14具有弹性,初始状态下,如图3所示,所述触发臂14的自由端位于卡接块的径向方向的内侧。
一种优选的实施例,如图1、图2所示,针尖防护套30与针筒10之间设有导向限位组件,该导向限位组件用于限制针尖防护套30触发后相对针筒轴向运动的方向和极限位置。作为优选,本实施例中的导向限位组件包括设于针筒外壁上的凸柱11和设于针尖防护套侧壁上的导向限位槽31,其中凸柱与导向限位槽适配,用于限制针尖防护套30与针筒10之间的相对旋转,只能沿轴向移动,并且,导向限位槽31的端部限制了针尖防护套30轴向移动的极限位置。
初始状态下,本实施例的主动自锁式注射器的触发环塞50位于触发腔18内且在初始状态下触发环塞与触发部不接触或接触但不足以让初始卡合组件相互脱离。使用过程中,首先活塞组件向远离针尖的一端移动,将药液吸入针筒内。注射过程中,活塞组件向针尖的一端移动,在活塞组件推进的过程中,推送部21首先与触发环塞50接触,并在接触后继续推动触发环塞50轴向移动,该触发环塞50驱使触发臂14向外逐渐扩张,由触发臂14驱动卡接块33沿径向向外逐渐变形,以使卡接块33与卡接端13脱离。卡接块33与卡接端13在药液注射完成时已经完全脱离,此时由于注射针还未从患者皮肤拔出,针尖防护套30的病人端与患者皮肤接触,在将注射针从患者皮肤拔出的过程中,弹簧70储存的势能得以释放,驱使针尖防护套30覆盖使用过的注射针,防止注射针外露伤人并实现自锁。
作为本实施例的改进之处,还包括用于防止针尖防护套在防护状态下回缩的止回部件。作为优选,如图2-5所示,本实施例的止回部件包括设于针筒病人端的止回臂15。其中止回臂15具有弹性,该止回臂15的自由端在径向方向上突出于针筒的外壁。
如图5所示,针尖防护状态下,所述弹性臂32的自由端与止回臂15的自由端在针尖防护状态下相互抵触实现自锁。由于止回臂15在径向方向上突出于针筒的外壁,该止回臂15的自由端所在的外径大于弹性臂32的自由端所在的外径,从而实现防止针尖防护套回缩,该止回部件使得防护可靠性较好。
一种优选的实施例,如图1-3所示,针尖防护套30靠近病人端的侧壁上设有贯穿侧壁槽孔34,该槽孔34用于容纳初始状态下止回臂伸出。
一种优选的实施例,如图2所示,针尖防护套的外壁上设有通槽36,弹性臂32位于该通槽36。其中弹性臂32的自由端在轴向方向上可以高于或低于针尖防护套30的端面,也可以与针尖防护套30的端面平齐。作为优选,弹性臂32的自由端在轴向方向上低于针尖防护套30的端面,如此设置的目的在于,减小针尖防护套的行程,保证弹簧的弹射力将针尖防护套弹射到位。
一种优选的实施例,如图1、图6所示,本实施例的主动自锁式注射器还设置有活塞杆护盖80,该活塞杆护盖80在初始未使用状态下套设于针筒远离病人端的一端,用于防止推动活塞杆,避免误触发针尖防护套。
一种优选的实施例,如图1、图6所示,本实施例中,针尖护帽40套设于针尖防护套30上,作为优选,针尖防护套上还设有与针尖护帽的端部接合的台阶面35。需要说明的是,针尖护帽安装于针尖防护套上时,其覆盖于弹性臂32的自由端上。如此设置的目的在于,即使推动活塞杆,由于弹性臂32被压住不具有变形空间,触发环塞无法进入触发臂内部的触发空间,同样可以避免误触发针尖防护套。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,导向限位组件、初始卡合组件及止回部件的数量均为两组,沿圆周方向均布设置。当然,这只是最佳实施例,其中导向限位组件、初始卡合组件及止回部件的数量也可以为一组或三组以上,三组以上的情况下沿圆周方向分布设置,优选为沿圆周方向均布设置。
总之,以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,至少包括:
    针筒(10),所述针筒内设有活塞组件;
    针座(16),所述针座固定于针筒内靠近病人端的位置,所述针座的外壁与针筒的内壁之间形成靠近病人端一侧的弹簧腔(17)和靠近活塞组件一侧的触发腔(18);
    注射针(60),所述注射针固定于针座上且针尖由针筒的病人端伸出;
    针尖防护套(30),所述针尖防护套用于覆盖使用过的注射针;
    弹簧(70),所述弹簧位于弹簧腔内,所述弹簧靠近针尖的一端与针尖防护套接触;
    导向限位组件,所述导向限位组件用于限制针尖防护套触发后相对针筒轴向运动的方向和极限位置;
    初始卡合组件,所述初始卡合组件用于将针尖防护套保持在非触发状态且设有从触发腔内触发以使初始卡合组件相互脱离的触发部;
    触发环塞(50),所述触发环塞位于触发腔内且在初始状态下触发环塞与触发部不接触或接触但不足以让初始卡合组件相互脱离,所述触发环塞的内壁与针座之间密封,所述触发环塞的外壁与针筒内壁之间密封。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,还包括止回部件,所述止回部件用于防止针尖防护套在防护状态下回缩。
  3. 按照权利要求2所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,所述止回部件包括设于针筒病人端的止回臂(15),所述止回臂具有弹性,所述止回臂的自由端在径向方向上突出于针筒的外壁。
  4. 按照权利要求3所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,所述针尖防护套靠近病人端的侧壁上设有贯穿侧壁槽孔(34),所述槽孔用于容纳止回臂伸出。
  5. 按照权利要求1-4任一项所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,所述活塞组件包括活塞杆(20)和设于活塞杆端部的活塞(23),所述活塞杆的端部为用于推动触发环塞的推送部(21)。
  6. 按照权利要求5所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,所述针座(16)远离病人端的一端与活塞杆(20)靠近针座的一端端部之间设有相互匹配的嵌合机构。
  7. 按照权利要求1-4或6任一项所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,所述导向限位组件包括设于针筒外壁上的凸柱(11)和设于针尖防护套侧壁上的导向限位槽(31),所述凸柱与导向限位槽适配。
  8. 按照权利要求2-4或6任一项所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,所述初始卡合组件包括设于针尖防护套上的弹性臂(32)和贯穿针筒外壁的卡合槽(12),所述弹性臂的自由端设有沿径向向针尖防护套内部延伸的卡接块(33),所述卡接块与卡合槽靠近病人端的卡接端(13)卡接。
  9. 按照权利要求8所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,触发部包括与卡合槽远离卡接端的一侧连接的触发臂(14),所述触发臂具有弹性,初始状态下,所述触发臂的自由端位于卡接块的径向方向的内侧。
  10. 按照权利要求8所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,所述弹性臂的自由端与止回臂的自由端在针尖防护状态下相互抵触。
  11. 按照权利要求9或10所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,还包括套设于针尖防护套外部的针尖护帽(40),所述针尖护帽在初始状态下覆盖所述弹性壁(32)的自由端。
  12. 按照权利要求1-4或6或9-10任一项所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,还包括与针筒远离病人端的一端连接的活塞杆护盖(80)。
