Claims (12)
- 一种主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,至少包括:针筒(10),所述针筒内设有活塞组件;针座(16),所述针座固定于针筒内靠近病人端的位置,所述针座的外壁与针筒的内壁之间形成靠近病人端一侧的弹簧腔(17)和靠近活塞组件一侧的触发腔(18);注射针(60),所述注射针固定于针座上且针尖由针筒的病人端伸出;针尖防护套(30),所述针尖防护套用于覆盖使用过的注射针;弹簧(70),所述弹簧位于弹簧腔内,所述弹簧靠近针尖的一端与针尖防护套接触;导向限位组件,所述导向限位组件用于限制针尖防护套触发后相对针筒轴向运动的方向和极限位置;初始卡合组件,所述初始卡合组件用于将针尖防护套保持在非触发状态且设有从触发腔内触发以使初始卡合组件相互脱离的触发部;触发环塞(50),所述触发环塞位于触发腔内且在初始状态下触发环塞与触发部不接触或接触但不足以让初始卡合组件相互脱离,所述触发环塞的内壁与针座之间密封,所述触发环塞的外壁与针筒内壁之间密封。
- 按照权利要求1所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,还包括止回部件,所述止回部件用于防止针尖防护套在防护状态下回缩。
- 按照权利要求2所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,所述止回部件包括设于针筒病人端的止回臂(15),所述止回臂具有弹性,所述止回臂的自由端在径向方向上突出于针筒的外壁。
- 按照权利要求3所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,所述针尖防护套靠近病人端的侧壁上设有贯穿侧壁槽孔(34),所述槽孔用于容纳止回臂伸出。
- 按照权利要求1-4任一项所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,所述活塞组件包括活塞杆(20)和设于活塞杆端部的活塞(23),所述活塞杆的端部为用于推动触发环塞的推送部(21)。
- 按照权利要求5所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,所述针座(16)远离病人端的一端与活塞杆(20)靠近针座的一端端部之间设有相互匹配的嵌合机构。
- 按照权利要求1-4或6任一项所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,所述导向限位组件包括设于针筒外壁上的凸柱(11)和设于针尖防护套侧壁上的导向限位槽(31),所述凸柱与导向限位槽适配。
- 按照权利要求2-4或6任一项所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,所述初始卡合组件包括设于针尖防护套上的弹性臂(32)和贯穿针筒外壁的卡合槽(12),所述弹性臂的自由端设有沿径向向针尖防护套内部延伸的卡接块(33),所述卡接块与卡合槽靠近病人端的卡接端(13)卡接。
- 按照权利要求8所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,触发部包括与卡合槽远离卡接端的一侧连接的触发臂(14),所述触发臂具有弹性,初始状态下,所述触发臂的自由端位于卡接块的径向方向的内侧。
- 按照权利要求8所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,所述弹性臂的自由端与止回臂的自由端在针尖防护状态下相互抵触。
- 按照权利要求9或10所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,还包括套设于针尖防护套外部的针尖护帽(40),所述针尖护帽在初始状态下覆盖所述弹性壁(32)的自由端。
- 按照权利要求1-4或6或9-10任一项所述的主动自锁式注射器,其特征在于,还包括与针筒远离病人端的一端连接的活塞杆护盖(80)。
